Abstract

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Vorrichtung (1) und auf ein Verfahren zum Justieren von Druckköpfen (2) relativ zueinander, welche zum Drucken mit jeweils mehreren Düsen in je einer Düsenplatte ausgestattet sind sowie zu Produktions- und/oder Montagezwecken mit wenigstens einem Rundloch und/oder mit wenigstens einem Langloch in dieser Düsenplatte, umfassend bzw. unter Verwendung eine(r) Montagelehre für mehrere Druckköpfe (2), wobei für jeden Druckkopf (2) wenigstens ein genau passendes Pendant, vorzugsweise in Form je eines Stiftes, zu wenigstens einem Rundloch und/oder zu wenigstens einem Langloch in der betreffenden Düsenplatte vorgesehen ist, so dass durch Aufstecken der Druckköpfe (2) auf die Montagelehre derart, dass je ein Paar von Rundloch- und Langloch-Pendants in das Rund- und Langloch der betreffenden Düsenplatte eingreift, die Düsen sämtlicher Druckköpfe (2) in der gewünschten Weise zueinander ausgerichtet sind (werden).
