本申请基于申请号为201610729754.X及201610729635.4、申请日均为2016年08月25日的两个中国专利申请提出,并要求这两个中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容引入本申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域的信息推广技术,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法及装置、显示终端及存储介质。
背景技术
随着互联网行业特别是移动互联网的蓬勃发展,通过互联网进行信息推广成为信息传播的新形态而得到普遍应用。
互联网广告(以下简称广告)作为在互联网进行信息推广的典型技术,已经成为用户获取信息、以及广告主提升知名度和宣传产品的重要途径。
广告的形式多种多样,典型地,包括以下几种类型:
1)网页广告,在用户访问的网页中投放广告,使得用户浏览的网页中会弹出广告。
2)视频广告,在视频播放之前以及在视频的播放过程中,在视频播放界面弹出广告。
3)应用内广告,用户在终端如智能手机、平板电脑等安装各种应用的客户端,在用户使用应用客户端的过程中弹出广告。
目前存在的问题是,相关技术往往是在用户获取业务信息的过程中向用户投放推广信息,这对用户获取信息的过程造成了不可避免地干扰,影响了用户正常获取业务信息的过程。
对于如何降低投放推广信息对用户的干扰程度,在保证用户正常获取信息的同时实现推广信息的效果,相关技术尚无有效解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法及装置、显示终端及存储介质,期望解决推广信息对用户的干扰程度大和/或推广信息的呈现效果差的问题。
本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:

本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法及装置、显示终端及存储介质,
首先,用于呈现推广信息时并非是在用户在业务信息客户端中查看业务信息时立即进行呈现,而是在处于操作场景时采用与特定操作场景具有适配的呈现参数有选择地呈现,在不符合操作场景时即不进行推送,这就显著降低在用户查看业务信息的干扰程度。
其次,在呈现推广信息时,呈现参数与当前所处的操作场景相适配,针对不同的操作场景适应性地加载相应的推广信息位以呈现推广信息,避免了相关技术使用固定的弹窗方式、贴片方式呈现推广信息对用户的干扰的情况。

1)信息流,按照特定方式排列的一系列信息,如按照拍摄时间排列的照片流,按照发生时间排列的新闻流,按照更新时间排列的社交好友动态流。
2)目标业务,用户在终端中安装的应用客户端以期望使用的业务,如通过新闻客户端阅读时事新闻,通过社交客户端查看好友动态的业务,其 中承载目标业务的信息称为业务信息。

例如,社交客户端的自身的业务信息是社交好友的动态,多个动态形成好友动态流,而推广信息可以是广告主期望向符合定向条件的用户投放的广告,或者是新闻单位期望向所有用户推送的重大新闻通知。
再例如,对于新闻客户端应用自身的业务信息是新闻,多个新闻即形成新闻流,而推广信息有别于新闻,可以是广告主期望向符合定向条件的用户投放的广告。
7)推广信息位,应用客户端中用于呈现推广信息的区域,如应用客户端的图形界面中的特定区域。

应用后台13用于向用户侧终端14中的应用客户端发送目标业务的信息流,如向新闻客户端发送新闻流,向社交客户端发送的好友的动态流。

操作系统146用于提供面向用户的图形界面,示例性地,包括插件图标、桌面背景和应用图标,操作系统146支持用户经由图形界面对设备的控制本发明实施例对上述设备的软件环境如操作系统类型、版本不做限定,例如可以是安卓操作系统、iOS操作系统、Linux操作系统或UNIX操作系统等。
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种信息处理方法,至少包括以下步骤:
步骤100:在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现业务信息;
如前,终端中可以运行多个类型的应用客户端,如社交客户端和新闻客户端等。例如,各应用客户端间隔性(定期或不定期地)从相应的应用后台拉取目标业务(如应用客户端所支持的任意业务,或用户所需使用的业务)业务信息的信息流,或者,各应用客户端接收相应的应用后台主动下发的信息流。在接收到或拉取到这些业务流之后,会在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现至少部分业务信息。
步骤200:监听针对所述业务信息的操作事件;
应用客户端的图形界面呈现业务信息,这样用户就可以看到赌赢的业务信息,此时,用户会点击或滑动业务信息等,这种用户作用于业务信息的操作,即为针对所述业务信息的操作事件的至少之一。例如,用户针对 业务信息的操作类型,操作事件可以为触控操作事件、声控事件,键盘事件和鼠标事件等;各类型的操作事件是用户操作的记录。比如,用户侧对应用客户端中业务信息进行的操作而导致用户设备的硬件层相应的输入/输出(I/O)上报至系统层的事件,如用户针对操作对象实施触控操作时将产生相应的触控事件,包括用户操作的具体位置、时间等操作数据和触控操作的类型等。同理,用户针对应用客户端的操作对象实施声控操作时将产生相应的声控事件,包括用户的语音所操作的操作对象的标识以及操作方式等。
步骤300:基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对所述业务信息的操作符合操作场景。在一个实施例中,通过机器学习的方法训练出用于识别操作场景的模型,例如神经网络模型,使用神经网络模型基于监听到的操作事件对所符合的操作场景进行预测。在另一个实施例中,可以通过操作事件与操作场景的预设对应关系,确定出当前监听的操作事件对应的操作场景。
步骤400:在所述图形界面中采用与所述操作场景相适配的呈现参数,呈现推广信息。在一个实施例中,通过机器学习的方法训练出用于呈现参数的确定模型,例如神经网络模型,使用神经网络模型基于操作场景作为输入参数,输出对应的呈现参数。在另一个实施例中,可以通过操作场景与呈现参数的预设对应关系,确定出当前的操作场景对应的呈现参数。
显然在本发明实施例中不是随意或总是呈现推广信息,首先,先呈现业务信息,这样方便用户先查看业务信息,从信息显示的先后顺序来说,优先显示业务信息,满足用户查看业务信息的需求,减少对用于查看业务信息的信息干扰。其次,在业务信息呈现之后,在用户针对业务信息有特定的操作,基于该操作得到操作场景,确定出与该操作场景对应的呈现参数来呈现推广信息,而非如现今强制性的以弹窗等方式强行呈现推广信息, 从而减少用户的反感,从而提升用户的使用满意度,降低用户感官上的干扰程度。
可选地,所述步骤400可包括:
基于所述操作场景确定的推广信息位置、呈现的信息属性及呈现方式等至少其中之一;
在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息;和/或,在所述图形界面中呈现与所述信息属性相适配的所述推广信息;和/或,以所述呈现方式在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息或显示所述推广信息的推广信息位。
推广信息位为专门用于显示推广信息的显示位置。信息属性可为描述对应的推广信息的信息内容和/或信息形态的参数。所述信息形态可包括:图片信息、文本信息和/或视频信息等。信息内容可为推广信息的主旨内容和/或关键字和/或信息标签等。所述信息标签可为推广信息的提供方设置的至少该信息内容相关属性的标签。
呈现方式可包括:推广信息的显示方式,是渐入方式,还是滑入方式等。若推广信息包括音频信息,若用户当前查看的业务信息为文本信息,用户在新闻客户端安静的查看新闻文稿,若此时插入推广信息包括声音,若一下就以较大的输出音量输出推广信息,可能会吓到用户,则此时可以以渐入方式,控制输出音量由小到大的输出推广信息中的音频信息。所述渐入方式,还可包括:控制推广信息的显示内容逐步从模糊到清晰,避免从业务信息直接切换到推广信息的生硬,从而提升用户接受到推广信息的满意度,从而降低用户认为的推广信息的干扰程度。所述滑入方式,可以包括:将推广信息中的显示内容从显示终端的上方滑入显示屏、下方滑入显示屏、左方滑入显示屏或从右方滑入显示屏等滑入方式。当然这里仅是举例,具体实现均不局限于此。
为了降低向用户侧投放的推广信息对用户造成的干扰程度,参见图4示出的本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,获取用户侧终端的应用客户端所支持目标业务的信息流(步骤101);在应用客户端的图形界面所包括的业务信息位中,呈现信息流中的至少部分业务信息(步骤102);监听针对业务信息的操作事件(步骤103);基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对业务信息的操作所符合的操作场景(步骤104);在应用客户端图形界面的业务信息位之间加载与操作场景适配的推广信息位,并在推广信息位呈现推广信息(步骤105)。
参见图5-1示出的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
步骤201,终端的应用客户端从应用后台获取目标业务的信息流。
如前,终端中可以运行多个类型的应用客户端,如社交客户端和新闻客户端等。
例如,各应用客户端间隔性(定期或不定期地)从相应的应用后台拉取目标业务(如应用客户端所支持的任意业务,或用户所需使用的业务)业务信息的信息流,或者,各应用客户端接收相应的应用后台主动下发的信息流。
步骤202,终端的应用客户端从投放系统获取与用户的用户标签适配的推广信息。
示例性地,终端的应用客户端处于运行状态时,应用客户端将用户的用户标签上报至投放系统,投放系统根据各推广信息投放用户针对需要投放的推广信息设定的定向条件,确定符合定向条件的标签,并将相应的推广信息下发至终端中的应用客户端。
步骤203,终端的应用客户端预加载推广信息。
应用客户端通过在应用客户端的缓存中预加载推广信息,可以提升后 续在需要推广信息位呈现推广信息的效率。
在一个实施例中,对于从投放系统获取的推广信息按照获取的先后顺序在应用客户端的缓存中预加载,在后续步骤中按照推广信息在缓存中的排序读取。
在另一个实施例中,对于从投放系统获取的推广信息按照特定的维度进行排序,示例性地,维度包括:
1)时空维度,按照推广信息在时空维度与用户的相关度的降序进行排序。
以推广信息为新闻为例,按照新闻所携带的时空维度的标记计算与用户当前所处时间以及位置的相关度,能够实现贴合用户所处时空的推广信息优先得到曝光的效果。
2)偏好维度,按照推广信息与用户偏好的匹配程度的降序进行排序。
以广告为例,按照广告所宣传产品与用户偏好产品的相似程度进行排序,能够实现使得用户偏好的广告优先得到曝光的效果。
步骤204,终端在应用客户端的图形界面所包括的业务信息位中呈现信息流中的至少部分业务信息。
在一个实施例中,根据应用客户端中的业务信息位的数量,在相应业务信息位按照特定排序呈现信息流中的业务信息的完整内容,或者,在相应业务信息位按照特定排序呈现信息流中的业务信息的摘要。
示例性地,终端中的应用客户端响应于用户的操作切换为前台运行状态时(例如,对于移动终端来说,一般地,应用客户端的图形界面处于全屏状态,当然也可以处于非全屏状态),根据应用客户端的图形界面支持一次性加载的业务信息位的数量,在应用客户端的图形界面中加载相应数量的业务信息位,并在各业务信息中按照特定排序对应呈现信息流中业务信息的全部内容或者摘要。
实际应用中,业务信息位呈现业务信息的全部内容还是摘要视业务信息位的实际可用显示区域决定,在业务信息为不足以呈现业务信息的全部内容时可以呈现业务信息的摘要,例如摘要采用全部的内容的缩略图的形式,或者采用文字摘要和图片缩略图(当业务信息中包括图片时)的形式。
再以终端中的应用客户端为例,这里假设应用客户端的图形界面中一次性只能加载4个业务信息位,则按照从应用后台获取的业务信息的特定排序(例如,按照前述的时空维度的排序,或按照前述的偏好维度的排序),依次读取排序最前的4个业务信息对应在业务信息位呈现。
以终端中的新闻客户端为例,当新闻客户端被用户启动或切换至前台运行时,新闻客户端在图形界面的业务信息位1-4对应呈现预加载的新闻中在时空维度排序最靠前的4条新闻。实际应用中,新闻的排序所采用维度可以为默认维度或者预先设定的维度。
步骤205,终端监听针对业务信息的操作事件。
如前所述,用户针对业务信息的操作类型,操作事件可以为触控操作事件、声控事件,键盘事件和鼠标事件等;各类型的操作事件是用户操作的记录。
例如,如图2所示,用户侧对应用客户端中业务信息进行的操作而导致用户设备的硬件层相应的输入/输出(I/O)上报至系统层的事件,如用户针对操作对象实施触控操作时将产生相应的触控事件,包括用户操作的具体位置、时间等操作数据和触控操作的类型等。同理,用户针对应用客户端的操作对象实施声控操作时将产生相应的声控事件,包括用户的语音所操作的操作对象的标识以及操作方式等。
步骤206,终端基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对业务信息的操作所符合的操作场景。
在一个实施例中,通过机器学习的方法训练出用于识别操作场景的模 型例如神经网络模型,使用神经网络模型基于监听到的操作事件对所符合的操作场景进行预测。
示例性地,使用部分已知操作场景以及对应的操作事件作为操作识别模型的有标记(对应操作场景以及操作事件)的训练样本如{操作事件;操作样本};使用机器学习方法训练神经网络模型,使得训练后的神经网络模型具有基于操作事件对操作场景进行预测的能力。
以训练神经网络模型举例,建立一个如图6示例性示出的神经网络模型,用于基于监听到的操作事件对用户的操作场景进行预测。其中,输入层负责接收输入的训练样本及分发到隐藏层,隐藏层负责所需的计算及输出结果给输出层,输出层输出用户针对业务信息的操作所处的操作场景。
神经网络模型的输入层输入的训练样本的特征(如触控操作事件中的操作对象的类型、操作方式等)为衍生出来的变量,在神经网络模型的隐藏层对变量与操作场景之间的映射关系进行学习,从而具有在神经网络输出层输出基于操作事件预测操作场景的性能。在神经网络训练完成后,在神经网络输入如步骤206所监听到的操作事件,可以得到操作场景的预测结果。
示例性地,操作场景可以包括:
1)通过滑动操作更新业务信息的浏览操作场景。
例如在新闻客户端的图形界面中实施连续的向上滑动查看新闻流中其他新闻,则通过操作操作场景识别模型识别出用户处于浏览操作场景。
2)通过触控操作聚焦业务信息聚焦操作场景。
以触控操作为例,在亮屏状态,用户手指长时间(超出设定的关注时间阈值如5秒)按压某一业务信息,则通过操作操作场景识别模型识别出用户对该业务信息进行聚焦操作。
需要指出的是,实际应用中的操作场景不仅限于上述示例,例如还包 括分享操作场景(如分享到社交圈),对业务信息进行转发的转发操作场景,对业务信息进行评论的评论操作场景,另外实际应用中的操作场景是多样化的,操作场景还可以是上述操作场景所组合形成的复合的操作场景,如对业务信息进行转发以及评论的转发-评论操作场景。
本发明实施例中将上述的操作场景称为常规的操作场景,另外,用户的操作可能还符合这样的切换操作场景,即:用户在上述的常规操作场景之间进行切换,示例性地,包括以下几种形式的操作场景的切换:
1)浏览操作场景->聚焦操作场景
以用户在终端中使用新闻客户端为例,新闻客户端在多个业务信息为呈新闻流中部分新闻的摘要,从而形成新闻流,用户在快速浏览新闻流的各个新闻的摘要(此时处于滑动操作操作场景)时发现感兴趣的新闻,点击相应的新闻从而进行阅读新闻的具体内容(此时处于聚焦操作场景)。
2)聚焦操作场景->浏览操作场景
仍以用户在终端中使用新闻客户端为例,用户在阅读完毕一条新闻后返回新闻流的界面,继续浏览新闻流中各新闻的摘要以寻找感兴趣的内容。
3)浏览操作场景->聚焦操作场景->分享操作场景
以用户使用终端中社交客户端为例,社交客户端在图形界面的业务信息位呈现用户的各个好友分享的动态,形成好友的动态流,用户浏览动态流中各动态发现感兴趣的动态并点击阅读具体内容,在阅读过程中转发动态给用户的其他好友。
步骤207,终端在应用客户端图形界面的业务信息位之间加载与操作场景适配的推广信息位。
步骤208,终端在推广信息位呈现推广信息。
在一个实施例中,针对浏览操作场景加载适配的推广信息位,当通过监听到的操作事件判定处于滑动操作场景时,作为用户针对业务信息的滑 动操作的响应,在应用客户端的图形界面第一端以滑入图形界面方式加载推广信息位,并在应用客户端的图形界面第二端以滑出图形界面方式撤销加载业务信息位,直至加载推广信息位的全部区域,其中,第一端为应用客户端的图形界面中用户的滑动操作方向背向的一端,第二端为应用客户端的图形界面中用户的滑动操作方向指向的一端。
例如,用户在应用客户端的图形界面中实施自下而上的滑动操作时,根据用户滑动的幅度,在应用客户端的底部加载与幅度一致的推广信息位,实现推广信息位从图形界面的底部“滑出”的效果,推广信息位可以采用全屏方式或者非全屏方式,当应用客户端在图形界面中完全加载推广信息位之后,如果用户继续实施自下而上的滑动操作,则应用客户端将在推广信息位之后继续加载业务信息位,从而实现业务信息位之间加载推广信息位的效果。对于在推广信息位呈现的推广信息,与在业务信息位加载的业务信息构成了形成了“融合”,即实现了以与业务信息相一致的内容形式呈现推广信息的效果。
例如,如图7-1和图7-2所示,当用户在应用客户端的图形界面中以从下往上的方式滑动业务信息流时,在图形界面的底端以划入的方式加载推广信息位,推广信息位在图形界面中加载的区域与用户滑动操作的幅度一致,直至用户实施的足够的滑动操作将推广信息位使推广信息位在图形界面中完全加载。
示例性地,如图7-1和图7-2所示,推广信息位可以为全屏方式,当用户实施足够的滑动操作时推广信息位完全覆盖由于客户端的图形界面。推广信息位也可以为非全屏方式,当用户实施足够的滑动操作使推广信息位在由于客户端的图形界面完全加载时,推广信息位和业务信息位在应用客户端的图形界面中共同加载。
在另一个实施例中,针对聚焦操作场景加载适配的推广信息位,响应 于用户针对目标业务信息的聚焦以查看业务信息所包括内容的操作,在应用客户端的图形界面以至少覆盖目标业务信息的业务信息位的方式加载推广信息位,示例性地,以覆盖目标业务的业务信息位的方式在应用客户端的图形界面中加载推广信息位,或者以覆盖目标业务信息位以及多个相邻的业务信息位(或全部业务信息位)的方式在应用客户端的图形界面中加载推广信息位。
例如,如图7-3和图7-4所示,当用户在新闻客户端中浏览新闻流中各新闻摘要时,发现感兴趣的新闻(新闻3)并点击以阅读新闻的具体内容,在用户点击欲阅读新闻的摘要之后,如图7-3所示以推广信息位覆盖该新闻摘要的业务信息位,或者,如图7-4所示以推广信息位覆盖该新闻摘要以及相邻新闻摘要(新闻摘要2和4)的业务信息位。
在又一个实施例中,针对操作场景的切换加载适配的推广信息位,当判断出用户针对业务信息的操作所符合的操作场景发生切换时,在应用客户端的图形界面中加载推广信息位,例如,在应用客户端的图形界面中以全屏方式加载推广信息位,或者在图形界面的业务信息位中插入推广信息位的方式加载推广信息位。
在推广信息位呈现推广信息之后,还涉及到推广信息位的撤销加载。特别地,如图7-2所示,当推广信息位以非全屏的方式嵌入业务信息位之间的方式加载时,可以不执行撤销加载推广信息位的操作,也就是保持推广信息位与相邻信息位的连接关系。当然,对于任意形式的推广信息位都可以执行撤销加载的操作,参见图5-2示出的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
步骤209,终端检测到所呈现的推广信息满足相应的撤销条件,在应用客户端中撤销加载推广信息位。
在一个实施例中,在应用客户端的推广信息位呈现推广信息之后即开 始计时,当在推广信息位加载推广信息的时长到达预定时长时撤销加载推广信息位,以恢复在加载推广信息位之前应用客户端的图形界面的显示状态,通过对呈现推广信息的时长进行控制,可实现长时间呈现推广信息而干扰用户获取推广信息的情况。
例如,新闻客户端在全屏形式的推广信息位加载推广信息后即开始计时,当推广信息的展示时间未到达展示逻辑指示的展示时间时,即判定未满足撤销加载推广信息位的条件,此时推广信息位处于不可操作的状态;当推广信息的展示时间未到达展示逻辑指示的展示时间时,即判定满足撤销加载推广信息位的条件,当用户针对推广信息位实施滑动操作如从下至上的滑动操作时,响应于用户针对推广信息的滑动操作,在应用客户端的图形界面第二端以滑出图形界面方式撤销加载推广信息位。
在另一个实施例中,在应用客户端的推广信息位呈现推广信息之后,即监听是否有针对推广信息的聚焦操作事件,如触控点击事件和鼠标点击事件等,如果监听到相应的点击事件,则按照推广信息相应的展示逻辑进行处理,如跳转至相应的落地页等。如果在预定等待时间内未监听到针对推广信息的聚焦操作事件,说明用户对推广信息不感兴趣,则撤销加载推广信息位以免干扰用户获取业务信息。
在另一个实施例中,推广信息的展示逻辑允许用户关闭在推广信息位呈现的推广信息,相应地,在推广信息位呈现推广信息时还呈现针对推广信息的虚拟开关,在推广信息位呈现推广信息时,一旦用户不期望观看推广信息即可按压虚拟开关,相应地,在应用客户端中监听到针对推广信息位的关闭事件,作为响应,撤销推广信息位。
参见图8示出的信息处理方法,参见图2示出的本发明实施例提供的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现业务信息(步骤301);监听针对业务信息的操作事件(步骤(302);基于 所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对业务信息的操作符合预定操作场景(步骤303);在图形界面中加载推广信息位(步骤304);基于操作场景在推广信息位呈现与业务信息相关联的推广信息(步骤305)。
可见,首先,基于操作场景在推广信息位中加载与业务信息相关的推广信息,适用操作场景而有针对性加载推广信息,使加载推广信息位并呈现推广信息的处理能够与用户的当前操作场景实现“无缝”对接,避免了相关技术以弹窗等“暴力”的形式呈现推广信息给用户而导致干扰的问题;其次,在推广信息位加载的信息是业务信息关联的,实现呈现推广信息作为操作场景的一部分而“沉浸”入操作场景的效果,推广信息能够最大程度符合用户当前获取信息的需求,降低了对用户获取业务信息的干扰程度。
参见图9-1示出的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
步骤401,终端的应用客户端从应用后台获取所支持业务的业务信息。

步骤403,终端监听针对业务信息的操作事件。
如前,用户针对业务信息的操作类型,操作事件可以为触控操作(如点击操作事件、滑动操作事件),还可以为声控事件,键盘事件和鼠标事件等;各类型的操作事件是用户针对用户在应用客户端针对业务信息而操作的记录。
例如,用户侧对应用客户端中业务信息进行的操作而导致用户设备的硬件层相应的输入/输出(I/O)上报至系统层的事件,如用户针对操作对象实施触控操作时将产生相应的触控事件,包括用户操作的具体位置、时间等操作数据和触控操作的类型等。同理,用户针对应用客户端的操作对象实施声控操作时将产生相应的声控事件,包括用户的语音所操作的操作对象的标识以及操作方式等。
步骤404,终端基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对业务信息的操作所符合的操作场景。
用户在应用客户端的图形界面中针对业务信息的操作可能处于特定的操作场景,在一个实施例中,通过机器学习的方法训练出用于识别操作场景的模型例如神经网络模型,使用神经网络模型基于监听到的操作事件对所符合的操作场景进行预测。
示例性地,使用部分已知操作场景以及对应的操作事件作为操作识别模型的有标记(对应操作场景以及操作事件)的训练样本如{在图形界面自下而上的滑动操作事件1;浏览操作场景};{在图形界面自下而上的滑动操作事件2;浏览操作场景};使用机器学习方法训练神经网络模型,使得训练后的神经网络模型具有基于操作事件对操作场景进行预测的性能。
以训练神经网络模型举例,建立一个如图5示例性示出的神经网络模型,用于基于监听到的操作事件对用户的操作场景进行预测。其中,输入层负责接收输入的训练样本及分发到隐藏层,隐藏层负责形成操作事件的特性与操作场景的映射,基于输出的操作场景的预测结果与操作场景的实际结果的偏差,对隐藏层形成的映射关系中的隐藏节点的参数(权值)进行调整,直至偏差满足实用需求。
神经网络模型的输入层输入的训练样本的特征(如触控操作事件中的操作对象的类型、操作方式等)为衍生出来的变量,在神经网络模型的隐藏层对变量与操作场景之间的映射关系进行学习,从而具有在神经网络输出层输出基于操作事件预测操作场景的性能。在神经网络训练完成后,通过在神经网络输入所监听到的操作事件,可以得到操作场景的预测结果。
示例性地,操作场景可以包括:
1)通过滑动操作更新业务信息的浏览操作场景。
例如在新闻客户端的图形界面中实施连续的向上滑动查看新闻流中其他新闻,则通过操作操作场景识别模型识别出用户处于浏览操作场景。

本发明实施例中将上述的操作场景称为常规的操作场景,另外,用户 的操作可能还符合这样的切换操作场景,即:用户在上述的常规操作场景之间进行切换,示例性地,包括以下几种形式的操作场景的切换:
1)浏览操作场景->聚焦操作场景
以用户在终端中使用新闻客户端为例,新闻客户端在多个业务信息为呈新闻流中部分新闻的摘要,从而形成新闻流,用户在快速浏览新闻流的各个新闻的摘要(此时处于滑动操作操作场景)时发现感兴趣的新闻,点击相应的新闻从而进行阅读新闻的具体内容(此时处于聚焦操作场景)。
2)聚焦操作场景->浏览操作场景
仍以用户在终端中使用新闻客户端为例,用户在阅读完毕一条新闻后返回新闻流的界面,继续浏览新闻流中各新闻的摘要以寻找感兴趣的内容。
3)浏览操作场景->聚焦操作场景->分享操作场景
以用户使用终端中社交客户端为例,社交客户端在图形界面的业务信息位呈现用户的各个好友分享的动态,形成好友的动态流,用户浏览动态流中各动态发现感兴趣的动态并点击阅读具体内容,在阅读过程中转发动态给用户的其他好友。
步骤405,终端在应用客户端图形界面中加载推广信息位。
在一个实施例中,用户在图形界面中某一位置实施触控操作(如点击或者滑动),终端在图形界面中对应接收到针对业务信息的触控事件的位置,以插入业务信息的方式加载推广信息位。示例性地,在图形界面中接收到触控事件的位置的下方、上方、左侧和右侧之一或者至少之一(如左上侧、右下侧),以插入的方式加载推广信息位,需要指出的是,推广信息位是图形界面中用于呈现的推广信息的框架(也可以视为图层),本身并不可见的属性。从而,在后续步骤408中在推广信息位中呈现推广信息时,能够实现推广信息与业务信息“融合”的效果,从用户的角度来看,应用客户端以与用户需要获取的业务信息相同的方式来呈现推广信息,难以明 确区分业务信息和推广信息,实现了推广信息的内容化,与相关技术使用弹窗、贴片等方式呈现投放信息相比,使用户更加容易接受,降低了对用户的干扰程度。
例如,如图10-1所示,用户侧终端的应用客户端的图形界面中呈现有业务信息,当用户在位置61实施滑动操作(如向上、向下或其他方式的滑动,或者单击、双击等点触操作)时,应用客户端的将监听到相应的操作事件,在监听到操作事件相应的位置61的下方即时插入推广信息位的全部显示区域,当然,也可以在监听到操作事件相应的位置61的上方或者其他相邻位置插入推广信息位的全部显示区域。
在另一个实施例中,在图形界面中对应接收到针对业务信息的触控事件的位置,以覆盖至少部分业务信息的方式加载推广信息位。
示例性地,在图形界面中接收到触控事件的位置,以覆盖该位置的部分业务信息的方式加载推广信息位,例如,在位置的部分业务信息之上覆盖图层,可以理解地,推广信息位是图形界面中用于呈现的推广信息的框架,本身并不可见的属性。从而,在后续步骤408中在推广信息位中呈现推广信息时,能够实现推广信息与业务信息“融合”的效果,从用户的角度来看,应用客户端以与用户需要获取的业务信息相同的方式来呈现推广信息,难以明确区分业务信息和推广信息,实现了推广信息的内容化,与相关技术使用弹窗、贴片等方式呈现投放信息相比,使用户更加容易接受,降低了对用户的干扰程度。
例如,如图10-2所示,用户侧终端的应用客户端的图形界面中呈现有业务信息,当用户在位置63实施触控操作(如点触操作)时,应用客户端的将监听到相应的操作事件,以在位置63之上覆盖图层的方式加载推广信息位64,从而覆盖位置63的部分业务信息,业务信息中位于位置63的部分处于不可见的状态。
在另一个实施例中,与图10-1和图10-2以在图形界面中监听到触控事件时立即在图形界面中加载推广信息位的全部区域不同,当触控事件为滑动操作事件时,在监听到点击操作事件时不立即加载推广信息位,而在监听到滑动操作事件时,基于滑动操作的方向和幅度以渐进的方式在图形界面中加载推广信息位,例如采用这样的方式:
在用户通过滑动操作更新业务信息的浏览操作场景中,作为用户针对业务信息的滑动操作的响应,在应用客户端的图形界面第一端(第一端为应用客户端的图形界面中用户的滑动操作方向背向的一端)以滑入图形界面方式加载推广信息位,并在应用客户端的图形界面第二端(第二端为应用客户端的图形界面中用户的滑动操作方向指向的一端。)以滑出图形界面方式撤销呈现部分的业务信息,直至加载推广信息位的全部区域。从而避免在监听到触控事件时一次性加载推广信息位的全部区域而可能对用户的造成的干扰的问题。
示例性地,在用户通过滑动操作更新业务信息的浏览操作场景中,如图10-3所示,当用户在位置65向上滑动幅度66时,在图形界面的底端以滑入幅度66的方式加载推广信息位(或部分推广信息位)67,并在图形界面第二端以滑出方式撤销呈现对应幅度66的部分业务信息。
步骤406,终端基于操作场景在推广信息位呈现与业务信息相关联的推广信息。
作为一个典型示例,推广信息与业务信息在图形界面中当前显示的内容关联,或者与当前显示的内容的上下文关联。
作为一个典型示例,可以对采集将业务信息与推广信息的关键词匹配的方式,以确定应用客户端的图形界面中当前呈现业务信息所关联的推广信息。
例如,采用语义分析的方法从应用客户端的图形界面当前呈现的业务 信息中提取关键词,与视频广告的标签(表征视频广告的定向条件)匹配,将匹配成功的视频广告作为关联的推广信息。
作为一个典型示例,推广信息可以与业务信息的主题、业务信息所涉及的人物、情节等关联。
例如,当业务信息为关于某型号的笔记本电脑的评测文章时,推广信息可以为该型号笔记本电脑或更新型号笔记本电脑的视频广告。
再例如,当业务信息为小说的某一章节时,关联的推广信息可以为根据该情节设计的网络游戏广告。
以下,结合不同的操作场景对在推广信息位呈现推广信息的处理进行说明,
在一个实施例中,在用户通过滑动操作更新业务信息的浏览操作场景中,在推广信息位呈现与用户滑动操作的触点相邻内容和/或相邻内容上下文关联的推广信息。
示例性地,相邻内容,可以是应用客户端的图形界面中显示的业务信息中与触点相距预定距离(如预定数量的段落、字数、或文字的行数等)的内容,相邻内容的上下文可以为内容的全文、基于语义分析方法提取的相邻内容的关键词、相邻内容的主题、相邻内容所涉及的人物等。
例如,假设应用客户端在图形界面中呈现了业务信息的段落9至段落13,而用户的触点位于段落11与段落12之间的空白位置,则相邻内容可以为段落11至段落12的内容,当然相邻内容也可以为段落9至段落13。用于确定相邻内容的预定距离越大,则获取的推广信息的数量越多,实际应用中可根据投放推广信息的数量需求而设定。
相邻内容的上下文还可以是与应用客户端当前呈现的业务信息相关的业务信息,如新闻的系列报道、连载的小说等。
在另一个实施例中,在用户通过触控操作聚焦业务信息聚焦操作场景 中,在推广信息位呈现与用户标记的内容和/或与所标记的内容上下文关联的推广信息。
其中标记的内容可以是应用客户端的图形界面中被用户批注的内容、收藏的内容等,标记内容的上下文可以标记内容的主题、关键词、所涉及的人物等。当用户在阅读(聚焦)业务信息时,通过呈现与用户标注内容的相关的推广信息,显著提升了对用户当前获取信息的需求的命中率,降低了,同时会扩展用户获取信息的渠道。
例如,当用户对阅读的新闻中的房产销售的新闻报道进行标记操作时(处于标记操作场景),在推广信息位呈现用户所处地区的房产销售广告。
在另一个实施例中,在用户通对业务信息进行转发的转发操作场景,在推广信息位呈现与用户转发的内容和/或与所转发内容的上下文关联的推广信息。
其中转发的内容是用户在应用客户端的图形界面中选中转发(如转发到好友或分享到个人的动态中)的内容,转发内容的上下文是指所转发内容的主题、关键词或所涉及的人物等。
在一个加载推广信息位并呈现推广信息的示例中,用户在应用客户端的图形界面中实施自下而上的滑动操作时,根据用户滑动的幅度,在应用客户端的底部加载与幅度一致的推广信息位,实现推广信息位从图形界面的底部“滑出”的效果,推广信息位可以采用全屏方式或者非全屏方式,当应用客户端在图形界面中完全加载推广信息位之后,如果用户继续实施自下而上的滑动操作,则应用客户端将在推广信息位之后继续加载业务信息,从而实现业务信息之间插入推广信息位的效果。对于在推广信息位呈现的推广信息,与在业务信息位加载的业务信息构成了形成了“融合”,即实现了以与业务信息相一致的内容形式呈现推广信息的效果。
在推广信息位呈现推广信息之后,还涉及到推广信息位的撤销加载。 特别地,当推广信息位以非全屏的方式加载时,可以不执行撤销加载推广信息位的操作,也就是保持推广信息位与相邻业务的连接关系。当然,对于任意形式的推广信息位都可以执行撤销加载的操作,参见图9-2示出的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
步骤407,在图形界面撤销加载推广信息位,并在推广信息位原先占用的区域恢复呈现业务信息。
在一个实施例中,终端检测到所呈现的推广信息满足相应的撤销条件时,在应用客户端的图形界面中撤销加载推广信息位,响应于用户针对推广信息的滑动操作的方向和幅度,在图形界面中沿滑动操作的幅度将推广信息位以滑动操作的幅度移出应用客户端的图形界面,从而实现逐步缩小推广信息位。
例如,参加图10-4,用户拖动推广信息位(其中呈现有推广信息,图10-4中未示出)向上滑动以查看业务信息的后续内容,根据用户滑动的方向,推广信息位同步于用户滑动的幅度向图形界面的顶端移动直至移出图形界面。
以下结合撤销条件的不同示例进行说明。
示例1)
在应用客户端的推广信息位呈现推广信息之后即开始计时,当在推广信息位加载推广信息的时长到达预定时长时撤销加载推广信息位,以恢复在加载推广信息位之前应用客户端的图形界面中业务信息的显示状态,通过对呈现推广信息的时长进行控制,可实现长时间呈现推广信息而干扰用户获取推广信息的情况。
例如,新闻客户端在图10-1示出的非全屏形式的推广信息位加载推广信息后即开始计时,当推广信息的展示时间到达展示逻辑指示的展示时间时,即判定满足撤销加载推广信息位的条件,撤销加载推广信息位并在推 广信息位原先占用的区域继续呈现业务信息。当然,当展示逻辑指示的展示时间没有到达时,用户可以通过图10-4所示出的,通过拖动的方式将推广信息位移出图形界面以实现撤销加载信息位的目的。
示例2)
在应用客户端的推广信息位呈现推广信息之后,即监听是否有针对推广信息的聚焦操作事件,如触控点击操作事件和鼠标点击操作事件等,如果监听到相应的点击操作事件,则按照推广信息相应的展示逻辑进行处理,如跳转至相应的落地页等。如果在预定等待时间内未监听到针对推广信息的聚焦操作事件,说明用户对推广信息不感兴趣,则撤销加载推广信息位以免干扰用户获取业务信息。
示例3)
推广信息的展示逻辑允许用户关闭在推广信息位,相应地,在推广信息位呈现推广信息时还呈现针对推广信息位的虚拟开关,在推广信息位呈现推广信息时,一旦用户不期望观看推广信息即可按压虚拟开关,相应地,在应用客户端中监听到针对推广信息位的关闭事件,作为响应,撤销推广信息位。
在一个实施例中,推广信息可以为符合用户的偏好信息,最大程度使推广信息符合用户的,参见图9-3示出的信息处理方法的一个可选的流程示意图,基于图9-1,还包括以下步骤:
步骤408,终端的应用客户端从投放系统获取与用户的用户标签适配的推广信息。
示例性地,终端的应用客户端处于运行状态时,应用客户端将用户的用户标签上报至投放系统,投放系统根据各推广信息投放用户针对需要投放的推广信息设定的定向条件,确定符合定向条件的标签,并将相应的推广信息下发至终端中的应用客户端。
步骤409,终端的应用客户端预加载推广信息。
应用客户端通过在应用客户端的缓存中预加载推广信息,可以提升后续在需要推广信息位呈现推广信息的效率。
在一个实施例中,对于从投放系统获取的推广信息按照获取的先后顺序在应用客户端的缓存中预加载,在后续步骤中按照推广信息在缓存中的排序读取。
在另一个实施例中,对于从投放系统获取的推广信息按照特定的维度进行排序,示例性地,维度包括:
1)时空维度,按照推广信息在时空维度与用户的相关度的降序进行排序。
以推广信息为新闻为例,按照新闻所携带的时空维度的标记计算与用户当前所处时间以及位置的相关度,能够实现贴合用户所处时空的推广信息优先得到曝光的效果。
2)偏好维度,按照推广信息与用户偏好的匹配程度的降序进行排序。
以广告为例,按照广告所宣传产品与用户偏好产品的相似程度进行排序,能够实现使得用户偏好的广告优先得到曝光的效果。
本发明实施例提供一种信息处理装置,包括:业务信息单元,配置为在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现业务信息;监听单元,配置为监听针对所述业务信息的操作事件;操作场景单元,配置为基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对所述业务信息的操作符合操作场景;推广信息单元,配置为在所述图形界面中采用与所述操作场景相适配的呈现参数,呈现推广信息。
所述业务信息单元、监听单元、操作场景单元及推广信息单元,都可以对应于处理器或处理电路,所述处理器或处理电路通过可执行代码,例如,计算机程序等执行,可以实现前述的任意一个或多个信息处理方法。所述处理器,可为应用处理器AP(AP,Application Processor)、中央处理 器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等;但是不局限于此。
可选地,所述推广信息单元,还配置为基于所述操作场景确定的推广信息位置、呈现的信息属性及呈现方式等至少其中之一;在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息;和/或,在所述图形界面中呈现与所述信息属性相适配的所述推广信息;和/或,以所述呈现方式在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息。
下面以在用户侧的新闻客户端中视频广告投放为例对上述信息处理方案进行说明,需要指出的是,虽然是以视频广告投放为例进行说明,但是本领域技术人员基于下述的记载可以轻易实施在其他类型的应用客户端中投放视频广告、以及投放其他类型的广告。
如图1所示的信息处理系统10实施为图11所示的广告投放系统20,其中,广告投放系统22在本地维护的广告位(推广信息位)类型中,新建在滑动文章列表时用于呈现视频广告的广告位,广告主21投放15秒长度的视频广告在该广告位上。在投放的视频广告投放广告相关法规的审核后,视频广告同步下发到用户侧终端24的新闻客户端中。
实际应用中,广告投放系统22会实现向视频广告的定向投放,根据广告主21针对投放的视频广告设定的定向条件为广告生成对应的标签并在广告主26维护,通过用户侧终端24上报的用户数据形成表征用户特征的标签,与广告库26中的视频广告的标签匹配确定需要投放的视频广告。
用户侧终端24的新闻客户端从新闻客户端后台23获取新闻流,在新闻客户端中展示新闻的列表。
新闻客户端接收到视频广告后,如图12-1所示,用户在观看新闻(如新闻摘要82和图片81)列表,如果用户在列表中新闻摘要83的位置向上 滑动则触发展示广告逻辑,参见图12-2,随着用户的持续向上滑动,视频广告的广告位逐步从图形界面的底部滑出直至形成全屏方式的广告位并播放如图12-3和图12-4所示的视频广告84。
新闻客户端以全屏的方式播放15秒的视频广告,15s倒计时结束后视频广告暂停,参见图12-5,当用户在视频广告的广告位再次向上滑动后,视频广告的广告位以从图形界面顶部滑出的方式逐步消失,如果用户继续向上滑动,如图12-6所示,应用客户端继续展示新闻流中的新闻列表85。
对前述信息处理装置的逻辑功能结构进行说明,参见图13示出的信息处理装置30的一个可选的结构示意图,包括:
获取单元31,配置为获取目标业务的信息流;
呈现单元32,配置为在应用客户端的业务信息位中呈现信息流中的至少部分业务信息;

综上所述,本发明实施例实现以下有益效果:
1)在处于特定操作场景时在推广信息位中有选择地呈现,而在不符合操作场景时即不进行推送,显著降低在用户查看业务信息的干扰程度;
2)推广信息位与用户所处的操作场景相适配,针对不同的操作场景适应性地加载相应的推广信息位以呈现推广信息,避免了相关技术使用固定的弹窗方式、贴片方式呈现推广信息对用户的干扰的情况。
3)在未检测到用户聚焦推广信息、监听到关闭事件、或呈现推广信息超出预定时长时,不再继续呈现推广信息,避免对用户获取业务信息造成干扰。
4)在业务信息位之间加载推广信息位,并在推广信息位上呈现推广信息,实现了推广信息在图形界面沉浸式的融入,也即以内容形式体现推广信息,相对于弹窗等广告形式,降低了用户对推广信息的抵触程度,降低了推广信息对用户的干扰程度。
5)推广信息根据用户标签进行匹配,实现了精准投放的效果,减少对用户的打扰并提升用户体验。
6)基于操作场景触发推广信息的呈现,将丰富信息流中可投放的推广信息位数量,提升推广信息位的利用率。

需要指出的是,所示出的功能结构是可以实现为分立或分布式组件或结合其他组件的、以及以任何合适的组合和在任何合适的位置的功能实体。此处被描述的一个或多个实体可由硬件、固件和/或软件来执行。例如,在硬件实现层面上,图14示出的信息处理装置中的各单元可以由图3示出的终端侧的硬件资源如处理器、网络接口实现。
综上,本发明实施例实现以下有益效果:
1)基于操作场景在推广信息位中加载与业务信息相关的推广信息,适用操作场景而有针对性加载推广信息,使加载推广信息位并呈现推广信息的处理能够与用户的当前操作场景实现“无缝”对接,避免了相关技术以弹窗等“暴力”的形式呈现推广信息给用户而导致干扰的问题;
2)在推广信息位加载的信息是业务信息关联的,实现呈现推广信息作为操作场景的一部分而“沉浸”入操作场景的效果,推广信息能够最大程度符合用户当前获取信息的需求,降低了对用户获取业务信息的干扰程度。
3)在未检测到用户聚焦推广信息、监听到关闭事件、或呈现推广信息超出预定时长时,不再继续呈现推广信息,避免对用户获取业务信息造成干扰。
4)在业务信息中插入的方式加载推广信息位,并在推广信息位上呈现推广信息,实现了推广信息在图形界面沉浸式的融入,也即以内容形式体现推广信息,相对于弹窗等广告形式,降低了用户对推广信息的抵触程度,降低了推广信息对用户的干扰程度。
5)推广信息根据用户标签进行匹配,实现了精准投放的效果,减少对用户的打扰并提升用户体验。
6)基于操作场景触发推广信息的呈现,将丰富信息流中可投放的推广信息位数量与利用率。
如图15所示,本发明实施例还提供一种显示终端,包括:

处理器53,分别与所述显示屏51及所述存储介质52连接,配置为通过执行存储在所述存储介质中的计算机可执行代码,实现前述一个或多个技术方案提供的信息处理方法。

所述处理器53可通过总线接口55,例如,集成电路(IIC)总线接口等可以与显示屏51及存储介质52相连。所述处理器53可包括:中央处理器、微处理器、数字信号处理器、应用处理器、编程阵列等处理器或处理电路,可用于通过计算机程序的执行实现上述任意一信息处理方法。
在一些实施例中,所述显示终端还包括:外部通信接口54。该外部通信接口54可包括:无线局域网(WiFi)接口或光缆接口或电缆接口或者移动天线等。外部通信接口54,可用于与其他电子设备进行通信。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述一个或多个技术方案提供的信息处理方法。
所述计算机存储介质可为各种类型的存储介质,可如,移动存储装置、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,所述计算机存储介质可为非瞬间存储介质。
本领域的技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储装置、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络装置等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储装置、RAM、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,凡按照本发明原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例中在进行推广信息的显示之前,先显示业务信息,再基于用户针对业务信息的操作事件,确定出与操作事件对应的操作场景;基于与操作场景相适配的呈现参数来呈现推广信息;而非如现有技术中一样简单的以弹窗进行强制呈现,降低了用户的反感度,用户感到信息干扰的程度降低了,且由于与操作场景相适配能够提升推广信息的推广效果,故 在工业上产生了积极的效果;同时可以通过计算机程序等计算机可执行代码的执行,能够实现上述方案,具有工业可实现性强的特点。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,包括:
    在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现业务信息;
    监听针对所述业务信息的操作事件;
    基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对所述业务信息的操作符合操作场景;
    在所述图形界面中采用与所述操作场景相适配的呈现参数,呈现推广信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    在所述图形界面中采用与所述操作场景相适配的呈现参数,呈现推广信息,包括:
    基于所述操作场景确定的推广信息位置、呈现的信息属性及呈现方式等至少其中之一;
    在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息;和/或,在所述图形界面中呈现与所述信息属性相适配的所述推广信息;和/或,以所述呈现方式在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息或显示所述推广信息的推广信息位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述在所述推广信息位置呈现所述推广信息,包括:
    在所述业务信息位之间加载与所述操作场景适配的推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述在所述图形界面中呈现与所述信息属性相适配的所述推广信息,包括:
    基于所述操作场景在所述推广信息位呈现与所述业务信息相关联的推 广信息。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,包括:
    响应于针对所述业务信息的滑动操作,基于滑动操作幅度在所述图形界面第一端以滑入方式加载所述推广信息位,并在所述图形界面第二端以滑出方式撤销加载显示业务信息或业务信息的业务信息位。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,包括:
    响应于针对目标业务信息的聚焦操作,以至少覆盖所述目标业务信息的业务信息位的方式加载所述推广信息位,
    或,
    相应于至少部分业务信息的聚焦操作,以覆盖至少部分所述业务信息的方式加载所述推广信息位。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,包括:
    判断出针对所述业务信息的操作所符合的操作场景发生切换时,在所述应用客户端的图形界面中加载所述推广信息位。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述操作场景包括以下至少之一:
    通过滑动操作更新所述业务信息的浏览操作场景;
    通过触控操作聚焦所述业务信息聚焦操作场景;
    对所述业务信息进行转发以及评论的转发-评论操作场景。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    检测到所呈现的所述推广信息满足相应的撤销条件,撤销加载所述推广信息位。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述检测到所加载的推广信息满足相应的撤销条件,包括以下至少之一:
    检测到在推广信息位呈现所述推广信息的时长到达预定时长;
    检测到在显示推广信息的推广信息位呈现的时长到达预定时长;
    检测到在预定等待时间内未监听到针对所述推广信息的聚焦操作事件;
    监听到针对所述推广信息位的关闭事件。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述撤销加载所述推广信息位,包括:
    响应于所述用户针对所述推广信息的滑动操作,在所述图形界面第二端以滑出方式撤销加载所述推广信息位。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息之前,获取与所述用户的用户标签适配的推广信息,并预加载所述推广信息。
  13. 一种信息处理装置,包括:
    业务信息单元,配置为在应用客户端的图形界面中呈现业务信息;
    监听单元,配置为监听针对所述业务信息的操作事件;
    操作场景单元,配置为基于所监听到的操作事件,确定用户针对所述业务信息的操作符合操作场景;
    推广信息单元,配置为在所述图形界面中采用与所述操作场景相适配的呈现参数,呈现推广信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,
    所述推广信息单元,还配置为基于所述操作场景确定的推广信息位置、呈现的信息属性及呈现方式等至少其中之一;
    在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息;和/或,在所述图形界面中呈现与所述信息属性相适配的所述推 广信息;和/或,以所述呈现方式在所述图形界面呈现所述推广信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,
    所述推广信息单元,配置为在所述业务信息位之间加载与所述操作场景适配的推广信息位,并在所述推广信息位呈现所述推广信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,
    所述推广信息单元,配置为基于所述操作场景在所述推广信息位呈现与所述业务信息相关联的推广信息,包括:
  17. 根据权利要求13至16任一项所述的装置,其中,所述推广信息单元,还配置为检测到所呈现的所述推广信息满足相应的撤销条件,撤销加载所述推广信息位。
  18. 一种显示终端,包括:
    显示屏,配置为显示信息;
    存储介质,配置为存储信息;
    处理器,分别与所述显示屏及所述存储介质连接,配置为通过执行存储在所述存储介质中的计算机可执行代码,实现权利要求1至12任一项所提供的方法。
  19. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至12任一项所述的方法。
