现代计量及抄表方法不断日新月异,传统机械表计依然占据着大部分市场,不具备远程接口,需要大量人力进行抄表维护,人工抄表成本高,效率低,误抄率高,同时进门抄表也直接影响着客户对燃气公司的满意度。另外人工抄表的不确定性及成功率低直接影响着燃气公司的管理水平。
很多表计使用年限有限,更换新表成本太高,若将普表改造成含有光电直读、干簧管等自动计量的远传智能表,必然要对表本身进行改造,并添加无线模块,成本高,操作困难。市场上急需一种能够不对原有表具本身进行改造,工艺简单,安装方便,价格合适的普表改造方案,解决上门抄表难、入户难的问题,同时具备远程抄表功能,燃气公司满足实时抄读的需要。
在现有远程抄表系统中,很多抄表装置通过在抄表装置中安装摄像头抄表,但其在结构上还有许多不足之处,比如安装步骤复杂、不方便维持,使用过程存在安全隐患等。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种安装简单和维护方便,在使用过程中安全可靠的带摄像头的抄表装置。

请参见图1和图2,本发明实施例的一种带摄像头的抄表装置,其用于对计量表进行远程抄表,计量表可为数字或其他方式显示计量结果的水、电或气等计量表,计量表都具有参数界面,抄表装置包括相互连接的抄表模块100和固定机构200。如图1所述,抄表模块100包括了外壳140和底壳120,通过外壳140和底壳120组成具容纳腔体的壳体,壳体内设有抄表PCB板和与之电性连 接的摄像头130,其中固定机构200用于固定连接在计量表上,固定机构200上设有与计量表参数界面相对应的观察槽244,抄表模块100包括有摄像头130,摄像头130对准观察槽244且可对计量表参数界面摄像,当摄像头130通过对准观察槽244对计量表参数界面摄像后,将摄像后的信息参数发送给信息收集主机进行统计记录。本发明中,固定模块200固定于计量表上,抄表模块100可通过连接装置在固定机构200上下、上移动,当抄表模块100在固定机构200处于静止状态时,摄像头130可对计量表参数界面进行摄像;当居住户或计量表维护人员需检查计量时,可将抄表模块相对于固定机构200向下移动一定位移,则可露出观察槽244,当露出观察槽244时,就可直接通过观察槽244读取计量表参数数值。
如图1、图3、图4和图5所示,本发明带摄像头的抄表装置中,连接装置包括弹簧310、固定设于抄表模块100上的滑钩330和设于固定机构上的导滑槽320,滑钩330穿过导滑槽320且弹簧310一端固定连接在固定机构200上,另一端与滑钩330连接,滑钩330可通过弹簧310的伸缩而在导滑槽320内下、上移动,从而使抄表模块100在固定机构200上下、上移动。当固定模块200固定于计量表上,抄表模块100可通过连接装置在固定机构200上下、上移动,当抄表模块100在固定机构200处于静止状态时,摄像头130可对计量表参数界面进行摄像;当居住户或计量表维护人员需检查计量时,可通过手握抄表模块100相对于固定机构200向下移动一定位移,则可露出观察槽244,当露出观察槽244时,就可直接通过观察槽244读取计量表参数数值,当居住户或计量表维护人员松开抄表模块100相对于固定机构200向下移动状态时,抄表模块100通过弹簧310的作用使滑钩330在导滑槽320内向上移动,从而使抄表模块100相对于固定机构向上移动,最终摄像头130对准固定机构200上的观察槽244。这种通过弹簧310使抄表模块100可自动回位,可很好解决因居住户或计 量表维护人员需检查计量时忘记回位操作而使后续抄表模块100不能正常抄表的情况。
如图1、图4和图5所示,本发明带摄像头的抄表装置中,固定机构200包括固定底壳240和连接片220,连接片220设于固定底壳240和抄表模块100之间,固定底壳240包括一容纳腔体241,观察槽244开设于容纳腔体241上,连接片220与固定底壳240铰接连接且连接片220置于容纳腔体241内,连接片220外形与容纳腔体241相适配,连接片220可以选择为透明材质,也可以在对应观察槽244位置设置透明视窗222,透明视窗222可以为槽孔结构,并在槽孔结构上设置透明材料,透明视窗222还可以是和连接片220一体形成结构。
如图1和图4所示,连接装置还包括有限位螺钉350,连接片220上设有限位槽340,限位螺钉350穿过限位槽340与抄表模块100固定,通过限位螺钉350与抄表模块100固定,而连接片220与限位螺钉350保留有一定间隙,因此,限位螺钉350不固定连接片220,但可限制连接片220只能在导滑槽320内下、上移动。
如图1所示,在容纳腔体241内还设有密封圈400,密封圈400密封观察槽244四周,通过密封圈400可使抄表模块100和连接片220等内部零部件防水、防尘,并使透明视窗222包围的区域能够防水、防尘保持气表参数显示区域的清洁。
如图5至图7所示,本发明带摄像头的抄表装置中,固定底壳240和连接片220通过一扣合结构相互扣合固定,扣合结构包括设于固定底壳240上的一弹性扣片242和开设于连接片220上的扣槽224,弹性扣片242扣于扣槽224内,使固定底壳240与连接片220固定。在抄表领域中,由于抄表装置系专业设备,一般都禁止使用者随便拆装,本发明抄表装置中的抄表模块100通过弹性扣片242扣于扣槽224内,使固定底壳240与连接片220固定可防止使用者随便拆装 抄表装置。
如图6所示,弹性扣片242为一弧形的弹性片2422,在弧形的弹性片2422末端两侧设有扣端2424,在扣槽224边缘两侧设有与扣端2424相对应的扣台2244,扣端2424分别扣于扣台2244上,使固定底壳240与连接片220固定,而当弹性扣片242扣于扣槽224内时使固定底壳240与连接片220固定,再要将固定底壳240与连接片220分开,需通过工具作用力于弧形弹性片2422上,使弧形弹性片2422向远离连接片的方向弹性变形,使弧形弹性片2422与扣槽224中分离。如图7所示,当使用力于弧形弹性片2422时,扣端2424通过扣槽224两侧端的间隙口2242处到达扣台2244上,松开弧形弹性片2422后,弹性扣片242两端的扣端2424分别扣于扣台2244上,当再作用力于弧形弹性片2422时,扣端2424通过扣槽224两侧端的间隙口2242处,使连接片220与固定底壳240分离。在本发明抄表装置中,当作用力于弧形弹性性2422时,使固定底壳240与连接片220分离,而本发明中将弧形弹性片2422的开口朝向为连接片220方向,这使得要直接作用力于弧形弹性片2422使固定底壳240与连接片220分离增加了一定的难度,需使用定制工具来使固定底壳240与连接片220分离。因此,这种将弧形弹性片2422的开口朝向为连接片220方向的这种防拆结构,可增加抄表模块100与固定机构200的防拆性,增加了整个抄表装置的安全性。
如图1、图5所示,抄表模块100在与弹性扣片242相对应处设有容纳槽124,当固定底壳240与连接片220扣合后,该弹性扣片242就置于容纳槽124内,在抄表模块100底部处设有与容纳槽124相通的通孔126,通孔126对应弹性扣片242的弹性片2422,当需要拆开固定底壳240与连接片220时,通过定制工具穿过通孔126作用力于弧形弹性片2422使弧形弹性片2422向远离连接片的方向弹性变形,弧形弹性片2422与扣槽224中分离。
如图1、图5、图9和图10,本发明中拆开固定底壳240与连接片220的定 制工具为一拆开杆600,在弹性片2422末端处设有与通孔126相对应的开口2428,拆开杆600为片状长条形,一端呈“T”形结构610,“T”形结构610可依次穿过通孔126和开口2428并扣于弹性片2422。当需要拆开固定底壳240与连接片220时,通过拆开杆600穿过通孔126后,再穿过开口2428,通过“T”形结构扣于弧形弹性片2422的背面,再通过作用力于弧形弹性片2422的背面,使弧形弹性片2422向远离连接片的方向弹性变形,最后弧形弹性片2422与扣槽224中分离使固定底壳240与连接片220分离。
如图1和图8所示,本发明抄表装置中还包括固定罩500,固定底壳240两侧分别设有竖向凹槽246,在竖向凹槽246内分别设有固定孔248,固定罩500两侧内壁设有与固定孔248相对应的固定柱226,固定罩500罩于抄表模块100上,且固定柱226沿竖向凹槽246移动至固定孔248内使固定罩500与抄表模块100和固定机构200三者相互固定连接,通过固定罩500使抄表模块100和固定机构200,通过固定罩500分别罩于固定机构200与抄表模块100的连接处和上方,可起到防尘、防水作用。
参考图11,可以看到拆开杆600与弹性扣片242之间被拆开时的结构示意情况,图中可以看到弹性扣片242、固定机构200和拆开杆600。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种带摄像头的抄表装置,其用于对计量表进行远程抄表,其特征在于:包括相互连接的抄表模块(100)和固定机构(200),所述固定机构(200)用于固定连接在所述计量表上,所述固定机构(200)上设有与所述计量表参数界面相对应的观察槽(244),所述抄表模块(100)包括有摄像头(130),所述摄像头(130)对准所述观察槽(244)且可对所述计量表参数界面摄像,所述抄表模块(100)通过连接装置可在所述固定机构(200)上下、上移动,当所述抄表模块(100)相对于所述固定机构向下移动一定位移时,可直接通过所述观察槽(244)读取计量表参数数值。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括弹簧(310)、固定设于所述抄表模块(100)上的滑钩(330)和设于所述固定机构上的导滑槽(320),所述滑钩(330)穿过所述导滑槽(320)且所述弹簧(310)一端固定连接在所述固定机构(200)上,另一端与所述滑钩(330)连接,所述滑钩(330)可通过所述弹簧(310)的伸缩而在所述导滑槽(320)内下、上移动,从而使所述抄表模块(100)在所述固定机构(200)上下、上移动。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述固定机构(200)包括固定底壳(240)和连接片(220),所述连接片(220)设于所述固定底壳(240)和所述抄表模块(100)之间,所述固定底壳(240)包括一容纳腔体(241),所述观察槽(244)开设于所述容纳腔体(241)上,所述连接片(220)与所述固定底壳(240)铰接连接且所述连接片(220)置于所述容纳腔体(241)内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述连接片(220)外形与所述容纳腔体(241)相适配,所述连接片(220)为透明材质。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述连接片(220)外形与所述容纳腔体(241)相适配,在所述连接片(220)上设有与所述观察槽(244)相对应的透明视窗(222)。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述连接装置还包括有限位螺钉(350),所述连接片(220)上设有限位槽(340),所述限位螺钉(350)穿过所述限位槽(340)与所述抄表模块(100)固定。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:在所述容纳腔体(241)内还设有密封圈(400),所述密封圈(400)密封所述观察槽(244)四周。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述固定底壳(240)和所述连接片(220)通过一扣合结构相互扣合固定,所述扣合结构包括设于所述固定底壳(240)上的一弹性扣片(242)和开设于所述连接片(220)上的扣槽(224),所述弹性扣片(242)扣于所述扣槽(224)内,使所述固定底壳(240)与所述连接片(220)固定。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述弹性扣片(242)为一弧形的弹性片(2422),在所述弧形的弹性片(2422)末端两侧设有扣端(2424),在所述扣槽(224)边缘两侧设有与所述扣端(2424)相对应的扣台(2244),所述扣端(2424)分别扣于所述扣台(2244)上,使所述固定底壳(240)与所述连接片(220)固定。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述弧形的弹性片(2422)的弧形开口(2426)朝向方向为连接片(220)方向。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:所述抄表模块(100)在与所述弹性扣片(242)相对应处设有容纳槽(124),所述弹性扣片(242)置于所述容纳槽(124)内,在所述抄表模块(100)底部处设有与所述容纳 槽(124)相通的通孔(126),所述通孔(126)对应所述弹性扣片(242)的弹性片(2422)。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:还包括拆开杆(600),在所述弹性片(2422)末端处设有与所述通孔(126)相对应的开口(2428),所述拆开杆(600)为片状长条形,一端呈“T”形结构(610),所述“T”形结构(610)可依次穿过通孔(126)和开口(2428)并扣于所述弹性片(2422)。
  13. 如权利要求3所述的带摄像头的抄表装置,其特征在于:还包括固定罩(500),所述固定底壳(240)两侧分别设有竖向凹槽(246),在所述竖向凹槽(246)内分别设有固定孔(248),所述固定罩(500)两侧内壁设有与所述固定孔(248)相对应的固定柱(226),所述固定罩(500)罩于所述抄表模块(100)上,且所述固定柱(226)沿所述竖向凹槽(246)移动至所述固定孔(248)内使所述固定罩(500)与所述抄表模块(500)和所述固定机构(500)三者相互固定连接。
