Description
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种射频性能测试方法、装置及用户终端。
智能手机、平板电脑等用户终端的通信性能问题在硬件层面一般表现为射频性能指标差,包括发射功率偏低,接收灵敏度不达标,调制解调误差向量幅度(Error Vector Magnitude,EVM)超过门限要求等,导致用户终端出现掉话掉网、通话断续、上网慢等现象。
目前,对用户终端进行射频性能测试的主要方案包括蜂窝电信工业协会(Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association,CTIA)提出的空口技术(Over The Air,OTA)测试以及第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)组织提出的传导射频测试。然而,上述方案一般是在实验室中通过频谱仪、综测仪等专业仪表设备进行,成本很高,耗时较长,需要专业人员才能操作完成,可操作性差。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种射频性能测试方法、装置及用户终端,用于实现快捷地完成射频性能测试,提高测试的可操作性,并降低测试成本。
本发明实施例第一方面公开了一种射频性能测试方法,应用于用户终端,该用户终端包括第一调制解调器和第二调制解调器,该第一调制解调器与第一天线连接,该第二调制解调器与第二天线连接,该方法包括:

其中,本发明实施例中所描述的用户终端可以是具备双客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡槽的智能手机、平板电脑、移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、穿戴式设备等,每个SIM卡槽有与其对应的调制解调器和天线。
请参阅图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种射频性能测试方法的流程示意图。本实施例中所描述的射频性能测试方法,应用于用户终端,该用户终端包括第一调制解调器和第二调制解调器,该第一调制解调器与第一天线连接,该第二调制解调器与第二天线连接,该方法包括:

根据3GPP协议中TS 36.521-1 V12.3.0(2014-09)5.2章节对通信工作频段的定义,频分双工(Frequency Division Duplex,FDD)频段包括:Band1~Band31,时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)频段包括:Band33~Band43。
对于FDD频段,对应的上行频段与下行频段有重合的区域即可以作为f0的选取,例如Band1的上行频段为1920MHz~1980MHz,Band2的下行频段为1930MHz~1990MHz,重合区域为1930MHz~1980MHz,则f0即可在1930MHz~1980MHz中选取,按照上述选取规则,FDD频段中适合f0选取的频段如下:

具体的,该用户终端上可以安装有专门的应用程序,由人工通过该应用程序触发射频性能测试流程,或者该应用程序根据设置自动周期性地触发射频性能测试流程。该用户终端根据该应用程序的控制指令控制该第一调制解调器产生频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号,再通过与该第一调制解调器连接的该第一天线发射出去。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该应用程序的功能也可以集成到该用户终端的系统功能中,从而在系统功能的选项中也可以触发射频性能测试流程。
在一些可行的实施方式中,该用户终端也可以与一控制主机(例如PC)建立连接,通过该控制主机向该用户终端发送指令以触发射频性能测试流程。

其中,PL包括该调制信号从该第一调制解调器到该第一天线的路径损耗和该调制信号从该第二天线到该第二调制解调器的路径损耗。PL和LV可以通过测量事先获取,在该第一天线和该第二天线的馈电处分别焊接射频线缆,以保证50欧姆Ω的阻抗匹配,通过网络分析仪连接该第一天线和该第二天线的射频线缆,该网络分析仪在f0处测得的S参数中S12参数即为该第一天线和该第二天线之间的LV。通过频谱仪等仪表可以获取调制信号在被该第一天线发射前从该第一调制解调器到该第一天线过程中产生的路径损耗,以及该调制信号在被该第二天线接收后从该第二天线接收到该第二调制解调器过程中产生的路径损耗,这两个路径损耗之和即可作为PL。
其中,该用户终端的射频性能主要包括两方面:是否存在射频故障,以及射频性能一致性是否存在问题。其中,射频故障一般由元器件损坏、电路开路/短路等因素引起,导致调制信号在传输过程中功率大幅衰减,甚至传输中断。而射频性能一致性一般由元器件制造工艺的细微差别引起,制造工艺的细微差别会使得元器件的实际参数与理论参数有一定差别,进而导致调制信号在传输过程中功率有小幅衰减或增加。
其中,针对射频故障预设第一功率阈值,针对射频性能一致性预设第二功率阈值,该预设第一功率阈值大于该预设第二功率阈值,假设该预设第一功率阈值为5dB,该预设第二功率阈值为2dB。
具体的,该用户终端根据该第一调制解调器产生该调制信号的功率PS、该调制信号的路径损耗PL和该第一天线与该第二天线之间在该f0处的隔离度LV获取理论上该第二调制解调器应该收到的该调制信号的功率PS-PL-LV,并获取实际上该第二调制解调器收到的该调制信号的功率PR,得出理论上该第二调制解调器应该收到的该调制信号的功率PS-PL-LV与实际上该第二调制解调器收到的该调制信号的PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|。
进一步的,如果|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于5dB(即该预设第一功率阈值),即实际上该第二调制解调器收到的该调制信号的功率与理论上该第二调制解调器应该收到的该调制信号的功率相差过大,则该用户终端可以确定自身存在射频故障。如果|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于2dB(即该预设第二功率阈值),并且小于5dB,即实际上该第二调制解调器收到的该调制信号的功率与理论上该
第二调制解调器应该收到的该调制信号的功率相差较大,则该用户终端可以确定自身存在射频性能一致性问题。如果|PS-PL-LV-PR|小于2dB,即实际上该第二调制解调器收到的该调制信号的功率与理论上该第二调制解调器应该收到的该调制信号的功率相差很小,则该用户终端可以确定自身的射频性能良好,不存在射频故障和射频性能一致性问题。
进一步的,该用户终端在确定自身存在射频故障或射频性能一致性问题时,可以生成日志文件进行记录以便于后续检验该用户终端的射频性能,维修时的故障初步判断等。此外,该用户终端还可以通过扬声器发出声音信号、通过指示灯发出光信号、通过振动马达产生振动、在用户界面输出提示框等方式输出该用户终端存在射频故障或射频性能一致性问题的提示信息。

请参阅图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端的结构示意图。本实施例中所描述的用户终端,包括:第一调制解调器1001、第二调制解调器1002、第一天线1003、第二天线1004、存储器1005、输入设备1006、输出设备1007、重力传感器1008、音频电路1009、处理器1010和电源1011等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的用户终端并不构成对用户终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图3对用户终端的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
第一天线1003可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站或其它网元的下行信息接收后,给第一调制解调器1001处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站或其它网元。
第一调制解调器1001可用于对待发送信息进行调制生成调制信号,通过第一天线1003发射出去,以及对第一天线1003接收到的信号进行解调。
第二天线1004和第二调制解调器1002的功能第一天线1003和第一调制解调器1001类似,在此不再赘述。
存储器1005可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1010通过运行存储在存储器1005的软件程序以及模块,从而执行用户终端的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1005可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据用户终端的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、图像数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器1005可以包括高速随机
存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入设备1006可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户终端的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入设备1006可包括触摸面板10061以及其它输入设备10062。触摸面板10061,也称为触控屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触摸面板10061上或在触摸面板10061附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触摸面板10061可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器1010,并能接收处理器1010发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触摸面板10061。除了触摸面板10061,输入设备1006还可以包括其它输入设备10062。具体地,其它输入设备10062可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、电源开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
输出设备1007可用于输出由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及用户终端的各种菜单。输出设备1007可包括显示面板10071,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板10071。进一步的,触摸面板10061可覆盖显示面板10071,当触摸面板10061检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器1010以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器1010根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板10071上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图3中,触摸面板10061与显示面板10071是作为两个独立的部件来实现用户终端的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触摸面板10061与显示面板10071集成而实现用户终端的输入和输出功能。
重力传感器(Gravity Sensor)1008,可以检测用户终端在各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别用
户终端的放置方式的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等。
用户终端还可以包括其它传感器,比如光传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近光传感器。其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板10071的亮度;接近光传感器可以检测是否有物体靠近或接触手机,可在用户终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板10071和/或背光。用户终端还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路1009、扬声器10091、麦克风10092可提供用户与用户终端之间的音频接口。音频电路1009可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器10091,由扬声器10091转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,麦克风10092将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路1009接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出至第一调制解调器1001或第二调制解调器1002以发送给比如另一用户终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器1005以便进一步处理。其中,扬声器10091可以作为输出设备1007的一种。
处理器1010是用户终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个用户终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1005内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1005内的数据,执行用户终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对用户终端进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1010可包括一个或多个处理单元;处理器1010可集成应用处理器、第一调制解调器1001和第二调制解调器1002,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,第一调制解调器1001和第二调制解调器1002也可以不集成到处理器1010中。
用户终端还包括给各个部件供电的电源1011(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器1010逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,用户终端还可以包括无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,Wi-Fi)模块、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
其中,第一天线1003,用于发射第一调制解调器1001产生的频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号。
第二天线1004,用于用f0接收该调制信号。
处理器1010,用于获取第二调制解调器1002收到的该调制信号的功率PR。
处理器1010,还用于根据该PS、该PR、该调制信号的路径损耗PL和该第一天线1003与该第二天线1004之间在该f0处的隔离度LV确定该用户终端的射频性能。
具体的,该处理器1010根据该PS、该PR、该调制信号的路径损耗PL和该第一天线1003与该第二天线1004之间在该f0处的隔离度LV确定该用户终端的射频性能的具体方式为:
获取PS-PL-LV与该PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|。
在该|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第一功率阈值时,确定该用户终端存在射频故障。
在该|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第二功率阈值,且小于该预设第一功率阈值时,确定该用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题。
其中,该预设第一功率阈值大于该预设第二功率阈值。
该处理器1010,还用于在该|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于该预设第一功率阈值时,生成该用户终端存在射频故障的日志文件,和/或,输出设备1007,用于输出该用户终端存在射频故障的指示信息。
该处理器1010,还用于在该|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于该预设第二功率阈值,且小于该预设第一功率阈值时,生成该用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的日志文件,和/或,该输出设备1007,还用于输出该用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的指示信息。
本发明实施例中,该第一调制解调器1011产生频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号,该第一天线1003将该调制信号发射出去,该第二天线1004用f0对该调制信号进行同频接收,该处理器1010获取该第二调制解调器1002收到的该调制信号的功率PR,进而根据该PS、该PR、该调制信号的路径损耗PL和该第一天线1003与该第二天线1004之间在f0处的隔离度LV得出理论上该第二调制解调器1002应该收到的该调制信号的功率PS-PL-LV与实际上该第二调制解调器1002收到的该调制信号的PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|,通过将|PS-PL-LV-PR|与预设第一功率阈值和预设第二功率阈值比较以确定该用户终
端是否存在射频故障或射频性能一致性问题。可见,用户终端通过自发自收调制信号,再根据调制信号的发射功率和接收功率即可确定自身的射频性能,从而实现快捷地完成射频性能测试,提高测试的可操作性,并降低测试成本。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某一些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例所提供的一种射频性能测试方法、装置及用户终端进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。
Claims (11)
- 一种射频性能测试方法,应用于用户终端,所述用户终端包括第一调制解调器和第二调制解调器,所述第一调制解调器与第一天线连接,所述第二调制解调器与第二天线连接,其特征在于,包括:所述用户终端通过所述第一天线发射所述第一调制解调器产生的频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号;所述用户终端通过所述第二天线用所述f0接收所述调制信号,获取所述第二调制解调器收到的所述调制信号的功率PR;所述用户终端根据所述PS、所述PR、所述调制信号的路径损耗PL和所述第一天线与所述第二天线之间在所述f0处的隔离度LV确定所述用户终端的射频性能。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户终端根据所述PS、所述PR、所述调制信号的路径损耗PL和所述第一天线与所述第二天线之间在所述f0处的隔离度LV确定所述用户终端的射频性能,包括:所述用户终端获取PS-PL-LV与所述PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|;所述用户终端在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频故障;所述用户终端在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题;其中,所述预设第一功率阈值大于所述预设第二功率阈值。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述用户终端在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频故障的日志文件,和/或,输出所述用户终端存在射频故障的指示信息;所述用户终端在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的日志文件,和/或,输出所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述PL包括所述调制信号从所述第一调制解调器到所述第一天线的路径损耗和所述调制信号从所述第二天线到所述第二调制解调器的路径损耗。
- 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述LV为利用网络分析仪连接所述第一天线与所述第二天线在所述f0处测得的S12参数。
- 一种射频性能测试装置,应用于用户终端,所述用户终端包括第一调制解调器和第二调制解调器,其特征在于,所述装置包括:发射模块,用于发射所述第一调制解调器产生的频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号;接收模块,用于用所述f0接收所述调制信号;获取模块,用于获取所述第二调制解调器收到的所述调制信号的功率PR;处理模块,用于根据所述PS、所述PR、所述调制信号的路径损耗PL和所述发射模块与所述接收模块之间在所述f0处的隔离度LV确定所述用户终端的射频性能。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块包括:获取单元,用于获取PS-PL-LV与所述PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|;确定单元,用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频故障;所述确定单元,还用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题;其中,所述预设第一功率阈值大于所述预设第二功率阈值。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:生成模块,用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频故障的日志文件,和/或,输出模块,用于输出所述用户终端存在射频故障的指示信息;所述生成模块,还用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的日志文件,和/或,所述输出模块,还用于输出所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的指示信息。
- 一种用户终端,包括处理器、第一调制解调器、第二调制解调器、与所述第一调制解调器连接的第一天线和与所述第二调制解调器连接的第二天线,其特征在于:所述第一天线,用于发射所述第一调制解调器产生的频率为f0、功率为PS的调制信号;所述第二天线,用于用所述f0接收所述调制信号;所述处理器,用于获取所述第二调制解调器收到的所述调制信号的功率PR;所述处理器,还用于根据所述PS、所述PR、所述调制信号的路径损耗PL和所述第一天线与所述第二天线之间在所述f0处的隔离度LV确定所述用户终端的射频性能。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述PS、所述PR、所述调制信号的路径损耗PL和所述第一天线与所述第二天线之间在所述f0处的隔离度LV确定所述用户终端的射频性能的具体方式为:获取PS-PL-LV与所述PR的差值的绝对值|PS-PL-LV-PR|;在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频故障;在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,确定所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题;其中,所述预设第一功率阈值大于所述预设第二功率阈值。
- 根据权利要求10所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述用户终端还包括输出设备,其中:所述处理器,还用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频故障的日志文件,和/或,所述输出设备,用于输出所述用户终端存在射频故障的指示信息;所述处理器,还用于在所述|PS-PL-LV-PR|大于或等于所述预设第二功率阈值,且小于所述预设第一功率阈值时,生成所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的日志文件,和/或,所述输出设备,还用于输出所述用户终端存在射频性能一致性问题的指示信息。
