手指感应切换花洒及其工作方法 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种手指感应切换花洒及其工作方法。
背景技术
目前的花洒、水龙头等在切换水时都是采用拨转拨钮或按压按钮的方式来实现,该些方式操作不方便,不利于用户体验,本发明针对现有不足,采用激光传感感应方式,使得用户通过手指或棒形物的感应操作即可实现切换水,增加了用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手指感应切换花洒及其工作方法,该花洒通过感应器感应用户手指或棒形物是否伸入感应区域,通过控制器对电机切换组件的控制,进而实现花洒的切换出水的便利,且本发明结构、电路简单,易于实现。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种手指感应切换花洒,包括莲蓬头及设置于莲蓬头上且用于感应手指或棒形物的感应器,所述感应器与用于驱动电机切换组件工作的控制器连接,所述电机切换组件用于实现莲蓬头出水方式的切换。
在本发明一实施例中,所述感应器的感应区域位于莲蓬头的一侧。
在本发明一实施例中,所述感应区域为位于莲蓬头上的穿孔。
在本发明一实施例中,所述感应器为一圆环形感应器,该圆环形感应器的感应区域为圆环中空部位。
在本发明一实施例中,所述圆环形感应器的局部段超出莲蓬头的轮廓。
在本发明一实施例中,所述感应器为激光感应器。
在本发明一实施例中,所述控制器包括一控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设置有微处理器模块及与该微处理器模块连接的用于处理感应器感应信号的感应处理模块、用于驱动电机切换组件工作的电机控制模块。
在本发明一实施例中,还包括一设置于莲蓬头上且为整个装置供电的电池电源组件。
本发明手指感应切换花洒的工作方法,其特征在于:所述手指感应切换花洒 包括莲蓬头及设置于莲蓬头上且用于感应手指或棒形物的感应器,所述感应器与用于驱动电机切换组件工作的控制器连接,所述电机切换组件用于实现莲蓬头出水方式的切换,工作时,启动花洒手动阀,莲蓬头出水,使用过程中需要切换出水方式时,使用者伸手将手指处于感应区域内,控制器即驱动电机切换组件工作,使出水方式改变一次,而重复上述动作一次即改变一种出水方式。
在本发明一实施例中,所述感应区域为位于莲蓬头上的穿孔,使用者伸手将手指伸入穿孔内。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明通过感应器感应用户手指或棒形物是否伸入感应区域,通过控制器对电机切换组件的控制,进而实现花洒的切换水的便利操作,且本发明结构、电路简单,易于实现。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图,对本发明的技术方案进行具体说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明的一种手指感应切换花洒,包括莲蓬头1及设置于莲蓬头1上且用于感应手指或棒形物的感应器6,所述感应器6与用于驱动电机切换组件工作的控制器3连接,所述电机切换组件用于实现莲蓬头1出水方式的切换。
一种实施例中,所述感应器6的感应区域位于莲蓬头1的一侧,或者感应器6的感应区域位于莲蓬头的中心等位置。
进一步的,所述感应器6为一圆环形感应器,该圆环形感应器的感应区域为圆环中空部位2。所述圆环形感应器的局部段超出莲蓬头的轮廓,该圆环形的中心可以位于莲蓬头1的轮廓线上。
进一步的,所述感应器6为激光感应器或其他同功能的感应器,如红外感应器等。
如图5所示,所述控制器3包括一控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设置有微处理器模块及与该微处理器模块连接的用于处理感应器感应信号的感应处理模块、用于驱动电机切换组件工作的电机控制模块。
所述电机切换组件包括电机4及由电机4驱动的用于切换出水方式的切换阀5,所述切换阀5包括过水通道8和设在过水通道旁侧的切换轴501,所述切换轴上设有凸块502,所述凸块在切换轴转动时,以封堵一过水通道、畅通另一过水通道。
为了实现整个手指感应切换花洒的供电,还包括一设置于莲蓬头1上且为整个装置供电的电池电源组件7。
本发明的工作原理为:当使用者的手指或棒形物伸入圆环形感应器的圆环中空部分2时,圆环形感应器感应到手指或棒形物信号,并将感应信号传递给感应处理模块处理转换为数字信号后传递给微处理器模块,微处理器模块根据传输的信号分析处理后传输操作指令给电机控制模块,进而电机控制模块控制电机切换组件的电机开始工作,电机驱动切换阀进行出水方式的切换,从而改变莲蓬头的出水方式,当完成出水方式的切换时,电机切换组件工作还能够反馈动作信号给微处理器模块,告知微处理器模块已完成切换水操作。
以上是本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明技术方案所作的改变,所产生的功能作用未超出本发明技术方案的范围时,均属于本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:包括莲蓬头及设置于莲蓬头上且用于感应手指或棒形物的感应器,所述感应器与用于驱动电机切换组件工作的控制器连接,所述电机切换组件用于实现莲蓬头出水方式的切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述感应器的感应区域位于莲蓬头的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述感应区域为位于莲蓬头上的穿孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述感应器为一圆环形感应器,该圆环形感应器的感应区域为圆环中空部位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述圆环形感应器的局部段超出莲蓬头的轮廓。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述感应器为激光感应器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:所述控制器包括一控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设置有微处理器模块及与该微处理器模块连接的用于处理感应器感应信号的感应处理模块、用于驱动电机切换组件工作的电机控制模块。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手指感应切换花洒,其特征在于:还包括一设置于莲蓬头上且为整个装置供电的电池电源组件。
  9. 一种手指感应切换花洒的工作方法,其特征在于:所述手指感应切换花洒包括莲蓬头及设置于莲蓬头上且用于感应手指或棒形物的感应器,所述感应器与用于驱动电机切换组件工作的控制器连接,所述电机切换组件用于实现莲蓬头出水方式的切换,工作时,启动花洒手动阀,莲蓬头出水,使用过程中需要切换出水方式时,使用者伸手将手指处于感应区域内,控制器即驱动电机切换组件工作,使出水方式改变一次,而重复上述动作一次即改变一种出水方式。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的手指感应切换花洒的工作方法,其特征在于:所述感应区域为位于莲蓬头上的穿孔,使用者伸手将手指伸入穿孔内。
