一种治疗床翻转机构 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,更具体的说,涉及一种治疗床翻转机构。
背景技术
由于女性乳房的特殊性,在CT扫描和治疗时乳房需用乳罩杯固定,在治疗时乳罩杯需固定在治疗床上,以保证治疗的精准性。在治疗准备阶段,需将乳罩杯固定在治疗床上,患者需站立以便于医护人员操作和防止乳罩杯脱落。
在乳腺放肿瘤射治疗时,患者需面朝下趴在治疗床上,放射治疗装置的主机位于治疗床下方。因此,就需要设计一种结构,可以将治疗床和患者从治疗准备位置(患者站立)运送到治疗位置(患者水平趴在医疗床上)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便翻转治疗床的治疗床翻转机构。适用于乳腺肿瘤放射治疗设备
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种治疗床翻转机构,用于连接设备主机与治疗床,所述治疗床翻转机构包括与设备主机固定连接的固定部和与所述治疗床连接的治疗床锁紧装置,所述固定部与所述治疗床锁紧装置之间设有第一旋转部和第二旋转部,所述第一旋转部和第二旋转部均分别与固定部和治疗床锁紧装置可转动的连接,所述治疗床翻转机构还包括旋转驱动装置,所述旋转驱动装置至少驱动第一旋转部和第二旋转部中的一个旋转运动。
进一步的,所述治疗床锁紧装置包括设置在治疗床两侧的连接支架,所述连接支架上设有至少一个可伸缩的锁紧凸起,所述治疗床上设有与所述锁紧凸起配合的治疗床凹槽,所述治疗床翻转机构包括锁紧保护装置,所述锁紧保护装置可限制所述锁紧凸起从所述治疗床凹槽中退出。采用这种结构,就可以将治疗床通过锁紧凸起稳定的安装在治疗床锁紧装置上,从而让治疗床在被治疗床翻转机构翻转时不易放生移位、掉落等情况,保证治疗床和患者的安全,另外,为防止锁紧凸起意外拔出,治疗床翻转机 构还设置有锁紧保护装置,防止锁紧凸起从治疗床中意外脱离,保证治疗床和患者的稳定。
进一步的,所述治疗床锁紧装置包括与所述连接支架同时延伸的活动支架,所述锁紧凸起设置在所述活动支架上,所述位于治疗床两侧的两个连接支架之间设有控制所述活动支架的支架控制装置,所述支架控制装置包括支架控制杆和可转动的安装在所述支架控制杆上的第一转动杆和第二转动杆,所述支架控制杆位于所述第一转动杆和第二转动杆之间,所述第一转动杆一端安装在所述支架控制杆上,另一端与所述活动支架相连,所述第二转动杆一端安装在所述支架控制杆上,另一端安装在所述连接支架上。这样设置,当位于第一转动杆和第二转动杆之间的支架控制杆沿其轴向运动时,就会带动第一转动杆和第二转动杆运动,而第二转动杆的另一端安装在连接支架上,在支架控制杆运动时,第一转动杆就会带动其一端的活动支架远离或靠近连接支架,这样就可以让设置在活动支架上的锁紧凸起锁紧或解锁治疗床。

进一步的,所述伸缩装置包括中心轴杆和固定在中心轴杆上的转动盘,所述滑动杆包括与所述转动盘连接的第一弯折部,所述转动盘上设有转动盘安装孔,所述第一弯折部上设有第一安装孔,所述转动盘安装孔与第一安装孔之间设有第一销轴连接。采用这种结构,让中心轴杆带动转动盘一起转动,从而带动与转动盘连接的滑动杆,从而控制滑动杆沿其轴向运动,滑动杆上设置第一弯折部可以转动盘带动滑动杆的运行时可转动的角度更 大,使滑动杆在沿轴向运动时的运动形成更大,从而方便控制锁紧凸起的运动形成,转动盘与第一弯折部之间设置第一销轴连接可以方便转动盘与滑动杆之间的相互转动。
进一步的,所述滑动杆包括与第一弯折部固定连接的第一连接部和与第一杠杆可转动连接的第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间设有安装在所述滑动杆通孔的滑动部,所述滑动部与所述第一连接部和第二连接部均可转动连接。滑动杆采用这种结构,设置滑动部安装在滑动杆通孔内,可以让滑动杆其他部分更加准确可靠的完成各自的功能,第一连接部将运动传递给滑动部,滑动部通过第二连接部将运动传递给第一杠杆,第一杠杆将运动传递给支架控制杆,从而让支架控制杆的运动带动活动支架运动,进而带动锁紧凸起的运动。
进一步的,所述支架控制杆包括第一支架控制杆和与第一支架控制杆可转动连接的第二支架控制杆,所述第一支架控制杆与所述第一转动杆和第二转动杆相连,所述第二支架控制杆一端与第一支架控制杆相连,另一端与所述第一杠杆相连。支架控制杆这种设置可以增加支架控制杆的运动柔性,使第一支架控制杆的运动运行更加大,从而使活动支架的运动形成增大,进而增加锁紧凸起的运动行程。
进一步的,所述锁紧保护装置包括设置在连接支架上的第二杠杆,所述第二杠杆一端与所述设备主机配合,另一端连接有第二销轴,所述第二销轴与所述第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆配合限制所述活动支架朝向靠近所述支架控制杆的方向运动。这样设置,只有在将治疗床翻转到位,水平放置在设备主机上之后,第二杠杆的一端与设备主机配合,带动第二杠杆运动,从而使第二杠杆另一端的第二销轴脱离与第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆的配合,从而可以让第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆转动,使活动支架可以运动,进而让锁紧凸起从治疗床的凹槽中脱离出来,将治疗床锁紧装置与治疗床之间解锁,因此,在治疗床没有翻转到位,没有水平的放置在设备主机上时,第二销轴就会始终限制第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆的转动,从而让活动支架不能运动,进而放置锁紧凸起从治疗床的凹槽中脱离,保证治疗床锁紧装置与治疗床之间的配合稳定和安全,保证治疗床和患者的安全,避免医护人员误操作或其他未知因素导致危险情况发生。
进一步的,所述连接支架包括相互垂直的第一连接支架板和第二连接支架板,所述第二杠杆可转动的安装在所述第二连接支架上,所述第一连 接支架板与所述第二杠杆与设备主机配合的一端之间设有复位弹性部件。这样设置就可以让第二杠杆与设备主机脱离配合后,让第二杠杆通过复位弹性部件复位,从而让第二销轴限制第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆的转动,从而限制活动支架的运动,进而将锁紧凸起限制在治疗床的凹槽中,使治疗床锁紧装置与治疗床锁紧稳定。
进一步的,所述第一连接支架板上还设有与所述第二销轴配合的第二销轴孔,所述第二销轴穿过所述第二销轴孔与所述第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆配合,所述第二杠杆与设备主机配合的一端还安装有与设备主机配合的滚轮。在第一连接支架板上设置与所述第二销轴配合的第二销轴孔,可以让第二销轴与第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆配合时更加稳定,不易发生移位等情况,而第二杠杆与设备主机配合的一端安装有与设备主机配合的滚轮可以在第二杠杆与设备主机配合时起到缓冲的作用,减少零部件的损伤。
本发明由于治疗床翻转机构包括与设备主机固定连接的固定部和与所述治疗床连接的治疗床锁紧装置,所述固定部与所述治疗床锁紧装置之间设有第一旋转部和第二旋转部,所述第一旋转部和第二旋转部均分别与固定部和治疗床锁紧装置可转动的连接,所述治疗床翻转机构还包括旋转驱动装置,所述旋转驱动装置至少驱动第一旋转部和第二旋转部中的一个旋转运动,这样治疗床锁紧装置、第一旋转部、固定部和第二旋转部就相互连接形成封闭的四连杆机构,而固定部与设备主机固定连接,当驱动装置驱动第一旋转部和第二旋转部中的至少一个绕固定部转动时,就会带动治疗床锁紧装置一起运动,从而可以将放置在治疗床锁紧装置上的治疗床从一个高度较低的位置带向一个高度较高的位置,从而方便将患者从高度较低的位置运送到高度较高的位置进行治疗,另外也可以将第一旋转部和第二旋转部的长度设置的不相等,即第一旋转部和第二旋转部之间的长度存在差异,这样第一旋转部和第二旋转部在运动的过程中就可以将治疗床锁紧装置从患者站立状态运送到患者水平状态,更加方便患者的准确就位和治疗。

如图1至图7所示,一种治疗床翻转机构1,用于连接设备主机2与治疗床3,所述治疗床3翻转机构1包括与设备主机2固定连接的固定部10和与所述治疗床3连接的治疗床锁紧装置4,所述固定部10与所述治疗床锁紧装置4之间设有第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12,所述第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12均分别与固定部10和治疗床锁紧装置4可转动的连接,所述治疗床翻转机构1还包括旋转驱动装置5,所述旋转驱动装置5至少驱动第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12中的一个旋转运动。
本发明由于治疗床翻转机构1包括与设备主机2固定连接的固定部10和与所述治疗床3连接的治疗床锁紧装置4,所述固定部10与所述治疗床锁紧装置4之间设有第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12,所述第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12均分别与固定部10和治疗床锁紧装置4可转动的连接,所述治疗床翻转机构1还包括旋转驱动装置5,所述旋转驱动装置5至少驱动第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12中的一个旋转运动,这样治疗床锁紧装置4、第一旋转部11、固定部10和第二旋转部12就相互连接形成封闭的四连杆机构,而固定部10与设备主机2固定连接,当驱动装置驱动第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12中的至少一个绕固定部10转动时,就会带动治疗床锁紧装置4一起运动,从而可以将放置在治疗床锁紧装置4上的治疗床3从一个高度较低的位置带向一个高度较高的位置,从而方便将患者从高度较低的位置运送到高度较高的位置进行治疗,另外也可以将第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12的长度设置的不相等,即第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12之间的长度存在差异,这样第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12在运动的过程中就可以将治疗床锁紧装置4从患者站立状态运送到患者水平状态,更加方便患者的准确就位和治疗。
治疗床翻转机构1的可以是四连杆机构,旋转驱动装置5可以是线性驱动器,线性驱动器可以伸长和缩短。线性驱动器伸长,第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12向左摆动,带动治疗床锁紧装置4向水平位置摆动。线性驱动器缩短,第一旋转部11和第二旋转部12向右摆动,带动治疗床锁紧装置4向竖直位置摆动。此外,为防止治疗床翻转机构1翻转角度过大,可以在第一旋转部11或/和第二旋转部12上设置限位部件9,限位部件9可以固定在固定部10上,限位部件9可以在第一旋转部11或/和第二旋转部12的两侧各设置一个,从顺时针和逆时针两个方向上限制第一旋转部11或/和第二旋转部12的转动。
治疗床锁紧装置4包括设置在治疗床3两侧的连接支架41,所述连接支架41上设有至少一个可伸缩的锁紧凸起42,所述治疗床3上设有与所述锁紧凸起42配合的治疗床凹槽,所述治疗床翻转机构1包括锁紧保护装置6,所述锁紧保护装置6可限制所述锁紧凸起42从所述治疗床凹槽中退出。采用这种结构,就可以将治疗床3通过锁紧凸起42稳定的安装在治疗床锁紧装置4上,从而让治疗床3在被治疗床翻转机构1翻转时不易放生移位、掉落等情况,保证治疗床3和患者的安全,另外,为防止锁紧凸起42意外拔出,治疗床翻转机构1还设置有锁紧保护装置6,防止锁紧凸起42从治疗床3中意外脱离,保证治疗床3和患者的稳定。
本实施例中,治疗床锁紧装置4两侧各有两个锁紧凸起42,治疗床3两侧各有两个凹槽,四个凸起可以插入四个凹槽中,使治疗床翻转机构1和治疗床3连成一体,锁紧凸起42从凹槽中拔出,则治疗床3和治疗床翻转机构1分开。通过把手可以驱动四个锁紧凸起42的动作,转动把手,通过曲柄滑块机构,滑动杆73可以左右滑动。当滑动杆73沿一定方向运动时,通过四连杆机构,锁紧凸起42沿一定方向运动,可以夹紧或脱开治疗床3。
治疗床锁紧装置4包括与所述连接支架41同时延伸的活动支架43,所述锁紧凸起42设置在所述活动支架43上,所述位于治疗床3两侧的两个连接支架41之间设有控制所述活动支架43的支架控制装置7,所述支架控制装置7包括支架控制杆70和可转动的安装在所述支架控制杆70上的第一转动杆71和第二转动杆72,所述支架控制杆70位于所述第一转动杆71和第二转动杆72之间,所述第一转动杆71一端安装在所述支架控制杆70上,另一端与所述活动支架43相连,所述第二转动杆72一端安装在所述支架控制杆70上,另一端安装在所述连接支架41上。这样设置,当位于第一转动杆71和第二转动杆72之间的支架控制杆70沿其轴向运动时,就会带动第一转动杆71和第二转动杆72运动,而第二转动杆72的另一端安装在连接支架41上,在支架控制杆70运动时,第一转动杆71就会带动其一端的活动支架43远离或靠近连接支架41,这样就可以让设置在活动支架43上的锁紧凸起42锁紧或解锁治疗床3。

伸缩装置74包括中心轴杆77和固定在中心轴杆77上的转动盘78,所述滑动杆73包括与所述转动盘78连接的第一弯折部79,所述转动盘78上设有转动盘78安装孔,所述第一弯折部79上设有第一安装孔,所述转动盘78安装孔与第一安装孔之间设有第一销轴连接。采用这种结构,让中心轴杆77带动转动盘78一起转动,从而带动与转动盘78连接的滑动杆73,从而控制滑动杆73沿其轴向运动,滑动杆73上设置第一弯折部79可以转动盘78带动滑动杆73的运行时可转动的角度更大,使滑动杆73在沿轴向运动时的运动形成更大,从而方便控制锁紧凸起42的运动形成,转动盘78与第一弯折部79之间设置第一销轴连接可以方便转动盘78与滑动杆73之间的相互转动。

治疗床3被运送到水平位置且设备主机2的治疗床托架和治疗床3结合后,治疗床锁紧装置4才松开与治疗床3脱离,在其他情况松开锁紧机构可能发生危险。锁紧保护装置6的作用是只有在治疗床翻转到位且治疗床托架和治疗床3对接完毕后,才可以操作治疗床锁紧装置4的把手松开治疗床3,避免医护人员误操作或其他未知因素导致危险情况发生。锁紧保护装置6的四连杆有第二销轴61限位,连杆摆动被限制,治疗床锁紧装置4不能松开治疗床3。当治疗床3被运送到水平位置,设备主机2的治疗床托架相对治疗床锁紧装置4上升,托盘安装在治疗床托架上,托盘向上推动滚轮63,在连杆的作用下,插销向下运动,锁紧机构可以松开治疗床3。治疗结束后,治疗床翻转机构1夹紧治疗床3,托盘向下运动,在弹簧和连杆的作用下,第二销轴61回位,此时治疗床锁紧装置4被限制,不能解锁。
治疗床翻转机构1将治疗床3与患者运送至水平状态,设备主机2的治疗床托架与治疗床3结合,锁紧保护装置6松开,治疗床翻转机构1与 治疗床3脱开,治疗床翻转机构1回到原位置,此时可以开始治疗。治疗结束后,治疗床翻转机构1翻转到水平状态,治疗床锁紧装置4夹紧治疗床3,治疗床翻转机构1下翻到初始状态。
连接支架41包括相互垂直的第一连接支架板45和第二连接支架板46,所述第二杠杆60可转动的安装在所述第二连接支架板46上,所述第一连接支架板45与所述第二杠杆60与设备主机2配合的一端之间设有复位弹性部件62。这样设置就可以让第二杠杆60与设备主机2脱离配合后,让第二杠杆60通过复位弹性部件62复位,从而让第二销轴61限制第一转动杆71或/和第二转动杆72的转动,从而限制活动支架43的运动,进而将锁紧凸起42限制在治疗床3的凹槽中,使治疗床锁紧装置4与治疗床3锁紧稳定。
第一连接支架板45上还设有与所述第二销轴61配合的第二销轴孔47,所述第二销轴61穿过所述第二销轴孔47与所述第一转动杆71或/和第二转动杆72配合,所述第二杠杆60与设备主机2配合的一端还安装有与设备主机2配合的滚轮63。在第一连接支架板45上设置与所述第二销轴61配合的第二销轴孔47,可以让第二销轴61与第一转动杆71或/和第二转动杆72配合时更加稳定,不易发生移位等情况,而第二杠杆60与设备主机2配合的一端安装有与设备主机2配合的滚轮63可以在第二杠杆60与设备主机2配合时起到缓冲的作用,减少零部件的损伤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种治疗床翻转机构,用于连接设备主机与治疗床,其特征在于,所述治疗床翻转机构包括与设备主机固定连接的固定部和与所述治疗床连接的治疗床锁紧装置,所述固定部与所述治疗床锁紧装置之间设有第一旋转部和第二旋转部,所述第一旋转部和第二旋转部均分别与固定部和治疗床锁紧装置可转动的连接,所述治疗床翻转机构还包括旋转驱动装置,所述旋转驱动装置至少驱动第一旋转部和第二旋转部中的一个旋转运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述治疗床锁紧装置包括设置在治疗床两侧的连接支架,所述连接支架上设有至少一个可伸缩的锁紧凸起,所述治疗床上设有与所述锁紧凸起配合的治疗床凹槽,所述治疗床翻转机构包括锁紧保护装置,所述锁紧保护装置可限制所述锁紧凸起从所述治疗床凹槽中退出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述治疗床锁紧装置包括与所述连接支架同时延伸的活动支架,所述锁紧凸起设置在所述活动支架上,所述位于治疗床两侧的两个连接支架之间设有控制所述活动支架的支架控制装置,所述支架控制装置包括支架控制杆和可转动的安装在所述支架控制杆上的第一转动杆和第二转动杆,所述支架控制杆位于所述第一转动杆和第二转动杆之间,所述第一转动杆一端安装在所述支架控制杆上,另一端与所述活动支架相连,所述第二转动杆一端安装在所述支架控制杆上,另一端安装在所述连接支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述两个连接支架之间设有支撑架连接,所述支架控制装置包括设置在支撑架上的滑动杆和控制滑动杆轴向运动的伸缩装置,所述支架控制装置还包括与支架控制杆相连的第一杠杆,所述滑动杆一端与所述第一杠杆相连,另一端与所述伸缩装置相连,所述第一杠杆与所述伸缩装置之间设有固定在所述支撑架上的固定轴套,所述固定轴套上设有与所述滑动杆配合的滑动杆通孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述伸缩装置包括中心轴杆和固定在中心轴杆上的转动盘,所述滑动杆包括与所述转动盘连接的第一弯折部,所述转动盘上设有转动盘安装孔,所述第一弯折部上设有第一安装孔,所述转动盘安装孔与第一安装孔之间设有第一销轴连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述滑动杆包括与第一弯折部固定连接的第一连接部和与第一杠杆可转动连接的第二连接部,所述第一连接部和第二连接部之间设有安装在所述滑动杆通孔的滑动部,所述滑动部与所述第一连接部和第二连接部均可转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述支架控制杆包括第一支架控制杆和与第一支架控制杆可转动连接的第二支架控制杆,所述第一支架控制杆与所述第一转动杆和第二转动杆相连,所述第二支架控制杆一端与第一支架控制杆相连,另一端与所述第一杠杆相连。
  8. 根据权利要求3至7任一所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧保护装置包括设置在连接支架上的第二杠杆,所述第二杠杆一端与所述设备主机配合,另一端连接有第二销轴,所述第二销轴与所述第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆配合限制所述活动支架朝向靠近所述支架控制杆的方向运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述连接支架包括相互垂直的第一连接支架板和第二连接支架板,所述第二杠杆可转动的安装在所述第二连接支架板上,所述第一连接支架板与所述第二杠杆与设备主机配合的一端之间设有复位弹性部件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种治疗床翻转机构,其特征在于,所述第一连接支架板上还设有与所述第二销轴配合的第二销轴孔,所述第二销轴穿过所述第二销轴孔与所述第一转动杆或/和第二转动杆配合,所述第二杠杆与设备主机配合的一端还安装有与设备主机配合的滚轮。
