本发明涉及安防及视频领域,尤其涉及一种双网络通道安防监控文件分配方法及系统。
背景技术
安防,可以理解为“安全防范”的缩略词。根据现在汉语词典的解释,所谓安全,就是没有危险、不受侵害、不出事故;所谓防范,就是防备、戒备,而防备是指作好准备以应付攻击或避免受害,戒备是指防备和保护。 综合上述解释,可以给安全防范下如下定义:做好准备和保护,以应付攻击或者避免受害,从而使被保护对象处于没有危险、不受侵害、不出现事故的安全状态。显而易见,安全是目的,防范是手段,通过防范的手段达到或实现安全的目的,就是安全防范的基本内涵。

步骤S103、依据该有线网络通道的速度和无线网络的速度分配传输视频文件的大小。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案接收视频会议的视频文件和安防视频文件,检测有线网络通道的速度和无线网络的速度,所以其具有提高用户体验度的优点。

    依据该有线网络通道的速度和无线网络的速度分配传输视频文件的大小。

    接收安防视频文件的语音介绍。
