Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un système de création de site Web implémenté dans un navigateur Web comprend : une unité de configuration d'objet commun qui reçoit un signal de configuration d'objet depuis un navigateur Web installé dans un terminal d'utilisateur afin de configurer une configuration d'un ou de plusieurs objets en tant qu'objet commun; une unité de détermination de position d'affichage pour configurer une page Web dans laquelle l'objet commun doit être inséré; et une unité de changement d'objet commun pour acquérir un signal de modification pour l'objet commun en provenance du terminal d'utilisateur et changer l'objet commun de toutes les pages Web dans lesquelles l'objet commun est inséré de sorte que l'objet commun est apparié au signal de modification.
