一种压缩床垫 技术领域
本发明涉及家具，具体涉及一种压缩床垫。
背景技术
床垫是为了保证消费者获得健康而又舒适的睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品，材质繁多。床垫已经成为千家万户的必需品之一，但目前所使用的床垫体积比较大、包装面积也比较大且不可压缩，不方便包装和运输。此外由于床垫比较笨重，人们在使用之后，很少进行晾晒，时间长了也不利于人们的健康。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题，本发明提供了一种可进行压缩、折叠、搬运方便的压缩床垫。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种压缩床垫，包括床垫套和垫芯，所述床垫套的内部设置有容纳垫芯的容纳空腔，所述床垫套的顶部开放设置，所述床垫套包括第一床垫套和第二床垫套，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套并列设置，所述第一床垫套的顶部和所述第二床垫套的顶部相邻的边固定连接，折叠时，所述第一床垫套以固定边为转轴盖合在所述第二床垫套上，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套的其它顶边对应通过第一连接装置密封连接；所述垫芯的数量为两个以上，所述垫芯为压缩垫芯。因压缩垫芯位于床垫套内的容纳空腔内，而所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套相互盖合在一起，在搬运所述的压缩床垫时，直接搬运装有垫芯的床垫套即可；因垫芯为压缩垫芯，节省空间。在使用所述的压缩床垫时，将盖合的所述床垫套打开，床垫套的尺寸根据现有床的大小进行设计，使床垫套使用时相当于一个完整的床垫。压缩垫芯装在真空袋内，将装有压缩垫芯的真空 压缩袋打开，压缩垫芯会自动恢复原状，将恢复原状的垫芯有规律地摆放在床垫套的容纳空腔内，使垫芯填充满床垫套的容纳空腔，组成一个完整的床垫。这样大大缩小了床垫的体积，减小了搬运和安装的强度。
进一步地，所述第一连接装置为拉链，所述拉链设置在所述床垫套顶端的边缘上。
进一步地，所述垫芯包括顶面层、侧边面层和底面层，所述顶面层和所述底面层之间设置有弹簧层。在搬运时，将垫芯放在真空袋内，进行抽真空压缩，然后密封真空袋，这大大减少了垫芯的体积，方便工作人员进行搬运。
进一步地，所述垫芯的侧壁上均设置有第一粘扣。因垫芯的数量为两个以上，在使用时，将几个垫芯有规律地填充满床垫套的容纳空腔，为防止垫芯之间相互移动，影响睡眠的质量，在所述垫芯的侧边面上设置第一粘扣，对相邻的垫芯进行固定。

进一步地，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套的相邻侧面通过第二粘扣可拆卸连接。因床垫套与垫芯一起构成床垫，在搬运时，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套盖合在一起；但在使用时，需要将床垫套展开平行设置，虽所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套顶部相邻的边固定连接，为防止所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套之间的相互移动，在所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套相邻面的外表面上设置第二粘扣，通过第二粘扣的粘结，将所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套牢固地固定在一起。

本发明的有益效果为：本发明所述的压缩床垫包括床垫套和垫芯，在搬运时，处于压缩状态的垫芯放置在两个相互盖合的床垫套内，这大大减少了所述的床垫的体积，方便工人进行搬运。此外，所述垫芯的数量为几个，几个所述垫芯有规律地填充满床垫套的容纳空间组成一个完整的床垫，这样人们在使用所述的床垫时，需要对床垫进行晾晒时，可以将垫芯一块一块地取出进行晾晒，单人就可以完成操作，使用比较方便。
在使用时，床垫套盖，盖在床垫套的顶端对床垫套进行密封，这样使所述的压缩床垫形成一个整体，即便床芯由几个垫芯拼接形成，也不影响所述压缩床垫睡眠的舒适度。

如图1、图2、图3所示：一种压缩床垫，包括床垫套1和垫芯3，所述床垫套1的内部设置有容纳垫芯3的容纳空腔2，所述床垫套1的顶部开放设置，所述床垫套1包括第一床垫套和第二床垫套，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫 套并列设置，所述第一床垫套的顶部和所述第二床垫套的顶部相邻的边固定连接，折叠时，所述第一床垫套以固定边为转轴盖合在所述第二床垫套上，所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套的其它顶边对应通过第一连接装置密封连接；所述垫芯3的数量至少为两个，所述垫芯3为压缩垫芯。所述压缩垫芯装在真空压缩袋内，在使用所述的压缩床垫时，将装有压缩垫芯的真空压缩袋打开，将恢复原状的垫芯3有规律地摆放在床垫套1的容纳空腔2内，使垫芯3填充满床垫套1的容纳空腔2，组成一个完整的床垫。所述垫芯3包括顶面层、侧边面层和底面层，所述顶面层和所述底面层之间设置有弹簧层。为防止垫芯3之间相互移动，影响睡眠的质量，在所述垫芯3的侧壁上均设置第一粘扣，通过第一粘扣对相邻的垫芯3进行固定。作为一种优选的实施方案，所述第一连接装置为拉链，所述拉链设置在所述床垫套1顶端的边缘上。
所述床垫套1的侧面内还设置竖直硬支撑，硬支撑的设置可防止床垫边缘出现塌陷的情况。因床垫套1在搬运时是盖合在一起的，在使用时需要将所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套展开，并平行放置，为防止所述第一床垫套和所述第二床垫套之间的相互移动，第一床垫套和第二床垫套的相邻侧面通过第二粘扣4可拆卸连接，通过第二粘扣4的粘结，将床垫套1牢固地固定在一起。
因垫子由至少两个垫芯3组合而成，垫芯3与垫芯3之间难免会出现空隙，空隙的存在会影响睡眠的舒适度，而本发明所述的压缩床垫还包括床垫套垫，所述床垫套垫盖合在所述床垫套1的顶部，且所述床垫套垫的边缘通过第二连接装置与所述床垫套1密封连接。相当于床垫套垫将床垫套1的顶部进行密封，这样使所述的压缩床垫成为一个完整的床垫，有助于增加睡眠的舒适度。作为比较优选的方案，所述第二连接装置为拉链。
