一种漏水报警的家用电器 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种漏水报警的家用电器。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,家用电器种类和功能越来越丰富。除湿机和移动空调因其移动的便利性,可使用在居室、商店、地下室和地下车库等地方,特别是地下室、地下车库等不必固定专门各种家用电器的地方。但是这些地方可能会回为没关水阀、水管破裂等因素造成地面浸水,损坏物品;进一步可能会导致电路短路,发生安全事故。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种漏水报警的家用电器,以解决现有技术中可移动的家用电器的在使用过程中因漏水导致的安全隐患。
为实现上述设计,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种漏水报警的家用电器,包括底盘组件和接入有电源的水传感器;所述底盘组件开设有检测孔,所述水传感器的探头穿过所述检测孔;
还包括报警装置,所述报警装置与所述水传感器相连,当所述水传感器检测到漏水时,所述报警装置发出警报。
其中,还包括控制板和信号传输装置;
所述水传感器从所述控制板接入电源,所述报警装置设置于所述控制板, 所述水传感器通过所述信号传输装置与所述控制板相连以发送所述探头检测到的漏水信号。
其中,所述控制板还设置有通信模块,用于向用户的通讯终端发出漏水的警报。
其中,还包括电源板或电池组,所述水传感器从所述电源板或电池组接入电源,所述报警装置集成于所述水传感器。
其中,所述水传感器与所述检测孔过盈配合。
其中,所述水传感器与所述底盘组件通过螺丝和/或卡扣固定。
其中,所述水传感器的探头设置于所述底盘组件的下侧,所述底盘组件的下侧设置有脚轮,所述探头的底端高于所述脚轮的底端。
其中,所述探头外设置有保护网罩。
其中,所述第一报警装置包括扬声器和/或报警灯。
其中,所述信号传输装置为信号线。
本发明的有益效果为:在家用电器的底盘组件安装水传感器,将水传感器与报警装置相连,当水传感器检测到有漏水时,报警装置发出警报;能够在发生漏水事故时尽快提醒用户进行处理,挽救财务损失,乃至因短路而存在的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1至图6,其是本发明具体实施方式中提供的一种漏水报警的家用电器的结构图;请参考图7至图8,其是本发明具体实施方式中提供的一种漏水报警的家用电器的水传感器与控制板的连接结构图;请参考图9至图10,其是本发明具体实施方式中提供的一种漏水报警的家用电器的水传感器的结构图。本方案中所述的家用电器不是指某一种例如冰箱、空调等特定的家用电器,而 是可以在多种家用电器中实施。在本实施例中,对该家用电器的描述基于除湿机1实现。如图所示,该漏水报警的家用电器,包括底盘组件10和接入有电源的水传感器20;(优选地底盘组件10的下侧设置有脚轮40),底盘组件10开设有检测孔,水传感器20的探头24穿过检测孔、并优选地(探头24)设置于底盘组件10的下侧;
还包括报警装置,报警装置与水传感器20相连,当水传感器20检测到漏水时,报警装置发出警报。
底盘组件10指家用电器的底部框架结构,朝向底面,也就是发生浸水事故时离水最近的地方。水传感器20设置于底盘组件10,一方面能起到最好的检测效果,另一方面不对家用电器(例如图2中的除湿机1)的外部结构产生影响,使家用电器具有更好的外观结构。
在具体实施过程中,水传感器20可以通过多种方式接入电源,也可以通过多种方式实现与报警装置的连接,最终实现报警装置对漏水的报警。
例如,在除湿机1中设置电源板或电池组,通过电源板或电池组为水传感器20供电,报警装置与水传感器20集成为一体。当水传感器20检测到漏水时,报警装置发出警报。
又例如,除湿机1中还包括控制板30和信号传输装置;
水传感器20从控制板30接入电源,报警装置设置于控制板30,水传感器20通过信号传输装置与控制板30相连以发送探头24检测到的漏水信号。
信号传输装置用于将水传感器20的检测结果发送到控制板30,特别是检测到漏水,也就是地面的积水到达一定程度,开始对产品安全造成不利影响时,将检测结果发送到控制板30,以控制第一报警装置发出警报。
水传感器20的探头24可以是电极式、光电式或电缆式,具体探头24的实现在现有技术中已经比较成熟,在此不做进一步阐述。
在家用电器的底盘组件10安装水传感器20,将水传感器20与家用电器的控制板30相连,当水传感器20检测到有漏水时,控制板30上的报警装置发出警报;能够在发生漏水事故时尽快提醒用户进行处理,挽救财务损失,乃至因短路而存在的安全隐患。
考虑到本方案中家用电器的应用场景,地下室、地下车库经常是没有人在的地方,在控制板30还设置有通信模块33,用于向用户的通讯终端发出漏水的警报。通信模块33可以是WiFi装置、移动通信装置(例如3G/4G)等。
为安装方便,水传感器20与检测孔过盈配合,较佳的,检测孔的内侧壁和/或水传感器20的外侧壁设置有弹性胶层,安装时,水传感器20直接插入检测孔中,弹性胶层能实现水传感器20与检测孔之间的密封,放置水进入家用电器内部。
或者,水传感器20与底盘组件10通过螺丝23固定,具体如图5所示。为实现密封,水传感器20与底盘组件10之间设置有橡胶垫圈。除了螺丝23固定,也可选用其它安装方便的方式,例如卡扣;或者同时采用卡扣和螺丝23,都能实现水传感器20的固定安装。
在本方案中,探头24的底端高于脚轮40的底端,也就是说探头24离地面有一定距离,家用电器移动过程发生错误检测,例如探头24经过某个小的积水区域,而这一区域实质上是不会对安全造成影响的。
另外,考虑到家用电器在移动过程中,可能经过地毯、草坪等区域,在这些区域适度过高时,例如中国南方的回南天,探头24与地毯或草坪的接触也可 能会误触发警报,因此在探头24外设置有保护网罩22。保护网罩22能够让探头24与外部的潮湿的固态物体隔离,只有在真正检测到流体的水时,才发出警报,提高报警的准确度。
在本方案中,还可同时设置多种电源,例如电池组和控制板30,电源板和控制板30,一般而言,控制板30为水传感器20供电,并根据水传感器20的检测结果发出警报即可。但是当控制板30无法正常工作时,有电池组为水传感器20供电,同时亦可同时在水传感器另外集成报警装置独立发出警报。
其中,报警装置包括扬声器31和/或报警灯32。
为了保证报警效果扬声器31声音要足够大,最好在90分贝以上,报警灯32的也应安装在显眼的地方,例如控制面板所在的区域,选用报警效果好的灯光效果,例如亮度高、红色、闪烁;当然可以选择其它颜色或者不闪烁。
其中,信号传输装置为信号线21。
为保证信号传输的稳定,信号传输装置较佳选用信号线21做有线传输,当然也可以选用红外、蓝牙等,结构更加简单。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种漏水报警的家用电器,其特征在于,包括底盘组件和接入有电源的水传感器;所述底盘组件开设有检测孔,所述水传感器的探头穿过所述检测孔;
    还包括报警装置,所述报警装置与所述水传感器相连,当所述水传感器检测到漏水时,所述报警装置发出警报。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,还包括控制板和信号传输装置;
    所述水传感器从所述控制板接入电源,所述报警装置设置于所述控制板,所述水传感器通过所述信号传输装置与所述控制板相连以发送所述探头检测到的漏水信号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述控制板还设置有通信模块,用于向用户的通讯终端发出漏水的警报。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,还包括电源板或电池组,所述水传感器从所述电源板或电池组接入电源,所述报警装置集成于所述水传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述水传感器与所述检测孔过盈配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述水传感器与所述底盘组件通过螺丝和/或卡扣固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述水传感器的探头设置于所述底盘组件的下侧,所述底盘组件的下侧设置有脚轮,所述探头的底端高于所述脚轮的底端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述探头外设置有保护 网罩。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述报警装置包括扬声器和/或报警灯。
