洁面仪震动组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种美妆产品,尤指超声波洁面仪的震动驱动结构。
背景技术
现有的洁面仪多是利用电磁铁的形式,即在电磁铁线圈上施加交流信号使得电磁铁上的S/N极性不断变化,同时在电磁铁前端的震动组件上固定有两块永磁铁(S/N极性相反),因此当电磁铁极性变化时,这两个永磁铁就会与电磁铁不断相吸引或排斥,从而带动震动组件不断地进行小幅度摆动;由于震动组件高频震动,需要快速复位,仅依靠永磁铁与电磁铁的吸引或排斥是无法达成快速摆动的,就需要靠外部的弹片提供回复力。中国实用新型203135678U公开一种用于声波洗脸刷中的驱动发生装置,电磁驱动组件包括定子部件和设在中间铁芯上的通电线圈部件;响应电磁驱动组件的磁感响应工作组件包括磁块固定支座、两个弹性响应臂、及感应电磁驱动组件磁场变化的一对极性互为相反的磁块;磁块分别固定在磁块固定支座上,形成两个弹性响应臂在固定安装座上的不断响应左右摆动,将其摆动力通过连接轴不断传递到刷头部得以高频摆动。因为固定座上的两个弹片是交叉的,对吸、排斥的力度起到一个缓减作用,降低了电磁场摆动的效率,同时此结构较复杂,制造难度大,这使得产品制作成本高且电磁声波转换效率低。后来有业者在此基础上进行了改良,在中国专利CN 104305914A中公开公开一种用于声波洗脸刷中的驱动发生装置及控制方法,该驱动发生装置包括电磁驱动组件和磁感响应工作组件;磁感响应工作组件包括一磁块固定座、一弹性响应臂、一摇摆固定架、一对用于感应电磁驱动组件磁场变化且极性相反的磁块及一用于驱动刷头的摇摆轴;弹性响应臂两端分 别连接于摇摆固定架和磁块固定座;但这种响应臂只有一个弹性响应臂来调节摆,对弹性响应臂的材料要求非常高,长期使用后一个响应臂会降低了摆动效率。另外,现有的设计均存在下述不足:1、震动噪音大;震动组件结构复杂,成本较高;3、震动组件组装工艺要求高,很多商家为了减小噪音在传动组件与壳体连接处点硅胶,工艺不可控,且麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种震动快速复位、噪音小、成本低的洁面仪震动组件。
为达成上述目的,本发明洁面仪震动组件,震动组件的震动架设在安装架上,震动架上的两块永磁铁与安装架上的电磁铁相对设置,其中,震动架为“T”形设在安装架上的转轴上,所述的震动架的“T”形两臂分别为高强度弹性片制的弹臂,在弹性片的两端套设软胶套,胶套以紧密间隙地卡接在设在安装架上的筋槽内,弹臂长度与震动架振幅成正比,弹臂壁厚与震动架振幅成反比;“T”形震动架的下部为悬接段,悬接段的下方连接驱动头,在驱动头上设有两块永磁铁。
所述的弹臂为壁厚在0.6-1mm的弹性钢或高强度弹性塑料。
所述的震动架的转动轴孔与安装架的转轴配合间隙为0.02-0.1mm。
所述的震动组件的胶套与安装架的筋槽的配合间隙为0.02-0.1mm。
采用上述方案后,在“T”形的两臂上采用两个弹性片可以实现震动快速复位,提高震动频率和强度,在弹臂上两端包覆软胶套,增加震动弹性,又可有效减小噪音,整体上结构和安装简单,成本较低。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1-3,本发明包含震动组件1、安装架2、电磁铁4及电磁铁外罩3。震动组件1主要为设在安装架2的震动架11,震动架11为“T”形,转动轴孔112套接在安装架2的转轴23上,安装间隙控制在0.02-0.1mm之间。震动架11“T”形的左弹臂111、右弹臂114由弹性钢或高强度弹性塑料制成,壁厚在0.6-1mm,壁厚太薄了,容易断裂,壁厚太薄了弹性不佳。左弹臂111、右弹臂114两端分别固定设有左胶套12、右胶套13,该胶套可通过装配或者是一体注塑的方式固定在弹臂上;左胶套12、右胶套13分别卡设在安装架2的左筋槽22及右筋槽24内,胶套与筋槽间的间隙为0.02-0.1mm。“T”形震动架11下部为悬接段113及驱动头115,永磁铁14固定在驱动头115处,有两块,其极性相反。连接杆15为一拐臂,一端连接在悬接段113上,一端穿过安装架2与刷头连接
安装架2上设有电磁铁固定槽21、电磁铁固定槽21与电磁铁外罩3配合,并将电磁铁4固定在安装架2上;电磁铁4与驱动头115上的两块永磁铁14相对设置。
当电磁铁4通上交流信号时,其极性就会不断变化,就会与位于电磁铁4前面的两块永磁铁14不断出现相吸或排斥,从动带动整个震动组件1饶着转轴23摆动,同时又由于转动组件1的左弹臂111和右弹臂114的末端分别卡在左 筋槽22和右筋槽24之间,因此可以有效保证震动组件1在震动过程中的幅度和频率。
同现有技术术相比,本案采用两个左右设置的弹臂,较平衡地提供弹性回复力,弹臂设在离永磁铁较远端,转轴与转动轴孔有间隙存在,胶套与筋槽间也存在间隙,震动架在中间位置时不会受到阻力,当震动架向左或向右摆时,左右弹臂的设计能平衡地提供回复力以满足震动频率的需求。在弹臂上加设胶套后,震动架向左或向右摆时,弹性的胶套被挤压后也会提供补充的回复力,这样电磁铁就不需要克服较大的阻力而增加功率及成本。同时,转轴与转动轴孔有间隙存在,胶套与筋槽间也存在间隙,震动架在震动时有缓冲,这样就减轻了震动噪音和震动对使用者的冲击力。弹臂长度与厚度经理论与实验计算满足振幅与弹臂末端约束点距转动中心点距离成正比;振幅与弹臂壁厚成反比。
现有技术中,“X”形弹片或“工”字形结构中弹片均离永磁铁较近,较早发生形变产生与摆动相反的回复力,影响震动频率,所以对电磁铁及弹片的要求较高增加了成本,另现有技术的减噪结构较复杂,而本案中只需胶套加间隙的简单设计,成本低,结构简单。

Claims (4)

  1. 洁面仪震动组件,震动组件的震动架设在安装架上,震动架上的两块永磁铁与安装架上的电磁铁相对设置,其特征在于:震动架为“T”形设在安装架上的转轴上,所述的震动架的“T”形两臂分别为高强度弹性片制的弹臂,在弹性片的两端套设软胶套,胶套以紧密间隙地卡接在设在安装架上的筋槽内,弹臂长度与震动架振幅成正比,弹臂壁厚与震动架振幅成反比;“T”形震动架的下部为悬接段,悬接段的下方连接驱动头,在驱动头上设有两块永磁铁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪震动组件,其特征在于:所述的弹臂为壁厚在0.6-1mm的弹性钢或高强度弹性塑料。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪震动组件,其特征在于:所述的震动架的转动轴孔与安装架的转轴配合间隙为0.02-0.1mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的洁面仪震动组件,其特征在于:所述的震动组件的胶套与安装架的筋槽的配合间隙为0.02-0.1mm。
