在上述技术方案中,通过在卡托上设置传输线从而使得移动终端具备外接配件的连接处,使得移动终端可以给与其配备的外接配件提供电能以及信号,方便了移动终端与外接配件的连接,同时由于移动终端可以给外接配件供电及提供信号,因此,可以有效的简化外接配件的结构,便于外接配件的薄型化发展。
在具体的一种方案中,所述外接配件上用于与所述第二端脚连接的端子为弹性片。所述外接配件与所述传输线通过所述弹性片连接,即在连接时,通过弹性片的弹性形变提供传输线与外接配件的接触压力,保证连接的畅通性。
在一个具体的方案中,所述外接配件为保护套,在所述卡托插入到所述卡槽内时,所述挡板及部分插板外露在所述卡槽外时,所述保护套上设置有与所述卡托配合的阶梯孔,且所述挡板位于所述阶梯孔中尺寸较大的孔内。在采用保护套作为外接配件时,通过传输线可以实现给保护套供电以及提供显示信号,与现有技术相比,保护套内无需设置蓝牙以及电池,极大的简化了保护套的结构。
其中的保护套上设置有显示屏。实现保护套上进行显示的效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种卡托,该卡托包括设置在卡托上的多条传输线,每条传输线的两端分别为第一端脚和第二端脚;其中,
在卡托插入到移动终端的卡槽内时,第一端脚位于卡托上插入到卡槽内的部位,并用于与所述移动终端的卡槽的端脚连接,其中,所述卡槽的端脚与所述移动终端的主板连接;第二端脚位于卡托上外露在移动终端卡槽外的部位,且第二端脚用于与移动终端的外接配件连接。
在上述实施例中,通过在卡托上设置传输线从而使得移动终端具备外接配件的连接处,使得移动终端可以给与其配备的外接配件提供电能以及信号,方便了移动终端与外接配件的连接,同时由于移动终端可以给外接配件供电 及提供信号,因此,可以有效的简化外接配件的结构,便于外接配件的薄型化发展。
为了方便理解本发明实施例提供的卡托10的结构以及原理,下面结合附图以及具体的实施例对其进行详细的说明。
首先说明的是本发明实施例提供的移动终端可以为手机40、平板电脑等具有插的移动终端的卡托10。为了方便说明,下面以手机40为例进行详细的说明。
如图1及图2所示,本实施例提供的原理为依据手机40本身的SIM卡、SD卡槽实现手机40本身对外接配件的电源和电信号的供应,方便了移动终端与外接配件的连接,具体的,卡槽内设置有多个端脚,该端脚与移动终端的主板连接,且端脚具有不同的功能,具体的如与主板的供电电路连接的端脚,与主板上进行信号传输的端脚。在卡托10插入到卡槽内,且外接配件与卡托连接时,上述卡槽内的端脚将信号及电能通过第一端脚传输到第二端脚并最终传递到外接配件上,因此,可以有效的简化外接配件的结构,便于外接配件的薄型化发展。
在本发明实施例中,该卡托10内设置了多个传输线15,通过传输线15实现手机40主板与外接配件的电连接及信号连接,在具体设置时,手机40内分别设置有用于与SIM卡20及SD卡30连接的端子,而卡托10上仅能放置一个卡,如图1及图3所示,以SIM卡20为例,当卡托10上放置SIM卡20时,主板上用于与SD卡30连接的端子闲置,在本实施例中,通过将传输线15外露的第一端脚13与主板上用于与SD卡30连接的端子连接。如图2及图3所示,同理,当卡托10上放置SD卡30时,主板上用于与SIM卡20连接的端子闲置,传输线15的第一端脚13与主板上用于与SIM卡20连接的端子连接。在上述具体连接时,虽然第一端脚13与用于与SIM卡20或SD卡30连接的端子直接连接,但是通过在主板上对端子的功能进行设置可以使得与第一端脚13连接的端子能够进行信号或者电能的输送。
在上述实施例中,手机40可以为现有技术中的手机,无需进行任何结构 上的改变,仅需将与手机40配合的卡托10进行改进即可,在具体设置时,卡托10可以采用不同的结构来实现第二端脚14的外露,下面结合具体的实施例进行详细的说明。
继续参考图1、图2及图3,在一个具体的实施例中,卡托10包括:用于插入到移动终端卡槽内的插板12以及与插板12固定连接的挡板11,其中,在卡托10插入到卡槽内时,挡板11及部分插板12外露在卡槽外,插板12上设置有用于容纳卡的容纳槽121,多条传输线15设置在插板12上,且第一端脚13和第二端脚14均位于插板12上。具体的,该卡托10由两部分组成,其中的一部分用于与插入到手机40的插槽41内,另一部分为挡板11,该挡板11外露在手机40的外部,并且在本实施例中,传输线15完全设置在插板12上,对于传输线15的第一端脚13和第二端脚14,其中,第一端脚13位于所述插板12上的插入侧,即在卡托10插入到插槽41内时,第一端脚13也位于插槽41内并与主板上的端子实现连接,第二端脚14在插板12插入到插槽41内时,外露在手机40的外部,从而使得第二端脚14能够与外接配件的端子实现连接。
在上述方案中的卡托10中,为了提高传输线15的安全性,每条传输线15埋设在卡托10内,且每条传输线15仅第一端脚13及第二端脚14外露。并且在多个传输线15设置时,多条传输线15沿平行于卡托10插入的方向并排排列。
在上述的卡托10结构中,传输线15在具体设置时,多条传输线15设置在插板12上背离容纳槽121的一面。并且第一端脚13及第二端脚14设置在位于容纳槽121背面的一侧。
应当理解的是,在本实施例中,该卡托10的结构部分可以理解为将现有技术中的插板增长,从而使得插板12的一部分外露在插槽41的外部。当采用这种结构时,以外接配件为保护套50为例,其中保护套50上设置有与该卡托10相配合的阶梯孔51,其中,阶梯孔51中孔径较大的孔位于保护套50的外侧,并用于容纳挡板11,孔径较小的孔内设置了与该第二端脚14相配合 的端子,为了增加卡托10在与保护套50连接时的强度,较佳的,保护套50上的端子为弹性片,从而使得弹性片能够提供较大的接触压力,保证保护套50与传输线15之间的连接稳定性。
在使用时,先不插卡,将保护套50套装在手机40上,并且保护套50上的阶梯孔51与插槽41对齐,之后,将卡托10插入到插槽41内,在卡托10插装到位时,第一端脚13与主板上的端子连接,第二端脚14与保护套50上的端子连接,从而实现保护套50与手机40的电连接及信号连接,具体的,卡槽内设置有多个端脚,该端脚与移动终端的主板连接,且端脚具有不同的功能,具体的如与主板的供电电路连接的端脚,与主板上进行信号传输的端脚。在卡托10插入到卡槽内,且保护套50与卡托连接时,上述卡槽内的端脚将信号及电能通过第一端脚13传输到第二端脚14并最终传递到保护套50上。在保护套50上具有显示屏时,可以通过主板给显示屏提供显示信号,并且通过手机40的电池给显示屏进行供电,从而使得保护套50上无需设置电池以及其他的用于显示的器件,减少了保护套50的结构部件,便于保护套50的薄型化发展。更简单的实现设备与配件之间的通信和供电。
在卡托10安装到位时,挡板11位于孔径较大的阶梯孔51内,在一个具体的方案中,该挡板11的外表面与保护套50的侧面齐平,从而提高外观效果。
如图4、图5及图6所示,其中,图4及图5分别示出了本实施例提供的SIM卡的卡托及SD卡的卡托,图6示出了卡托的使用参考图。在另一个具体的实施方案中,该卡托10包括用于插入到移动终端卡槽内的插板12以及与插板12固定连接的挡板11,其中,在卡托10插入到卡槽内时,挡板11外露在卡槽外,插板12上设置有用于容纳卡的容纳槽121,多条传输线15设置在插板12上,且第一端脚13设置在插板12上,第二端脚14设置在挡板11外露在卡槽的一面。即采用第一端脚13和第二端脚14分别设置在卡托10上的不同结构上。即在该方案中,卡托10大小与现有技术中的卡托10的大小一致,唯一的区别在于本实施例中的卡托10中设置了传输线15,并且在具体设 置传输线15时,传输线15的第一端设置在插板12上,第二端设置在挡板11上。该卡托10在使用时,插板12插入到手机40的插槽41内,第一端脚13与主板上的端子连接,挡板11也插入到插槽41内,且挡板11的背离插板12的一侧面外露在手机40的外面,第二端脚14设置在该表面,从而使得第二端脚14能够外露在手机40外侧。还以保护套50为例,保护套50上设置有与第二端脚14相配合的端子,本实施例提供的卡托10在使用时,首先将卡托10插入到手机40中,此时,第一端脚13与主板连接,第二端脚14外露在保护套50上,当保护套50套装在手机40上时,保护套50上的端子与第二端脚14连接,从而实现手机40与保护套50的连接,且在具体设置时,保护套50上的端子可以设置为弹性片,从而使得保护套50能够稳定的主板连接。
在上述实施例中,保护套50上具有显示屏时,可以通过主板给显示屏提供显示信号,并且通过手机40的电池给显示屏进行供电,从而使得保护套50上无需设置电池以及其他的用于显示的器件,减少了保护套50的结构部件,便于保护套50的薄型化发展。
此外,在采用上述的卡托10结构时,保护套50仅需在与卡托10对应的位置设置端子即可,无需设置其他的外在结构,并且采用上述结构时,保护套50在从手机40上取下时,无需拆卸卡托10,方便了保护套50的拆装。
在本实施例中,传输线15的设置放置与图3所示的实施的方式相同,即均采用并排排列,埋设的方式,还可以采用多个传输线15采用PCB板的结构,其设置方式较常见,在此不再详细的赘述。
通过上述两个具体的实施例的描述可以看出,在采用上述卡托10结构时,更加容易实现外接配件功能多样化,让外接配件可以更简单的实现更加的丰富多彩。并且对于实现同样功能的配件,通过本发明可以让配件不必在自带电池和无线通信模块,可以让配件的ID可以做的更轻薄简洁,让消费者更容易接受。此外,可以大大的降低这些配件的成本。一个可更换的卡托10的成本是远远低于电池和通信模块的成本的。让配件成本降低,更容易被消费者 接受。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括移动终端本体以及设置在移动终端本体上的卡槽以及主板,其中,卡槽内插设有上述任一项的卡托10;还包括外接配件,且卡托10的第一端脚13与主板连接,卡托10的第二端脚14与外接配件连接。
在上述实施例中,该卡托10为上述实施例中的卡托10,通过在卡托10上设置传输线15从而使得移动终端具备外接配件的连接处,使得移动终端可以给与其配备的外接配件提供电能以及信号,方便了移动终端与外接配件的连接,同时由于移动终端可以给外接配件供电及提供信号,卡槽内设置有多个端脚,该端脚与移动终端的主板连接,且端脚具有不同的功能,具体的如与主板的供电电路连接的端脚,与主板上进行信号传输的端脚,上述端脚通过传输线与主板连接。在卡托10插入到卡槽内,且保护套50与卡托连接时,上述卡槽内的端脚将信号及电能通过第一端脚13传输到第二端脚14并最终传递到外接配件上。因此,可以有效的简化外接配件的结构,便于外接配件的薄型化发展。
在具体的一种方案中,外接配件上用于与所述第二端脚14连接的端子为弹性片,即在连接时,通过弹性片的弹性形变提供传输线15与外接配件的接触压力,保证连接的畅通性。
在一个具体的方案中,外接配件为保护套50,在卡托10插入到卡槽内时,挡板11及部分插板12外露在卡槽外时,保护套50上设置有与卡托10配合的阶梯孔51,且挡板11位于阶梯孔51中尺寸较大的孔内。在采用保护套50作为外接配件时,通过传输线15可以实现给保护套50供电以及提供显示信号,其具体的原理可参考上述具体的实施例,在此不再详细赘述。该结构与现有技术相比,保护套50内无需设置蓝牙以及电池,极大的简化了保护套50的结构。
其中的保护套50上设置有用电配件,如显示屏、扩音器等,可以根据具体的需要在保护套50上设置元器件。
此外,应当理解的是,本实施例中的外接配件仅以保护套50为例进行说明,但不限定于保护套50,其他的任何外接配件在需要用电及通信号时,均可以采用上述的卡托10结构。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卡托,其特征在于,包括设置在所述卡托上的多条传输线,每条传输线的两端分别为第一端脚和第二端脚;其中,
    在所述卡托插入到移动终端的卡槽内时,所述第一端脚位于所述卡托上插入到所述卡槽内的部位,并用于与所述移动终端的卡槽的端脚连接,其中,所述卡槽的端脚与所述移动终端的主板连接;所述第二端脚位于所述卡托上外露在所述移动终端卡槽外的部位,且所述第二端脚用于与所述移动终端的外接配件连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托包括用于插入到所述移动终端卡槽内的插板以及与所述插板固定连接的挡板,其中,在所述卡托插入到所述卡槽内时,所述挡板及部分插板外露在所述卡槽外,所述插板上设置有用于容纳卡的容纳槽,所述多条传输线设置在所述插板上,且所述第一端脚和所述第二端脚均位于所述插板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述多条传输线设置在所述插板上背离所述容纳槽的一面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托包括用于插入到所述移动终端卡槽内的插板以及与所述插板固定连接的挡板,其中,在所述卡托插入到所述卡槽内时,所述挡板外露在所述卡槽外,所述插板上设置有用于容纳卡的容纳槽,所述多条传输线设置在所述插板上,且所述第一端脚设置在所述插板上,所述第二端脚设置在所述挡板外露在所述卡槽的一面。
  5. 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述每条传输线埋设在所述卡托内,且每条传输线仅所述第一端脚及第二端脚外露。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述多条传输线沿平行于所述卡托插入的方向并排排列。
  7. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括移动终端本体以及设置在所述移动终端本体上的卡槽以及主板,其中,所述卡槽内插设有如权利要求1~6任一 项所述的卡托;还包括外接配件,且所述卡托的第一端脚与所述主板连接,所述卡托的第二端脚与所述外接配件连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述外接配件上用于与所述第二端脚连接的端子为弹性片。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述外接配件为保护套,在所述卡托插入到所述卡槽内时,所述挡板及部分插板外露在所述卡槽外时,所述保护套上设置有与所述卡托配合的阶梯孔,且所述挡板位于所述阶梯孔中尺寸较大的孔内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述保护套上设置有显示屏。
