- the upper crossbars (le and 2c) and the telescopic extensions (10 have a series of holes (10c) that pass side by side through their side faces, where metal pins (100c) are placed perpendicularly, which serve as a safe way to choose different distances from the position of the telescopic extensions (lf) to expand or reduce the width of the surface of the upper crossings (le and 2c) to reduce load.
- the frames (1 and 2) can be manufactured with the vertical posts (la and 2a) completely straight, without the need for oblique sections (Hg. 16).
- Each frame of the device is reinforced structurally, according to the need and the carrying capacity of the vehicle (5), by sharpening at least one reinforcement post (Id) that is installed perpendicularly between the upper crossbar (le and 2c) and the lower crossbar (Id and 2d) of each frame (1 and 2), helping the dead weight of the load to be distributed among the two crossbars of each frame and right load is not supported only by the upper crossings (le and 2c).
- the rear frame (2) has substantially the same structure as the front frame (1), and its posts (la and 2a) can have a completely square shape in cases where the bed (5a) of the vehicle (5) is completely flat ( Rg. 16).
- the base (3) where the front frame (1) of the vehicle (5) is fastened, is coriformed by a pair of vertical metal sections (3a) of type V profile each joined at its ends Lower than a pair of metal plates
- each vertical section (3a) of this base (3) each day has a pair of transverse perforations, a Lower (30b) and a superior (30a), serving the Lower (30b) to pass a stem or tomiHo (100b ) which in turn is passed through the lower perforation (10b) of each post (the), making the hinge function to fold down the front frame (1) on the bed (5a) of the vehicle (5) and, in each upper perforation (30a) of each of these vertical sections (3a) a rod or screw (100a) is passed, which pass through each upper perforation (10a) of each post (the) when the frame (1) is It is deployed or in a position to redraw cargo, allowing that a frame (1) remains in position and does not get caught when receiving cargo or putting the vehicle (5) in motion.
- Each stem or thyme (100a and 100b) used is of a diameter sufficiently small d of the holes (30a and 30b) in the base (3) and d of the holes (10a and 10b) in frame d (1), to allow them to said rods or holes (100a and 100b), slide freely inside d of the recessed holes but with the minimum clearance between d outer diameter of the rods (100a and 100b) and d inside diameter of the holes (30a and 30b) .
- a metal bushing (lg) is installed at the bottom of the vertical posts to give greater load resistance to said vertical posts.
- the vertical sections (3a) of the base (3) that supports the front frame (1) are joined at their upper ends by a metal profile section
- the profile (3c) of the section preferably being a metal angle, the Inner face of said angle section (3c) being oriented towards the vehicle cabin (5) and at a height that allows it to be attached to the edge of the box (5a) of the vehicle (5), giving greater structural support to the base (3) and a firmer support for the front frame (1) when it is deployed to receive cargo .
- each vertical section (3a) of the base (3) is slightly wider than the width of each post (the) of the front frame (1) so that when deploying said frame (1) , these posts (la) are within the form dd profile "c", with the perforations (10a and 10b) of the posts (la) and the perforations (30a and 30b) of the vertical sections (3a) of the base ( 3), aligned so that the rods or screws (100a and 100b) connecting the front frame (1) with the base (3) can be shifted through days.
- B rear frame (2) dd device is attached to the bed (5a) dd vehicle (5) by means of two socket bases (4) that are previously installed on the sides of the internal rear area of the bed (5a) dd vehicle (5) .
- Each of these bases (4) is made up of a lateral vertical section (4a) constructed with a metal profile joined lengthwise in one of its edges to the outer face of a section of profile type "c" (4b), forming both pieces a square that is reinforced with at least one pair of metal plate triangles (4c) welded on the inside of said square.
- each base (4) is attached to the square
- the vertical metal sections (4a and 4b) form a metal plate (4d) which has at least one hole (40) through which a thyme (400) is held that holds each base (4) to the vehicle floor (5) ).
- This plate (4d) of the base (4) has on its rear edge an eyebrow that is coupled to the rear edge of the bed (5a) of the vehicle (5) to give greater fixation to said base (4) and a firm hold on the rear frame (2) when installed in the bed (5a) of the vehicle (5).
- the profile section type "c" (4b) of the bases (4) supporting the rear frame (2) each has a top hole (200a) and a bottom hole (200b), substantially similar to coughs presenting the vertical sections (3a) of the front base (3), with the lower holes (200b) having the hinge cast to fold the rear frame (2) onto the bed (5a) of the vehicle (5) and the upper holes (200a) ) the die to keep the rear frame (2) in position once deployed to reduce load.
- each rear base (4) The internal part of the profile "c" (4b) of each rear base (4) is slightly wider than the width of each post (2a) of the rear frame (2) so that when said frame (2) is deployed, these posts (2a) are within the form of the profile V (4b), with the perforations (20) of the posts (2a) and the perforations (200a and 200b) of the "c" profiles (4b), set so that they allow sliding through coughs or stems (50) that join the back frame (2) with each of these bases (4).
- each rear base (4) has at least one hole (60) through which dummies (600) that fix these bases (4) laterally to the box (5a) of the vehicle ( 5).
- the upper crossings (le and 2c) of each frame (1 and 2) can be located at the same height to align horizontally with the load or remain d upper crossbar (2c) gives rear frame (2) slightly by oeoajo oe the height of the upper crossing (le) of the front frame (1), to end the vehicle loading and unloading process (5) from the rear of said vehicle (5).
