一种教室用降温隔热窗帘 技术领域
本发明涉及教育设施技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种教室用降温隔热窗帘。
背景技术
教室,是教师向学生传授课业的场所,也是教学过程中最为重要的场所之一;随着空调技术的进步,一些教室已经安装上了空调这样的设备,然而对阳光直射的情况现有的窗帘无法起到很好的隔热降温效果;另外,现有的窗帘存在调节固定困难问题。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种隔热降温效果好且调节固定方便的教室用降温隔热窗帘。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种教室用降温隔热窗帘,包括顶板和窗帘;其中,所述顶板设置有导轨、滑块和驱动所述滑块的推拉电机;所述导轨两端均连接有支架,所述支架下端连接有导杆;所述窗帘上端连接设置有与所述导杆配合的多个吊环;所述滑块与所述窗帘上一端的所述吊环连接;还包括控制所述推拉电机的控制器;所述窗帘包括依次设置防蚊纱层、隔热层和降温层;所述降温层上设置有多个充满水的塑胶凸条。
本发明所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其中,所述塑胶凸条在所述降温层上纵向设置。
本发明所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其中,所述顶板上还设置有补光灯,所述补光灯与所述控制器电连接并由其控制启闭以及亮度。
本发明所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其中,所述顶板上还设置有与所述补光灯配合的反光板;所述补光灯工作时朝向所述反光板照射。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:通过控制器控制推拉电机运行,带动滑块在轨道上滑动,进而带动吊环在导杆上运动,使得窗帘展开,不易受外力而滑动,控制调节方便且稳定性强;通过设置隔热层和降温层,能有效的阻隔阳光直射影响;通过设置防蚊纱层,可在需要时掀起隔热层和降温层进行通风透气;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明的实施方式

本发明较佳实施例的教室用降温隔热窗帘如图1所示,包括顶板1和窗帘2;顶板1设置有导轨10、滑块11和驱动滑块11的推拉电机12;导轨10两端均连接有支架100,支架100下端连接有导杆101;窗帘2上端连接设置有与导杆101配合的多个吊环20;滑块11与窗帘2上一端的吊环20连接;还包括控制推拉电机12的控制器(图中未显示);窗帘2包括依次设置防蚊纱层21、隔热层22和降温层23;降温层23上设置有多个充满水的塑胶凸条230;通过控制器(图中未显示)控制推拉电机12运行,带动滑块11在轨道10上滑动,进而带动吊环20在导杆101上运动,使得窗帘2展开,不易受外力而滑动,控制调节方便且稳定性强;通过设置隔热层22和降温层23,能有效的阻隔阳光直射影响;通过设置防蚊纱层21,可在需要时掀起隔热层22和降温层23进行通风透气;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,塑胶凸条230在降温层23上纵向设置,隔热降温同时不影响窗帘的展开与收起。
如图1所示,顶板1上还设置有补光灯13,补光灯13与控制器(图中未显示)电连接并由其控制启闭以及亮度,防止窗帘2展开时导致光线不足问题。
如图1所示,顶板1上还设置有与补光灯13配合的反光板14;补光灯13工作时朝向反光板14照射,通过反光板14进行反射,提高光线均匀度,提高对学生视力保护。

  1. 一种教室用降温隔热窗帘,包括顶板和窗帘;其特征在于,所述顶板设置有导轨、滑块和驱动所述滑块的推拉电机;所述导轨两端均连接有支架,所述支架下端连接有导杆;所述窗帘上端连接设置有与所述导杆配合的多个吊环;所述滑块与所述窗帘上一端的所述吊环连接;还包括控制所述推拉电机的控制器;所述窗帘包括依次设置防蚊纱层、隔热层和降温层;所述降温层上设置有多个充满水的塑胶凸条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其特征在于,所述塑胶凸条在所述降温层上纵向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其特征在于,所述顶板上还设置有补光灯,所述补光灯与所述控制器电连接并由其控制启闭以及亮度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的教室用降温隔热窗帘,其特征在于,所述顶板上还设置有与所述补光灯配合的反光板;所述补光灯工作时朝向所述反光板照射。
