一种空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物 技术领域：
本发明属于驱虫香料技术领域，涉及一种空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物，特别是一种挂于空调出风口处借助风力扩散香味的天然植物配方组合物，具有驱除蚊虫和苍蝇、清新空气的作用。
背景技术：
随着人们生活水平的不断提高和环保意识的增强，人们对室内空气质量的要求也越来越高，尤其在夏季高温环境下，室内异味增大，蚊虫泛滥，不但影响人们的日常休息，还会侵蚀和破坏食物，使食物腐败变味；因此，人们通常在室内放置空气清新剂或喷洒驱虫剂，通过气味的自然挥发以增加空气清新度，减少蚊虫叮咬，改善室内环境，但是这种方法的气味挥发速度慢，不能快速弥散到室内各个角落，且这些清新剂或驱虫剂都含有化学成分，在杀虫、驱虫和增加空气清新度的同时，存在影响人体健康的潜在危害；另外，生产这些产品会产生大量的废弃物，而这些废弃物往往不能得到很好的处理，这会对地表环境和水资源造成破坏，打破生态平衡。因此，寻求设计一种空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物，利用多种天然植物作为原料，经过清洗、消毒、烘干和粉碎等工艺步骤制得天然植物配方组合物，用在室内空调出风口处，香味能随风吹到室内各个角落，有效驱虫，增加空气清新度，减少工业生产化学杀虫剂造成的环境污染。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点，提出设计一种空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物，以解决气味挥发速度缓慢的问题，有效驱虫，减少化学杀虫剂对人体健康造成的危害，避免工业生产杀虫剂造成环境污染的现象发生。
为了实现上述目的，本发明涉及的空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合 物，其制备工艺过程包括原料准备、原料烘干、配料及粉碎三个步骤：
(1)、原料准备：选取新鲜的丁香、艾叶、白芷、紫苏叶、薄荷、玫瑰花、藿香、金银花和茉莉花作为原料，然后拣去枝梗杂草和杂质，将各种原料分别用重量百分比浓度为3-5％的乙醇水溶液冲洗，去除微尘杂物，得纯净原料；
(2)、原料烘干：将步骤(1)中准备的各种纯净原料分别置于40～55℃条件下的烘干机内进行烘干灭菌1～2小时，制得烘干原料；
(3)、配料及粉碎：分别称取相同重量的步骤(2)制得的烘干原料组份进行混合，混合后投入清理干净的粉碎机中，粉碎至100～120目并充分搅拌均匀得到天然配方的香料组合物。
本发明涉及的空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物在应用时，将其涂覆在彩带基层上制成空调排风香气彩带，空调排风香气彩带的主体结构包括：上基层、下基层、上丙烯酸压敏胶层、下丙烯酸压敏胶层、上香料层、下香料层、香料组合物、彩条、铆钉和弹性带；上基层为网状透气性的棉布、麻纺布或者化纤布裁成的矩形长条布，下基层的材质和尺寸与上基层对应相同，上丙烯酸压敏胶层均匀涂覆在上基层的下表面上，取香料组合物均匀涂覆并粘附在上丙烯酸压敏胶层上形成厚度大于0.3毫米的上香料层，取与上香料层重量相同的香料组合物均匀涂覆并粘附在下丙烯酸压敏胶层上形成厚度大于0.3毫米下香料层；将上香料层对齐扣在下香料层上后，中间形成厚度为0.6毫米的香料组合物的层状结构，涂覆有上香料层的上基层与涂覆有下香料层的下基层的四周对齐，并沿四周将上基层和下基层缝合在一起形成彩条，彩条的一个端部用铆钉卡扣式挂在弹性带上，弹性带与彩条卡挂后形成套圈结构，可以从空调顶部套在空调周身上；每个弹性带上顺序排列卡挂有3～10条彩条，各彩条并列平铺式卡挂在弹性带上；空调排风香气彩带在使用时，双手将弹性带撑开，从空调室内机顶端套挂住，使彩条卡挂固定在空调室内机出风口前端，当空调工作时，风从出风口吹向带有香料组合物的彩条， 并将香味吹散到室内各个角落，从而有效驱除蚊虫，增加空气的清新度。
本发明与现有技术相比，采用天然植物配方，无污染；设置在空调出风口前，随风弥散面积大，有效驱虫，增加空气清新度；减少工业生产，保护环境；其原料普遍易得，制备方法简单，容易操作，气味天然纯正，使用安全可靠，应用环境友好。

具体实施方式：
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
本实施例涉及的空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物的制备工艺过程包括原料准备、原料烘干、配料及粉碎三个步骤：
(1)、原料准备：选取新鲜的丁香、艾叶、白芷、紫苏叶、薄荷、玫瑰花、藿香、金银花和茉莉花作为原料，然后拣去枝梗杂草和杂质，将各种原料分别用重量百分比浓度为3-5％的乙醇水溶液冲洗，去除微尘杂物，得纯净原料；
(2)、原料烘干：将步骤(1)中准备的各种纯净原料分别置于40～55℃条件下的烘干机内进行烘干灭菌1～2小时，制得烘干原料；
(3)、配料及粉碎：分别称取相同重量的步骤(2)制得的烘干原料组份进行混合，混合后投入清理干净的粉碎机中，粉碎至100～120目并充分搅拌均匀得到天然配方的香料组合物。
本实施例涉及的空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物在应用时，将其涂覆在彩带基层上制成空调排风香气彩带，空调排风香气彩带的主体结构包括：上基层1、下基层2、上丙烯酸压敏胶层3、下丙烯酸压敏胶层4、上香料层5、下香料层6、香料组合物7、彩条8、铆钉9和弹性带10；上基层1为网状透气性的棉布、麻纺布或者化纤布裁成的矩形长条布， 下基层2的材质和尺寸与上基层1对应相同，上丙烯酸压敏胶层3均匀涂覆在上基层1的下表面上，取香料组合物7均匀涂覆并粘附在上丙烯酸压敏胶层3上形成厚度大于0.3毫米的上香料层5，取与上香料层5重量相同的香料组合物7均匀涂覆并粘附在下丙烯酸压敏胶层4上形成厚度大于0.3毫米下香料层6；将上香料层5对齐扣在下香料层6上后，中间形成厚度为0.6毫米的香料组合物7的层状结构，涂覆有上香料层5的上基层1与涂覆有下香料层6的下基层2的四周对齐，并沿四周将上基层1和下基层2缝合在一起形成彩条8，彩条8的一个端部用铆钉9卡扣式挂在弹性带10上，弹性带10与彩条8卡挂后形成套圈结构，可以从空调顶部套在空调周身上；每个弹性带10上顺序排列卡挂有3～10条彩条8，各彩条8并列平铺式卡挂在弹性带10上；空调排风香气彩带在使用时，双手将弹性带10撑开，从空调室内机顶端套挂住，使彩条8卡挂固定在空调室内机出风口前端，当空调工作时，风从出风口吹向带有香料组合物7的彩条8，并将香味吹散到室内各个角落，从而有效驱除蚊虫，增加空气的清新度。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物，其特征在于该组合物的制备工艺过程包括原料准备、原料烘干、配料及粉碎三个步骤：
    (1)、原料准备：选取新鲜的丁香、艾叶、白芷、紫苏叶、薄荷、玫瑰花、藿香、金银花和茉莉花作为原料，然后拣去枝梗杂草和杂质，将各种原料分别用重量百分比浓度为3-5％的乙醇水溶液冲洗，去除微尘杂物，得纯净原料；
    (2)、原料烘干：将步骤(1)中准备的各种纯净原料分别置于40～55℃条件下的烘干机内进行烘干灭菌1～2小时，制得烘干原料；
    (3)、配料及粉碎：分别称取相同重量的步骤(2)制得的烘干原料组份进行混合，混合后投入清理干净的粉碎机中，粉碎至100～120目并充分搅拌均匀得到天然配方的香料组合物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调用天然植物驱虫香料组合物，其特征在于该组合物在应用时，将其涂覆在彩带基层上制成空调排风香气彩带，空调排风香气彩带的主体结构包括：上基层、下基层、上丙烯酸压敏胶层、下丙烯酸压敏胶层、上香料层、下香料层、香料组合物、彩条、铆钉和弹性带；上基层为网状透气性的棉布、麻纺布或者化纤布裁成的矩形长条布，下基层的材质和尺寸与上基层对应相同，上丙烯酸压敏胶层均匀涂覆在上基层的下表面上，取香料组合物均匀涂覆并粘附在上丙烯酸压敏胶层上形成厚度大于0.3毫米的上香料层，取与上香料层重量相同的香料组合物均匀涂覆并粘附在下丙烯酸压敏胶层上形成厚度大于0.3毫米下香料层；将上香料层对齐扣在下香料层上后，中间形成厚度为0.6毫米的香料组合物的层状结构，涂覆有上香料层的上基层与涂覆有下香料层的下基层的四周对齐，并沿四周将上基层和下基层缝合在一起形成彩条，彩条的一个端部用铆钉卡扣式挂在弹性带上，弹性带与彩条卡挂后形成套圈结构，可以从空调顶部套在空调周身上；每个弹性带上顺序排列卡挂有3～10条彩条，各彩条并列平铺式卡挂在弹性带上；空调排风香气彩带在使用 时，双手将弹性带撑开，从空调室内机顶端套挂住，使彩条卡挂固定在空调室内机出风口前端，当空调工作时，风从出风口吹向带有香料组合物的彩条，并将香味吹散到室内各个角落，从而有效驱除蚊虫，增加空气的清新度。
