折叠时,手控杆3折叠附着于平衡车主体的上表面。手控杆长度可调,可以方便使用者根据自身身体条件的不同而调整手控杆的高度;同时,在折叠收缩手控杆时,可以先将其缩短至最适合的长度,再行折叠收缩,减少折叠的手 控杆占据的空间大小,方便收纳。
本实施例优选的,电动平衡车的下部设置有至少一个可伸缩的支撑脚(图中未示出)。支撑脚的设置,使得平衡车可以在停放时更加稳定。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动平衡车,其中:包括:平衡车主体和折叠凳;
    所述折叠凳可转动的连接于所述平衡车主体上,在需要使用时,在平衡车主体的上表面将折叠凳展开,构成凳子以供使用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述平衡车主体的表面至少包括有一个容纳槽;
    在常态下,折叠凳折叠放置于容纳槽中;在需要使用时,将折叠凳展开,并在平衡车主体的上表面配合构成凳子以供使用。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述平衡车主体包括左踏板和右踏板;所述折叠凳包括左凳腿、右凳腿和凳板;所述容纳槽分别设置在所述左踏板和右踏板的上表面;
    所述左凳腿和右凳腿分别包括一矩形主体,所述矩形主体的大小与容纳槽相当;
    两块所述矩形主体的一侧边分别可转动的连接于两个所述容纳槽相互靠近的侧边,在折叠凳未展开时,两块所述矩形主体分别构成所述左踏板和右踏板的上表面的一部分;
    所述凳板设置在所述左凳腿或右凳腿对应的容纳槽内;
    在需要使用时,将两块所述矩形主体展开至垂直平衡车主体上表面的位置,并将凳板安装到两块所述矩形主体的上端即可构成凳子以供使用。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述容纳槽包括对应所述左踏板的第一容纳槽,和对应所述右踏板的第二容纳槽;所述矩形主体包括对应左凳腿的第一矩形主体,和对应所述右凳腿的第二矩形主体;
    所述第一矩形主体和第一容纳槽靠近右踏板的一侧边可转动的连接在一起,同时,所述第一矩形主体远离右踏板的一侧边设置有两个缺口;
    所述第二矩形主体和第二容纳槽靠近左踏板的一侧边可转动的连接在一 起,同时,所述第二矩形主体远离左踏板的一侧边可转动的连接于凳板的第一边;
    所述凳板常态下放置在所述第二容纳槽内,并且,所述凳板的第二边设置有用于与所述缺口配合固定的两个卡口结构;
    在需要使用时,所述第一矩形主体和第二矩形主体展开至垂直于平衡车主体上表面的位置,同时,凳板翻转至平行于平衡车主体上表面的位置,并将所述卡口结构配合固定于缺口,则左凳腿、右凳腿和凳板在平衡车主体的上表面构成门字凳以供使用。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述容纳槽包括对应所述左踏板的第一容纳槽,和对应所述右踏板的第二容纳槽;所述矩形主体包括对应左凳腿的第一矩形主体,和对应所述右凳腿的第二矩形主体;
    所述第一矩形主体和第一容纳槽靠近右踏板的一侧边可转动的连接在一起,同时,所述第一矩形主体远离右踏板的一侧边设置有两个缺口;
    所述第二矩形主体和第二容纳槽靠近左踏板的一侧边可转动的连接在一起,同时,同时,所述第二矩形主体远离左踏板的一侧边设置有两个缺口;
    所述凳板常态下放置在所述第二容纳槽内,并且,所述凳板轴向两端的侧边分别设置有用于与所述缺口配合固定的两组共四个卡口结构;
    在需要使用时,所述第一矩形主体和第二矩形主体展开至垂直于平衡车主体上表面的位置,同时,将凳板两端侧边的卡口结构配合固定于缺口,则左凳腿、右凳腿和凳板在平衡车主体的上表面构成门字凳以供使用。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述缺口为矩形缺口,所述卡口结构为垂直于凳板表面的“凹”字型卡口结构;
    所述”凹”字型卡口结构的卡口为矩形卡口,所述矩形卡口底部至凳板表面的厚度与矩形缺口的深度相当。
  7. 如权利要求4或5所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述电动平衡车包括手控杆;
    所述手控杆设置在平衡车主体靠近前侧边的位置,所述容纳槽设置在平衡车主体靠近后侧边的位置。
  8. 如权利要求4或5所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述凳板的长度与第一容纳槽和第二容纳槽两靠近侧边的距离相当;
    所述凳板的大小小于或等于第二容纳槽的大小;
    所述第一容纳槽的深度与第一矩形主体的厚度相当,所述第二容纳槽的最浅深度相当于第二矩形主体的厚度加上凳板的厚度,所述第二容纳槽对应放置卡口结构的位置的深度相当于第二矩形主体、凳板和卡口结构相加的厚度相当。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述电动平衡车包括一长度可调的手控杆,所述手控杆通过转轴可转动的安装在平衡车主体的上表面;
    折叠时,所述手控杆折叠附着于平衡车主体的上表面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中:所述电动平衡车的下部设置有至少一个可伸缩的支撑脚。
