而在物联网时代,数据共享形式除了有互联网的共享,也必将要实现物物共享,比如照片的共享方式,可通过电视浏览,打印机打印,照相机、摄像机等方式共享。

其中,WIFI直连即WIFI设备点对点连接,不需要点对端,WIFI直连设备可直接相连相互分享交换内容,而无需通过互联网,且相对于蓝牙传输,WIFI直连具有较快的传输速度;共享群组为主控终端临时创建的,当主控终 端开启数据共享模式并开启WIFI直连时,通过WIFI直连向受控终端发送加入共享群组的邀请通知,这样,在没有网络连接的情况下,终端设备之间可通过WIFI直连进行通信。
步骤102,接收受控终端反馈的针对邀请通知的鉴权请求,并根据鉴权请求对受控终端进行鉴权;

在匹配成功后,获取与第一特征向量相匹配的特征模板对应的唯一标识符,通过WIFI直连向与唯一标识符对应的受控终端发送第三共享数据。
可选地,数据共享模块203通过如下方式实现将鉴权通过的受控终端加入到共享群组:
获取包括鉴权通过的第一受控终端对应的用户的面部特征的第二特征向量以及第一受控终端的唯一标识符;
将第二特征向量作为特征模板,与第一受控终端的唯一标识符相对应存储在主控终端中。
可选地,数据发送子模块通过如下方式实现通过WIFI直连向共享群组内的受控终端发送第一共享数据:
将第一共享数据上传至云服务器,并通过WIFI直连通知共享群组内的受控终端下载第一共享数据。
可选地,所述数据共享装置还包括:
解散模块,设置为在检测到共享数据共享完毕后,解散共享群组并通过WIFI直连向共享群组内的受控终端发送解散通知。

反馈模块,设置为向受控终端发送鉴权结果,其中,所述反馈模块通过如下方式实现向受控终端发送鉴权结果:
当对受控终端鉴权通过后,通过WIFI直连向受控终端发送鉴权通过对应的第一状态码;

上述本发明实施例中,通过WIFI直连向受控终端发送邀请通知,组建临时共享群组,并通过WIFI直连进行数据共享,实现了在没有网络连接的情况下的高速、实时的数据共享;且在数据共享过程中,可根据受控终端预存的特征模板,定向向受控终端发送第一共享数据,实现了共享数据自动筛选,避免了用户需要手动筛选的繁琐,提升了用户的使用体验,满足了用户 多元化的使用需求;上述技术方案通过基于物联网的数据共享,解决了基于互联网的数据共享方式存在缺陷的问题。
第三实施例
参见图3,本申请的第三实施例提供了一种数据共享方法,应用于受控终端,包括:
步骤301,接收主控终端发送的用于邀请受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知;
其中,受控终端通过WIFI直连接收来自主控终端的邀请通知,WIFI直连即WIFI设备点对点连接,不需要点对端,WIFI直连设备可直接相连相互分享交换内容,而无需通过互联网,且相对于蓝牙传输,WIFI直连具有较快的传输速度。
步骤302,通过WIFI直连向主控终端反馈针对邀请通知的鉴权请求;
在本实施例中,接收到邀请通知之后,通过WIFI直连向主控终端发送鉴权请求,并在鉴权请求中携带待鉴权密钥,请求主控终端进行鉴权。
步骤303,当主控终端对鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
其中,当接收到来自主控终端对鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到共享群组中,并启动共享流程;可选地,共享的内容可以包括视频、图片或者其他数据文件。
可选地,步骤303包括:
通过WIFI直连向共享群组内的主控终端和/或其他受控终端发送第二共享数据,和/或
接收来自共享群组内的主控终端的第一共享数据和/或来自其他受控终端的第三共享数据。
其中,数据共享流程包括以下方式中的一种或多种:
受控终端向主控终端和/或其他受控终端发送第二共享数据;
接收来自主控终端的第一共享数据;
来自其他受控终端的第三共享数据。
也就是说,共享群组里的受控终端可以向共享群组内其他终端设备共享 自身的数据并且可接收其他终端设备所共享的数据。
可选地,该方法还包括:
当接收到退出共享群组的指令时,退出共享群组并通过WIFI直连向主控终端发送退出通知。
其中,当接收到用户退出共享群组的指令时,退出共享群组并通知主控终端,以便主控终端获得受控终端的退出情况,不再向退出的受控终端发送共享数据。
上述本发明实施例中,通过WIFI直连接收主控终端发送的邀请通知,并向主控终端发送鉴权请求,加入到主控终端组建的临时共享群组,并通过WIFI直连进行数据共享,实现了在没有网络连接的情况下的高速、实时的数据共享,提升用户的使用体验,满足用户多元化的使用需求;上述技术方案通过基于物联网的数据共享,解决了基于互联网的数据共享方式存在的缺陷问题。
第四实施例
参见图4,本申请的第四实施例提供了一种数据共享装置,应用于受控终端,包括:
通知接收模块401,设置为接收主控终端发送的用于邀请受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知。
其中,受控终端通过WIFI直连接收来自主控终端的邀请通知,WIFI直连即WIFI设备点对点连接,不需要点对端,WIFI直连设备可直接相连相互分享交换内容,而无需通过互联网,且相对于蓝牙传输,WIFI直连具有较快的传输速度。
请求发送模块402,设置为通过WIFI直连向主控终端反馈针对邀请通知的鉴权请求。
在本实施例中,在接收到邀请通知之后,通过WIFI直连向主控终端发送鉴权请求,并在鉴权请求中携带待鉴权密钥,请求主控终端进行鉴权。
共享模块403,设置为当主控终端对鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
其中,当接收到来自主控终端对鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到共享群组 中,并启动共享流程;可选地,共享的内容可以包括视频、图片或者其他数据文件。
可选地,共享模块403包括:
第一共享子模块,设置为通过WIFI直连向共享群组内的主控终端和/或其他受控终端发送第二共享数据,和/或
第二共享子模块,设置为接收来自共享群组内的主控终端的第一共享数据和/或来自其他受控终端的第三共享数据。
可选地,该装置还包括:
处理模块,设置为当接收到退出共享群组的指令时,退出共享群组并通过WIFI直连向主控终端发送退出通知。
上述本发明实施例中,通过WIFI直连接收主控终端发送的邀请通知,并向主控终端发送鉴权请求,加入到主控终端组建的临时共享群组,并通过WIFI直连进行数据共享,实现了在没有网络连接的情况下的高速、实时的数据共享,提升用户的使用体验,满足用户多元化的使用需求;上述技术方案通过基于物联网的数据共享,解决了基于互联网的数据共享方式存在缺陷的问题。
第五实施例
参见图5,本申请的第五实施例提供了一种数据共享系统,该系统包括:设置模块501、即时分享模块502、群组管理模块503、临时群组模块504、鉴权模块505、云端存储模块506、特征提取模块507、特征匹配模块508以及云端分享启动模块509。
其中,设置模块501,设置为设置即时分享数据,比如照片、视频;当需要分享照片或视频给其他无网络的设备(受控终端)或分享照片视频到云端时,通过设置模块501开启即时分享。
即时分享模块502,设置为设置分享模式,分享模式包括临时群组分享模式和云端分享模式。
具体地,临时群组分享模式,用于主控终端设备分享照片或视频给其他无网络的受控终端,临时群组在使用完毕后就会解散,这样保证了使用完毕后就及时关闭,对主控终端进行了安全保护。当主控终端启动临时群组分享 模式时,群组管理模块503负责组建临时群组,群组内的所有用户都会收到相应的通知(例如通过WIFI直连发送),群组管理模块503通过鉴权模块505对群组内的每个用户进行鉴权,鉴权通过的终端设备自动设置分享模式,在终端设备端能接收到主控终端或受控终端分享的照片、视频;鉴权未通过的终端设备不能接收到主控终端或受控终端分享的照片、视频。当主控终端关闭临时分享模式后,所有终端设备都不能再接收到分享的照片、视频。
云端分享模式,主要用于主控终端将照片视频分享到云端进行存储(例如,主控终端上传至云服务器并通知受控终端,待受控终端联网后自行下载)。
群组管理模块503,设置为管理群组的组建,控制,解散等,包括创建群组单元,管理控制群组设备单元,终止群组单元。该模块由具有WIFI直连功能的终端作为为主控终端,与鉴权模块505配合一起承担组建临时群组,控制哪些设备加入群组;当主控终端分享结束后,群组管理模块503负责终止群组,关闭整个群组系统,群组内的设备不能再分享传输照片。
临时群组模块504,包含一个或多个具有WIFI直连功能的终端设备,当共享网络组建后,这些终端便组成了一个群组,每个设备拥有一个特殊的身份标识号(ID),同时记录这些设备的IMEI号,记录到数据库中;
鉴权模块505,设置为对临时群组里的每一个设备进行连接鉴权,供群组管理模块503调用进行管理控制群组设备。当设备通过鉴权后,返回相应的状态码,由群组管理模块503将此设备加入到群组中;当设备鉴权失败后,返回相应的错误码信息给群组管理模块503进行处理。
云端分享启动模块509:该模块主要由主控终端负责启动,然后同设置模块501进行配合完成云端分享启动功能,将照片、视频等文件分享到云端存储模块506。
云端存储模块506:设置为在云端管理、存储照片或视频文件。
特征提取模块507:设置为利用脸部的特征,从图像或视频中快速定位人脸的位置并抓取人脸部图像,对图像进行处理并对面部特征进行分析,提取人脸的特征向量。
特征匹配模块508:设置为将当前提取的人脸图像特征数据与数据库中存储的特征模板进行搜索匹配,确定相似性的过程。
在数据分享的过程中,一种方案是,群组内主控终端或受控终端可以共享即时拍摄的照片或视频,群组内所有终端设备能实时接收到分享的照片或视频。
另外一种方案,是通过对共享数据中的照片或视频中的图像进行特征匹配,只共享给照片或视频中相似的人。比如群组内的每个终端设备上传一张自拍照片分享到临时群组中,由主控终端获取照片,调用特征提取模块507分析出照片的面部特征进行分析,提取出该照片的特征向量N1,同时获取该设备的IMEI号,记录到数据库中作为特征模板存储。当主控终端分享照片时,先调用特征匹配模块508提取照片中的人脸的特征向量N2,调用特征匹配模块508,对人脸特征向量N2与数据库中存储的特征模板向量N1进行匹配,针对匹配相似的人并通过数据库查找设备的IMEI号,发送照片或视频给匹配相似的用户。
如果主控终端同时选择了云端分享,那么在云端同步存储照片或视频文件,以方便其他受控终端在有网络的情况下下载。
在本实施例中,作为第一示例,临时群组的即时分享过程,参见图6,主要包括以下过程:
步骤601,数据共享系统设置群组分享功能并启动即时分享拍照模式,以照相机作为主控终端打开WIFI直连,被邀请的手机终端作为受控终端,打开WIFI直连;
步骤602,打开WIFI直连主控终端发现受控终端,照相机主控终端发现手机终端1,手机终端2,…手机终端n,点击相应的邀请按键发起对手机终端的邀请;
步骤603,手机终端默认接受主控终端的邀请,同时主控终端调用鉴权模块505对发现的手机终端进行鉴权;步骤604,当受邀请的手机设备鉴权全部不通过时,流程结束。
步骤605,若一个或多个受邀请的手机设备鉴权通过,则主控终端组建临时群组,管理鉴权通过的手机终端,鉴权通过的设备加入到临时群组中;
步骤606,判断临时群组组建是否成功,若没有组建成功则流程结束;若组建成功则执行步骤607;
步骤607,临时群组组建成功后,主控终端启动照相机模块,进行拍摄照片或视频;调用特征提取模块507,对照片或视频进行分析,提取人脸的特征向量N2;
步骤608,调用特征匹配模块508,与数据库中存储的模板特征向量N1进行匹配,找出与照片或视频中人匹配的设备;在临时群组内,对匹配到的受控终端进行分享照片或视频,并进行自动保存到设备终端;
步骤609,主控终端通过相应的功能按键,选择关闭群组分享模式,群组分享窗口立即关闭,临时群组解散关闭,群组内设备均无法继续分享,并给予友好用户提示。
在本实施例中,作为第二示例,参见图7,云端分享模式主要包括以下步骤:
步骤701,数据共享系统设置群组分享功能并启动即时分享拍照模式,以照相机作为主控终端打开WIFI直连,被邀请的手机终端作为受控终端,打开WIFI直连;
步骤702,照相机主控终端连接到云端存储模块506;
步骤703,判断照相机主控终端连接云端存储模块506是否成功,若没有连接成功则流程结束,若连接成功则执行步骤704;
步骤704,照相机主控终端连接云端存储模块506成功后,分享照片到云端;
步骤705,照相机主控终端终止分享;
步骤706,照相机主控终端断开与云端存储模块506的连接,并给予友好用户提示。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的数据共享装置是应用上述方法的装置,即上述方法的所有实施例均适用于该装置,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
以上所述是本申请明的可选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现应用于主控终端的数据共享方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现应用于受控终端的数据共享方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性
上述技术方案实现了没有网络连接的情况下的高速、实时的数据共享;实现了共享数据自动筛选,解决了用户需要手动筛选的繁琐,提升用户的使用体验,满足用户多元化的使用需求。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据共享方法,应用于主控终端,数据共享方法包括:
    通过无线保真WIFI直连向受控终端发送用于邀请所述受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知;
    接收所述受控终端反馈的针对所述邀请通知的鉴权请求,并根据所述鉴权请求对所述受控终端进行鉴权;
    将鉴权通过的受控终端加入到所述共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过无线保真WIFI直连向受控终端发送用于邀请所述受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知的步骤,包括:
    检测到所述主控终端启动共享模式并开启WIFI直连功能时,组建共享群组;
    发现所述主控终端覆盖范围内的受控终端;
    通过WIFI直连向所述受控终端发送用于邀请所述受控终端加入所述共享群组的邀请通知。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述鉴权请求中携带有待鉴权密钥;所述根据所述鉴权请求对所述受控终端进行鉴权的步骤,包括:
    获取所述鉴权请求中的待鉴权密钥;
    将所述待鉴权密钥与所述主控终端中预存的鉴权密钥相匹配:
    若匹配成功,则鉴权通过;
    若匹配失败,则鉴权不通过。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述启动数据共享流程的步骤,包括:
    通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端发送第一共享数据,和/或
    接收来自所述共享群组内的受控终端的第二共享数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端发送第一共享数据的步骤,包括:
    通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的所有受控终端发送第一共享数据,或
    通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端定向发送第一共享数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端定向发送第一共享数据的步骤,包括:
    当所述第一共享数据中的第三共享数据为图像数据或视频数据时,获取所述第三共享数据中的第一用户的面部特征的第一特征向量;
    将所述第一特征向量与所述主控终端中预存的受控终端的特征模板进行匹配;
    在匹配成功后,获取与所述第一特征向量相匹配的特征模板对应的唯一标识符,通过WIFI直连向与所述唯一标识符对应的受控终端发送所述第三共享数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述将鉴权通过的受控终端加入到所述共享群组的步骤,包括:
    获取包括所述鉴权通过的第一受控终端对应的用户的面部特征的第二特征向量以及所述第一受控终端的唯一标识符;
    将所述第二特征向量作为特征模板,与所述第一受控终端的唯一标识符相对应存储在所述主控终端中。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端发送第一共享数据的步骤,包括:
    将所述第一共享数据上传至云服务器,并通过WIFI直连通知所述共享群组内的受控终端下载所述第一共享数据。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述启动数据共享流程的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到共享数据共享完毕后,解散所述共享群组并通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端发送解散通知。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述根据所述鉴权请求对所述受控终端进行鉴权的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述受控终端发送鉴权结果,其中,
    当对所述受控终端鉴权通过后,通过WIFI直连向所述受控终端发送鉴权通过对应的第一状态码;
    当对所述受控终端鉴权不通过后,通过WIFI直连向所述受控终端发送鉴权不通过对应的第二状态码。
  11. 一种数据共享方法,应用于受控终端,所述数据共享方法包括:
    接收主控终端发送的用于邀请所述受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知;
    通过无线保真WIFI直连向所述主控终端反馈针对所述邀请通知的鉴权请求;
    当所述主控终端对所述鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到所述共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述启动数据共享流程的步骤,包括:
    通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的主控终端和/或其他受控终端发送第二共享数据,和/或
    接收来自所述共享群组内的主控终端的第一共享数据和/或来自其他受控终端的第三共享数据。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    当接收到退出所述共享群组的指令时,退出所述共享群组并通过WIFI直连向所述主控终端发送退出通知。
  14. 一种数据共享装置,应用于主控终端,所述数据共享装置包括:
    邀请发送模块,设置为通过无线保真WIFI直连向受控终端发送用于邀请所述受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知;
    鉴权模块,设置为接收所述受控终端反馈的针对所述邀请通知的鉴权请求,并根据所述鉴权请求对所述受控终端进行鉴权;
    数据共享模块,设置为将鉴权通过的受控终端加入到所述共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述邀请发送模块包括:
    组建子模块,设置为检测到所述主控终端启动共享模式并开启WIFI直连功能时,组建共享群组;
    发现子模块,设置为发现所述主控终端覆盖范围内的受控终端;
    发送子模块,设置为通过WIFI直连向所述受控终端发送用于邀请所述 受控终端加入所述共享群组的邀请通知。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述数据共享模块包括:
    数据发送子模块,设置为通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端发送第一共享数据,和/或
    数据接收子模块,设置为接收来自所述共享群组内的受控终端的第二共享数据。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述数据发送子模块包括:
    第一发送单元,设置为通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的所有受控终端发送第一共享数据,或
    第二发送单元,设置为通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端定向发送第一共享数据。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述第二发送单元通过如下方式实现通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的受控终端定向发送第一共享数据:
    当所述第一共享数据中的第三共享数据为图像数据或视频数据时,获取所述第三共享数据中的第一用户的面部特征的第一特征向量;
    将所述第一特征向量与所述主控终端中预存的受控终端的特征模板进行匹配;
    在匹配成功后,获取与所述第一特征向量相匹配的特征模板对应的唯一标识符,通过WIFI直连向与所述唯一标识符对应的受控终端发送所述第三共享数据。
  19. 一种数据共享装置,应用于受控终端,所述数据共享装置包括:
    通知接收模块,设置为接收主控终端发送的用于邀请所述受控终端加入共享群组的邀请通知;
    请求发送模块,设置为通过无线保真WIFI直连向所述主控终端反馈针对所述邀请通知的鉴权请求;
    共享模块,设置为当所述主控终端对所述鉴权请求鉴权通过后,加入到所述共享群组,并启动数据共享流程。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述共享模块包括:
    第一共享子模块,设置为通过WIFI直连向所述共享群组内的主控终端 和/或其他受控终端发送第二共享数据,和/或
    第二共享子模块,设置为接收来自所述共享群组内的主控终端的第一共享数据和/或来自其他受控终端的第三共享数据。
