本发明涉及到宠物穿戴设备领域,特别是涉及到一种基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法和装置。
背景技术
宠物穿戴设备基本上都会设置有GPS等定位装置,在终端上安装指定的APP后,既可以通过GPS等定位装置查看宠物的位置,以及设置电子围栏等功能,电子围栏即为宠物在指定范围内活动时,终端显示正常,当宠物走出指定范围时,就会触发报警命令,通知终端的用户宠物走出指定范围,需要找寻等处理。GPS等定位装置的功耗较大,而宠物穿戴设备的体积较小,带电量相对较小,如果长时间开启GPS等定位装置会大大地缩短宠物穿戴设备每一次充电后的使用时间长度,如果宠物走失且电量耗尽,则增加找到宠物的难度。所以,如何降低宠物穿戴设备耗电量是需要解决的问题。

本发明的主要目的为提供一种降低宠物穿戴设备电量消耗速度的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置。

本发明的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法和装置,只有在需要宠物位置的时候,才通过GSM网络控制宠物穿戴设备内的定位装置启动,然后获取到宠物的位置信息。也就是,宠物穿戴设备中的定位装置并不是一直工作,所以可以降低宠物穿戴设备能耗,而GSM网络装置的功耗远低于定位装置的功耗,通过GSM网络与终端保持联系,然后通过GSM网络控制定位装置的开启,可以大大地延长宠物穿戴设备每次充电后的使用时间长度,当宠物丢失时,也大大地提高找到宠物的概率。

参照图1,本发明实施例提供一种基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,包括步骤:
S1、宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令;
S2、根据所述位置查询命令启动对应的定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息;
S3、通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端。
如上述步骤S1所述,上述GSM(Global System For Mobile Communication,全球移动通信系统)网络是采用数字通信技术、统一的网络标准,使通信质量得以保证,并可以开发出更多的新业务供用户使用的网络。上述宠物穿戴设备一般为带有智能模块的项圈、胸带等设备,其可以记录宠物的生理信号、运动量、地理位置等,本实施例中,智能模块内设置有GSM网络装置,该GSM网络装置是可以插入GSM卡,然后连接GSM网络的装置。上述终端内同样设置有GSM网络装置,如智能手机内设置的GSM网络装置等。上述位置查询命令,即为控制命令,通过终端发出,然后由宠物穿戴设备接收。
如上述步骤S2所述,上述定位装置一般GPS定位装置、北斗定位装置、基站定位和/或近场定位装置等,其中,近场定位装置是通过WIFI、蓝牙等近场通信设备进行定位的装置。宠物只有在接收到位置查询命令时才启动定位装置,其它时间关闭定位装置或使定位装置休眠,降低宠物穿戴设备的耗电量,提高宠物穿戴设备充一次电后的使用时间长度。
如上述步骤S3所述,上述宠物穿戴设备将位置信息发送给终端,使终端可以查看宠物所在的位置。
本实施例中,上述获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤S1之前,包括:
S11、根据预设的命令,控制所述定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态。
如上述步骤S11所述,预设的命令即为宠物穿戴设备在生产时存储的命令,该预设的命令控制定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态,可以使定位装置停止工作,节 约能耗。当获取到位置查询命令时,启动定位装置,当执行完查询命令的动作后,预设的命令会再次将定位装置关闭或控制其进入休眠,降低能量消耗的速度。
本实施例中,上述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤S3之前,包括:
S31、按照指定时间间隔启动所述定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息。
如上述步骤S31所述,上述定位装置还可以按照指定时间间隔进行开启定位。无需终端控制,在指定时间间隔生成并发送一次位置信息给终端,使宠物主人可以了解宠物的位置。上述指定时间间隔一般为10分钟、30分钟等较长时间,以防止间隔时间较短而消耗过多的电量。用户还可以根据多个时间间隔生成的位置信息连接成线,形成曲线,用以分析宠物的活动范围等。
本实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤S1之前,包括:
S101、所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定。
如上述步骤S101所述,宠物穿戴设备与终端绑定后,可以进行针对性更强的控制。终端上一般会设置有相关的APP应用,APP应用先注册账户,与对应的网络服务器进行关联并通过GSM网络连接,而宠物穿戴设备同样与网络服务器进行关联并通过GSM网络连接,然后APP注册的账户与宠物穿戴设备进行绑定。
本实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定的步骤S101,包括:
S1010、所述宠物穿戴设备与终端进行一对一绑定,或一对多绑定。
如上述步骤S1010所述,一个穿戴设备只可以与一个终端绑定,一般是与宠物的主人所持有的终端绑定,那么只有宠物的主人可以得到宠物的位置等信息,防止他人通过宠物的位置信息找到主人或宠物等,同时防止他人利用宠物的位置信息盗取宠物等情况的发生。也可以一个宠物穿戴设备与多个终端进行绑定,多个人可以分别了解宠物的位置等信息,比如多个人同时查看宠物的位置等,当宠物走失时,多个人可以同时通过位置信息从不同的地方出发向宠物所在 的位置行进找寻宠物等。
本实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定的步骤S101,包括:
S1011、宠物穿戴设备向终端输送标识信息,并通过终端将标识信息发送至所述网络服务器,其中,每一个宠物穿戴设备具有唯一的标识信息;网络服务器中预设宠物穿戴设备的标识信息列表,网络服务器根据标识信息与宠物穿戴设备进行网络交互;
S1012、当标识信息与所述标识信息列表中的某一标识信息相同时,则宠物穿戴设备与终端通过网络服务器绑定。
如上述步骤S1011和S1012所述,上述宠物穿戴设备向终端输送标识信息可以通过蓝牙等近场通信手段进行,也可以是宠物穿戴设备上设置有二维码、条形码等图形信息,当终端扫面二维码或条形码时获取到宠物穿戴设备的唯一的标识信息。而终端的唯一标识信息在出厂时即被添加到网络服务器中的标识信息列表中,并根据唯一的标识信息与宠物穿戴设备进行网络连接。上述唯一标识信息一般为GSM卡的号码。终端获取到宠物穿戴设备的唯一标识信息后发送给网络服务器,网络服务器会先在标识信息列表内查找是否与终端上传的唯一标识信息重合,如果有,则将宠物穿戴设备与终端进行配对绑定,如果没有,则说明宠物穿戴设备为非法设备,不进行绑定,同时反馈终端未绑定的原因等。本实施例的绑定方法,简单、安全。
本实施例中,上述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤S3之前,包括:S301当宠物穿戴设备获取到位置查询命令时,开启摄录装置并拍照或录像;
上述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤S3,包括:S302通过GSM网络将所述拍照或录像的图像信息发送给所述终端。
如上述步骤S301和S302所述,当宠物主人通过终端发送位置查询命令的时候,一般是在视线范围内找不到宠物的时候,比如在商场中,此时只获取到位置信息是很难确定宠物具体位置的,如宠物位于商场的几楼等。所以在开启定位装置的同时,开启摄录装置,并进行拍照或摄录宠物所在位置的图形信息,并发 送到终端,那么宠物主人可以通过图形信息判断出具体的宠物位置,并可以了解宠物当前的情况等。
本实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤S1之后,包括:
S12、根据位置查询命令开启动作装置,运行预设的控制宠物原地待命的动作。
如上述步骤S12所述,上述动作装置一般包括音频播放装置、震动装置等可以发出信号并传递给宠物的装置。当宠物主人通过终端发送位置查询命令的时候,一般是在视线范围内找不到宠物的时候,所以需要去找寻宠物,但是在找寻过程中,宠物会移动,增加宠物被找到的难度。宠物主人可以经常训练宠物,当宠物接收到指定的动作刺激时,比如指定的语音、震动信息号后停留在原地,宠物主人可以预先将控制宠物原地待命的语音或震动命令存储到宠物穿戴设备内,当宠物穿戴设备获取到查找位置命令之后即作出对应的动作,使宠物停留在原地,等待主人到来,降低宠物主人找到宠物的难度。
参照图2,在一具体实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备为项圈,项圈上设置智能模块,该智能模块内设置GPS定位装置、摄录装置、动作装置,动作装置一般包括语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等;上述终端为智能手机,智能手机上安装有与宠物穿戴设备对应的APP。
将宠物穿戴设备与智能手机通过指定的网路服务器进行绑定;并将控制宠物原地停留的动作或命令预存到宠物穿戴设备内。
当宠物走失后,宠物主人通过智能手机的APP发出查询位置命令,并通过网络服务器发给与之绑定的宠物穿戴设备;
当宠物穿戴设备获取到查询位置命令后,才会分别启动GPS定位装置、摄录装置和控制宠物原地停留的动作对应的动作装置(语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等),然后将当前的位置信息和当前拍摄的图像信息通过GSM网路发送到网络服务器,之后由网路服务器转发到终端上。在其它时间关闭上述GPS定位装置、摄录装置、语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等装置,以节约宠物穿戴设备的能耗,提高宠物穿戴设备每次充电后的使用时间长度,防止宠物走失一端 时间后,由于工作的装置过多而将电量耗尽,无法对宠物进行定位而找不到宠物。
宠物主人根据位置信息和图像信息找寻宠物,由于宠物收到原地停留的命令,不会进行移动,大大地提降低宠物主人找到宠物的难度。
本实施例的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,只有在需要宠物位置的时候,才通过GSM网络控制宠物穿戴设备内的定位装置启动,然后获取到宠物的位置信息。也就是,宠物穿戴设备中的定位装置并不是一直工作,所以可以降低宠物穿戴设备能耗,而GSM网络装置的功耗远低于定位装置的功耗,通过GSM网络与终端保持联系,然后通过GSM网络控制定位装置的开启,可以大大地延长宠物穿戴设备每次充电后的使用时间长度,当宠物丢失时,也大大地提高找到宠物的概率。

获取单元10,用于宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令;
启动定位单元20,用于根据所述位置查询命令启动对应的定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息;
发送单元30,用于通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端。

如上述启动定位单元20,上述定位装置一般GPS定位装置、北斗定位装置、基站定位和/或近场定位装置等,其中,近场定位装置是通过WIFI、蓝牙等近场通 信设备进行定位的装置。宠物只有在接收到位置查询命令时才启动定位装置,其它时间关闭定位装置或使定位装置休眠,降低宠物穿戴设备的耗电量,提高宠物穿戴设备充一次电后的使用时间长度。
如上述发送单元30,上述宠物穿戴设备将位置信息发送给终端,使终端可以查看宠物所在的位置。
本实施例中,上述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置还包括:预设单元,用于根据预设的命令,控制所述定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态。预设的命令即为宠物穿戴设备在生产时存储的命令,该预设的命令控制定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态,可以使定位装置停止工作,节约能耗。当获取到位置查询命令时,启动定位装置,当执行完查询命令的动作后,预设的命令会再次将定位装置关闭或控制其进入休眠,降低能量消耗的速度。
本实施例中,上述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置还包括:自动启动单元,用于按照指定时间间隔启动所述定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息。上述定位装置还可以按照指定时间间隔进行开启定位。无需终端控制,在指定时间间隔生成并发送一次位置信息给终端,使宠物主人可以了解宠物的位置。上述指定时间间隔一般为10分钟、30分钟等较长时间,以防止间隔时间较短而消耗过多的电量。用户还可以根据多个时间间隔生成的位置信息连接成线,形成曲线,用以分析宠物的活动范围等。
参照图4,本实施例中,上述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置还包括:绑定单元101,用于所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定。宠物穿戴设备与终端绑定后,可以进行针对性更强的控制。终端上一般会设置有相关的APP应用,APP应用先注册账户,与对应的网络服务器进行关联并通过GSM网络连接,而宠物穿戴设备同样与网络服务器进行关联并通过GSM网络连接,然后APP注册的账户与宠物穿戴设备进行绑定。
参照图5,本实施例中,上述绑定单元101,包括:绑定模块1010,用于所述宠物穿戴设备与终端进行一对一绑定,或一对多绑定。一个穿戴设备只可以与一个终端绑定,一般是与宠物的主人所持有的终端绑定,那么只有宠物的主人可以得到宠物的位置等信息,防止他人通过宠物的位置信息找到主人或宠物等, 同时防止他人利用宠物的位置信息盗取宠物等情况的发生。也可以一个宠物穿戴设备与多个终端进行绑定,多个人可以分别了解宠物的位置等信息,比如多个人同时查看宠物的位置等,当宠物走失时,多个人可以同时通过位置信息从不同的地方出发向宠物所在的位置行进找寻宠物等。
参照图5,本实施例中,上述绑定单元101,包括:输送模块1011,用于宠物穿戴设备向终端输送标识信息,并通过终端将标识信息发送至所述网络服务器,其中,每一个宠物穿戴设备具有唯一的标识信息;网络服务器中预设宠物穿戴设备的标识信息列表,网络服务器根据标识信息与宠物穿戴设备进行网络交互;
查找绑定模块1012,用于当标识信息与所述标识信息列表中的某一标识信息相同时,则宠物穿戴设备与终端通过网络服务器绑定。

本实施例中,上述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置还包括:摄录单元,用于当宠物穿戴设备获取到位置查询命令时,开启摄录装置并拍照或录像;上述发送单元包括发送模块,用于通过GSM网络将所述拍照或录像的图像信息发送给所述终端。当宠物主人通过终端发送位置查询命令的时候,一般是在视线范围内找不到宠物的时候,比如在商场中,此时只获取到位置信息是很难确定宠物具体位置的,如宠物位于商场的几楼等。所以在开启定位装置的同时,开启摄录装置,并进行拍照或摄录宠物所在位置的图形信息,并发送到终端,那么 宠物主人可以通过图形信息判断出具体的宠物位置,并可以了解宠物当前的情况等。
本实施例中,上述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,还包括:动作单元,用于根据位置查询命令开启动作装置,运行预设的控制宠物原地待命的动作。上述动作装置一般包括音频播放装置、震动装置等可以发出信号并传递给宠物的装置。当宠物主人通过终端发送位置查询命令的时候,一般是在视线范围内找不到宠物的时候,所以需要去找寻宠物,但是在找寻过程中,宠物会移动,增加宠物被找到的难度。宠物主人可以经常训练宠物,当宠物接收到指定的动作刺激时,比如指定的语音、震动信息号后停留在原地,宠物主人可以预先将控制宠物原地待命的语音或震动命令存储到宠物穿戴设备内,当宠物穿戴设备获取到查找位置命令之后即作出对应的动作,使宠物停留在原地,等待主人到来,降低宠物主人找到宠物的难度。
参照图2,在一具体实施例中,上述宠物穿戴设备为项圈,项圈上设置智能模块,该智能模块内设置GPS定位装置、摄录装置、动作装置,动作装置一般包括语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等;上述终端为智能手机,智能手机上安装有与宠物穿戴设备对应的APP。
将宠物穿戴设备与智能手机通过指定的网路服务器进行绑定;并将控制宠物原地停留的动作或命令预存到宠物穿戴设备内。
当宠物走失后,宠物主人通过智能手机的APP发出查询位置命令,并通过网络服务器发给与之绑定的宠物穿戴设备;
当宠物穿戴设备获取到查询位置命令后,才会分别启动GPS定位装置、摄录装置和控制宠物原地停留的动作对应的动作装置(语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等),然后将当前的位置信息和当前拍摄的图像信息通过GSM网路发送到网络服务器,之后由网路服务器转发到终端上。在其它时间关闭上述GPS定位装置、摄录装置、语音装置、震动装置、超声波装置等装置,以节约宠物穿戴设备的能耗,提高宠物穿戴设备每次充电后的使用时间长度,防止宠物走失一端时间后,由于工作的装置过多而将电量耗尽,无法对宠物进行定位而找不到宠物。
宠物主人根据位置信息和图像信息找寻宠物,由于宠物收到原地停留的命令,不会进行移动,大大地提降低宠物主人找到宠物的难度。
本实施例的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,只有在需要宠物位置的时候,才通过GSM网络控制宠物穿戴设备内的定位装置启动,然后获取到宠物的位置信息。也就是,宠物穿戴设备中的定位装置并不是一直工作,所以可以降低宠物穿戴设备能耗,而GSM网络装置的功耗远低于定位装置的功耗,通过GSM网络与终端保持联系,然后通过GSM网络控制定位装置的开启,可以大大地延长宠物穿戴设备每次充电后的使用时间长度,当宠物丢失时,也大大地提高找到宠物的概率。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,包括:
    宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令;
    根据所述位置查询命令启动对应的定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息;
    通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤之前,包括:
    根据预设的命令,控制所述定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤之前,包括:
    按照指定时间间隔启动所述定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤之前,包括:
    所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定的步骤,包括:
    所述宠物穿戴设备与终端进行一对一绑定,或一对多绑定。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定的步骤,包括:
    宠物穿戴设备向终端输送标识信息,并通过终端将标识信息发送至所述网络服务器,其中,每一个宠物穿戴设备具有唯一的标识 信息;网络服务器中预设宠物穿戴设备的标识信息列表,网络服务器根据标识信息与宠物穿戴设备进行网络交互;
    当标识信息与所述标识信息列表中的某一标识信息相同时,则宠物穿戴设备与终端通过网络服务器绑定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,
    所述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤之前,包括:当宠物穿戴设备获取到位置查询命令时,开启摄录装置并拍照或录像;
    所述通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端的步骤,包括:通过GSM网络将所述拍照或录像的图像信息发送给所述终端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动方法,其特征在于,所述宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令的步骤之后,包括:
    根据位置查询命令开启动作装置,运行预设的控制宠物原地待命的动作。
  9. 一种基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于宠物穿戴设备获取终端通过GSM网络发送的位置查询命令;
    启动定位单元,用于根据所述位置查询命令启动对应的定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息;
    发送单元,用于通过GSM网络将所述位置信息发送给所述终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    预设单元,用于根据预设的命令,控制所述定位装置处于休眠或关闭状态。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    自动启动单元,用于按照指定时间间隔启动所述定位装置,并通过定位装置获取当前的位置信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    绑定单元,用于所述宠物穿戴设备与终端通过指定的网络服务器进行绑定。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,所述绑定单元,包括:
    绑定模块,用于所述宠物穿戴设备与终端进行一对一绑定,或一对多绑定。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,所述绑定单元,包括:
    输送模块,用于宠物穿戴设备向终端输送标识信息,并通过终端将标识信息发送至所述网络服务器,其中,每一个宠物穿戴设备具有唯一的标识信息;网络服务器中预设宠物穿戴设备的标识信息列表,网络服务器根据标识信息与宠物穿戴设备进行网络交互;
    查找绑定模块,用于当标识信息与所述标识信息列表中的某一标识信息相同时,则宠物穿戴设备与终端通过网络服务器绑定。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    摄录单元,用于当宠物穿戴设备获取到位置查询命令时,开启摄录装置并拍照或录像;
    所述发送单元包括发送模块,用于通过GSM网络将所述拍照或录像的图像信息发送给所述终端。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述基于GSM网络的人与宠物的互动装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    动作单元,用于根据位置查询命令开启动作装置,运行预设的控 制宠物原地待命的动作。
