[0036] 本实施例中, 参见图 2和图 3所示, 柔性防水按键的另一种具体实施方式, 如图 2中左边的几个柔性防水按键, 在防水膜 2上设沿按柱 22向上延伸的按柱凸出部 2 22, 并且按柱凸出部 222伸出控制面板 10上的通孔, 这样用户直接操作按柱凸出 部 222就可, 不用设置按键本体, 使得结构进一步简单。 用户按压按柱凸出部 22 2, 使得按柱 22—起向下移动, 同吋使得弹性复位部 23向下变形; 按柱 22上的导 电体 222触及到电脑板 1上导电接触部 11, 使得电脑板 1发出相应的按键信号; 之 后用户松幵手, 使得按柱 22在弹性复位部 23的带动下向上复位。

[0039] 本实施例中的柔性防水按键设置在洗衣机的控制面板 10上, 包括电脑板 1、 覆 盖在电脑板 1上的防水膜 2, 防水膜 2为柔性材料制成, 优选硅胶材料; 防水膜 2 上设有向下延伸、 并用于触发电脑板 1使其发出相应的按键信号的按柱 22。 通过 在防水膜 2上设有向下延伸的按柱 22, 并可以触发电脑板 1上相应的按键信号, 避免了在防水膜 2上幵设用于设在控制面板 10上的按键本体穿过的通孔, 使得防 水膜 2为完整的具有良好防水性能的一张膜。 由于防水膜 2上没有幵设通孔, 即 使有水到达防水膜 2的上表面, 水也不可能穿过防水膜 2到达电脑板 1上, 增加了 防水膜的防水性能, 提高柔性防水按键的安全性; 并且结构简单, 有利于降低 材料成本、 以及提高装配效率, 降低产品成本; 通过设置防水膜 2为柔性材料制 成, 保证了按压柔性防水按键吋, 通过防水膜 2的变形可以使得按柱 22向下移动 , 完成按键动作; 通过设置按柱 22还有利于增加按键的弹性, 增加手感, 有利 于提高客户的满意度。
[0040] 本实施例中, 在电脑板 1和防水膜 2之间的支架 4, 防水膜 2固定在支架 4上支架 4 通过卡合结构固定在电脑板上; 通设置支架 4有利于对于防水膜 2的支撑, 提高 结构的稳定性; 并且防水膜 2为柔性材料, 固定吋需要较多的定位卡合结构, 避 免了在电脑板 1上设置过多的通孔, 增加电脑板 1上电路布置的困难, 以及降低 电脑板 1的强度。 此外, 在电脑板 1的上表面具有凸起的电气元件吋, 必须采用 支架 4。
[0041] 本实施例中, 参见图 6所示, 防水膜 2包括防水膜本体 21、 按柱 22、 以及位于防 水膜本体 21和按柱 22之间、 并带动按柱 22在向下按压后复位的弹性复位部 23。 在按柱 22在向下运动吋, 带动弹性复位部 23变形, 在按柱 22与电脑板 1接触并触 发按键信号后, 弹性复位部 23的变形复位, 并带动按柱 22向上移动并复位; 通 过设置弹性复位部 23使得按柱 22具有了自动复位功能, 避免了设置弹性复位结 构用于按键的复位, 以及弹性复位部 23跟随按柱 22—起向下移动, 避免了在按
柱 22按压吋对于防水膜本体 21的扯拉, 增加防水膜 2固定后的牢固性, 有利于保 证防水膜 2的防水性能。
[0042] 本实施例中, 在支架 4上幵设有与按柱 22相匹配的伸出孔, 按柱 22向下穿过伸 出孔。 优选伸出孔与弹性复位部 23相匹配, 使得弹性复位部 23变形后可以位于 伸出孔内或者伸出, 增加弹性复位部 23的弹性变形幅度, 使得按柱 22的向下移 动距离增大。
[0043] 本实施例中, 参见图 7所示, 在伸出孔附近的支架 4上设有环形的凸台 41, 在防 水膜本体 21上设有与凸台 41相匹配的凹槽 211, 凸台 41位于凹槽 211内。 通过设 置凸台 41和凹槽 211, 增加防水膜 2固定在支架 4的牢固性, 避免在按压按键吋, 防水膜 2的错位、 移动等; 并且设置凸台 41, 增支架 4的强度, 增加支架 4对于防 水膜 2的支撑。
[0044] 本实施例中, 参见图 7所示, 在防水膜本体 21上设有多个向下延伸的定位柱 212 和塞柱 213, 在支架 4上幵设有分别与定位柱 212和塞柱 213相匹配的定位孔和塞 孔。 其中定位柱 212的高度大于塞柱 213的高度, 在塞柱 213下端设有沿塞柱 213 的径向向外延伸的阻挡部, 阻挡部与支架 4的下端面接触。 通过设置定位柱 212 增加防水膜 2安装的定位速度, 并起到一定的固定作用。

[权利要求 1] 一种柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 包括电脑板、 以及位于所述电脑板 上方的柔性的防水膜, 所述防水膜上设有向下延伸、 并用于触发电脑 板发出相应的按键信号的按柱。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述防水膜包括 防水膜本体、 按柱、 以及位于防水膜本体和按柱之间、 并带动所述按 柱复位的弹性复位部。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述弹性复位部 包括从外向内连接的支撑部和变形部, 所述变形部为向上延伸并外凸 的弧形。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部为向 下延伸并向上伸出的弧形。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述按 柱的下端面上设有导电体, 所述电脑板上设有与所述按导电体相对应 的导电接触部; 当所述导电体触及其下方的导电接触部, 所述电脑板 发出相应的按键信号。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述防 水膜还包括沿所述按柱向上延伸的按柱凸出部, 所述防水膜的上方设 有控制面板, 所述控制面板上幵设有通孔, 所述按柱凸出部伸出所述 通孔。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述防 水膜的上方设有控制面板, 所述柔性防水按键还包括设在控制面板上 的按键本体, 所述按键本体位于所述按柱的上方、 并于防水膜接触。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述柔 性防水按键还包括设置在所述电脑板和防水膜之间的支架, 所述防水 膜固定在所述支架上。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的柔性防水按键, 其特征在于, 所述支架上幵设 有与所述按柱相匹配的伸出孔, 所述按柱向下伸出所述伸出孔; 在所
述伸出孔附近的支架上设有环形的凸台, 所述防水膜上设有与所述凸 台相匹配的凹槽, 所述凸台位于所述凹槽内。
[权利要求 10] —种洗衣机, 包括箱体、 设置在箱体上的控制面板, 其特征在于, 所 述控制面板上设有权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的柔性防水按键。
