本发明提供了一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法及系统，所述包括如下步骤：将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。本发明提供的技术方案具有下载速度快的优点。
Description
本发明涉及电视广播领域，尤其涉及一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法及系统。
电视，是人们日常生活中常用的设备，随着慢慢的发展，电视也被认为是广电集团（例如电视台）提供服务的一种称呼，电视从最初的无线电视发展到有线电视以及现在的网络电视，播放方式也分电视广播以及电视组播，对于电视来说，更多的还是电视广播。作为深圳地区主要的电视广播提供商，其能够为用户提供优质多套电视节目。
但是现有的电视广播中无法实现视频快速下载，下载速度慢。
提供一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法，其解决了现有技术下载速度慢的缺点。
一方面，提供一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法，所述包括如下步骤：
将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；
接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；
依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
可选的，所述方法还包括：
将下载的视频文件保存。
可选的，所述方法还包括：
向电视广播系统申请加入观看设备的列表。
第二方面，提供一种字幕在电视广播中的获取系统，所述系统包括：
发送单元，用于将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；
接收单元，用于接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；
下载单元，用于依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
可选的，所述系统还包括：
保存单元，用于将下载的视频文件保存。
可选的，所述系统还包括：
申请单元，用于向电视广播系统申请加入观看设备的列表。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统，接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离，依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载，所以其具有下载速度快的优点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1，图1为本发明第一较佳实施方式提供的一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法的流程图，该方法由播放终端来完成，该方法如图1所示，包括如下步骤：
步骤S101、将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；
步骤S102、接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；
步骤S103、依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统，接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离，依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载，所以其具有下载速度快的优点。
可选的，上述方法在步骤S103之后还可以包括：
将下载的视频文件保存。

参阅图2，图2为本发明第二较佳实施方式提供的一种字幕在电视广播中的获取系统，该系统包括：
发送单元201，用于将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；
接收单元202，用于接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；
下载单元203，用于依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统，接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离，依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载，所以其具有下载速度快的优点。
可选的，上述系统还可以包括：

申请单元205，用于向电视广播系统申请加入观看设备的列表。
需要说明的是，对于前述的各方法实施方式或实施例，为了简单描述，故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合，但是本领域技术人员应该知悉，本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制，因为根据本发明，某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次，本领域技术人员也应该知悉，说明书中所描述实施方式或实施例均属于优选实施例，所涉及的动作和单元并不一定是本发明所必须的。

- 一种字幕在电视广播中的获取方法，其特征在于，所述包括如下步骤：将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述方法还包括：将下载的视频文件保存。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述方法还包括：向电视广播系统申请加入观看设备的列表。
- 一种字幕在电视广播中的获取系统，其特征在于，所述系统包括：发送单元，用于将观看的文件标识发送给电视广播系统；接收单元，用于接收电视广播系统下发的该文件标识对应的观看设备的列表以及距离；下载单元，用于依据距离的近远依次向观看设备的列表中的观看设备发送字幕请求下载。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统，其特征在于，所述系统还包括：保存单元，用于将下载的视频文件保存。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统，其特征在于，所述系统还包括：申请单元，用于向电视广播系统申请加入观看设备的列表。
