Description

一种加湿器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种加湿器,尤其涉及的是一种能够便于用户随身携带并使用的加湿器。
背景技术
在冬季干燥季节或空气干燥的环境,由于空气中水分含量偏少,人们吸入空气时会感觉不舒服,鼻子会因吸入缺少水分的空气使鼻腔干燥不舒适,鼻腔内的粘膜血液循环旺盛,鼻腔可能会因为缺水而引起血管破裂出血。
现有技术只针对室内的使用情况设计了加湿器,而且加湿器不能够随意的移动位置,当用户在户外时或者用户处于移动的状态时,现有的加湿器不能满足用户的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种在用户处于移动状态或用户处于室外环境时也能够方便使用的加湿器。
本发明提供了一种加湿器,其中,包括加湿组件和电源组件,所述加湿组件包括呈弧形的佩戴管,且所述佩戴管呈中空结构,所述佩戴管朝向用户的侧面形成有容纳凹槽,所述容纳凹槽与用户的后脑形状匹配设置,所述佩戴管的第一端形成有第一耳挂部,所述佩戴管的第二端形成有第二耳挂部,所述第一耳挂部与所述第二耳挂部与用户耳郭位置对应设置,以使通过将所述第一耳挂部和所述第二耳挂部匹配设置在用户耳郭上,使得用户的后脑能够容纳在所述佩戴管所形成的所述容纳凹槽内部;
所述第一耳挂部沿远离用户的耳郭的方向延伸设置有延伸管,所述延伸管沿朝向用户的鼻部延伸设置有喷嘴管,所述喷嘴管与用户的鼻部所对应的端部设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴管内插设固定有雾化组件,所述佩戴管经由所述第一耳挂部与所述延伸管和所述喷嘴管依次导通设置以形成储液腔,所述雾化组件与所述电源组件电连接设置,且所述雾化组件与所述储液腔导通设置,以使所述雾化组件能够将所述储液腔所存储的液体雾化后经由所述喷嘴喷出以供用户呼吸。
可选的,所述加湿组件包括第一壳体和第二壳体,且所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体相互扣合连接以形成所述佩戴管和所述延伸管。
可选的,所述第一壳体背离用户的侧面形成有第一容纳凹腔,所述第二壳体朝向用户的侧面形成有第二容纳凹腔,所述第一容纳凹腔的开口与所述第二容纳凹腔的开口相对设置;
所述第二容纳凹腔的外腔壁插设固定在所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔壁上,以使所述第二容纳凹腔的腔口处抵持设置在所述第一容纳凹腔的腔底部,且所述第一容纳凹腔和所述第二容纳凹腔之间形成有所述储液腔。

可选的,所述第二耳挂部的开口内插设固定有第二端盖,所述第二端盖包括第二端盖本体,所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内,所述第二端盖本体远离所述第二耳挂部的开口的侧面沿所述第二耳挂部的径向方向延伸设置有第四延伸部,且所述第四延伸部沿远离所述第二端盖本体的方向设置,以使当所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内时,所述第四延伸部和所述第二耳挂部的开口处相互抵持设置。
可选的,环绕所述第二端盖本体的外周面设置有第五凹槽,所述第五凹槽内部插设固定有第二密封圈,且当所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内时,所述第二密封圈位于所述第二耳挂部的内周壁和所述第二端盖本体之间,以使所述第二耳挂部和所述第二端盖本体之间过盈配合。
可选的,所述第一耳挂部背离用户的侧面设置有第一固定把手,所述第二耳挂部背离用户的侧面设置有第二固定把手,且所述第一固定把手和所述第二固定把手之间连接设置有由弹性材质制成的弹力带,以使当用户佩戴所述加湿器时,所述弹力带与用户的额头处抵持设置。
可选的,所述雾化片为超声波雾化片,或发热丝,或陶瓷发热片。
采用本实施例所示的加湿器的有益效果在于:
1、通过本发明所示的加湿器的结构,所述加湿器能够稳固的设置在用户的头部位置,即便用户走动或跑动的情况下,所述加湿器也不会出现脱落的情况,有效的避免了加湿器因摔落而出现意外损坏的情况,提升了加湿器的使用寿命,从而便于用户随身携带本实施例所提供的加湿器。
2、本发明所示的加湿器的雾化组件能够将储液腔内的液体雾化以生成水雾,该水雾经由所述喷嘴向用户的鼻部喷出以供用户呼吸,从而提升了用户所呼吸的气体的湿度,从而提升了用户呼吸过程中的健康,从而避免因用户吸入干燥的空气所带来的不适,防止用户鼻腔出血的情况的出现。

所述容纳凹槽102与用户的后脑形状匹配设置,可见如图5所示,当用户佩戴本实施例所示的加湿器时,用户的后脑能够与所述容纳凹槽102形状匹配设置,进而使得用户的后脑能偶与所述佩戴管101的内周面贴合设置。
所述佩戴管101的第一端形成有第一耳挂部103,所述第一耳挂部103与用户左耳的耳郭位置对应设置,以使当用户佩戴本实施例所示的加湿器时,用户的左耳的耳郭能够与所述第一耳挂部103的内周面匹配设置。

具体的,所述第一延伸子管1051和所述佩戴管101之间的夹角大于90度,从而使得采用本实施例所示的结构能够便于位于所述佩戴管101内的液体顺利的导通至所述雾化组件300,从而提升了所述储液腔108内所存储的液体的利用效率,在实际应用中,即便所述佩戴管101内所剩余的液体比较少,也能够沿倾斜的所述第一延伸子管1051顺利的导通至所述雾化组件300,避免因所述储液腔108剩余液体较少而使得加湿器无法正常使用的情况的出现,从而延长了加湿器的使用时长。
所述第二延伸子管1052朝向用户的侧面延伸设置有第一通孔113,具体的,所述第一通孔113沿远离所述第二延伸子管1052的方向设置。
所述第一通孔113与所述第二延伸子管1052导通设置,且所述喷嘴管106与所述第一通孔113套设连接。
具体的,所述喷嘴管106与所述第二延伸子管1052之间的夹角小于或等于90度。
因所述喷嘴管106与所述第二延伸子管1052之间的夹角小于或等于90度,从而使得位于所述喷嘴管106端部的所述喷嘴107能够与用户的鼻部位置对应设置,进而使得所述喷嘴107所喷出的雾气能够直接流通至用户鼻部的鼻孔处,从而便于用户吸入湿度较大的气体。
更具体的,所述喷嘴管106的第一端内凹形成有第一凹槽114,所述第一凹槽114和所述喷嘴管106的内周壁之间形成有第一抵持部115,所述第一通孔113容置在所述第一凹槽114内部,且所述第一通孔113的端口与所述第一 抵持部115抵持设置。
所述第一通孔113与所述第一抵持部115之间设置有第一密封圈116,通过所述第一密封圈116以使所述第一通孔113和所述喷嘴管106之间过盈配合。
所述第一密封圈116用于密封所述储液腔108,从而避免所述储液腔108所存储的液体从所述喷嘴管106和所述第二延伸子管1052之间泄漏。
所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端插设固定有第一端盖117,且所述第二延伸子管1052的第一端和所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端相对设置。
所述第一端盖117包括第一端盖本体1171,所述第一端盖本体1171沿朝向所述第二延伸子管1052的方向设置有第一延伸部1172。
所述第一端盖本体1171沿朝向所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端的管口方向设置有第二抵持部1173,以使当所述第一延伸部1172插设固定在所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端内部时,所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端的管口抵持固定在所述第二抵持部1173上。
所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端和所述第一端盖117之间设置有密封塞118。
具体的,所述密封塞118由弹性材料制成。
更具体的,所述弹性材料可为以下所示的至少一项:
热塑性弹性体TPE、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物及其制成的橡塑发泡材料EVA、聚氨酯材料PU、聚丙乙烯PPE以及硅胶等。
所述第一延伸部1172和所述第一端盖本体1171之间形成有第二凹槽1174,即所述第一延伸部1172内设置有所述第二凹槽1174。
所述密封塞118包括密封塞本体1181,所述密封塞本体1181插设固定在所述第二凹槽1174内部,所述密封塞本体1181沿所述第一端盖117的横向方向延伸设置有第二延伸部1182,所述第二延伸部1182贴合所述第一延伸部1172的端部设置,且所述第二延伸部1182的端部抵持所述第二延伸子管1052的第二端部的内周壁设置。
以下对本实施例所示的所述加湿组件100和所述电源组件200的连接方式进行说明。
一种,贯穿所述密封塞本体1181设置有两个第二通孔1183,贯穿所述第一端盖本体1171设置有两个第三通孔1175,且两个所述第二通孔1183和两个所述第三通孔1175分别同轴设置。
所述加湿器还包括第一电子线119和第二电子线120,所述第一电子线119和所述第二电子线120的第一端与所述雾化组件300电连接,所述第一电子线119和所述第二电子线120的第二端依次穿过所述喷嘴管106、所述第一通孔113、所述第二通孔1183和所述第三通孔1175与所述电源组件200电连接设置。
采用本实施例所示的结构,所述电源组件200与所述加湿组件100之间的所述第一电子线119和所述第二电子线120的长度大于或等于预设阈值。
如图4所示,采用本实施例所示的加湿器的结构时,用户头部可佩带所述所述加湿组件100,因所述第一电子线119和所述第二电子线120的长度大于或等于预设阈值,则用户即可将所述电源组件200放置在用户的口袋中,方便用户运动时或在室外时使用本实施例所述的加湿器。而且将所述加湿组件100和所述电源组件200分离设置,从而减轻了用户佩戴所述加湿器的重量。
另一种如图6和图8所示,其中,图6为本发明实施例所提供的加湿器的一种实施例整体结构示意图,图7为本发明实施例所提供的用户佩戴加湿器的另一种实施例使用状态示意图,为更好的说明用户佩戴本实施例所示的加湿器的情况,则本实施例继续结合图8所示对用户佩戴所述加湿器的情况进行说明。
具体的,图8为本发明实施例所提供的用户佩戴加湿器的另一种实施例局部使用状态示意图。
更具体的,图8为图7所示的区域700的放大结构示意图。
所述第二延伸子管1052背离所述第一通孔113的侧面设置有第四通孔,所述第四通孔与所述第二延伸子管1052导通设置。
所述加湿器还包括第一电子线和第二电子线,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第一端与所述雾化组件300电连接,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第二端依次穿过所述喷嘴管106、所述第一通孔113和所述第四通孔与所述电源组件200电连接设置。
可见,本实施例所述电源组件200固定设置在所述第二延伸子管1052背离所述第一通孔113的侧面。
采用本实施例所示的结构,能够便于用户携带加湿器,且所述电源组件200可通过螺钉701固定至所述第二延伸子管1052上,具体的,可在所述第四通孔的内周壁设置有螺纹段,穿过所述电源组件200的所述螺钉701能够螺纹连接至所述第四通孔的内部。
如图1至图5所示,所述喷嘴107包括喷嘴本体1701,贯穿所述喷嘴本体1701设置有出雾口1702,且所述出雾口1702与所述喷嘴管106导通设置。所述喷嘴本体1701插设固定在所述喷嘴管106的第二端内,所述喷嘴管106的第二端和所述喷嘴管106之间所形成的夹角小于或等于90度,从而使得所述雾化组件300将所述储液腔108所存储的液体雾化后所生成的雾气经由所述出雾口1702向用户鼻部喷出。
所述喷嘴本体1701沿所述喷嘴管106的径向方向延伸设置有第三延伸部1703,且所述第三延伸部1703沿远离所述喷嘴本体1701的方向延伸设置,以使当所述喷嘴本体1701插设固定在所述喷嘴管106的第二端内部时,所述喷嘴管106的第二端的端口与所述第三延伸部1703相互抵持设置。
所述喷嘴管106的第二端内凹形成有第三凹槽121,所述第三凹槽121和所述喷嘴管106的内周壁之间形成有第三抵持部122;
所述雾化组件300包括雾化片301以及用于固定设置所述雾化片301的雾化座302,所述雾化座302沿所述喷嘴管106的第二端的纵向贯穿设置有第五通孔303,所述第五通孔303的侧壁内凹形成有第四凹槽304,所述雾化片301的端部插设在所述第四凹槽304内部,且所述雾化片301铺设在第五通孔303内部,以使所述储液腔108内的液体能够经由所述第五通孔303导通至所述雾化片301上,使得当所述雾化座302插设固定在所述第三凹槽121内部时,所述雾化座302与所述第三抵持部122抵持设置。
其中,本实施例以所述雾化片301为发热丝为例,本实施例对所述雾化片301不作限定,只要所述雾化片301能够将所述储液腔108所存储的液体进行雾化即可,例如,所述雾化片301可为超声波雾化片,或陶瓷发热片等。
可选的,所述第二耳挂部104的开口内插设固定有第二端盖123,所述第 二端盖123包括第二端盖本体124,所述第二端盖本体124插设固定在所述第二耳挂部104的开口内。
所述第二端盖本体124远离所述第二耳挂部104的开口的侧面沿所述第二耳挂部104的径向方向延伸设置有第四延伸部125,且所述第四延伸部125沿远离所述第二端盖本体124的方向设置,以使当所述第二端盖本体124插设固定在所述第二耳挂部104的开口内时,所述第四延伸部125和所述第二耳挂部104的开口处相互抵持设置。
环绕所述第二端盖本体124的外周面设置有第五凹槽126,所述第五凹槽126内部插设固定有第二密封圈127,且当所述第二端盖本体124插设固定在所述第二耳挂部104的开口内时,所述第二密封圈127位于所述第二耳挂部104的内周壁和所述第二端盖本体124之间,以使所述第二耳挂部104和所述第二端盖本体124之间过盈配合。
可选的,如图6至图8所示,所述第一耳挂部103背离用户的侧面设置有第一固定把手801,所述第二耳挂部104背离用户的侧面设置有第二固定把手802。
所述第一固定把手801和所述第二固定把手802之间连接设置有由弹性材质制成的弹力带803,以使当用户佩戴所述加湿器时,所述弹力带803与用户的额头处抵持设置。
可见,采用所述弹力带803能够进一步的稳固的佩戴在用户的头部,有效的防止所述加湿器跌落的可能。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种加湿器,其特征在于,包括加湿组件和电源组件,所述加湿组件包括呈弧形的佩戴管,且所述佩戴管呈中空结构,所述佩戴管朝向用户的侧面形成有容纳凹槽,所述容纳凹槽与用户的后脑形状匹配设置,所述佩戴管的第一端形成有第一耳挂部,所述佩戴管的第二端形成有第二耳挂部,所述第一耳挂部及所述第二耳挂部与用户耳郭位置对应设置,以使通过将所述第一耳挂部和所述第二耳挂部匹配设置在用户耳郭上,使得用户的后脑能够容纳在所述佩戴管所形成的所述容纳凹槽内部;
    所述第一耳挂部沿远离用户的耳郭的方向延伸设置有延伸管,所述延伸管沿朝向用户的鼻部延伸设置有喷嘴管,所述喷嘴管与用户的鼻部所对应的端部设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴管内插设固定有雾化组件,所述佩戴管经由所述第一耳挂部与所述延伸管和所述喷嘴管依次导通设置以形成储液腔,所述雾化组件与所述电源组件电连接设置,且所述雾化组件与所述储液腔导通设置,以使所述雾化组件能够将所述储液腔所存储的液体雾化后经由所述喷嘴喷出以供用户呼吸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述加湿组件包括第一壳体和第二壳体,且所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体相互扣合连接以形成所述佩戴管和所述延伸管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一壳体背离用户的侧面形成有第一容纳凹腔,所述第二壳体朝向用户的侧面形成有第二容纳凹腔,所述第一容纳凹腔的开口与所述第二容纳凹腔的开口相对设置;
    所述第二容纳凹腔的外腔壁插设固定在所述第一容纳凹腔的内腔壁上,以使所述第二容纳凹腔的腔口处抵持设置在所述第一容纳凹腔的腔底部,且所述第一容纳凹腔和所述第二容纳凹腔之间形成有所述储液腔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述延伸管包括相互导通连接的第一延伸子管和第二延伸子管,所述第一延伸子管的第一端与所述第一耳挂部导通连接,所述第一延伸子管的第二端与所述第二延伸子管的第一端导通连接,所述第一延伸子管的第一端和所述第一延伸子管的第二端相对设置,且所述第一延伸子管的第一端与用户的耳郭之间的距离小于所述第一延伸 子管的第二端与用户的耳郭之间的距离,以使位于所述佩戴管内的液体能够经由所述第一延伸子管导通至所述第二延伸子管;
    所述第二延伸子管朝向用户的侧面延伸设置有第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二延伸子管导通设置,且所述喷嘴管与所述第一通孔套设连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一延伸子管和所述佩戴管之间的夹角大于90度,所述喷嘴管与所述第二延伸子管之间的夹角小于或等于90度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴管的第一端内凹形成有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述喷嘴管的内周壁之间形成有第一抵持部,所述第一通孔容置在所述第一凹槽内部,且所述第一通孔的端口与所述第一抵持部抵持设置;
    所述第一通孔与所述第一抵持部之间设置有第一密封圈,通过所述第一密封圈以使所述第一通孔和所述喷嘴管之间过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第二延伸子管的第二端插设固定有第一端盖,所述第二延伸子管的第一端和所述第二延伸子管的第二端相对设置;
    所述第一端盖包括第一端盖本体,所述第一端盖本体沿朝向所述第二延伸子管的方向设置有第一延伸部,所述第一端盖本体沿朝向所述第二延伸子管的第二端的管口方向设置有第二抵持部,以使当所述第一延伸部插设固定在所述第二延伸子管的第二端内部时,所述第二延伸子管的第二端的管口抵持固定在所述第二抵持部上;
    所述第二延伸子管的第二端和所述第一端盖之间设置有密封塞。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部和所述第一端盖本体之间形成有第二凹槽,所述密封塞包括密封塞本体,所述密封塞本体插设固定在所述第二凹槽内部,所述密封塞本体沿所述第一端盖的横向方向延伸设置有第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部贴合所述第一延伸部的端部设置,且所述第二延伸部的端部抵持所述第二延伸子管的第二端部的内周壁设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的加湿器,其特征在于,贯穿所述密封塞本体设置有两个第二通孔,贯穿所述第一端盖本体设置有两个第三通孔,且两个所述 第二通孔和两个所述第三通孔分别同轴设置;
    所述加湿器还包括第一电子线和第二电子线,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第一端与所述雾化组件电连接,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第二端依次穿过所述喷嘴管、所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔和所述第三通孔与所述电源组件电连接设置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第二延伸子管背离所述第一通孔的侧面设置有第四通孔,所述第四通孔与所述第二延伸子管导通设置;
    所述加湿器还包括第一电子线和第二电子线,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第一端与所述雾化组件电连接,所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的第二端依次穿过所述喷嘴管、所述第一通孔和所述第四通孔与所述电源组件电连接设置。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述电源组件与所述加湿组件之间的所述第一电子线和所述第二电子线的长度大于或等于预设阈值;
    或,
    所述电源组件固定设置在所述第二延伸子管背离所述第一通孔的侧面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴包括喷嘴本体,贯穿所述喷嘴本体设置有出雾口,且所述出雾口与所述喷嘴管导通设置,以使所述雾化组件将所述储液腔所存储的液体雾化后所生成的雾气经由所述出雾口向用户鼻部喷出;
    所述喷嘴本体插设固定在所述喷嘴管的第二端内,所述喷嘴管的第二端和所述喷嘴管之间所形成的夹角小于或等于90度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴本体沿所述喷嘴管的径向方向延伸设置有第三延伸部,且所述第三延伸部沿远离所述喷嘴本体的方向延伸设置,以使当所述喷嘴本体插设固定在所述喷嘴管的第二端内部时,所述喷嘴管的第二端的端口与所述第三延伸部相互抵持设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述喷嘴管的第二端内凹形成有第三凹槽,所述第三凹槽和所述喷嘴管的内周壁之间形成有第三抵 持部;
    所述雾化组件包括雾化片以及用于固定设置所述雾化片的雾化座,所述雾化座沿所述喷嘴管的第二端的纵向贯穿设置有第五通孔,所述第五通孔的侧壁内凹形成有第四凹槽,所述雾化片的端部插设在所述第四凹槽内部,且所述雾化片铺设在第五通孔内部,以使所述储液腔内的液体能够经由所述第五通孔导通至所述雾化片上,使得当所述雾化座插设固定在所述第三凹槽内部时,所述雾化座与所述第三抵持部抵持设置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第二耳挂部的开口内插设固定有第二端盖,所述第二端盖包括第二端盖本体,所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内,所述第二端盖本体远离所述第二耳挂部的开口的侧面沿所述第二耳挂部的径向方向延伸设置有第四延伸部,且所述第四延伸部沿远离所述第二端盖本体的方向设置,以使当所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内时,所述第四延伸部和所述第二耳挂部的开口处相互抵持设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的加湿器,其特征在于,环绕所述第二端盖本体的外周面设置有第五凹槽,所述第五凹槽内部插设固定有第二密封圈,且当所述第二端盖本体插设固定在所述第二耳挂部的开口内时,所述第二密封圈位于所述第二耳挂部的内周壁和所述第二端盖本体之间,以使所述第二耳挂部和所述第二端盖本体之间过盈配合。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一耳挂部背离用户的侧面设置有第一固定把手,所述第二耳挂部背离用户的侧面设置有第二固定把手,且所述第一固定把手和所述第二固定把手之间连接设置有由弹性材质制成的弹力带,以使当用户佩戴所述加湿器时,所述弹力带与用户的额头处抵持设置。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述雾化片为超声波雾化片,或发热丝,或陶瓷发热片。
