Le procédé consiste à : enregistrer un chemin d'accès au dossier correspondant à une empreinte digitale ; lire une empreinte digitale entrée, par un utilisateur, sur un appareil d'identification d'empreintes digitales ; déterminer si l'empreinte digitale entrée par l'utilisateur est l'empreinte digitale correspondant au chemin d'accès au dossier ; si tel n'est pas le cas, maintenir l'état initial ; si tel est le cas, ouvrir le chemin d'accès au dossier ; et lorsque le nombre de fois que l'utilisateur sort du dossier ou ferme le dossier, ouvert au moyen de l'empreinte digitale, dépasse une valeur de seuil prédéfinie au cours d'une période de temps spécifique, terminer une relation de correspondance entre l'empreinte digitale et le dossier.
