Abstract

Provided in the present invention is an organic polymer waste material treatment device. The device mainly consists of a flue gas circulation system, low-oxygen circulation de-chaining device, oil-gas separation system, and waste residue collection system. The low-oxygen circulation de-chaining device is divided into an inner cavity and an outer cavity. The flue gas circulation system delivers a low-temperature gas containing a low oxygen concentration into the inner cavity to allow a de-chaining reaction to occur, and delivers a high-temperature flue gas to pass through the outer cavity to perform auxiliary heating and then re-enter the flue gas circulation system. Waste undergoes the low-oxygen de-chaining reaction, then reacts in the inner cavity, and subsequently enters the oil-gas separation system and waste residue collection system separately to achieve highly efficient separation of an oil, gas, and residue. By employing an oxygen-free or low-oxygen de-chaining reaction, the present invention enables sedimentation and collection of harmful substances resulting from polymer degradation without discharging the same into the atmosphere and impacting the ecological environment. In addition, the present invention provides beneficial effects of energy efficiency and low carbon-emission by using multi-channel circulation and re-use of a flue gas, thus following the trend of scientific development.
