Abstract

The present application for a patent of invention is essentially characterised by a machine (A) for supplying a mixture of water and supplement in powder form, or merely an iced-water drinking fountain, as required or in accordance with the user's choice, on the basis of the ten supplement options in return for payment (11). The machine (A) is actuated by a motor that moves the shaft (22) through rotations of 360°, depending on the compartment (1) selected by the user, rotation of the shaft (22) measuring out the amount and the powder, under gravity, descending via the elliptical ramp (24). The powder continues to the mixer (3) until it encounters the water, being mixed by means of the circular movement of the screw (3). Said water enters the machine (A) via the local piping, with some continuing to a chilling cycle (12) and being stored in a reservoir (16). The iced water runs through the system in hoses (8) until it arrives at the mixer (3). After mixing of water and powder, the product is ready for consumption. Thus, the mixture is conveyed through a hose to the customer's cup. After functioning of the system is complete, there will be a cycle of washing the mixer (3). For cleaning purposes, water will be injected into the mixer (3) direct from the filter and will subsequently be discarded.

Description

MACHINE FOR SUPPLYING FOOD SUPPLEMENTS

1. FIELD OF APPLICATION: The said product was developed from the highest technology, with the purpose of supplying deficiencies, alleviating difficulties and solving problems previously encountered by users of the sector, more specifically, the sector of physical activity academies.

2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION: This patent application for Privilege of Invention refers to an autonomous machine to provide sports supplements to athletes for immediate consumption (before or after physical training), aiming at a better performance of the athlete and weight loss with gain of muscle mass.

3. The aim of the present invention is to propose an innovative technology in the preparation / blending of food supplements, offering the production of such inputs in a very attractive, practical and functional manner.

4. The said product shall be intended for academies, clubs and the like, and shall be fundamentally distinguished by the most practical, rapid, economical and accessible way of consuming fresh food supplements.

5. This machine is endowed with unique, exclusive and innovative functional aspects, which will be described below, in addition to having a unique Design, with unique shapes and characteristics, resulting in a unique product in the market.

6. CHARACTERISTICS AND FUNCTIONALITY: The product in question, the protection of which is claimed in this report, consists basically of a freezer, of conventional dimensions, arranged in an upright position, measuring 1.80m high, 65cm wide, 80cm wide. depth. 8. SUPPLY RESERVOIR - Compartment where the supplements will be stored. There will be 10 distinct compartments, independent of each other and in parallelepiped format. Inside the compartment, more specifically at the bottom, is a dosing system composed of a worm screw. Liquids are cold and warm water and the powder is the supplement. The mixer is also composed of 2 outputs. The first output is transports the final product to the customer's glass and the second outlet leads to disposal (used in self-cleaning).

15. The shake mixture (powder + water) will be produced by an electric motor positioned in the internal part of the machine, by means of a mixer process, causing the shake to leave cold and creamy, through streamers, for fresh consumption and immediate.

16. The machine is able to obtain faithful results to the request selected by the user / athlete in terms of quantity and dosage of supplements to be consumed, considering that each individual has different physical needs from each other and therefore, the machine will produce customized products and not standardized.

18. Each individual item will be selected through keys available in an interactive panel with interfaces, which can be easily operated by the user, depending on the product desired. When you press the desired key, the machine selects the desired element, and then promotes the respective shake mixture, and makes it immediately available in the exact quantities determined by the user.

19. Of course, because it is a purchase / purchase, the user will have various options to make the payment, such as: coins, banknotes and magnetic debit and / or credit card. In this particular, the machine will be responsible for the supply of the product, and also, for receiving the value, making the product dynamic and functional.

20. In the case of banknotes and coins, the user must deposit them in a small opening located in the door of the equipment, considering the exact value of the product. Immediately, the machine will recognize the deposited value, and will automatically make the shake available through an opening also positioned on the front of the machine.

21. From a technical and commercial point of view, the machine expresses a high level of independent performance. That is, on a scheduled basis, the machine will receive the customer's order, receive the payment, perform the shake mix, and provide in a matter of a few seconds for the user to consume.

22. INNOVATION: In general terms, this product represents an innovation regarding the practicality in the preparation and consumption of supplements during physical training, in addition to production capacity and response time.

29. Therefore, and in view of this need and commercial opportunity, the product was created, which will certainly meet the needs and needs of the target audience.
