Description

Tube connection of lining tube sections, especially flexible tubes for flue ways
Field of the Invention
The invention relates to the arrangement of a reciprocal tubular connection of flue lining sections for flue ways, particularly for flexible tubes, known also as "goose nipple".
Description of the Prior Art
When lining the flue gas conduits, flexible tubes are usually used. If an extension is necessary, in most cases, they are cut in the desired section, then the union nut is fitted, the sealing ring is inserted and the required connection section of the lining tube is firmly screwed together with the nut to ensure proper sealing of the joint. In most cases, with respect to the required form of the flue ways, the interconnection of the lining tube sections is to be repeated.
The disadvantage of this arrangement solution is that it requires the correct insertion of the sealing ring into the grooves of the respective flexible tube section and thorough correct tightening of the union nut that is necessary not only for guarantee the tightness but also to secure the strength of the coupling in order to prevent any disengagement of the coupling. The connection by means of said elements is usually carried out in a limited space on the roofs of buildings near outlets of the flue gas conduits - typically in the area of chimney shafts where there are problems when assembling and handling the necessary components. The same problems arise regarding storage of the elements necessary for connecting the sections of the lining tubes that have to be ready at hand. Said disadvantages result in increasing the cost of the installations of the lining tubes in the flue ways conduit. Nature of the Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a new, more reliable and simpler connection of the sections of the lining tubes for the flue gas ways, in particular for the flexible tubes. The essence of the invention consists in that the tubes are alternately provided with telescopic insertable inner nipples with locking pins and outer nipples, wherein the first inner circular grooves are provided with at least one guiding groove for the locking pin, and wherein on the sides of said guiding groove at least one embossed notch is arranged in the first inner circular groove, which is movable solely unidirectionally by the movement of the locking pin in this groove.
Advantageously, the invention simplifies the connection of the lining sections by means of the so-called bayonet coupling, in particular simplifying the handling of the flexible tube sections at the end mouth of the flue gas outlet, where the safety of the personnel is primarily concerned, further, the insertion of union nuts can be omitted as well as the complicated installation of the sealing rings, screwing the desired part, etc.
Advantageously, for the reinforcement and mechanical securing of the connection of the lining tubes according to the invention, the coupling of the connection is interlocked by a safety sleeve.
Description of the Drawings
Other advantages and effects of the present invention can be seen from the attached drawings where they illustrate:
FIG. 1 shows the view of the terminal telescopic insertable lining tubes; the internal nipple with the locking pin and the outer nipple having internal circular grooves and at the first end thereof having at least one guiding groove for the locking pin and being provided with embossed notches on their sides, FIG. 2 shows the view of a final assembly of a tubular connection of the lining tubes after telescopic insertion,
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view B-B of FIG. 2 with the clamping pin passing through its guiding groove up to the level of the first inner annular groove in the outer nipple to the bayonet locking element;
FIG. 4 shows the view of the complete tubular connection of the lining sections after being clasped by a safety sleeve;
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view C-C in FIG. 4, showing both the locations and the form of snapping edge of the safety sleeve over a reciprocal tubular connection of the tubular sections flue-gas ways
FIG. 6 shows a detail of a partial section of snapping the upper edge of the safety sleeve over the outer raised edge of the second circular groove of the outer nipple,
FIG. 7 shows a detail of a partial section of the bottom edge of the safety sleeve located at least behind the first wavelength of the flexible tube at its inner nipple,
FIG. 8 shows the sectional view A-A in FIG. 1, indicating the course of the first inner circular groove with guiding grooves, and with the notches for the locking pin, FIG. 9 shows an oblique view of the embodiment of the safety sleeve in the disconnected condition Example of the Version of the Invention
The tubular connections of the sections 1^2 of the lining tubes, in particular the flexible flue gas tubes, are alternately provided with telescopically insertable inner nipples 3 with locking pins 4 and outer nipples 5 provided with inner circular grooves 6 ^ wherein the first inner annular grooves 6 are provided with at least one guiding groove 8 for locking pin 4.
On the sides of this guiding groove 8, at least one embossed notch 9 is provided in the first inner circular groove 6 which is movable solely unidirectionally by the movement of the locking pin 4 in this groove 6.
The locking pin 4 is represented for example by a ball sealed in the mass of the inner nipple 3, or by a protruding rivet, etc. The second inner circular groove 7 in the outer nipple 5 is generally provided with a circular seal 10 of a convenient type (FIG. 6).
The tubular connection is optionally provided with a plastic safety sleeve 1 that is provided with peripheral edges 12 in the form of number of teeth 13.. It is further provided with fastening elements, such as the hook-hole type, as shown in Figure 9.
The tubular connection of the sections ) 2 of the lining tubes is achieved by successive telescopic insertion of the inner nipple 3 into the outer nipple 5, while taking care that the locking pin 4 first passes through the guiding groove 8 up to the level of the first inner circular groove 6 and then, following the rotation of the sections 1,2, respectively of the inner nipples 3_j5 the locking pin 4 passes over at least one embossed notch 9 in this first inner groove 6 of the outer nipple 5. The design of the notch 9 prevents the backwards movement of the locking pin 4k The resulting coupling is called the bayonet coupling.
Further stabilization and reinforcement of the tubular connection of the sections 1^2 of the lining tubes is provided by the safety sleeve I I with its peripheral edges 12 with the teeth 13 as shown in the details in Figures 6 and
