Abstract

本发明提供一种来电信息处理方法、装置及移动终端,该来电信息处理方法包括接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;显示录音文件的图标;当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件;采用上述方案,当有电话号码来电时,若用户不知道来电方是谁、不知道来电方以前是否打过电话,则可以通过播放与来电方首次通话的录音文件来帮助用户快速知道来电方信息,在知道了来电方信息后,用户可以确认是否接听该电话,同时也避免出现接听后还问对方是谁的尴尬场面,方便用户使用,提升了用户体验,更好的满足了用户需求。

一种来电信息处理方法、装置及移动终端
本申请要求于2016年8月30日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610770568.0、发明名称为“一种来电信息处理方法、装置及移动终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种来电信息处理方法、装置及移动终端。
背景技术
当有电话号码来电时,可能出现用户无法知道来电方是谁、来电方以前是否打过电话的问题,如果是房产中介、新同事或者新认识的朋友打过电话,而用户却忘记第一时间将电话号码加入通信录,而等第二次对方打电话过来用户却不知道是谁打来的而出现拒接的情况,或者出现接听后还需要问对方是谁的情况,造成用户使用上的不便,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明实施例主要解决的技术问题是,提供一种来电信息处理方法、装置及移动终端,解决现有技术中,当有电话号码来电时,用户不知道来电方是谁、不知道来电方以前是否打过电话,由此造成的出现拒接的情况,或者出现接听后还需要问对方是谁的情况,造成用户使用上不便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种来电信息处理方法,包括:
接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;
显示录音文件的图标;
当接收到播放指令时,播放所述录音文件。
其中,录音文件还包括与该来电号码最近一次通话的录音文件。
其中,显示录音文件的图标的方式包括:
在来电显示界面显示两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,两个功能按钮分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;
或者,在来电显示界面显示可操作区域,所述可操作区域与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;根据在所述可操作区域的操作指令确定出与该操作指令对应的录音文件,并播放。
其中,在接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件之前,还包括:
对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;
建立每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系,并将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。
其中,对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件包括:对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容自接通起进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种来电信息处理装置,包括:
查找模块,设置为接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;
显示模块,设置为显示录音文件的图标;
播放模块,设置为当接收到播放指令时,播放所述录音文件。
其中,录音文件还包括与该来电号码最近一次通话的录音文件。
其中,显示模块设置为:
在来电显示界面显示两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,两个功能按钮分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;
或者,在来电显示界面显示可操作区域,所述可操作区域与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;根据在所述可操作区域的操作指令确定出与该操作指令对应的录音文件,并播放。
其中,还包括:
录音控制模块,设置为对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;
对应关系建立模块,设置为建立每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系;
保存模块,设置为将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。
其中,录音控制模块设置为对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容自接通起进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种移动终端,包括上述的来电信息处理装置。

本发明中描述的移动终端可包括智能手机、笔记本电脑、PAD(平板电脑)等终端。下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种来电信息处理方法,请参见图1,包括以下步骤:
S101:接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件。
来电号码可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码。在实际操作中,即便用户已经将电话号码以及与之对应的联系人姓名存储至通讯录中,但若用户与该联系人长久不联系,也可能出现用户不记得该联系人的职业、或者有什么事与该用户相关的情况,所以来电号码还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的联系人的电话号码。
在一个陌生的电话号码第一次来电时,对方一定会做自我介绍,所以录音文件包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件,以便用户知晓来电方是谁。
其中,录音文件除了包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件,还可以包括与该来电号码最近一次通话的录音文件,以便用户能快速记起来电方是谁。
在接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件之前,还包括:
对每个来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;建立每个来电号码与录音文件的对应关系,并将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存;
或者,若用户知道已经存储至通讯录中的所有联系人是谁,同时为了节约存储资源,可以只对每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;然后建立每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系,并将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。陌生来电号码可以是第一次来电的号码,也可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码,还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的电话号码、且该电话号码被用户标记为陌生来电号码。
其中,由于通话时长可能较长,如果对每次通话都进行完整的录音,则会相应的增加存储资源的占用,所以,为了节约存储资源,对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件包括:对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件。
在实际操作中,通常会在通话的开始部分涉及到通话双方的资料信息,特别是在一个陌生的电话号码第一次来电时,对方一定会告知其姓名,所以可以对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容自接通起进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件,例如可以是对接通后的前10秒进行录音。
用户还可以对录音文件进行删除、编辑等操作,例如用户可以删除熟悉的联系人对应的录音文件,以节省存储资源。
S102:显示录音文件的图标。
显示录音文件的图标的方式可以包括以下四种中的任意一种:
方式一:在来电显示界面显示两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,两个功能按钮分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联。
例如参见图2,来电显示界面有两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,其中一个功能按钮能播放首次通话的录音文件、另一个功能按钮能播放最近一次通话的录音文件。
方式二:在来电显示界面显示可操作区域,可操作区域与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;根据在可操作区域的操作指令确定出与该操作指令对应的录音文件,并播放;通过在可操作区域的不同操作方式区分播放哪一个录音文件。
例如短按该可操作区域时播放首次通话的录音文件,长按该可操作区域时播放最近一次通话的录音文件;或者短按该可操作区域时播放最近一次通话的录音文件,长按该可操作区域时播放首次通话的录音文件;再例如在该可操作区域横向滑动时播放首次通话的录音文件,在该可操作区域纵向滑动时播放最近一次通话的录音文件;或者在该可操作区域横向滑动时播放最近一次通话的录音文件,在该可操作区域纵向滑动时播放首次通话的录音文件。

方式四:将音量调大按键、音量调小按键分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联,通过音量调大按键播放首次通话的录音文件,音量调小按键播放最近一次通话的录音文件;或者,将音量调大按键、音量调小按键分别与最近一次通话的录音文件、首次通话的录音文件相关联,通过音量调大按键播放最近一次通话的录音文件,音量调小按键播放首次通话的录音文件;同时在来电显示界面显示录音文件的图标提示用户是否查找到首次通话的录音文件和最近一次通话的录音文件。
以上四种方式示出了同时存在首次通话的录音文件和最近一次通话的录音文件的情况;若只有首次通话的录音文件,则可以在来电显示界面显示一个播放录音文件的功能按钮,该功能按钮与首次通话的录音文件相关联;还可以是将音量按键的其中一个按键与首次通话的录音文件相关联,同时可以在来电显示界面显示录音文件的图标提示用户是否查找到首次通话的录音文件。
S103:当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件。
播放录音文件都是在接通前播放的,以便用户在接通前知晓来电方是谁。

实施例二
本实施例提供一种来电信息处理装置,请参见图3,该来电信息处理装置包括:查找模块301、显示模块302、播放模块303,其中,
查找模块301,设置为接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件。
其中,来电号码可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码。在实际操作中,即便用户已经将电话号码以及与之对应的联系人姓名存储至通讯录中,但若用户与该联系人长久不联系,也可能出现用户不记得该联系人的职业、或者有什么事与该用户相关的情况,所以来电号码还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的联系人的电话号码。

其中,录音控制模块304设置为对每个来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;对应关系建立模块305设置为建立每个来电号码与录音文件的对应关系,保存模块306设置为将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存;
或者,若用户知道已经存储至通讯录中的所有联系人是谁,同时为了节约存储资源,录音控制模块304设置为只对每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;然后对应关系建立模块305设置为建立每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系;保存模块306设置为将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。陌生来电号码可以是第一次来电的号码,也可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码,还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的电话号码、且该电话号码被用户标记为陌生来电号码。

以上四种方式示出了同时存在首次通话的录音文件和最近一次通话的录音文件的情况;若只有首次通话的录音文件,则显示模块302设置为在来电显示界面显示一个播放录音文件的功能按钮,该功能按钮与首次通话的录音文件相关联;或者,显示模块302还可以设置为将音量按键的其中一个按键与首次通话的录音文件相关联,同时在来电显示界面显示录音文件的图标提示用户是否查找到首次通话的录音文件。
播放模块303,设置为当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件。
播放模块303播放录音文件都是在接通前播放的,以便用户在接通前知晓来电方是谁。

此外,本实施例还提供一种移动终端,参见图4,该移动终端包括如上的来电信息处理装置。移动终端接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;显示录音文件的图标;当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件;采用上述方案,当有电话号码来电时,若用户不知道来电方是谁、不知道来电方以前是否打过电话,则可以通过播放与来电方首次通话的录音文件来帮助用户快速知道来电方信息,在知道了来电方信息后,用户可以确认是否接听该电话,同时也避免出现接听后还问对方是谁的尴尬场面,方便用户使用,提升了用户体验,更好的满足了用户需求。
上述来电信息处理装置的各功能模块执行的功能可通过各硬件来实现,当然,各硬件执行的功能也可由上述功能模块实现,所以本实施例还提供一种移动终端,参见图5,该移动终端包括:处理器401、屏幕402、扬声器403,其中,
所述处理器401可执行所述移动终端的操作系统以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个模块,包括所述查找模块301、所述显示模块302、所述播放模块303、所述录音控制模块304、所述对应关系建立模块305、所述保存模块306等。
所述存储器405中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器401可调用所述存储器405中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图3中所述的各个模块(例如,所述查找模块301、所述显示模块302、所述播放模块303、所述录音控制模块304、所述对应关系建立模块305、所述保存模块306等)是存储在所述存储器405中的程序代码,并由所述处理器401所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现对来电信息的处理。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述存储器405存储多个指令,所述多个指令被所述处理器401所执行以实现来电信息处理方法。
查找模块301的功能可通过处理器401来实现;显示模块302的功能可通过移动终端的屏幕402来实现,屏幕402可以显示与通话或其它通信(例如,文本消息收发等)相关的用户界面(UI)或图形用户界面(GUI);播放模块303的功能可通过扬声器403来实现。
处理器401接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件。
其中,来电号码可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码。在实际操作中,即便用户已经将电话号码以及与之对应的联系人姓名存储至通讯录中,但若用户与该联系人长久不联系,也可能出现用户不记得该联系人的职业、或者有什么事与该用户相关的情况,所以来电号码还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的联系人的电话号码。

该移动终端还包括:麦克风404、存储器405,其中,
麦克风404可以在电话通话模式中接收声音(音频数据),并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据,麦克风404对每个来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件,并将录音文件发送给处理器401;处理器401建立每个来电号码与录音文件的对应关系并将该录音文件以及该对应关系发送给存储器405,存储器405将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存;
或者,若用户知道已经存储至通讯录中的所有联系人是谁,同时为了节约存储资源,麦克风404只对每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件,并将录音文件发送给处理器401;处理器401建立每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系并将该录音文件以及该对应关系发送给存储器405;存储器405将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。陌生来电号码可以是第一次来电的号码,也可以是已经来电过、但未存储至通讯录中的电话号码,还可以是已经存储至通讯录中的电话号码、且该电话号码被用户标记为陌生来电号码。

扬声器403当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件。扬声器403播放录音文件都是在接通前播放的,以便用户在接通前知晓来电方是谁。根据本发明实施例提供的一种移动终端,处理器401接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;屏幕402显示录音文件的图标;扬声器403当接收到播放指令时,播放录音文件;采用上述方案,当有电话号码来电时,若用户不知道来电方是谁、不知道来电方以前是否打过电话,则可以通过播放与来电方首次通话的录音文件来帮助用户快速知道来电方信息,在知道了来电方信息后,用户可以确认是否接听该电话,同时也避免出现接听后还问对方是谁的尴尬场面,方便用户使用,提升了用户体验,更好的满足了用户需求。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储介质(ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。所以,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种来电信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,所述录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;
    显示录音文件的图标;
    当接收到播放指令时,播放所述录音文件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的来电信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述录音文件还包括与该来电号码最近一次通话的录音文件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的来电信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述显示录音文件的图标的方式包括:
    在来电显示界面显示两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,两个功能按钮分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;
    或者,在来电显示界面显示可操作区域,所述可操作区域与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;根据在所述可操作区域的操作指令确定出与该操作指令对应的录音文件,并播放。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的来电信息处理方法,其特征在于,在所述接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件之前,还包括:
    对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;
    建立每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系,并将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的来电信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件包括:对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容自接通起进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件。
  6. 一种来电信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    查找模块,设置为接收到来电号码的呼叫时,查找与该来电号码对应的录音文件,所述录音文件至少包括与该来电号码首次通话的录音文件;
    显示模块,设置为显示录音文件的图标;
    播放模块,设置为当接收到播放指令时,播放所述录音文件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的来电信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述录音文件还包括与该来电号码最近一次通话的录音文件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的来电信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块设置为:
    在来电显示界面显示两个播放录音文件的功能按钮,两个功能按钮分别与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;
    或者,在来电显示界面显示可操作区域,所述可操作区域与首次通话的录音文件、最近一次通话的录音文件相关联;根据在所述可操作区域的操作指令确定出与该操作指令对应的录音文件,并播放。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的来电信息处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    录音控制模块,设置为对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容进行录音,生成录音文件;
    对应关系建立模块,设置为建立每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码与录音文件的对应关系;
    保存模块,设置为将该录音文件以及该对应关系保存。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的来电信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述录音控制模块还设置为对每个来电号码或每个陌生来电号码的通话内容自接通起进行预设时长的录音,生成录音文件。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6-10任一项所述的来电信息处理装置。
