Abstract

A method and device for determining a sleeping state of a pet. The method comprises: acquiring tail state information of a tail of a pet (S1); comparing the tail state information of the pet with a static tail reference database to determine whether the pet tail is in a static state (S2); if the pet tail is in the static state, then timing the static state to obtain a static duration (S3); and determining whether the static duration is longer than a predetermined time threshold, and if so, then deciding that the pet is in a sleeping state (S4). In this way, the method of the present invention accurately distinguishes sleeping from lying down for a pet, thus facilitating a user to understand a current state of a pet, and further learning, on the basis of a sleep length of a pet, whether the pet is healthy.

[0074]  [0074]
[0075] Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining a pet's sleep, including the following steps:
[0076] Sl、 获取宠物尾巴的尾巴状态信息; [0076] Sl, obtaining tail state information of the pet tail;
[0077] S2、 将所述宠物尾巴状态信息与尾巴静止标准数据库进行比对以确认宠物尾巴 是否为静止状态;  [0077] S2, comparing the pet tail state information with a tail static standard database to confirm whether the pet tail is in a stationary state;
[0078] S3、 如果所述宠物尾巴是静止状态, 则对所述静止状态的持续静止吋长进行计 吋;  [0078] S3, if the pet tail is in a stationary state, counting the continuous stationary length of the stationary state;
[0079] S4. Determine whether the persistent stationary length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold, and if yes, determine that the pet is in a sleep state.
[0080] As described in the above steps S1, S2, S3 and S4, the pets are generally animals with tails, such as dogs, cats and the like. The tail state information of the pet tail is generally state information such as left and right swinging, up and down swinging, and rest of the pet's tail. The method of obtaining the tail state information of the pet tail is generally obtained by collecting the tail state information of the pet tail through a multi-axis acceleration sensor disposed on the tail of the pet. The multi-axis acceleration sensor may be a three-axis acceleration sensor, a six-axis acceleration sensor or a nine-axis acceleration sensor, etc., and can collect the movement state of the pet tail. For example, the multi-axis acceleration sensor collects the motion signal of the pet tail, and then the motion signal is The tail static standard stored in the tail static standard database is compared, and if the acquired motion signal matches the tail static standard signal, the pet tail is determined to be at rest. Specifically, the tail static standard is that the swing path is less than 60 cm or zero within 3 seconds, and as long as the multi-axis sensor collects the pet tail in less than 60 cm or zero within 3 seconds, it is determined that the pet's tail is at rest, the multi-axis acceleration sensor No signal is generated, indicating that the collected pendulum path is zero. The multi-axis accelerometer can be placed on a ring or strap for easy attachment to the pet's tail. By analyzing the idle signal collected by the multi-axis accelerometer, it is possible to accurately analyze whether the tail state information is stationary. In other embodiments, the state information of the pet tail can also be photographed by the camera, through the video. Graphic analysis technology, obtaining an image of the pet's tail, and analyzing the state information of the pet's tail to match the tail static standard database. For example, the tail static standard database stores a plurality of tail-defining HD standard pictures, if the pet tail is dynamic Then, the photograph taken by the photographing device is generally a blurred photograph in the tail swinging track. When the matching with the tail HD standard picture is matched, the matching degree is low, and the pet tail is not determined to be stationary, but if the pet is When the tail is in a static state, the photograph taken by the camera is generally a photo with a clear tail. When the camera is matched with the HD standard picture that is still at the tail, the matching degree is high, and the pet tail is not determined to be stationary. The photographing apparatus of the present invention may be a device having a photographing and photographing function such as a camera or a mobile phone. The sleep state of the pet sleeps and the rest of the bed is different. For example, the dog sleeps and the tail stays still, while the rest of the body stays still, but the body stays still, but the tail will swing without awkward, so the pet's tail can accurately sleep the pet and The static lying area distinguishes the 幵, greatly improving the accuracy of the judgment. When the pet's tail remains stationary for a specified length of time, it is considered that the pet meets the sleep condition, otherwise, it is determined that the pet has not entered sleep. If it is determined that the pet is sleeping, it is recorded as the pet enters the sleep state after the last swing of the pet tail; of course, if the pet is judged to be sleeping, other conditions, such as the position condition, when the pet's position remains unchanged, or When a small amount of movement is performed within a specified range, it is determined that the pet satisfies a condition for determining the sleep state or the like. When the action of the pet's tail and other preset sleep conditions are all satisfied, the pet is determined to enter a sleep state.
[0081] In this embodiment, the step of determining whether the continuous static length is greater than a preset threshold, and if so, determining that the pet is in a sleep state, includes:
[0082] S411、 判断所述持续静止吋长是否大于预设的吋间阈值, 若是, 则获取宠物当 前心率; [0082] S411. Determine whether the persistent stationary length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold, and if yes, obtain a current current heart rate of the pet;
Sl。  [0083] S412. Determine whether the current heart rate is within a preset heart rate range, and if yes, determine that the pet is in a sleep state and return to the step S1.
[0084] 如上述步骤 S411和 S412所述, 宠物在睡眠吋, 其处于心情稳定状态 (做梦除外 [0084] As described in steps S411 and S412 above, the pet is in a state of rest in sleep, except for dreaming.
), so heart rate can be used as a condition to objectively determine whether a pet is asleep. The above-mentioned preset heart rate range refers to the heart rate of the normal sleep of the pet. For example, if the pet is a shit, the heart rate of the normal sleep sputum is determined according to the traits of the breed, sex, age, height, weight, etc., or the dog is sleepy. The historical data of heart rate as the heart rate of normal sleep, when the dog's heart rate is stable, the heart rate is in normal sleep The range, and the action of its tail is still, then it can be judged that the pet is in a sleep state. In a specific embodiment, when the pet has been determined to be in a sleep state, and the heart rate has fluctuated widely or is greater than the normal interval, the pet may be determined to be in a sleep state, and the pet's dream type may be simply determined according to the degree of change of the heart rate. Excitement, peace, fear and other dreams.
[0085] In this embodiment, the foregoing determining whether the persistent stationary length is greater than a preset threshold, if
, 则判定宠物处于睡眠状态的步骤 S4, 包括: , the step S4 of determining that the pet is in a sleep state, including:
[0086] S421、 判断所述持续静止吋长是否大于预设的吋间阈值吋, 若是, 则获取宠物 当前呼吸率; [0086] S421: determining whether the continuous stationary length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold 吋, and if yes, obtaining a current respiratory rate of the pet;
Sl。  [0087] S422. Determine whether the current breathing rate is within a preset breathing rate range, and if yes, determine that the pet sleeps and returns to the above step Sl.
[0088] 如上述步骤 S421和 S422所述, 宠物在睡眠吋, 其处于心情稳定状态 (做梦除外 [0088] As described in steps S421 and S422 above, the pet is in a state of rest after sleep, except for dreaming
), so the breathing rate can be used as a condition to objectively determine whether a pet is asleep. The preset breathing rate range refers to the breathing rate of the pet during normal sleep, for example, the pet is a shit, and the respiratory rate of the normal sleep sputum is determined according to the traits of the breed, sex, age, height, weight, etc., or the The historical data of the dog's sleep sputum respiration rate is the respiration rate of the normal sleep sputum. When the dog's respiration rate is in a stable range of normal sleep sputum, and the action of the tail is stationary, it can be judged that the pet is in a sleep state. In a specific embodiment, when it has been determined that the pet is in a sleep state, and the respiratory rate has a wide range of fluctuations or is greater than a normal interval, the pet may be determined to be in a sleep state, and the pet's dream type may be simply determined according to the degree of change of the heart rate. Excitement, peace, fear and other dreams.
[0089] In the embodiment, the determining whether the continuous static length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold, and if yes, determining that the pet is in a sleep state, after step S4, includes:
[0090] S501. Acquire a jog signal of the pet.
[0091] S502. Determine whether the micro-motion information number is greater than a preset micro-motion threshold, and if yes, determine that the pet is in a light sleep state.
。 [0092] As described in the above S501 and S502, the pet sleep sputum is divided into deep sleep and light sleep, and the distinction is mainly based on whether the pet sleep sputum has a micro-motion signal. The above-mentioned micro-motion signal is an action such as a pet turning over, swinging a tail, and the like. When the animal turns over in a sleep state, swings its tail, or swings the leg, the pet may be in a light sleep state, and when compared with the preset micro-motion threshold, is greater than the preset micro-motion threshold 吋, then Indicates that the pet is in a light sleep state. The setting of the above micro-motion threshold can be set based on a large number of experimental experience values. The device for collecting the fretting signal can be collected by an acceleration sensor, a piezoelectric film sensor, or the like provided on the pet collar. .
[0093] Referring to FIG. 2, in the embodiment, determining whether the persistent stationary length is greater than a preset threshold
If yes, the step of determining the pet's sleep after S4 includes:
[0094] S6、 对宠物睡眠吋长进行计吋; [0094] S6, calculating the sleep length of the pet;
[0095] S7、 将所述宠物睡眠吋长与历史健康睡眠吋间规律进行比较, 判断宠物睡眠吋 长规律是否发生变化;  [0095] S7, comparing the pet sleep length with the historical healthy sleep diurnal rule, and determining whether the pet sleep length rule changes;
[0096] S71. Send a reminder signal if the sleep time of the pet changes.
[0097] As described in the above steps S6, S7 and S71, the sleep of the pet is generally regular, and when the other conditions are not changed, the sleep pattern changes, the pet may be sick. The rules of pet sleep are generally developed a little bit. Each sleep data is recorded to form historical data, and then the sleep patterns of the designated day are compared with the historical data. The comparison results are the same as the data of the same period. Data sleep is short or long. If the length of sleep is longer than the historical data, it means that the pet is lethargic and may be sick. When the sleep pattern of the pet changes, the information is sent to the terminal held by the pet owner, such as a smart phone or a computer, and the reminder information may be sent for the corresponding APP, or the reminder information may be sent by email or SMS. Give the owner of the pet.
[0098] In this embodiment, if the sleep sleep length of the pet changes, the step of sending the alert signal includes
[0099] S8. Store the sleep sleep length of the pet in a historical unhealthy sleep day unit.
[0100] As described in the above step S8, storing the changed pet sleep time to the historical non-healthy sleep day unit, allowing the pet owner to view the history of the pet's past unhealthy sleep by viewing historical data. The pet owner observes and understands the reasons for the pet's unhealthy sleep.
Referring to FIG. 3, in the embodiment, the determining whether the continuous static length is greater than a preset inter-threshold threshold, and if yes, determining that the pet is in a sleep state, after step S4, includes:
[0102] S9. Record the number of sleeps of the pet in the designated inter-segment; compare the number of sleeps with a preset threshold of sleep times, and if greater than the threshold of the number of sleeps, determine that the pet is sick.
[0103] As described in the above step S9, if the pet suddenly becomes drowsy, the pet may be sick. For example, the pet is During the daytime, the number of normal sleeps may be 2 times. When the number of sleeps is greater than 2 times, the pet may be sick. Similarly, when it is determined that the pet may be sick, a reminder message is sent to the owner within the pet.
[0104] In this embodiment, the method for setting a threshold of the number of sleeps includes:
[0105] S9 acquires a vital sign parameter of the pet, and sets a corresponding sleep frequency threshold according to the physical parameter.
[0106] As described in the above step S91, the above-mentioned vital parameters are parameters such as height, weight, age, variety, sex, and the like of the pet, and different sleep parameters have different sleep habits and laws. For example, the same breed of dog has different ages, and its sleep habits and patterns may be different. Setting the threshold of sleep times according to the physical parameters can more accurately determine whether the pet is sick or not.
[0107] In a specific embodiment, the tail state information of the pet tail is first obtained, and it is determined whether it is in a stationary state, and its stationary time. If the stationary time is greater than the specified inter-turn threshold, the pet's heart rate is determined. Whether the respiration rate is stable and within the normal range, and if so, it is determined that the pet is in a sleep state, and as long as one condition fails to meet the standard, it is determined that the pet has not entered sleep.
[0108] The pet sleep determination method of the present invention uses the pet tail state information as a parameter for judging the pet's sleep, thereby improving the accuracy of the pet's sleep detection, such as the pet being a shit, its sleep and the resting state of the tail. The difference is that the dog sleeps and the tail stays still, while the body is still lying, the body remains still, but its tail will swing unsatisfactorily, so the pet can sleep and rest in the air by judging the state of the pet's tail and its length. Differentiating 幵, it is convenient for the user to know the current state of the pet, and further know whether the pet is in a healthy state according to the pet's sleep.
[0109]  [0109]
[0110] Referring to FIG. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for determining sleep of a pet, including:
[0111] 获取单元 10, 用于获取宠物尾巴的尾巴状态信息; [0111] an obtaining unit 10, configured to acquire tail state information of a pet tail;
[0112] 对比确定单元 20, 用于将所述宠物尾巴状态信息与尾巴静止标准数据库进行比 对匹配以确认宠物尾巴是否处于静止状态;  [0112] The comparison determining unit 20 is configured to compare the pet tail state information with a tail static standard database to confirm whether the pet tail is in a stationary state;
[0113] 吋间记录单元 30, 用于如果所述宠物尾巴是处于静止状态, 则记录所述静止状 态的持续静止吋长; [0113] a daytime recording unit 30, configured to record a continuous stationary length of the stationary state if the pet tail is in a stationary state;
[0114] The sleep determining unit 40 is configured to determine whether the continuous stationary length is greater than a preset threshold, if
Then, it is determined that the pet is in a sleep state.
[0115] As described above, the acquisition unit 10, the comparison determination unit 20, the inter-turn recording unit 30, and the sleep determination unit 40, The pets are generally animals with tails, such as dogs and cats. The tail state information of the pet tail is generally the action of the pet's tail swinging left and right, swinging up and down, and standing still. The acquisition unit 10 generally includes an acquisition module for collecting tail state information of the pet tail through a multi-axis acceleration sensor or a photographing device disposed on the tail of the pet. The multi-axis acceleration sensor may be a three-axis acceleration sensor, a six-axis acceleration sensor or a nine-axis acceleration sensor, etc., and can collect the movement state of the pet tail. For example, the multi-axis acceleration sensor collects the motion signal of the pet tail, and then the motion signal is The tail static standard stored in the tail static standard database is compared, and if the acquired motion signal matches the tail static standard signal, it is determined that the pet's tail is at rest. By analyzing the vibration signal collected by the multi-axis acceleration sensor, it is possible to accurately analyze whether the tail state information is stationary. In other embodiments, the state information of the pet tail can also be photographed by the photographing device, the image of the pet tail is obtained by the video graphic analysis technology, and the state information of the pet tail is analyzed and matched with the tail static standard database, for example, the tail The static standard database stores a variety of high-definition standard pictures with tails. If the pet's tail is dynamic, the photos taken by the camera are generally blurred photos in the tail swinging track, and matched in the HD standard picture with the tail still. If the matching degree is low, it can be judged that the pet tail is not in a static state. On the contrary, if the pet tail is in a static state, the photograph taken by the photographing device is generally a photo with a clear tail, and is matched with the HD standard picture which is stationary with the tail, If the matching degree is high, it can be judged that the pet tail is not in a stationary state. When the pet's tail remains stationary for a specified length of time, it is considered that the pet satisfies a condition for being judged to be in a sleep state, otherwise, it is determined that the pet has not entered sleep. If it is determined that the pet is sleeping, it is recorded as the pet enters the sleep state after the last swing of the pet tail; of course, if the pet is judged to be sleeping, other conditions, such as the position condition, when the pet's position remains unchanged, or When a small amount of movement is performed within a specified range, it is determined that the pet satisfies a condition of sleep determination or the like. When a pet The action of the tail and other preset sleep conditions are all satisfied, that is, the pet is determined to go to sleep. The photographing apparatus of the present invention may be a device having a photographing and photographing function such as a camera or a mobile phone.
[0116] Referring to FIG. 5, in the embodiment, the sleep determining unit 40 includes:
[0117] 心率获取模块 411, 用于当持续静止吋长大于预设的吋间阈值吋, 获取宠物当 前心率;  [0117] a heart rate acquisition module 411, configured to acquire a current heart rate of the pet when the continuous static length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold ;;
[0118] The heart rate determining module 412 is configured to determine whether the current heart rate is within a preset heart rate range, and if so, determine that the pet is in a sleep state.
[0119] As described above, the heart rate acquisition module 311 and the heart rate determination module 312, when the pet is in sleep, is in a state of mood stability (except for dreaming), so the heart rate can be used as a condition for objectively determining whether the pet is asleep. The above-mentioned preset heart rate range refers to the heart rate of the normal sleep of the pet, for example, the pet is a shit, according to the variety thereof
, gender, age, height, weight and other physical parameters, determine the heart rate of normal sleep sputum, or the historical data of the dog's sleep palpitations as the heart rate of normal sleep sputum, when the dog's heart rate is stable in normal sleep 吋 heart rate The range, and the action of its tail is still, then it can be judged that the pet is in a sleep state.
[0120] Referring to FIG. 6, in the embodiment, the sleep determining unit 40 includes:
[0121] 呼吸率获取模块 421, 用于当持续静止吋长大于预设的吋间阈值吋, 获取宠物 当前呼吸率; [0121] a breathing rate acquisition module 421, configured to obtain a current respiratory rate of the pet when the continuous stationary length is greater than a preset inter-turn threshold 吋;
[0122] The breathing rate determining module 422 is configured to determine whether the current breathing rate is within a preset breathing rate range, and if yes, determine that the pet is in a sleep state.
[0123] As the respiratory rate acquisition module 421 and the respiratory rate determination module 422 described above, the pet is in a state of rest in sleep (except for dreaming), so the breathing rate can be used as a condition for objectively determining whether the pet is asleep. In a specific embodiment, when the pet has been determined to be in a sleep state The respiratory rate has a wide range of fluctuations or is larger than the normal interval. It can be judged that the pet is in a sleep state, and the dream type of the pet such as excitement, peace, fear, and the like can be simply judged according to the degree of change of the heart rate.
[0124] In the embodiment of the present invention, the determining apparatus for the sleep of the pet further includes:
[0125] 微动获取单元 501, 用于获取所述宠物的微动信号; [0125] a jog acquisition unit 501, configured to acquire a jog signal of the pet;
[0126] The light sleep determining unit 502 is configured to determine whether the jog information number is greater than a preset micro-motion threshold, and if yes, determine that the pet is in a light sleep state.
[0127] As described above, the fine motion acquisition unit 501 and the light sleep determination unit 502, the pet sleep sputum is divided into deep sleep and shallow sleep, and the distinction is mainly whether the pet sleep sputum has a micro-motion signal. The above-mentioned micro-motion signal is an action such as a pet turning over, swinging a tail, and the like. When the animal turns over in a sleep state, swings its tail, or swings the leg, the pet may be in a light sleep state. When compared with the preset micro-motion threshold, it is greater than the preset micro-motion threshold 吋, indicating that the pet is at Light sleep state. The setting of the above micro-motion threshold can be set based on a large number of experimental experience values. The device for collecting the fretting signal can be acquired by an acceleration sensor, a piezoelectric film sensor, or the like provided on the pet collar.
[0128] Referring to FIG. 7, in the embodiment, the device for determining sleep of the pet further includes:
[0129] 计吋单元 60, 用于当判定宠物处于睡眠状态吋, 对宠物睡眠吋长进行计吋; [0129] The calculating unit 60 is configured to: when determining that the pet is in a sleep state, calculate the sleep length of the pet;
[0130] 比较判断单元 70, 用于将所述宠物睡眠吋长与历史健康睡眠吋长进行比较, 判 断所述宠物睡眠吋长是否发生变化; [0130] The comparison determining unit 70 is configured to compare the pet sleep length with the historical healthy sleep length, and determine whether the pet sleep length changes;
[0131] The reminding unit 80 is configured to send a reminder signal after the comparison determining unit 50 determines that the sleep of the pet has changed. In this embodiment, when the determining device is a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, or a car computer, the reminding signal is an information reminder displayed on the display screen, and may also be an audio reminder, when the determining device is worn on the pet. The smart collar 吋, the reminder signal can be an audio reminder or a light reminder. The reminding unit of this embodiment can be used in any embodiment for transmitting a reminder signal after determining that the pet is not in a sleep state or is ill.
[0132] As described above, the counting unit 60, the comparison determining unit 70, and the reminding unit 80, the sleep of the pet is generally regular, and when the other conditions are unchanged, the sleep pattern changes, the pet may become sick. The rules of pet sleep are generally developed a little bit. Each sleep data is recorded to form historical data, and then the sleep patterns of the designated day are compared with historical data. For example, it is shorter or longer than the historical data sleep period. Give the owner of the pet
[0133] In the embodiment, the apparatus for determining sleep of the pet is characterized in that:
[0134] 历史非健康睡眠吋间单元, 用于存储比较判断单元判定发生变化的所述宠物睡 眠吋长; [0134] a historical non-healthy sleep day unit, configured to store the sleeping sleep length of the comparison judgment unit that determines that the change has occurred;
[0135] The historical healthy sleep day unit is configured to store the sleep sleep length of the comparison judgment unit that determines that the change does not occur to form a historical healthy sleep length.
[0136] If the historical non-healthy sleep day unit and the historical healthy sleep day unit are stored, the changed pet sleep time is stored in the historical non-healthy sleep day unit, and the pet owner can learn the pet by viewing the historical data. In the past, the unhealthy sleep is convenient for pet owners to observe and understand the reasons for pets' unhealthy sleep. The unchanging pet sleep time is stored in the historical healthy sleep day unit, and is compared with the current pet's sleep time as a database to continuously enrich the database.
[0137] Referring to FIG. 7, in the embodiment, the determining apparatus for the pet sleep further includes: a health storage unit 90, configured to record the number of sleeps of the pet in the designated inter-segment; the health judging unit 100, configured to use the sleep The number of times is compared with a preset number of sleep thresholds, and if it is greater than the number of sleep thresholds, it is determined that the pet is ill. If the pet suddenly becomes drowsy, the pet may be sick. For example, when a pet is in the daytime, the number of normal sleeps may be 2 times. When the number of sleeps is more than 2 times, the pet may be sick. Similarly, when it is determined that the pet may be ill, the reminder unit may also send a reminder message to the owner of the pet.
[0138] In the embodiment, the determining device for the sleep of the pet further includes: a preset unit, configured to acquire a physical parameter of the pet, and set a corresponding sleep frequency threshold according to the physical parameter. The above-mentioned physical parameters are parameters such as height, weight, age, variety, sex, etc. of the pet, and different physical parameters, and their sleep habits and laws are generally different. For example, dogs of the same breed have different ages, and their sleep habits and patterns may be different. According to the threshold of the number of physical parameters, it is possible to more accurately determine whether a pet is sick or not.
[0139] In a specific embodiment, the tail state information of the pet tail is first obtained, and it is determined whether it is in the static state. The state of the stop, and its stationary time, if the stationary day is greater than the specified daytime threshold, determine whether the pet's heart rate, respiratory rate are stable and within the normal range, and if so, determine that the pet is in a sleep state, as long as there is a condition If the standard is not met, it is determined that the pet has not gone to sleep.
[0140] The pet sleep judging device of the present invention uses the pet tail state information as a parameter for judging the pet's sleep, thereby improving the accuracy of the pet's sleep detection, such as the pet being a shit, its sleep and the resting state of the tail.
