本发明的有益效果是:该种系统通过对电梯进行远程监控,实现将电梯的使用单位、维护保养单位以及监督管理部门紧密联系起来,构建统一的数据、标准平台,形成完善的电梯运行监控机制;发生困人故障时,能够自动播放安抚语音,提示人员该如何操作逃生,避免危险升级,通过故障传感器、电梯运行状态传感器可实现乘客无需做任何操作,全程自动报警,自动呼叫,并且可将电梯故障信息发至管理人员、维护保养人员手机,及时排除故障,预防事故发生,保障电梯安全;通过独立传感器采集电梯运行情况、故障机维保状态,经无线、宽带网络上传至监控中心平台,从而实现对电梯的全天候运行监测、故障信息记录、主动告警及维保管理等智能化管理。
