本发明涉及连接件领域,涉及一种可实现机体上盖通电或通讯的走线结构,具体地说,涉及一种走线销轴结构,还涉及一种应用上述走线销轴结构的洗衣机。
随着家用电器的智能化,在洗衣机领域,可实现机体外观显示及触摸操作的洗衣机已经成为一种趋势,特别是上盖实现显示的洗衣机,由于操作更简便和人性化,得到了广泛的应用。实现上盖显示需将控制盘座内的导线与上盖显示机构相连,目前市场上应用的家用电器外观显示方案,通过穿线后增加导线防护与显示部分连接实现最终的显示方案。这种设计导致上盖在长时间开合过程中,出现磨损现象,一旦导线磨破就会产生通电不良问题。同时,随着智能家电的发展,越来越多的电器元件选择设于洗衣机上盖,用于提升用户体验和丰富洗涤功能,这类功能的拓展均需要将来自洗衣机盘座的导线走线到上盖上,故对于避免导线磨损的走线结构需求也日益增大。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服目前市场上的波轮洗衣机不能在上盖上进行显示或上盖显示洗衣机在开合过程中易磨导线的问题,提供一种可实现盘座至上盖走线且多次开合上盖不易造成导线磨损的走线销轴结构以及应用上述走线销轴结构的洗衣机。

实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例所述的带显示功能的洗衣机上盖及控制盘座的连接示意图,洗衣机上盖1内设有显示装置,用户通过上盖1操作洗衣机并用上盖的显示装置显示洗衣机的工作状况,为实现洗衣机的上盖显示,需将来自控制盘座2控制板的导线5接通到显示装置上,故导线5需通过上盖1与控制盘座2的机械转动连接处。而由于洗衣机本身的使用特征,上盖1会进行频繁地开合,在频繁开合地过程中,设于上盖1与控制盘座2之间的走线也会随之产生位移,为减小走线位移的幅度和随之造成的磨损,需将走线设于具有保护功能和缓冲功能的走线结构内。
走线结构主要包括走线销轴结构3和铰链结构4,两者配合连接,来自控制盘座2的导线5先通过铰链结构4再通过走线销轴结构3,最终连接显示装置。本实施例所述的连接方式,将具有保护功能和缓冲功能的走线销轴结构3设于洗衣机上盖1上,具体设于上盖1的上盖框110上。上盖框110为设置在上盖1外围的圈状范围,上面具有各种装置和结构,用于实现连接和固定。铰链结构4设于控制盘座2上,通过铰链紧固孔430实现固定。
该洗衣机上盖1与控制盘座2还经阻尼器定位销7相铰接,阻尼器定位销7与阻尼器6相连接,为上盖1提供闭合缓冲力,可防止洗衣机上盖1开合时造成过大的冲击力。阻尼定位销7与走线销轴结构3的铰链轴310同轴设置,阻尼器6与阻尼器定位销7的设计也在一定的程度上缓解了走线的位移幅度,减小了导线5的磨损。
本实施例中导线为供电导线或通讯导线。与导线相连的上盖结构也不局限于显示装置,可以为其他设于洗衣机上盖的需控制盘座供电或控制盘座内控制板通讯控制的电器元件。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例所述的铰链结构示意图,该铰链结构4为一具有基板底座和穿线凸起的走线结构,包括底部孔410、上侧孔420和铰链紧固孔430,基板底座向水平两端延伸
设有铰链紧固孔430,铰链结构4可通过紧固件配合铰链紧固孔430紧固设置在控制盘座2上。在基板底座设有底部孔410,来自控制盘座2的内部导线5一端由底部孔410穿入。该铰链结构4的穿线凸起结构为一中空的走线腔体,顶端侧面设有上侧孔420,导线5在上侧孔420处配合穿入走线销轴结构3,铰链结构4内部的导线5呈L型走线。铰链结构4实现了控制盘座2到上盖1的走线转向,将垂直穿入的导线5转向至水平方向,方便水平方向与走线销轴结构3铰链轴310的配合。
实施例三
如图3和图4所示,本实施例所述的螺钉紧固走线销轴结构示意图。该走线销轴结构3包括相连的铰链轴310和套筒320,套筒320与铰链轴310同轴设置并且可以相对铰链轴310转动,套筒320侧边设有贯通套筒侧壁的开口321,铰链轴310设有穿线槽311,穿线槽311设于铰链轴310的外壁上,穿线槽311的一端与套筒320内部相通。穿线槽311及开口321的设置均有利于导线5顺利通过走线销轴结构3。铰链轴310的外径小于套筒320的外径,套筒320与铰链轴310的相邻端相互套接,令套筒320与铰链轴310可绕铰链轴310的轴线相对旋转,套筒320内部经开口321与外部相连通。其中,铰链轴310也可以为具有开口的中空套筒结构。
走线销轴结构3的铰链轴310与铰链结构4配合连接,走线销轴结构的铰链轴310可插入铰链结构4的上侧孔420。由于上侧孔420孔形状非圆形,铰链轴310插入上侧孔420后与其相对固定。优选的,此处铰链轴310与上侧孔420的相对固定时,可以使用销子插入两者的缝隙中进行连接实现固定,或使用滑键实现相对固定。同时,为方便铰链结构4至走线销轴结构3的走线,铰链轴310的穿线槽311朝向铰链机构4的底部孔410方向设置。来自铰链结构4底部孔410的导线5,由铰链轴310的走线槽311穿入走线销轴结构3,再经套筒320穿出。由于导线5具有插线端子510,插线端子510横截面较大,不方便在孔内穿梭。故为方便导线5在走线销轴结构3的走线安装,将该走线销轴结构3设计为侧边开口,导线5由铰链结构4的底部孔410穿入并抵达上侧孔420后,先经朝向底部孔410设置的走线槽311穿过铰链轴310再经开口321通过套筒320,最终穿出走线销轴结构3,实现与上盖电器元件连接。在上盖1开合的过程中,套筒320可相对铰链轴310转动,起到缓冲走线位移的作用,减小了导线5的磨损。
所述走线销轴结构3还具有连接固定部330,连接固定部330与洗衣机上盖1经螺钉相固定螺接,连接固定部330与套筒320外侧一体连接。优选的,连接固定部330为一个或多
个.
走线销轴结构3固定在洗衣机上盖框110的具体方式为:开口321朝里靠近洗衣机上盖框体110设置,此设计是为配合洗衣机上盖框110所设的凸筋8等定位装置,方便凸筋8延伸至开口310内实现与导线5的限位接触。
实施例四
如图5所示,本实施例所述的洗衣机上盖的凸筋设置示意图。由于走线销轴结构3的与套筒320具有开口321,导线5在其中穿过,为防止导线5从开口321中滑出,故在洗衣机上盖框110上对应走线销轴结构3的开口321处设置有凸出的凸筋8,用于顶起通过的导线5,凸筋8自开口321延伸入套筒320的中空部以与导线5相限位接触。所述凸筋为一个或多个。
实施例五
如图6和图7所示,本实施例所述的设有定位筋的走线销轴结构示意图。本实施例与上述实施例三的区别在于:走线销轴结构3通过定位筋固定在洗衣机上盖框110上,定位筋与洗衣机上盖1相固定卡接,与套筒320为一体件;定位筋包括相互配合的轴向定位筋331和周向定位筋332,所述轴向定位筋331沿套筒320轴线方向延伸,沿套筒320径向凸出,周向定位筋332沿套筒320周线方向延伸,沿套筒320径向凸出。周向定位筋332为具有缺口的圆弧结构,周向定位筋332可套设固定在套筒320相对铰链轴310的一端端部,覆盖开口321防止内部导线滑出;两个轴向定位筋331设于套筒320体上并相对开口321对称设置,优选的,两个轴向定位筋331设于套筒320中部,且两个轴向定位筋331处于套筒320一条直径的两端。定位筋需与卡爪结构9配合实现走线销轴结构3的卡接固定。
实施例六
如图8和图9所示,本实施例所述可配合连接实现走线销轴结构紧固的卡爪结构和定位筋结构示意图。卡爪结构9设于洗衣机的上盖框110上,卡爪结构9与定位筋相固定卡接,
包括压缩变形卡爪910和两个固定卡爪920,两个固定卡爪920相对设置,两个固定卡爪920分别与套筒320的轴向定位筋331一一对应卡接,以限定套筒320的周向移动;压缩变形卡爪910与设于套筒320相对铰链轴310一端端部的周向定位筋332卡接固定,以限定套筒320的轴向移动,卡爪结构9配合定位筋结构实现走线销轴结构3在上盖框110的固定。

Claims (10)
- 一种走线销轴结构,其特征在于:所述走线销轴结构包括相连的铰链轴(310)和套筒(320),所述套筒(320)与铰链轴(310)同轴设置且可相对铰链轴(310)转动,所述套筒(320)侧边设有贯通套筒侧壁的开口(321),所述铰链轴(310)设有穿线槽(311),所述穿线槽(311)的一端与套筒(320)内部相通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的走线销轴结构,其特征在于:所述铰链轴(310)的外径小于套筒(320)的外径;所述套筒(320)与铰链轴(310)的相邻端相互套接,所述套筒(320)内部经开口(321)与外部相连通。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的走线销轴结构,其特征在于:所述套筒(320)外侧设有用于与其它部件连接固定的连接固定部(330)和/或定位筋。
- 根据权利要求3所述的走线销轴结构,其特征在于:所述连接固定部(330)与套筒(320)外侧一体连接,为一个或多个。
- 根据权利要求3所述的走线销轴结构,其特征在于:所述定位筋与洗衣机上盖(1)相固定卡接,定位筋与套筒(320)为一体件,所述定位筋包括相互配合的两个轴向定位筋(331)和周向定位筋(332)。
- 一种洗衣机,包括上盖(1)和控制盘座(2),其特征在于:所述洗衣机安装有如权利要求1-5任一所述的走线销轴结构,所述上盖(1)设有电器元件,所述控制盘座(2)设有控制板,来自控制盘座(2)控制板的导线(5)经走线销轴结构(3)最终与上盖(2)的电器元件相连。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述控制盘座(2)上安装有铰链结构(4),所述铰链结构(4)设有底部孔(410)和上侧孔(420),所述上侧孔(420)具有非圆形截面,走线销轴结构(3)的铰链轴(310)插入上侧孔(420)并相对其固定,所述底部孔(410)与控制盘座(2)内部相连通,铰链轴(310)的走线槽(311)朝向底部孔(410)设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机的上盖框(110)设有凸筋(8),所述凸筋(8)与走线销轴结构的开口(321)对应设置,凸筋(8)自开口(321)延伸入套筒(320)的中空部以与导线(5)相限位接触。
- 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:洗衣机的上盖框(110)还设有卡爪结构(9),所述卡爪结构(9)与定位筋相固定卡接;优选的,所述卡爪结构(9)包括压缩变 形卡爪(910)和两个固定卡爪(920)。
- 根据权利要求6-9任一所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机上盖(2)与控制盘座(3)还经阻尼器定位销(7)相铰接,阻尼器定位销(7)与阻尼器(6)相连接;所述的阻尼器定位销(7)与走线销轴结构的铰链轴(310)同轴设置。
