Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de diffusion sélective d'informations sur un brevet exécuté lors d'une commutation d'une commande tactile d'un téléphone mobile et un système de commande tactile. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : lire des traces de glissement sur un écran de téléphone mobile pendant une période de temps spécifique (S101) ; collecter dans des zones gauche et droite sur l'écran de téléphone mobile des statistiques sur un état de répartition des traces de glissement sur l'écran de téléphone mobile (S102) ; déterminer si le nombre de traces de glissement dans la zone gauche sur l'écran de téléphone mobile est supérieur au nombre de traces de glissement dans la zone droite sur l'écran de téléphone mobile (S103) ; si tel est le cas, commuter en un mode de commande tactile de la main gauche du téléphone mobile tout en diffusant sélectivement des informations sur un brevet à l'attention d'un utilisateur (S104) ; et, si tel n'est pas le cas, commuter en un mode de commande tactile de la main droite du téléphone mobile tout en diffusant sélectivement des informations sur un brevet à l'attention d'un utilisateur (S105). Grâce à la collecte de statistiques sur les traces de glissement d'un utilisateur dans les zones gauche et droite sur un écran de téléphone mobile et à la détermination de l'habitude de l'utilisateur se servant d'un téléphone mobile de la main gauche/droite, un système commute activement un mode de commande tactile du téléphone mobile en fonction de l'habitude d'utilisation de l'utilisateur. Ce dernier peut donc facilement se servir de son téléphone mobile d'une seule main. L'expérience d'utilisation du téléphone mobile de l'utilisateur s'en trouve améliorée et les avantages du titulaire (déposant) protégés.
