视频会议的控制方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种视频会议的控制方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
视频会议系统可以承载视频、音频、数据等多路媒体信息,是快速高效的通讯业务,随着信息技术的发展,已经得到越来越广泛的应用。视频会议系统主要由视频会议终端、多点控制单元(Multipoint Controller Unit,简称MCU)、网络及控制管理软件组成。
其中,双流技术是指在视频会议系统中同时发送视频信息和图像信息,如PPT、图片、表格等文档数据信息。目前,视频会议技术已经成熟并且得到广泛应用;在企业、医院、政府和军队等视频会议系统中,在进行视频会议时,需要用到图表、数据和文档等信息,因此需要在视频会议中建立视频与数据的协同工作,以提高会议效率。
而目前的双流视频通讯中,只有发送双流的发起会场能够对双流画面进行控制操作,而其他会场只能被动的观看双流辅视频画面,不能对双流辅视频画面进行内容的修改。
针对相关技术中由于双流技术仅限于视频会议发起方,导致接收视频会议的接收方在执行协同工作的过程中受限,降低了会议效率的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种视频会议的控制方法、装置及系统,以至少解决相关技术中由于双流技术仅限于视频会议发起方,导致接收视频会议的接收方在执行协同工作的过程中受限,降低了会议效率的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种视频会议的控制方法,包括:向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;依据控制权限显示控制指令,控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制。
可选地,控制权限包括:对至少一个终端设备所在的会场显示执行控制操作。
进一步地,可选地,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息包括:接收主控终端返回的对当前终端设备所在会场的控制权限的控制响应消息。
可选的,依据控制权限显示控制指令包括:接收外接设备键入的控制指令;显示控制指令对视频显示文件的控制操作。
可选的,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息包括:接收主控终端返回的对至少一个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的控制响应消息。

可选的,依据控制请求消息生成控制响应消息包括:筛选控制请求消息;检测控制请求消息中的控制范围;在控制范围为获取一个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的情况下,对终端设备分配第一控制权限,并依据第一控制权限生成控制响应消息;在控制范围为获取至少两个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的情况下,对终端设备分配第二控制权限,并依据第二控制权限生成控制响应消息;其中,第二控制权限大于第一控制权限。
进一步地,可选的,筛选控制请求消息包括:统计控制请求消息中的控制范围为获取至少两个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的终端设备的个数;依据预设时间轴的先后顺序对终端设备生成控制时序,控制时序用于指示终端设备控制权限的生效时间。

通过本发明,由于向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;依据控制权限显示控制指令,控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制,因此,可以解决由于双流技术仅限于视频会议发起方,导致接收视频会议的接收方在执行工作协同的过程中受限,降低了会议效率问题,达到对视频会议的接收方在执行工作中的权限分配,以及提升会议效率的效果。

实施例1
本申请实施例1所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在移动终端上为例,图1是本发明实施例的一种视频会议的控制方法的移动终端的硬件结构框图。如图1所示,移动终端10可以包括一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器104、以及用于通信功能的传输装置106。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,移动终端10还可包括比图1中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的配置。
存储器104可用于存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的视频会议的控制方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至移动终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及 其组合。
传输装置106用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括移动终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种运行于上述移动终端的方法,图2是根据本发明实施例一的视频会议的控制方法的流程图,如图2所示,在分控终端侧,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;
步骤S204,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;
步骤S206,依据控制权限显示控制指令,控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制。
具体的,结合步骤S202至步骤S206,本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制方法中,在分控终端侧,若需要向主控终端请求分配对应的控制权限,则需要向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,该控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配控制权限;进一步的,在接收到主控终端返回的控制响应消息后,分控终端得到对应的控制权限,最后,分控终端依据该控制权限,对视频显示文件进行控制操作。
这里主控终端和分控终端可以为具备数据处理的智能电视、笔记本电脑、个人电脑(Personal Computer,简称PC)以及智能穿戴设备。其中,分控终端依据控制权限显示控制指令可以为:分控终端依据接收到的控制指令对当前视频显示文件执行批注、标亮、缩放显示大小、备注或调节显示窗口参数。该控制指令可以为分控终端中的辅视频画面控制装置接收,发送该控制指令的终端可以为与分控终端位于同一会场的外接设备,该外接设备可以为:智能手机、平板电脑、掌上商务、智能穿戴设备、PC、笔记本电脑等设备,其中,该外接设备可以通过蓝牙、红外和网络等连接方式接入当前分控终端。
本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制方法,由于向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配控制权限;接收主控终端返回的控制响应 消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;依据控制权限显示控制指令,控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制,因此,可以解决由于双流技术仅限于视频会议发起方,导致接收视频会议的接收方在执行工作协同的过程中受限,降低了会议效率问题,达到对视频会议的接收方在执行工作中的权限分配,以及提升会议效率的效果。

在本实施例中提供了另一种视频会议的控制方法,图3是根据本发明实施例二的视频会议的控制方法的流程图,如图3所示,在主控终端侧,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,接收至少一个终端设备发送的控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于对至少一个终端设备分配对双流画面的控制权限;
步骤S304,依据控制请求消息生成控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括控制权限;

具体的,对应实施例1中的分控终端侧,在主控终端侧,主控终端接收至少一个终端设备发送的控制请求消息,并依据该控制请求消息声称控制响应消息,最后将生成的控制响应消息返回至少一个终端设备,其中,由于主控终端会接入多个分控终端,在接收分控终端发送的控制请求消息时,将依据该控制请求消息中对控制权限的需求,分配对应的控制权限,进而依据分配的控制权限生成对应的控制响应消息,最后将生成的控制响应消息返回至少一个终端设备(即,本申请实施例中的分控设备)。

本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制系统采用以下技术方案,提出一种新的音视频通讯中的双流辅视频画面控制方法,核心是在通讯的过程中终端设备接收用户控制指令对双流辅视频画面进行控制。
具体方案如下:
在视频会议系统的终端设备上,安装辅视频控制接收和处理装置(该装置可以为软件、或者独立硬件方式存在),该装置在收到用户控制申请指令(控制指令的发送设备可以是配套的遥控器或手机、平板等移动设备)时,对指令进行识别和处理;
1、对当前会场生效,则直接冻结本会场的辅视频画面,并等待接收画面内容选中指令,装置收到指令后将画面选中内容进行高亮显示,用户还可通过装置下发画面缩放、移动等处理指令,对辅视频画面选中内容进行移动、缩放等处理结果输出展示到本端会场
2、对所有会场生效,需取得辅视频令牌所在会场的允许,若允许则冻结所有会场的辅视频画面,这时所有的会场都能看到上述1操作产生的辅视频画面,否则仅本端会场看到处理后的辅视频画面。
下面结合附图及实施例对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行详细的阐述。
图7是本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制系统中两方音视频通讯的组网图,其中S为辅视频画面控制装置。
图8是本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制系统中多方音视频通讯的组网图,其中S为辅视频画面控制装置。
图9是本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制系统中辅视频画面控制装置S的组成示意图,(该装置可以为软件、或者独立硬件方式存在),装置S分为2个部分:1)控制指令发送模块(遥控器或手机、平板移动设备);2)控制指令接收模块和辅视频图像处理模块。
控制指令发送模块(遥控器或手机、平板移动设备)可通过红外、网络、蓝牙等 无线通讯技术向辅视频画面控制装置S发送辅视频画面的选择高亮和缩放指令
辅视频画面控制装置S的控制指令接收模块收到指令后对指令进行编译处理,辅视频图像处理模块根据指令将画面选中区域、要高亮显示的颜色、缩放倍数等信息进行图像编解码处理生成新的辅视频画面
图10是本申请实施例提供的视频会议的控制系统中辅视频画面控制的流程示意图,其中,具体流程如下:
1.会场安装了辅视频画面控制装置;
2.视频会议系统开始会议,终端A会场发送了双流辅视频;
3.终端B会场申请控制双流辅视频画面;
4.根据系统权限允许终端B控制类型是对所有会场辅视频控制还是仅对本会场的辅视频进行控制;
5.如果终端B有控制所有会场辅视频画面权限则冻结所有会场辅视频画面,否则仅冻结本会场的辅视频画面;
6.用户通过辅视频控制装置的控制指令发送模块发送辅视频画面操作指令(对画面内容的选中、高亮、缩放);
7.控制指令接收模块收到指令后,由辅视频控制装置中的辅视频图像处理模块进行处理合成生成新的辅视频画面;
8.将新生成的辅视频画面输出到终端显示设备上。
本申请实施例提出一种新的音视频通讯中的控制双流的方法,核心是在通讯的过程中分会场可对双流辅视频画面进行控制,具有以下优点:
a、可根据需要对画面内容进行选中高亮,缩放,方便用户对画面的细节进行查看分析
b、各个分会场可申请权限进行操作,而不是不仅仅是双流发送的会场进行控制
结合图7至图10,图7至图10中的终端A可以为本申请实施例中的主控终端,终端B和终端C可以为分控终端(或,至少一个终端设备)。
实施例6
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配控制权限;
S2,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;
S3,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收外接设备键入的控制指令;显示控制指令对视频显示文件的控制操作。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收主控终端返回的对至少一个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的控制响应消息。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行接收外接设备键入的控制指令;向至少一个终端设备发送控制指令,其中,控制指令用于指示至少一个终端设备依据控制指令对视频显示文件的控制操作。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行向主控终端上传会议记录。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的 任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本公开的方法和装置可以应用于通信领域。通过本申请提供的技术方案,由于向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,控制请求消息用于指示主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;接收主控终端返回的控制响应消息,控制响应消息包括主控终端分配的控制权限;依据控制权限显示控制指令,控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制,因此,可以解决由于双流技术仅限于视频会议发起方,导致接收视频会议的接收方在执行工作协同的过程中受限,降低了会议效率问题,达到对视频会议的接收方在执行工作中的权限分配,以及提升会议效率的效果。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种视频会议的控制方法,其中,包括:
    向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,所述控制请求消息用于指示所述主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;
    接收所述主控终端返回的控制响应消息,所述控制响应消息包括所述主控终端分配的所述控制权限;
    依据所述控制权限显示控制指令,所述控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制权限包括:对至少一个终端设备所在的会场显示执行控制操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述主控终端返回的控制响应消息包括:
    接收所述主控终端返回的对当前终端设备所在会场的控制权限的所述控制响应消息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述控制权限显示控制指令包括:
    接收外接设备键入的所述控制指令;
    显示所述控制指令对所述视频显示文件的控制操作。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述主控终端返回的控制响应消息包括:
    接收所述主控终端返回的对至少一个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的所述控制响应消息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述控制权限显示控制指令包括:
    接收外接设备键入的所述控制指令;
    向所述至少一个终端设备发送所述控制指令,其中,所述控制指令用于指示所述至少一个终端设备依据所述控制指令对所述视频显示文件的控制操作。
  7. 根据权利要求4或6所述的方法,其中,所述控制操作包括以下至少之一:选中、标亮或缩放。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    向所述主控终端上传会议记录。
  9. 一种视频会议的控制方法,其中,包括:
    接收至少一个终端设备发送的控制请求消息,其中,所述控制请求消息用于对所述至少一个终端设备分配对双流画面的控制权限;
    依据所述控制请求消息生成控制响应消息,所述控制响应消息包括所述控制权限;
    向所述至少一个终端设备发送所述控制响应消息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述依据所述控制请求消息生成控制响应消息包括:
    筛选所述控制请求消息;
    检测所述控制请求消息中的控制范围;
    在所述控制范围为获取一个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的情况下,对所述终端设备分配第一控制权限,并依据所述第一控制权限生成控制响应消息;
    在所述控制范围为获取至少两个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的情况下,对所述终端设备分配第二控制权限,并依据所述第二控制权限生成控制响应消息;
    其中,所述第二控制权限大于所述第一控制权限。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述筛选所述控制请求消息包括:
    统计所述控制请求消息中的控制范围为获取至少两个终端设备所在会场的控制权限的终端设备的个数;
    依据预设时间轴的先后顺序对所述终端设备生成控制时序,所述控制时序用于指示所述终端设备控制权限的生效时间。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收至少一个所述终端设备上报的会议记录;
    汇总所述会议记录;
    存储汇总后的所述会议记录。
  13. 一种视频会议的控制装置,其中,包括:
    请求发送模块,设置为向主控终端发送控制请求消息,其中,所述控制请求消息用于指示所述主控终端分配对双流画面的控制权限;
    消息接收模块,设置为接收所述主控终端返回的控制响应消息,所述控制响应消息包括所述主控终端分配的所述控制权限;
    显示模块,设置为依据所述控制权限显示控制指令,所述控制指令用于对视频显示文件进行控制。
  14. 一种视频会议的控制装置,其中,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收至少一个终端设备发送的控制请求消息,其中,所述控制请求消息用于对所述至少一个终端设备分配对双流画面的控制权限;
    消息生成模块,设置为依据所述控制请求消息生成控制响应消息,所述控制响应消息包括所述控制权限;
    发送模块,设置为向所述至少一个终端设备发送所述控制响应消息。
  15. 一种视频会议的控制系统,其中,包括:主控终端和至少一个分控终端,所述主控终端与所述至少一个分控终端通信连接,其中,
    所述主控终端,设置为发起视频会议,并接收所述至少一个分控终端发送的控制请求消息,依据所述控制请求消息分配对双流画面的控制权限,并依据所述控制权限生成控制响应消息,向所述至少一个分控终端发送所述控制响应消息;
    所述至少一个分控终端,分别与所述主控终端通信连接,设置为接入所述视频会议,并向所述主控终端发送所述控制请求消息,接收所述主控终端返回的所述控制响应消息,并依据所述控制响应消息中的控制权限显示控制指令;
    其中,所述主控终端和所述至少一个分控终端分别配置辅视频画面控制装置,所述辅视频画面控制装置包括:控制指令发送模块、控制指令接收模块和辅视频图像处理模块,所述控制指令发送模块,设置为发送控制显示画面执行对应操作的控制指令;所述控制指令接收模块,用于接收所述控制指令;所述辅视频图像处理模块,用于依据所述控制指令在所述显示画面显示对应操作。
  16. 一种视频会议的控制装置,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法中的步骤。
  17. 一种主控终端,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行根据权利要求9至12中任一项所述的方法中的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储程序,其中所述程序被执行时使得视频 会议的控制装置执行如权利要求1到8中任一项所述的方法中的步骤。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储程序,其中所述程序被执行时使得主控终端执行如权利要求9到12中任一项所述的方法中的步骤。
