For the identification of the label 10 various variable information 5 can be associated with each label 10 to be made and can contain additional information about the product associated with the label 10 or the production batch of the product and/or label 10.

  • the reference image 12 is retrieved in the database 14 by the variable information 5 depicted on the same label 10.
  • retrieving the reference image 12 is made possible by inserting the URL encoded in the QR-code in any Internet browser, the URL heads to the machine 13 which is connected to the database 14.
  • the controller will not need to do anything else than verifying the position and shape of the identification elements 3 detected on the physical label with the elements 3 highlighted on the reference image 12, said visual comparison carried out by the controller between the reference image 12 and the detected image 11 of the label in the market will detect the authenticity or not of the label in the market.
  • the reciprocal position of the identification elements 3 and/or distinctive elements with respect to the first woven pattern 2 of the detected label 11 must correspond to the reciprocal position between the reciprocal position of the identification elements 3 and/or distinctive elements 16 with respect to the first woven pattern 2 being in the reference image 12. Any misalignment between identification elements 3 and/or distinctive elements 16 and first woven pattern 2 with respect to the positioning of the same elements in the reference image 12 is an indisputable sign that the label 10 is not original.
  • the storing of the image 12 it is also possible to determine one or both the coordinates of the identification elements 3 and distinctive elements 16 with respect to one or more reference points of the second decoration pattern 4 and storing these coordinates by associating them, directly or indirectly, in the database 14 with one or more variable information 5, thus it is possible to make a detection of the image 11 by any photographic means, by way of example also a simple smartphone 15 or cell phone provided with an integral camera and a specific application, the image is sent to a remote server 13 looking for, in the association database 14 linked to it, the corresponding reference image 12, i.e. the image made of the label 10 itself during the production process.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une étiquette en tissu (10) comprenant des fils de trame et des fils de chaîne tissés ensemble de façon à créer un premier motif tissé (2); ledit motif tissé étant obtenu au moyen d'un agencement spécifique et contrôlé des fils de trame par rapport aux fils de chaîne; ladite étiquette (10) comprenant également : au moins un élément de sécurité filiforme (4) comprenant au moins un élément d'identification (3) pour chaque étiquette à créer, ledit ou lesdits éléments d'identification étant positionnés de façon aléatoire dans ladite étiquette (10); au moins une information variable (5, 5', 5") conçue pour identifier une étiquette unique (10), la position réciproque dudit ou desdits éléments d'identification (3) par rapport audit premier motif tissé (2) constituant au moins un élément d'authenticité de l'étiquette (10) elle-même.
