本实用新型涉及烹调器具领域,具体涉及一种自动除烟的烹调器具。
背景技术
目前,烟熏类烹调器具是人们日常生活中经常用到的器具,用于对食物进行烘焙或者烟熏,例如,中国实用新型专利CN101028176A公开了一种烟熏烤箱,包括烤箱本体、烟熏盒与外壳,烤箱本体设有容室与至少两个烟熏盒,容室外设有第一发热件,第二发热件设在容室内并深入烟熏盒内,通过第一发热件和第二发热件结合,实现对食物内外烘焙和烟熏,功能多样化。
但是这种烟熏烤箱存在一个问题,即烟熏或者烘焙后残留的浓烟将直接排入空气中,长期以往,大量的烟尘或严重损伤用户的身心健康,同时也污染室内环境。
因此,现有的烟熏类烹调器具存在残留的浓烟损害用户身心健康、污染室内环境的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是现有的烟熏类烹调器具存在残留的浓烟损害用户身心健康、污染室内环境的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供一种自动除烟的烹调器具,包括炉腔体,所述炉腔体内安装有用于烹饪食物的烟雾发生装置,还包括:
送风装置,内置于所述炉腔体内;
负离子发生器,产生的负离子在所述送风装置作用下在所述炉腔体内形成对流;
控制面板,设置在所述炉腔体的外侧面上,分别与所述送风装置和所述负离子发生器连接并控制其启闭。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种自动除烟的烹调器具具有以下优点:在烹饪食物的过程中,烟雾发生装置开启工作并产生浓烟,烹调结束后,通过控制面板启动流风扇及负离子发生器,负离子发生器工作产生负离子,负离子在送风装置的作用下,在炉腔体内形成对流,填充满整个炉腔体内,炉腔内的负离子与带正电的烟尘微粒相结合,并聚成球降落而达到消除烟尘的目的,有效避免了室内空气污染,利于人体健康。
在一个实施例中,所述送风装置安装在支撑板上,所述支撑板的两侧卡装固定有U形架板,所述负离子发生器安装在所述U形架板上。所述U形架板包括一体成型的两纵板和一横板,所述负离子发生器安装在所述横板的外侧面上。所述负离子发生器与所述横板之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接。
这种结构给负离子发生器提供了安装的位置,方便负离子发生器的安装,并且能够方便更换或者维修,负离子发生器朝向送风装置,能够充分利用送风装置发出的风,工作效率高。
在一个实施例中,所述横板的内侧面与所述送风装置的外侧面之间设有间隙。这种结构负离子发生器与送风装置之间设有一段距离,当送风装置工作时,提高负离子的扩散范围,保证填充满整个炉腔体内。
在一个实施例中,所述控制面板上设有若干个用于调节所述送风装置风速大小的调节按钮。通过调节按钮控制送风装置的风速,针对性强,除烟更彻底。

下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做出详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种自动除烟的烹调器具,包括烹调器具的炉腔体1,炉腔体1内安装有用于烹饪食物的烟雾发生装置(图中未显示),炉腔体1内还设有送风装置2和负离子发生器4。
具体的,炉腔体1的内壁上固定有支撑板21,送风装置2安装在支撑板21上,并朝向烟雾发生装置,送风装置2启动时,能够将烟雾发生装置产生的浓烟吹散。炉腔体1的外侧面上设有控制面板(图中未显示),送风装置2与控制面板连接,用于控制送风装置2的启闭,控制面板上设有若干个调节按钮,通过调节按钮调节送风装置2的风速大小。本实用新型中优选送风装置2采用对流风扇,成本低,送风效果好。
负离子发生器4设置在送风装置2的正前方,负离子发生器4在工作状态下产生大量的负离子,产生的负离子在送风装置2的作用下在炉腔体1内形成对流。负离子发生器4与控制面板连接,通过控制面板控制负离子发生器4的启闭。
优选的,支撑板21的两侧卡装固定有U形架板3,U形架板3包括一体成型的两纵板31和一横板32,负离子发生器4安装在横板32的外侧面上。横板32的内侧面与送风装置2的外侧面之间设有间隙。这种结构负离子发生器4与送风装置2之间设有一段距离,当送风装置2工作时,提高负离子的扩散范围,保证填充满整个炉腔体1内。
负离子发生器4与横板32之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接,方便负离子发生器4的安装,并且能够方便更换或者维修,负离子发生器4朝向送风装置2,能够充分利用送风装置2发出的风,工作效率高。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
在烹饪食物的过程中,烟雾发生装置开启工作并产生浓烟,烹调结束 后,通过控制面板启动流风扇2及负离子发生器4,负离子发生器4工作产生负离子,负离子在送风装置2的作用下,在炉腔体1内形成对流,填充满整个炉腔体1内,炉腔内的负离子与带正电的烟尘微粒相结合,并聚成球降落而达到消除烟尘的目的,有效避免了室内空气污染,利于人体健康。
本实用新型,结构简单合理、制造成本低、环保卫生,方便安装和拆卸,简单可靠,提升用户体验。

  1. 一种自动除烟的烹调器具,包括炉腔体,所述炉腔体内安装有用于烹饪食物的烟雾发生装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    送风装置,内置于所述炉腔体内;
    负离子发生器,产生的负离子在所述送风装置作用下在所述炉腔体内形成对流;
    控制面板,设置在所述炉腔体的外侧面上,分别与所述送风装置和所述负离子发生器连接并控制其启闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自动除烟的烹调器具,其特征在于,所述送风装置安装在支撑板上,所述支撑板的两侧卡装固定有U形架板,所述负离子发生器安装在所述U形架板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种自动除烟的烹调器具,其特征在于,所述U形架板包括一体成型的两纵板和一横板,所述负离子发生器安装在所述横板的外侧面上。
