Description

一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备技术领域,具体为一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器。
背景技术
食物是人们生存的必须品,人们在食用食物的同时,会产生一定垃圾,称之为食物垃圾,在2000年之后,我国日产垃圾几十万吨,并且每年递增,专家认为,其中食物垃圾占35%以上,由此可见,全国每天至少有几万多吨食物垃圾丢弃在垃圾箱内,这些场所容易招引苍蝇、蚊子、蟑螂、老鼠等害虫,繁衍病菌,产生臭味,严重地影响了人体健康和市容市貌,全国各地的垃圾处理场数量有限,且使用年数有限,因此全国各地的垃圾处理压力很大,垃圾剧增与处理滞留的矛盾已经成为当今环保领域“走可持续发展之路”的一项重要课题,有关专家呼吁,垃圾源头处理势在必行,垃圾的源头大多集中在千千万万个家庭中产生的食物垃圾,若不及时处理这食物些垃圾,会滋生细菌,影响人体健康,若直接排放,会造成下水管道堵塞,也会严重污染环境,因此,需要一种食物垃圾处理器来处理这些食物垃圾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器,包括粉碎搅拌装置、研磨装置和过滤装置,所述粉碎搅拌装置上端安装有进料管,所述粉碎搅拌装置左端上方安装有控制面板,所述粉碎搅拌 装置内部安装有粉碎搅拌室,所述粉碎搅拌室右侧上端安装有料物感应器,所述粉碎搅拌室下端安装有电动机,所述电动机上端安装有传动杆,所述传动杆左右两端安装有粉碎搅拌刀片,所述电动机左端安装有散热器,所述研磨装置内部安装有研磨室,所述研磨室内部安装有研磨棒,所述研磨棒左侧安装有研磨刮板,所述研磨棒和研磨刮板上端安装有研磨电机,所述研磨电机上端安装有气动升降装置,所述研磨电机和气动升降装置外部安装有电机保护罩,所述研磨装置下方安装有过滤装置,所述过滤装置内部安装有滤网,所述过滤装置左端安装有PLC电控装置,所述PLC电控装置左端安装有变频调速器,所述过滤装置右端安装有排污管。
优选的,所述进料管上端设有进料口。
优选的,所述粉碎搅拌装置和研磨装置之间安装有输料管。
优选的,所述散热器左端安装有电源线。
优选的,所述粉碎搅拌装置、研磨装置和过滤装置最底端安装有工作支架。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器,利用现代化工业科技水平,将食品垃圾的处理过程变得简单,快捷,先粉碎后搅拌再过滤,大大提高了食品垃圾处理的效率,能减少厨房异味,减少害虫骚扰,促进家人健康,其中,料物感应器的安装,可检测搅拌室内的垃圾物的情况,避免出料无垃圾物搅拌粉碎状况,提高了电机的使用效率和寿命,变频调速器的安装,使得粉碎搅拌垃圾的速度可调控,提高了粉碎搅拌的效率,并起到节能省电的作用,气动升降装置的安装,使得研磨的高度可随时调节,方便了食品垃圾的研磨,借助本发明,各类食物垃圾随 时均可经粉碎排入下水道,不会滞留堆积,同时,除去家用食物垃圾处理器后的垃圾大多为无机物,给资源的回收又提供了方便,同时又减小了污染改善了环境,另外,本发明采用智能化操作,节省了大量的人力、物力成本,大大提高了垃圾处理的质量和效率,有利于家庭厨房的使用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种智能化家用食物垃圾处理器,包括粉碎搅拌装置4、研磨装置6和过滤装置13,粉碎搅拌装置4上端安装有进料管2,粉碎搅拌装置4左端上方安装有控制面板1,粉碎搅拌装置4内部安装有粉碎搅拌室18,粉碎搅拌室18右侧上端安装有料物感应 器19,粉碎搅拌室18下端安装有电动机15,电动机15上端安装有传动杆17,传动杆17左右两端安装有粉碎搅拌刀片16,电动机15左端安装有散热器9,研磨装置6内部安装有研磨室24,研磨室24内部安装有研磨棒25,研磨棒25左侧安装有研磨刮板20,研磨棒25和研磨刮板20上方安装有研磨电机21,研磨电机21上端安装有气动升降装置22,研磨电机21和气动升降装置22外部安装有电机保护罩23,研磨装置6下端安装有过滤装置13,过滤装置13内部安装有滤网7,过滤装置13左端安装有PLC电控装置12,PLC电控装置12左端安装有变频调速器11,过滤装置13右端安装有排污管14,进料管2上端设有进料口3,粉碎搅拌装置4和研磨装置6之间安装有输料管5,散热器9左端安装有电源线8,粉碎搅拌装置4、研磨装置6和过滤装置13最底端安装有工作支架10。
具体使用方式:本发明,操作者将电源线8连接电源,打开控制面板1并设置好程序,粉碎搅拌装置4、研磨装置6开始工作和PLC电控装置开始工作,PLC电控装置12和变频调速电机11进行电性连接,粉碎搅拌工作开始,食物垃圾由进料口3经过进料管2进入到粉碎搅拌室18中,电动机15通过传动杆17带动粉碎搅拌刀片16对食物垃圾进行粉碎和搅拌,变频调速电机11可对电动机15的转速进行调节,以此来调节搅拌粉碎的速度,粉碎搅拌工作完成后,接着研磨工作开始,粉碎的食品垃圾通过输料管5进入到研磨室24中,在研磨电机21、研磨刮板20和研磨棒25的共同作用下,对垃圾进行研磨,研磨好的垃圾在过滤装置13中滤网7的作用下,进行过滤,防止出现下水管道堵塞,最后通过排污管14将垃圾由下水管道排出,工作完成。
