Abstract
The plumbing accessory is for facilitating the unblocking of pipe through an inspection opening of a T piece of pipe connector using a high pressure fluid feed pipe, the plumbing accessory comprising of a body configured for a snug insertion into the inspection hatch. The body defining an internal passage configured for receiving a flued feed pipe through it, the internal passage being configured to present an internal surface with out sharp edges to thereby prevent abrasion of the external surface of the fluid feed pipe.
Description
Description
Title of invention, plumbing accessory
The plumbing accessory is an insert that is placed into an opening in a pipe to facilitate the cleaning of the pipe with a high pressure flued feed hose or a mechanical spring. The insert bypasses edges and surfaces in the opening that may impede the movement of hoses and springs designed for cleaning such pipe. The plumbing accessory facilitates movement with a smooth rounded internal surface designed to provide clear axes to the pipe and avoid damage to the hose, spring and pipe opening itself. The plumbing accessory is designed to fit into such openings with a snug fit. The invention is not limited to this particular field of use and may facilitate objects entering and exiting openings.
Claims
