在一些实施例中,参见图1,图中示出了一种数据传输的方法,具体包括以下步骤。
步骤101、PGW(PDN网关)接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息,然后进入步骤102;
可选地,上述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息表示UE关闭PS数据业务。
可选方式一:PGW接收PCRF(策略和计费规则功能)发送的关闭数据信息。该关闭数据信息由UE向应用服务器发送,再由应用服务器向PCRF发送。
可选方式二:PGW接收SGW(服务网关)发送的关闭数据信息。该关闭PS数据信息由UE向MME(移动性管理实体)发送,再由MME消息向SGW发送。
可选地,终端关闭分组交换数据的信息包括:UE关闭分组交换数据的指示信息和指定应用的相关信息,在UE关闭分组交换数据业务时网络可继续向UE传输指定应用的数据。其中,指定应用的相关信息可以是应用标识,也可以是IP filter(IP包过滤器)。
当终端关闭数据业务时,为了避免出现由于终端不向网络通知已关闭分组交换数据业务,存在过度计费或掉话的问题,终端可以向网络通知分组交换数据业务已关闭的事件。为了解决掉话的问题,运营商可以定义指定应用(例如PS Data OFF Exempt services),即使终端关闭分组交换数据业务,网络也正常转发指定应用(例如PS Data OFF Exempt services)的数据。指定应用(例如PS Data OFF Exempt services)的示例可以为IMS语音业务,IMS短消息业务,IMS视频呼叫,基于PS域的设备管理等,当然也并不限于此。
步骤102、PGW根据终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据。
例如,如果UE关闭数据,当PGW接收到数据包时,PGW判断数据包 是否属于指定应用;如果数据包不属于指定应用,则PGW丢弃数据包,否则PGW正常转发数据包。

在一些实施例中,UE关闭PS数据时,其通过应用服务器向PGW发送PS DATA OFF Exempt service的信息的过程,具体过程如下:
应用服务器向PCRF发送第一请求消息,消息中携带有提示信息,该提示信息表明终端关闭PS数据时可继续传输该指定应用的数据,即该指定应用可以定义为PS DATA OFF Exempt service。PCRF向PGW发送第二请求消息,消息中携带与应用相关的信息(如应用标识或IP流过滤器)和PS DATA OFF Exempt service的提示信息。当UE决定关闭PS数据业务时,UE向应用服务器发送第三请求消息,消息中携带关闭PS数据的提示信息。需要说明的是,当UE决定打开PS数据业务时,过程同上,区别在于上述请求消息中只携带打开PS数据的信息。
参见图2,图中示出了一种数据传输的方法,具体包括以下步骤。
步骤200、终端向应用服务器发送第三请求消息,消息中携带终端关闭PS数据的提示信息。
步骤201、应用服务器向PCRF发送第一请求消息,消息中携带PS DATA OFF Exempt service提示信息,另外,消息中还可能携带业务流的相关信息,例如app ID或IP filter。
在终端关闭PS数据业务时,网络可继续向终端传输上述PS Data OFF Exempt services的数据。
步骤202、PCRF向PGW发送第二请求消息,消息中携带应用的相关信息和PS data offexempt service信息,其中应用的相关信息可以是app ID(应 用标识)或IP filter(IP包过滤器)。
步骤203、PGW向PCRF发送第二确认消息。
步骤204、PCRF向应用服务器返回第一确认消息。
步骤205、应用服务器向UE返回第三确认消息。
在该实施例中,当UE重新打开PS数据业务时,上述过程中的步骤200至202中只需要携带打开PS数据的提示信息,具体流程在此不再敷述。

在一些实施例中,UE通过控制面信令向PGW发送PS DATA OFF(PS数据关闭)提示的过程。
UE向网络发送关闭PS数据业务的提示信息:UE通过NAS(Non-Access-Stratum)消息向MME发送PS DATA OFF Exempt service的信息(如app ID或IP filter)和关闭PS数据的提示,MME通过GTP-C(GPRS隧道协议控制面)消息将上述内容发送给SGW,SGW通过GTP-C消息将上述内容发送给PGW。需要说明的是,当UE决定打开PS数据业务时,过程同上,区别在于上述请求消息中只携带打开PS数据的信息。
PGW路由数据的行为如下:PGW接收到数据,PGW判断该数据所属的UE是否已关闭PS数据业务。如果该UE已关闭PS数据业务,则PGW判断该数据是否属于PS DATA OFF Exempt service,如果属于,则PGW正常转发该数据,否则PGW丢弃该数据。如果该UE未关闭PS数据业务,则PGW正常转发数据。
参见图3,图中示出了一种数据传输的方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤301、UE向MME发送请求承载资源修改消息,消息中包括关闭PS数据的提示;
步骤302、MME向SGW发送承载资源命令消息,消息中包括关闭PS数据的提示;
步骤303、SGW向PGW发送承载资源命令消息,消息中包括关闭PS数据的提示;
步骤304、PGW向SGW返回更新承载请求,请求中携带确认信息。
步骤305、SGW向MME返回更新承载请求,请求中携带确认信息。
步骤306、MME向UE发送会话管理请求,请求中携带确认信息。
另外,当UE决定打开PS数据时,上述过程同样适用。此时上述过程中步骤301至303中携带的参数是打开PS数据的提示,具体过程在此不再敷述。
在本实施例中,PGW接收关闭PS数据信息,PGW根据关闭PS数据的信息传输数据,当终端关闭分组交换数据业务时,为了避免出现由于终端不向网络通知已关闭分组交换数据业务,存在过度计费或掉话的问题上述问题,终端可以向网络通知分组交换数据业务已关闭的事件,运营商可以定义指定应用(例如定义为PS Data OFF Exempt services),即使终端关闭分组交换数据业务,网络也正常转发指定应用(例如PS Data OFF Exempt services)的数据。
在一些实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,UE在附着过程、PDN连接建立过程或TAU(跟踪区更新)过程中向网络发送打开/关闭PS数据的信息,如果是关闭PS数据,UE还需要提供PS DATA OFF Exempt service的信息。
在attach request(附着请求)、PDN connectivity request(PDN连接请求)或TAU request(跟踪区更新请求)消息中携带打开/关闭PS数据的提示信息,如果是关闭PS数据,消息中还应该携带PS DATA OFF Exempt service的信息。
MME向SGW发送create session request(创建会话请求)时,MME在消息中携带上述信息。
SGW向PGW发送create session request(创建会话请求)或修改承载请求时,SGW在消息中携带上述信息。
在一些实施例中,在上述实施例的基础上,PGW中保存的PS DATA OFF Exempt service信息,如下表所示。
PS DATA OFF Exempt service 应用信息,例如app ID,或IP filter
上述信息可以存储在UE的上下文中,上述应用信息也可以是TS 23.203中定义的service data flow template(业务数据流模板)。
当UE请求关闭PS数据时,如果PGW接收到该UE的数据,PGW匹配该数据与上表中的应用信息,如果匹配成果,则PGW正常转发该数据。如果匹配失败,则PGW丢弃数据。
在一些实施例中,参见图4,图中示出了一种数据传输的装置,装置400包括:接收模块401,用于接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息;传输模块402,用于根据终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据。
可选地,所述接收模块进一步用于:接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
可选地,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向应用服务器发送,再由所述应用服务器向PCRF发送。
可选地,所述接收模块进一步用于:接收服务网关SGW发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
可选地,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向MME发送,再由MME向SGW发送。
可选地,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息包括:UE关闭分组交换数据的指示信息和指定应用的相关信息,在UE关闭分组交换数据业务时网络可继续向所述UE传输所述指定应用的数据。其中,指定应用的相关信息可以是应用标识,也可以是IP filter(IP包过滤器)。
可选地,所述传输模块进一步用于:如果UE关闭分组交换数据业务,当接收模块接收到数据包时,判断所述数据包是否属于所述指定应用;如果所述数据包不属于所述指定应用,则丢弃所述数据包,否则正常转发所述数据包。

在一些实施例中,参见图5,一种数据传输装置,包括:处理器504,用于读取存储器505中的程序,执行下列过程:接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息;根据终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据;收发机501,用于在处理器504的控制下接收和发送数据。
在图5中,总线架构(用总线500来代表),总线500可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线500将包括由处理器504代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器505代表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线500还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口603在总线500和收发机501之间提供接口。收发机501可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器504处理的数据通过天线502在无线介质上进行传输,进一步,天线502还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器504。
处理器504负责管理总线500和通常的处理,还可以提供各种功能,包括定时,外围接口,电压调节、电源管理以及其他控制功能。而存储器505可以被用于存储处理器504在执行操作时所使用的数据。
可选的,处理器504可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)。
可选的,处理器504接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
可选的,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向应用服务器发送,再由所述应用服务器向PCRF发送。
可选的,处理器504接收服务网关SGW发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
可选的,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向移动性管理实体MME发送,再由所述MME向SGW发送。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种数据传输的方法,包括:
    分组数据网PDN网关PGW接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息;
    所述PGW根据所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述PGW接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息,包括:
    所述PGW接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由终端UE向应用服务器发送,再由所述应用服务器向PCRF发送。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述PGW接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息,包括:
    所述PGW接收服务网关SGW发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,
    所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向移动性管理实体MME发送,再由所述MME向SGW发送。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息包括:UE关闭分组交换数据的指示信息和指定应用的相关信息,在所述UE关闭分组交换数据业务时网络可继续向所述UE传输所述指定应用的数据。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据,包括:
    如果UE关闭分组交换数据业务,当所述PGW接收到数据包时,判断所述数据包是否属于所述指定应用;
    如果所述数据包不属于所述指定应用,则所述PGW丢弃所述数据包,否则所述PGW正常转发所述数据包。
  8. 一种数据传输装置,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息;
    传输模块,用于根据所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述接收模块进一步用于:
    接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,
    所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向应用服务器发送,再由所述应用服务器向PCRF发送。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述接收模块进一步用于:
    接收服务网关SGW发送的所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,
    所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息由UE向移动性管理实体MME发送,再由MME向SGW发送。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述终端关闭分组交换数据的信息包括:UE关闭分组交换数据的指示信息和指定应用的相关信息,在UE关闭分组交换数据业务时网络可继续向所述UE传输所述指定应用的数据。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述传输模块进一步用于:
    如果所述UE关闭分组交换数据业务,当所述接收模块接收到数据包时,判断所述数据包是否属于所述指定应用;
    如果所述数据包不属于所述指定应用,则丢弃所述数据包,否则正常转发所述数据包。
  15. 一种数据传输装置,包括:
    存储器,
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:接收终端关闭分组交换数据的信息;并且根据终端关闭分组交换数据的信息传输数据;以及
    收发机,用于接收和发送数据。
