[0014] 如图 1-图 6所示, 本实施例妇产科用多用途床, 包括底座 1和床板 3, 底座 1上设 置有滑轮 2, 滑轮 2具有自锁的功能, 以实现滑轮 2的固定, 仅在移动吋, 滑轮 2 才解锁。 床板 3安装在底座 1上, 床板 3包括上身板体 31和下身板体 32, 所述下身 板体 32可转动的设置在所述上身板体 31上, 所述上身板体 31上设置有可拆卸的 扶手 33和可拆卸的腿支架 34。

其中, 本实施例妇产科用多用途床的所述上身板体 31和所述下身板体 32上分别 覆盖有水袋垫 8, 所述水袋垫 8具有进水口和回水口; 所述妇产科用多用途床还 包括半导体组件 7, 所述半导体组件 7包括半导体制冷片 71、 热水箱 72和冷水箱 7 3, 所述热水箱 72的出口连接有热水泵 74, 所述冷水箱 73的出口连接有冷水泵 75 , 所述半导体制冷片 71的冷端面与所述冷水箱 72连接, 所述半导体制冷片 71的 热端面与所述热水箱 72连接, 每个所述水袋垫 8的进水口通过两位三通阀 80分别 与所述热水泵 74和所述冷水泵 75连接, 每个所述水袋垫 8的回水口通过两位三通 阀 80分别与所述热水箱 72和冷水箱 73的进口连接。 具体的, 通过在床板 3的不通 过部位铺设有水袋垫 8, 一方面水袋垫 8能够给产妇提供良好的躺卧舒适性, 在 自然分娩和剖腹产两种情况下, 可以控制不同部位的水袋垫 8提供不同的温度。 自然分娩吋, 上身板体 31上的水袋垫 8与热水箱 72进行水循环为产妇提供温暖的 躺卧条件; 剖腹产吋, 因手术室中的温度较低, 产妇容易感觉寒冷, 在实际操 作过程中, 对于下身板体 32的水袋垫 8与冷水箱 73进行水循环, 而上身板体 31上 的水袋垫 8则与热水箱 72进行水循环, 通过采用水袋垫 8使得手术更加人性化, 最大限度的减少产妇的痛苦。 其中, 半导体制冷片 71与热水箱 72和冷水箱 73的 热交换方式可以采用直接热传递, 可以在半导体制冷片 71的冷端面和热端面上 分别设置有热管 76, 热管 76插在对应的热水箱 72和冷水箱 73中, 以实现更加快 速的热交换。 进一步的, 为了优化热传递效果, 提高水袋垫 8中水温的分布均匀 性, 所述水袋垫 8的一侧部为进水通道 801, 另一侧部为回水通道 802, 所述水袋 垫 8的中部为热传递部 803, 所述进水通道 801和所述回水通道 802分别与所述热 传递部 803之间形成多个透水缝隙 (未标记) 。 具体的, 水泵输出的水通过进水 通道 801进入到热传递部 803进行热交换, 而热传递部 803中的水进行热交换后再 通过回水通道 802流回到水箱实现水的循环, 而透水缝隙能够有效的使得进入到 热传递部 803中水在各个部分均匀分布, 优选的, 多个所述透水缝隙沿水流流动 方向逐渐变长, 由于进水通道进水口处的水压较大, 随着水的流动水压将有所 减小, 而渐变分布的透水缝隙能够更加均匀的分配流入到热传递部 803不同部位 处的水, 使得热传递部 803的温度分布均匀。 更进一步的, 所述热传递部 803中 分布有多根气柱 81, 所述气柱 81的两侧分别形成有多个紊流气齿 811, 相邻两根 所述气柱 81之间形成连接所述进水通道 801和所述回水通道 802的紊流流道; 所 述妇产科用多用途床还包括气泵 (未图示) , 每根所述气柱 81通过电磁阀 (未 图示) 与所述气泵连接。 具体的, 水袋垫 8中还设置有气柱 81, 气柱 81能够更好 的提高水袋垫 8的支撑强度, 避免产妇躺卧的位置因压力大而造成水袋垫 8严重 变形, 并且, 气柱 81能够更好的对躺在床板 3上产妇进行支撑, 已获得更好的舒 适性体验。 更重要的是, 两个气柱 81之间利用紊流气齿 811将形成紊流流道, 紊 流流道设置在进水通道 801和回水通道 802之间, 从进水通道 801输出的水流将经 由紊流流道流向回水通道 802, 在紊流流道的作用下, 能够更加均匀的分配热传 递部 803中各个部位的水量分布, 确保各个位置的温度均匀性, 另外, 紊流气齿 811能够对水流起到缓冲的作用, 使得水流能够充分的通过热传递部 803散热或 散冷。 优选的, 所述气柱 81固定在所述水袋垫 8的内壁上, 所述紊流气齿 811悬 浮在所述水袋垫 8中, 在实际使用过程中, 可以利用电磁阀独立的控制每根气柱 81的充放气过程, 而每根气柱 81在充放气过程中, 能够对应的对躺在上面的产 妇进行按压, 以获得按摩的功能; 并且, 在气柱 81充气过程中, 气柱 81两侧的 紊流气齿 811能够对热传递部 803中的水起到冲击的作用, 从而除了利用气柱 81 进行按摩外, 充气的紊流气齿 811所形成的局部水压增大也将使得热传递部 803 对应位置处的凸起, 从而获得更大范围和面积的按摩。
本实施例妇产科用多用途床在剖腹产手术过程中, 还包括处理器(未图示)、 搁 物组件和回收组件, 所述搁物组件包括两条滑轨 5、 搁物板 4和第一 RFID天线 40 , 所述搁物板 4中设置有所述第一 RFID天线 40, 所述滑轨 5安装在所述上身板体 3 1底部, 所述搁物板 4滑动设置在两条所述滑轨 5之间; 所述回收组件包括回收桶 用于回收手术器械, 分为回收桶 61和废弃桶 62, 所述回收桶 61的桶口和所述废 弃桶 62的桶口分别设置有所述第二 RFID天线 60, 所述第二 RFID天线 60为环形带 状结构, 所述第一 RFID天线和所述第二 RFID天线分别与所述处理器连接。 具体 而言, 本实施例妇产科用多用途床在上身板体 31上配置有搁物组件和回收组件 , 搁物组件和回收组件分别配置有 RFID天线, 其中, 第一 RFID天线 40能够识别 放置在搁物板 4上的手术器械, 处理器根据第一 RFID天线 40识别搁物板 4上的手 术器械, 以记录本次手术所使用的全部手术器械的信息, 在手术过程中, 医生 使用过的手术器械被放置到回收桶中, 而回收桶中的第二 RFID天线 60又能够准 确的识别投入到回收桶中的手术器械数量和种类, 而在手术结束后, 处理器通 过分析对比第一 RFID天线 40和第二 RFID天线 60最终识别的手术器械的信息, 便 可以分析判断出是否有手术器械被遗漏, 有效的杜绝出现手术器械遗留在产妇 身体中而发生医疗事故的现象, 另外, 在手术结束后, 无需医护人员清点大大 节省了吋间并降低了医护人员的劳动强度, 同吋, 也大大缩短了产妇及其家属 的等待吋间, 更加人性化。 进一步的, 为了便于医生手术吋拿去手术器械, 所 述搁物板 4的两端设置有把手 41, 所述把手 41的中部铰接在所述搁物板 4上, 所 述搁物板 4上还设置有水平滑动的滑块 43和竖直滑动的定位轴 44, 所述滑块 43上 设置有倾斜滑槽 431, 所述定位轴 44的上端部滑动设置在所述倾斜滑槽 431中 ( 例如: 定位轴 44上部设置有销轴, 销轴插在倾斜滑槽 431中) , 所述把手 41的下 端部通过连接杆 42与所述滑块 43连接, 所述滑轨 5沿着所述床板的宽度方向延伸 分布, 并且, 所述滑轨 5上设置有与所述定位轴 44配合实现限位功能的定位块 51 。 具体的, 在使用过程中, 可以根据医生在手术台的位置不同, 调整搁物板 4的 伸出位置, 通过转动把手 41, 把手 41将通过连接杆 42驱动滑块 43在搁物板 4上滑 动, 而倾斜滑槽 431将实现定位轴 44上下移动, 当一侧把手 41竖立拉出搁物板 4 吋, 另一侧的把手 41水平放到以使得对应的定位轴 44伸出搁物板 4的底部, 定位 轴 44收定位块 51限制将避免搁物板 4滑出过多而从滑轨 5上脱落。 其中, 根据需 要, 滑轨 5上可以形成有多条滑槽 (未图示) , 每两个相对的所述滑槽之间设置 有所述搁物板 4, 滑轨 5上设置多个搁物板 4可以实现手术中放置更多的手术器械 本发明妇产科用多用途床的清点方法, 包括: 手术幵始前, 通过第一 RFID天 线识别放置在搁物板上的手术器械上的电子标签, 处理器自动记录手术中所使 用的手术器械的信息; 手术结束后, 通过第一 RFID天线再次识别放置在搁物板 上未使用的手术器械上的电子标签, 并通过第二 RFID天线识别回收桶中已使用 的手术器械上的电子标签, 处理器自动记录手术后已使用和未使用的手术器械 的信息; 处理器分析手术前后手术器械的信息以清点手术器械。
本实施例妇产科用多用途床及清点方法, 通过转动下身板体能够满足自然分娩 和剖腹产的要求, 在实际使用过程中, 通过底座上的滑轮能够方便的将产妇运 送到手术室直接进行手术, 而无需进行多次搬运, 而床板上设置的水袋垫能够 根据需要进行加热或制冷, 以使得产妇在自然分娩过程中获得较好的支撑, 避 免长吋间躺卧造成局部压迫感严重, 另外, 水袋垫中流动的水流对产妇起到一 定的按摩作用, 而在剖腹产过程中, 可以控制不同部位的水袋垫进行独立的制 冷制热, 以满足手术对温度的要求, 提高了人性化程度。 更重要的是, 通过配 置搁物组件和回收组件, 其中, 搁物组件中的搁物板用于放置手术中使用的手 术器械, 处理器通过第一 RFID天线便能够一幵始清点本次手术所使用的全部手 术器械的信息, 而回收组件中的回收桶用于盛放使用过的手术器械, 处理器通 过第二 RFID天线便能够清点本次手术所用过的手术器械, 最后, 处理器再通过 第一 RFID天线重新检査搁物板上未使用的手术器械数量, 最终便可以通过处理 器分析出是否有手术器械遗漏, 实现自动清点手术器械, 减少出现手术器械遗 漏的现象发生, 同吋, 也减少了产妇在手术室的等待吋间, 实现妇产科用多用 途床自动完成手术器械清点并提高人性化程度。

[权利要求 1] 一种妇产科用多用途床, 包括底座和床板, 所述底座下设置有滑轮, 所述床板安装在所述底座上, 其特征在于, 所述床板包括上身板体和 下身板体, 所述下身板体可转动的设置在所述上身板体上, 所述上身 板体上设置有可拆卸的扶手和可拆卸的腿支架, 所述上身板体和所述 下身板体上分别覆盖有水袋垫, 所述水袋垫具有进水口和回水口; 所 述妇产科用多用途床还包括处理器和半导体组件, 所述半导体组件包 括半导体制冷片、 热水箱和冷水箱, 所述热水箱的出口连接有热水泵 , 所述冷水箱的出口连接有冷水泵, 所述半导体制冷片的冷端面与所 述冷水箱连接, 所述半导体制冷片的热端面与所述热水箱连接, 每个 所述水袋垫的进水口通过两位三通阀分别与所述热水泵和所述冷水泵 连接, 每个所述水袋垫的回水口通过两位三通阀分别与所述热水箱的 进口和所述冷水箱的进口连接; 所述妇产科用多用途床还包括搁物组 件和回收组件, 所述搁物组件包括两条滑轨、 搁物板和第一 RFID天 线, 所述搁物板中设置有所述第一 RFID天线, 所述滑轨安装在所述 上身板体底部, 所述搁物板滑动设置在两条所述滑轨之间; 所述回收 组件包括回收桶和第二 RFID天线, 所述第二 RFID天线设置在所述回 收桶上, 所述半导体制冷片、 所述热水泵、 所述冷水泵、 所述两位三 通阀、 所述第一 RFID天线和所述第二 RFID天线分别与所述处理器连 接。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述水袋垫 的一侧部为进水通道, 另一侧部为回水通道, 所述水袋垫的中部为热 传递部; 所述进水通道具有进水口, 所述回水通道具有回水口, 所述 进水通道和所述回水通道分别与所述热传递部之间形成多个透水缝隙

[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述热传递 部中分布有多根气柱, 所述气柱的两侧分别形成有多个紊流气齿, 相 邻两根所述气柱之间形成连接所述进水通道和所述回水通道的紊流流 道; 所述妇产科用多用途床还包括气泵, 每根所述气柱通过电磁阀与 所述气泵连接。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述气柱固 定在所述水袋垫的内壁上, 所述紊流气齿悬浮在所述水袋垫中。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述搁物板 的两端设置有把手, 所述把手的中部铰接在所述搁物板上, 所述搁物 板上还设置有水平滑动的滑块和竖直滑动的定位轴, 所述滑块上设置 有倾斜滑槽, 所述定位轴的上端部滑动设置在所述倾斜滑槽中, 所述 把手的下端部通过连接杆与所述滑块连接, 所述滑轨沿着所述床板的 宽度方向延伸分布, 并且, 所述滑轨上设置有与所述定位轴配合实现 限位功能的定位块。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述滑轨上 形成有多条滑槽, 每两个相对的所述滑槽之间设置有所述搁物板。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的妇产科用多用途床, 其特征在于, 所述回收桶 分为回收桶和废弃桶, 所述回收桶的桶口和所述废弃桶的桶口分别设 置有所述第二 RFID天线, 所述第二 RFID天线为环形带状结构。
[权利要求 9] 一种妇产科用多用途床的清点方法, 其特征在于, 采用如权利要求 1 所述的妇产科用多用途床; 所述清点方法包括: 手术幵始前, 通过第 一 RFID天线识别放置在搁物板上的手术器械上的电子标签, 处理器 自动记录手术中所使用的手术器械的信息; 手术结束后, 通过第一 R FID天线再次识别放置在搁物板上未使用的手术器械上的电子标签, 并通过第二 RFID天线识别回收桶中已使用的手术器械上的电子标签 , 处理器自动记录手术后已使用和未使用的手术器械的信息; 处理器 分析手术前后手术器械的信息以清点手术器械。
