背景技术
书籍,是指装订成册的图书和文字,在狭义上的理解是带有文字和图像的纸张的集合。在中国原指典籍,图书包括书籍、画册、图片等出版物。书籍是用文字、图画和其他符号,在一定材料上记录各种知识,清楚地表达思想,并且制装成卷册的著作物,为传播各种知识和思想,积累人类文化的重要工具。它随着历史的发展,在书写方式、所使用的材料和装帧形式,以及形态方面,也在不断变化与变更。
现有的翻书扫描仪大多采用书本档案打开90°或大于90°的方式进行扫描,而对于比较厚的书籍和装订线比较宽的古籍档案等打开90°甚至更大角度基本不能实现,而且在这种打开方式下也极易损坏书籍档案,尤其是档案中的孤本一旦损坏便会造成不可估量的损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有书籍无法打开90°甚至更大角度,其不能满足现有扫描仪的角度需求,提供了一种自动适应于书籍档案的扫描辅助工装,该工装通过设计合理的结构,无论书籍档案厚度或者装订线有多高都能在保证不损坏被扫描材料的前提下使得扫描仪能够清晰完整的自动扫描,既保证了扫描质量也确保了书籍的安全。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
自动适应于书籍档案的扫描辅助工装,包括V形框组件和设置在V形框组件下方的承书板组件,所述承书板组件能够进行水平方向移动,V形框组件能够沿着与承书板组件移动方向的垂线方向进行移动,并且V形框组件在垂直移动过程能够插入到承书板组件中且V形框组件与承书板组件靠近且平行。现有对于比较厚的书籍和装订线比较宽的古籍档案等打开90°甚至更大角度基本不能实现,而且在这种打开方式下也极易损坏书籍档案,尤其是档案中的孤本一旦损坏便会造成不可估量的损失,因此对于书籍扫描时角度的选择和控制是一项非常重要的工作,现有结构又无法一次性解决书籍展开、完整扫描、书籍安全性以及扫描质量的问题,本方案设计的辅助工装,通过设计合理的结构,在扫描时书籍被摊开为合理的角度,无论书籍档案厚度或者装订线有多高都能在保证不损坏被扫描材料的前提下使得扫描仪能够清晰完整的自动扫描,既保证了扫描质量也确保了书籍的安全。
V形框组件包括V形框架、背板和反射镜,背板弯曲45°后设置在V形框架之间且背板的弯曲面与V形框架连接,反射镜设置在V形框架和背板弯曲后形成的空间中,并且反射镜能够在该空间中实现角度翻转,V形框组件在垂直移动过程中背板能够与承书板组件靠近且平行。背板弯曲为45°恰好能够贴合书籍展开时形成的角度,也不会对书籍造成损坏,书籍摊开后形成的角度自然,背板与书籍贴合度高,安全性强,使得页面文字或者图案通过透明的背板显现,最后反射到反射镜中扫描出来。而且背板贴在页面,将页面进行推平展开,使得扫描后的图形更加平整和不变形,图像的质量更好。反射镜安装在反射镜安装框中,反射镜安装框设置在V形框架和背板弯曲后形成的空间中,并且通过动力机构带动使反射镜能够在该空间中实现角度翻转,使得页面上的文字或者图案能够被反射到反射镜中,通过相机以合理的角度进行扫描,并且不需将书籍展开大角度即可完成页面的扫描,书籍更加安全,不会损坏。
V形框架朝向背板的侧壁内凹形成滑槽,且滑槽与V形框架的底面连通,背板的弯曲面插入到滑槽中且能够沿着滑槽移动。滑槽是作为背板安装在V形框架的通道,而且为了使得背板能够快速而且方便地滑入滑槽中,还需要将滑槽的底部与V形框架底部连通,这样安装时能够快速滑出和滑入,方便而且快捷。
V形框架之间设置有压条,压条分别与对应的V形框架连接,且压条贴在背板的外壁并且与背板连接。压条是用于将背板压紧在V形框架上,压条通过螺钉穿过背板上的安装槽来进行固定,从而使得整体结构更加稳固。

如图1至图6所示,自动适应于书籍档案的扫描辅助工装,包括V形框组件6和设置在V形框组件6下方的承书板组件5,所述承书板组件5能够进行水平方向移动,V形框组件6能够沿着与承书板组件5移动方向的垂线方向进行移动,无论书籍档案厚度或者装订线有多高都能在保证不损坏被扫描材料的前提下清晰完整的自动扫描。对于比较厚的书籍,即使成平面打开,在翻开的两页面中依然有一些文字无法看清楚甚至看到,如果想要看到看清楚则需要打开更大的角度,而这在自动扫描仪上是不可实现的。对于装订线较高的档案,摊开后会有很高的书脊且有许多文字紧挨装订线,因此在扫描时很难将页面扫描完整。本方案采用45°V形框组件的设计能使书籍档案在扫描时打开的角度小,保护书籍页面不因打开角度大而造成损坏,同时45°的V形框下端能与打开的书缝隙紧密贴合,将装订线旁的文字和符号清晰的反射至成像系统。
