更新系统信息的方法、终端设备和网络侧设备 技术领域

现有LTE系统中,系统信息由不同的系统信息块(System Information Block,SIB)构成,如SIB1、…、SIBx,构成,每一个SIB代表不同的系统信息。在现有LTE标准中,如果用户设备(User Equipment,UE)收到一条包括更新信息(SystemInfoModification)的寻呼消息,UE认为自身存储的所有系统信息都是无效的,需要重新读取所有系统信息以确保正常更新。但是由于在系统信息的更新过程中,并非所有系统信息都会发生改变,因此读取所有系统信息的方法会增加UE的负担,导致更新效率低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种更新系统信息的方法、终端设备和网络侧设备,不同的系统信息组的更新通过不同的指示信息进行指示,能够提高更新效率。

在该方案中,至少一个指示信息一一对应至少一个系统信息组。其中,该指示信息可以指示一个系统信息发生更新,也可以指示一类系统信息发生更新,还可以指示按照某种方式划分的多个系统信息发生更新。通过该指示信息的指示可以减小终端设备更新系统信息的更新范围,或通过该指示信息的指示可以减小终端设备确定发生更新的目标系统信息的查找范围,不但能够避免盲目更新带来的资源浪费,同时可以提高更新效率,缩短更新时延。进一步地,该方法简单,易操作与现有技术兼容性好,具有较好的扩展性。
在第三方面可能的实现方式中,所述至少一个系统信息组包括第一系统信息组,所述第一系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于公共系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第一系统信息组是否发生更新的第一指示信息;和/或所述至少一个系统信息组包括第二系统信息组,所述第二系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于专用系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第二系统信息组是否发生更新的第二指示信息。

不同的系统信息组的更新情况通过同一条指示消息不同的信息域承载的信息进行指示,可以节省信令的开销,提高资源的利用率。

本发明结合终端设备描述了各个实施例,终端设备(Terminal)可称之为用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、移动台(Mobile Station,MS)、移动终端设备(Mobile Terminal)等,该终端设备可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)与至少一个核心网进行通信,例如,终端设备可以是移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)、具有移动终端设备的计算机等,例如,终端设备还可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动终端设备以及未来5G网络中的终端设备,它们与无线接入网交换语音和/或数据。

应理解,本发明实施例结合系统信息描述了各个实施例。其中,系统信息可以至少包括两类:一类是公共系统信息。所述公共系统信息可以包括系统基本参数、小区选择或驻留信息、小区重选信息等,网络侧设备通过这些公共系统信息将基本的系统参数广播给网络内的所有终端设备,这一类系统信息为终端设备驻留和接入网络的基本信息;另一类是专用系统信息。所述专用系统信息是基于终端设备或终端设备业务的系统信息。该专用系统信息可以包括强型多媒体广播多播业务(Ehanced Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast ServiceA,E-MBMS)相关的系统信息、端到端(Device-to-Device,D2D)相关的系统信息等,专用系统信息不是终端设备驻留和接入网络的基本信息,终端设备可以仅请求和接收自己有需求的专用系统信息。

可选地,作为一例,不同的系统信息组包括不同类别的系统信息。例如,所述至少一个系统信息组包括第一系统信息组,所述第一系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于公共系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第一系统信息组发生更新的第一指示信息;和/或所述至少一个系统信息组包括第二系统信息组,所述第二系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于专用系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第二系统信息组发 生更新的第二指示信息。
具体地,每个系统信息组包括一个类别的系统信息,每个系统信息组对应的指示信息能够用于指示对应类别的系统信息发生更新,可以减小系统信息的更新范围;或终端设备在发生更新的类别的系统信息中确定需要更新的至少一个目标系统信息,能够提高终端设备确定需要更新的目标系统信息的效率。

可选地,作为一例,每个系统信息组仅包括一个系统信息。每个系统信息组对应的指示信息用于指示对应的一个系统信息发生更新,可以进一步减小系统信息的更新范围。终端设备在发生更新的系统信息中确定需要更新的至少一个目标系统信息,能够进一步提高终端设备确定需要更新的目标系统信息的效率。
情况三、
可选地,作为一例,每个系统信息组包括的内容可以是终端设备和网络侧设备预先约定好的,也可以是网络侧设备指示给终端设备的。例如,至少一个系统信息组中的第一系统信息组包括一部分公共系统信息,至少一个系统信息组中的第二系统信息组包括一部分专用系统信息等。
在该方案中,每个指示信息用于指示对应的系统信息组发生更新,进而终端设备可以确定发生更新(或需要更新)的至少一个目标系统信息。换句话说,该方案中的指示信息用于指示一部分系统信息发生更新,能够避免盲目对所有系统信息进行更新带来的资源浪费,提高更新效率,缩短更新时延。
以上,结合图1从整体的角度描述了该终端设备能够根据至少一个指示信息,获取更新后的所述至少一个目标系统信息。其中,终端设备获取该至少一个指示信息至少可以包括以下两种方式:
方式一、(终端设备通过同一条消息包括的指示域中获取该至少一个指示信息)
系统信息组和指示域具有对应关系。例如,有M个系统信息组,则该M个系统信息组一一对应M个指示域。终端设备接收的指示消息可以包括L个指示域,其中,2≤M,0≤L≤M。换句话说,终端设备接收的指示消息可以包括M个系统信息组对应的M个指示域,每个指示域承载用于指示对应系统信息组是否更新的信息。该终端设备接收的指示消息还可以包括发生 更新的系统信息组对应的指示域(即在指示消息中不发生更新的系统信息对应的指示域可以不出现)。例如,有M个系统信息组,该M个系统信息组中仅有一个系统信息组发生更新,终端设备接收的指示消息可以只包括该发生更新的系统信息组的指示域,其余M-1个系统信息组的指示域不出现。
可选地,作为一例,所述终端设备获取网络侧设备发送的至少一个指示信息,可以包括:所述终端设备从同一指示消息包括的与至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示域中确定至少一个指示域,其中,所述至少两个指示域中的每个指示域用于承载对应的系统信息组是否发生更新的信息,所述至少一个指示域中的每个指示域当前承载对应的系统信息组发生更新的信息,所述至少两个系统信息组包括所述至少一个系统信息组;所述终端设备从所述至少一个指示域中,获取所述至少一个指示信息。

终端设备接收到网络侧设备发送的指示消息后,该指示消息包括至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示域,终端设备可以根据该至少两个指示域中每个指示域的指示域取值,确定至少一个指示域,该至少一个指示域中一一对应的承载该至少一个指示信息。
例如,终端设备接收的指示消息包括公共指示域和专用指示域,其中,公共指示域的指示域取值为0,专用指示域的指示域取值为1,终端设备接收该指示消息后,根据专用指示域获取用于指示专用系统信息发生更新的指示信息。

可选地,作为一例,该至少两个指示域可以是一种动态的指示域,根据配置或约定,该指示域本身可以用于指示对应的系统信息组是否发生更新。例如,若指示消息中第一系统信息组对应的指示域不存在,可以说明该第一系统信息组没有发生更新;若该指示消息包括第二系统信息组对应的指示域,不论该第二系统信息组对应的指示域的取值为多少,可以认为该第二系统信息组发生更新。
方式二、(终端设备通过不同消息获取该至少一个指示信息)

具体地,不同的系统信息组对应的指示消息通过不同的传输资源进行传输。该终端设备能够在相应的传输资源上接收相应的指示消息,进而该终端设备可以从接收到的指示消息中获取该至少一个指示信息。以系统信息组包括一类系统信息为例,终端设备可以在用于传输公共系统信息对应的公共指示消息对应的第一传输资源上接收该公共指示消息;在用于传输专用系统信息对应的专用指示消息对应的第一传输资源上接收该专用指示消息,进而该终端设备可以根据该公共指示消息承载的信息和专用指示消息承载的信息,确定该至少一个指示信息。
又例如,不同的系统信息组对应的指示消息对应不同的第一网络临时标识。不同的系统信息组对应的指示消息可以通过不同的第一网络临时标识进行识别。其中,网络临时标识可以包括无线网络临时标识(Radio Network Tempory Identity,RNTI)。例如,该至少两个指示消息包括公共指示消息和专用指示消息,其中,该公共指示消息通过第一网络临时标识RNTI1进行加扰,该专用指示消息通过第二网络临时标识RNTI2进行加扰。该终端设备接收到指示消息A后,通过RNTI1将指示消息A解扰,说明该指示消息A为用于指示公共系统信息是否发生更新的公共指示消息。该终端设备接收到消息B后,通过RNTI2将指示消息B解扰,说明该指示消息B为用于指示专用系统信息是否发生更新的专用指示消息。进而,该终端设备能够从公共指示消息承载的信息和专用指示消息承载的信息,确定该至少一个指示信息。

如表3所示,该SIBx(SIx)用于指示某一个系统信息。当终端设备获取该SIBx的标签值与存储的(或上一次获取的)该SIBx的标签值不同时,认为该SIB更新,该终端设备可以获取更新后的SIBx。换句话说,当终端设备在第一时间获取的SIBx的标签值与在第二时间获取的SIBx的标签值不 同时,认为该SIBx发生更新,其中,该第二时间早于第一时间。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息可以包括所有发生更新的系统信息,还可以包括与终端设备业务需求相关的发生更新的系统信息。

  1. 一种更新系统信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端设备获取网络侧设备发送的至少一个指示信息,所述至少一个指示信息用于指示至少一个系统信息组发生更新,所述至少一个系统信息组和所述至少一个指示信息一一对应,所述至少一个系统信息组中的每个系统信息组包括至少一个系统信息;
    所述终端设备确定所述至少一个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息;
    所述终端设备获取更新后的所述至少一个目标系统信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息组包括第一系统信息组,所述第一系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于公共系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第一系统信息组发生更新的第一指示信息;和/或
    所述至少一个系统信息组包括第二系统信息组,所述第二系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于专用系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第二系统信息组发生更新的第二指示信息。

    所述终端设备获取与至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示消息,其中,所述至少两个指示消息中每个指示消息用于承载对应的系统信息组是否发生更新的信息,所述至少两个系统信息组包括所述至少一个系统信息组;
    所述终端设备从所述至少两个指示消息中确定至少一个指示消息,所述 至少一个指示消息中每个指示消息当前承载对应的系统信息组发生更新的信息;
    所述终端设备从所述至少一个指示消息中,获取所述至少一个指示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备获取与至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示消息,包括:
    所述终端设备从用于传输所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息对应的第一传输资源上,获取所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息,其中,不同系统信息组的对应指示消息对应不同的第一传输资源;或
    所述终端设备根据所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息对应的第一网络临时标识,获取所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息,其中,不同的系统信息组对应的指示消息对应不同的第一网络临时标识。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备接收第一配置消息,所述第一配置消息包括系统信息组对应的指示消息和第一传输资源的对应关系;或
    所述第一配置消息包括系统信息组对应的指示消息和第一网络临时标识的对应关系。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备获取所述网络侧设备发送的至少一个标签值组,所述至少一个标签值组与所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应,所述至少一个标签值组中每个标签值组包括至少一个标签值,每个标签值组包括的至少一个标签值与对应的系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息一一对应;
    所述终端设备确定所述每个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息,包括:
    所述终端设备通过将所述网络侧设备发送的至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息的标签值与所述终端设备存储的对应的系统信息的标签值进行比较,确定所述至少一个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息 组包括多个系统信息组,所述至少一个标签值组包括与所述多个系统信息组一一对应的多个标签值组,
    所述终端设备获取所述网络侧设备发送的至少一个标签值组,包括:
    所述终端设备从同一标签值消息中获取所述多个标签值组;或,
    所述终端设备获取与所述多个系统信息组一一对应的多个标签值消息,其中,所述多个标签值消息中的每个标签值消息用于承载对应的系统信息组对应的标签值组。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备获取与所述多个系统信息组一一对应的多个标签值消息,包括:
    所述终端设备从用于传输所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值组对应的第二传输资源上,获取所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同系统信息组的标签值消息对应不同的第二传输资源;或
    所述终端设备根据所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值组对应的第二网络临时标识,获取所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同的系统信息组的标签值消息对应不同的第二网络临时标识。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二配置消息,所述第二配置消息包括系统信息组的标签值消息和第二传输资源的对应关系;或
    所述第二配置消息包括系统信息组的标签值消息和第二网络临时标识的对应关系。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备获取网络侧设备发送的至少一个指示信息,包括:
    所述终端设备确定所述至少一个系统信息组;
    所述终端设备监听所述至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示信息。
  12. 一种更新系统信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端设备确定至少一个系统信息组,所述至少一个系统信息组中的每个系统信息组包括至少一个系统信息;
    所述终端设备通过监听所述网络侧设备发送的所述至少一个系统信息 组一一对应的至少一个标签值消息,获取至少一个标签值组,其中,所述至少一个系统信息组和所述至少一个标签值组一一对应,所述至少一个标签值组中每个标签值组包括至少一个标签值,每个标签值组包括的至少一个标签值与对应的系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息一一对应;
    所述终端设备通过将所述网络侧设备发送的至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息的标签值与所述终端设备存储的对应的系统信息的标签值进行比较,确定所述至少一个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息;
    所述终端设备获取更新后的所述至少一个目标系统信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备通过监听所述网络侧设备发送的所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应的至少一个标签值消息,获取至少一个标签值组,包括:
    所述终端设备通过在用于传输所述至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应的第二传输资源上监听对应的标签值消息,获取所述至少一个标签值组,其中,不同系统信息的标签值消息对应不同的第二传输资源;或
    所述终端设备通过所述至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签消息对应的第二网络临时标识监听对应的标签值消息,获取所述至少一个标签值组,其中,不同系统信息组的标签值消息对应不同的第二网络临时标识。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,标签值消息包括寻呼消息或物理控制信道消息。
  15. 一种更新系统信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    网络侧设备确定至少一个指示信息,所述至少一个指示信息用于指示至少一个系统信息组发生更新,所述至少一个系统信息组和所述至少一个指示信息一一对应,所述至少一个系统信息组中的每个系统信息组包括至少一个系统信息;
    所述网络侧设备发送所述至少一个指示信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息组包括第一系统信息组,所述第一系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于公共系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第一系统信息组是否发生更新的第一指示信息;和/或

    确定模块,用于确定所述至少一个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息;
    所述获取模块还用于获取更新后的所述至少一个目标系统信息。

    获取模块,用于通过监听所述网络侧设备发送的所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应的至少一个标签值消息,获取至少一个标签值组,其中,所述至少一个系统信息组和所述至少一个标签值组一一对应,所述至少一个标签值组中每个标签值组包括至少一个标签值,每个标签值组包括的至少一个标签值与对应的系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息一一对应;
    所述确定模块还用于通过将所述网络侧设备发送的至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息的标签值与所述终端设备存储的对应的系统信息的标签值进行比较,确定所述至少一个系统信息组中发生更新的至少一个目标系统信息;
    所述获取模块还用于获取更新后的所述至少一个目标系统信息。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取模块具体用于:
    通过在用于传输所述至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应的第二传输资源上监听对应的标签值消息,获取所述至少一个标签 值组,其中,不同系统信息对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二传输资源;或
    通过所述至少一个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签消息对应的第二网络临时标识监听对应的标签值消息,获取所述至少一个标签值组,其中,不同系统信息组对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二网络临时标识。
  41. 根据权利要求39或40所述的终端设备,其特征在于,标签值消息包括寻呼消息或物理控制信道消息。
  42. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括:
    确定模块,用于确定至少一个指示信息,所述至少一个指示信息用于指示至少一个系统信息组发生更新,所述至少一个系统信息组和所述至少一个指示信息一一对应,所述至少一个系统信息组中的每个系统信息组包括至少一个系统信息;
    发送模块,用于发送所述至少一个指示信息。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息组包括第一系统信息组,所述第一系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于公共系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第一系统信息组是否发生更新的第一指示信息;和/或
    所述至少一个系统信息组包括第二系统信息组,所述第二系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息属于专用系统信息,所述至少一个指示信息包括用于指示所述第二系统信息组是否发生更新的第二指示信息。
  44. 根据权利要求42或43所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于:通过同一指示消息发送所述至少一个指示信息,其中,所述同一指示消息包括与至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示域,所述至少两个指示域中每个指示域用于承载对应的系统信息组是否发生更新的信息,所述至少两个指示域包括至少一个指示域,所述至少一个指示域一一对应的承载所述至少一个指示信息,所述至少两个系统信息组包括所述至少一个系统信息组。
  45. 根据权利要求42或43所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于:发送与至少两个系统信息组一一对应的至少两个指示消息,其中,所述至少两个指示消息中每个指示消息用于承载对应的系统信息组是否发生更新的信息,所述至少两个指示消息包括至少一个指示消息,所述至少一个指示消息一一对应的承载所述至少一个第一指示信息,所述至少两个 系统信息组包括所述至少一个系统信息组。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于:
    在用于传输所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息的第一传输资源上,发送所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息,其中,不同系统信息组对应的指示消息对应不同的第一传输资源;或
    根据所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组指示消息对应的第一网络临时标识,发送所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的指示消息,其中,不同的系统信息组对应不同的第一网络临时标识。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于发送第一配置消息,所述第一配置消息包括系统信息组对应的指示消息和第一传输资源的对应关系;或
    所述第一配置消息包括系统信息组对应的指示消息和第一网络临时标识的对应关系。
  48. 根据权利要求42至47中任一项所述的网络侧设备,所述发送模块还用于发送至少一个标签值组,至少一个标签值组与所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应,所述至少一个标签值组中每个标签值组包括至少一个标签值,每个标签值组包括的至少一个标签值与对应的系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息一一对应。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息组包括多个系统信息组,所述至少一个标签值组包括与所述多个系统信息组一一对应的多个标签值组,
    所述发送模块具体用于:
    发送携带所述多个标签值组的同一个标签值消息;或
    发送与所述多个系统信息组一一对应的多个标签值消息,其中,所述多个标签值消息中的每个标签值消息用于承载对应的系统信息组对应的标签值组。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于:
    在用于传输所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应 的第二传输资源上,发送所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同系统信息组对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二传输资源;或
    根据所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应的第二网络临时标识,发送所述多个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同的系统信息组对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二网络临时标识。
  51. 根据权利要求50所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于发送第二配置消息,所述第二配置消息包括系统信息组对应的标签值消息和第二传输资源的对应关系;或所述第二配置消息包括系统信息组对应的标签值消息和第二网络临时标识的对应关系。
  52. 一种网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括:
    确定模块,用于确定发生更新的至少一个系统信息组,所述至少一个系统信息组中的每个系统信息组包括至少一个系统信息;
    发送模块,用于发送所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应的至少一个标签值消息,其中,所述至少一个标签值组与所述至少一个系统信息组一一对应,所述至少一个标签值组中每个标签值组包括至少一个标签值,每个标签值组包括的至少一个标签值与对应的系统信息组包括的至少一个系统信息一一对应,标签值消息包括寻呼消息或物理控制信道消息。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个系统信息组包括至少两个系统信息组,
    所述发送模块具体用于:在用于传输所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应的第二传输资源上,发送所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同系统信息组对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二传输资源;或
    根据所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组的标签值消息对应的第二网络临时标识,发送所述至少两个系统信息组中每个系统信息组对应的标签值消息,其中,不同系统信息组对应的标签值消息对应不同的第二网络临时标识。
  54. 根据权利要求52或53所述的网络侧设备,其特征在于,标签值消息包括寻呼消息或物理控制信道消息。
