Abstract

複数のフレームフォーマットが多重されて使用される環境下において、他の無線アクセスシステムとの共存を達成しつつ、高い周波数利用効率を実現する、基地局装置、端末装置、および通信方法を提供すること。本発明の基地局装置は、複数のフレーム構成のうち、所定のフレーム構成に基づいて、前記第2の周波数帯域に対して、キャリアセンスを行ない、前記第2の周波数帯域を所定の期間だけ獲得する受信部と、前記所定のフレーム構成に関する制御情報を通知し、前記所定の期間において、前記所定のフレーム構成に基づいて、前記端末装置に下りリンク信号を送信する送信部と、を備える。
