Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing at least one layer (2, 16, 32, 46, 70, 72) on a surface (6, 12, 14, 36, 42, 44, 66, 68) of a component (8, 38, 62), wherein the layer (2, 16, 32, 46, 70, 72) is produced by at least two or more weld layers (4a, 4b, 4c, 34a, 34b, 34c), comprising the following steps: a) a first weld layer (4a, 34a) is produced on the surface (6, 12, 14, 36, 42, 44, 66, 68) of the component (8, 38, 62); b) at least a part of the first weld layer (4a, 34a) is removed, c) a second weld layer (4b, 34b) is produced on one surface (24, 54) of the first weld layer is (4a, 34a), which results from the partial removal of the first weld layer (4a, 34a), wherein the at least one part of the first weld layer (4a, 34a) is removed mechanically, in particular in a turning or milling process, to such an extent that a hardness of the component (8, 38, 62) is reduced after the production of the layer (2, 16, 32, 46, 70, 72) to a maximum of 300 HV5. The invention further relates to a method for producing a welded joint between a first component (62), on the surface (6, 12, 14, 36, 42, 44, 66, 68) of which such a layer (2, 16, 32, 46, 70, 72) is produced, and a second component (64).
