Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évacuation des cendres doté d'une sortie de cendres pour une chaudière, le dispositif comprenant une sortie de cendres (1). Le dispositif d'évacuation des cendres comprend en outre un cadre de porte (2) et une enveloppe (3) de cadre de porte. Le cadre de porte (2) est en communication avec la sortie de cendres (1), et une vis sans fin cylindrique (20) est disposée au niveau d'une position où le cadre de porte (2) est en communication avec la sortie de cendres (1). Un évidement (21) destiné à s'accoupler avec un filetage externe de la vis sans fin (20), et un moteur (22) destiné à entraîner en rotation la vis sans fin (20), sont disposés au niveau d'une paroi interne du cadre de porte (2). Un cadre de support (23) destiné à porter le moteur (22) est relié à la paroi interne du cadre de porte (2) et disposé sur cette dernière. Un trou traversant (230) servant à disposer le câblage est agencé à l'intérieur du cadre de support (23). Une alimentation (30), destinée à alimenter en énergie électrique le moteur (22), est disposée dans un espace formé entre le cadre de porte (2) et l'enveloppe (3) de cadre de porte. Une paroi externe de l'enveloppe (3) de cadre de porte est munie d'un interrupteur de commande (31) destiné à commander la marche et l'arrêt du moteur (22). Lorsque les cendres doivent être évacuées, seul l'interrupteur de commande (31) doit être commandé pour activer le fonctionnement du moteur (22). La rotation de la vis sans fin (20) provoque l'évacuation des cendres d'entre les filets de la vis sans fin (20). Lorsque la vis sans fin (20) tourne, l'air qui coule forme un écoulement à pression d'air permettant l'évacuation rapide et complète des cendres. L'invention présente une structure simple et des coûts faibles.
