Description

太阳能壁灯 技术领域
本发明属于照明技术领域,具体是涉及一种安装在建筑物室外的墙壁上的太阳能壁灯。
背景技术
壁灯是安装在墙壁上的辅助照明装饰灯具,直接安装于城市道路、小区道路、工业园区、旅游景区、公园庭院、绿化带、广场旁的建筑物上以及须亮化装饰的物体上等等,其作用是提供必要的照明,方便人们出行,点缀风景,景观亮化和美化环境。
壁灯多配用乳白色的玻璃灯罩,通过连接外部电源进行供电,长期需要耗费大量的电能,耗费成本较高,给使用者带来了较大负担。同时其使用传统光源,能耗等级高,不能节能环保,与我国现阶段环保节能型社会的要求格格不入。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能壁灯,以太阳能提供电能照明,无需接外部电源,方装使用方便,节能环保。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
提供一种太阳能壁灯,包括由面壳与底壳组合的呈V型的壳体、太阳能板、灯板、灯罩、控制板、电池以及红外感应探头,所述太阳能板安装在面壳的上表面,面壳的下表面向内凹入形成一灯腔,所述灯板安装在灯腔内,灯罩盖在灯腔上,电池与控制板安装在壳体内部,红外感应探头安装在面壳 上;太阳能板、灯板、电池和红外感应探头分别与控制板电连接,太阳能板产生电能给电池进行充电,电池为灯板的照明供电。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中所述灯板为LED灯板,包括有铝基板与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中,还包括有安装在底壳上背面灯板与背面灯罩,在底壳上设有背面灯腔,背面灯板置于背面灯腔内,背面灯罩盖在背面灯腔上。
进一步的,所述背面灯板为LED灯板,包括有铝基板与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中,还包括有按键开关,按键开关安装在底壳上,与电池及控制板电连接,用以控制电源的通断,按键开关包括安装在底壳内壁的开关控制板与伸出到底壳外的按键,按键上还设有硅胶帽。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中,所述底壳设置有电池盒和电池盖,电池固定在电池盒内,电池为可充电的锂电池。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中,所述底壳设置多个用于连接的安装孔,所述面壳设置有多个用于固定在底壳上的螺钉孔。
在以上技术方案的一个实施例中,所述灯罩设有多个用以散光的玻璃透镜,以及数个卡扣,灯罩通过卡扣固定在灯腔的开口。
本发明的技术方案,外形结构设计合理,整体形状简洁美观,太阳能板采光效果好,节能高效,安装于墙面或任意地方,形状简洁精致美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明,以便能更清楚与完整的理解本发明的发明本质。
参照图1、图2、图3所示,本实施例中是一种太阳能壁灯,包括壳体10、太阳能板20、灯板31、灯罩32、控制板40、电池50、红外感应探头60、背面灯板71、背面灯罩72和按键开关80;太阳能板、灯板、红外感应探头、电池、背面灯板和按键开关分别与控制板电连接。
壳体10是由V型的面壳11与V型底壳12组合而成,壳体10在安装时呈水平倒立的V型结构,太阳能板20设置在面壳的上表面,太阳能板与壳体内的控制板电连接,太阳能板在白天有太阳时将产生电能为电池50进行充电。
在面壳11的下表面向内凹入形成一灯腔111灯板31安装在灯腔111内,灯罩32则盖在灯腔111上的开口处,灯板与控制板电连接,由控制板40进行控制,电池为灯板供电进行照明,灯板31采用LED灯板,LED灯板包括有铝基板311与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片312。灯罩32上设有多个用以散光的玻璃透镜321以及数个卡扣322,透镜可以将灯板发出的光均匀的分散出去,灯罩32通过卡扣322固定在灯腔111的开口处。
红外感应探头60安装在面壳的弯折处靠下的位置,与控制板电连接,感应到壁灯下的人类经过,以启动照明,长时间无人经过时,则关闭照明,以节省电能。
背面灯板71与背面灯罩72安装在底壳上的弯折处内侧的背面灯腔121内,背面灯板与控制板电连接,由控制板进行控制,电池为背面灯板供电。底壳上设有背面灯腔121,背面灯板设置在背面灯腔内,背面灯罩72扣在背面灯腔121的开口处,背面灯板71采用LED灯板,包括有铝基板与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片。
按键开关80安装在底壳12上,用于控制整个壁灯的电源的通断,按键开关80包括固安在底壳内壁的开关控制板81,以及焊接在开关控制板上并伸出到底壳外的按键82,按键上还设有硅胶帽83。
电池50为可充电的锂电池,在底壳上设置有电池盒51和电池盖52,电池固定在电池盒内。底壳还设置多个用于连接安装在墙壁的安装孔123,面壳则设置有多个用于固定在底壳上的螺钉孔113。
本实施例的太阳能壁灯外形结构设计合理,整体形状简洁美观,V型结构使太阳能板采光效果更好,下方的照明效果好,节能高效,V型结构的壳体有两个端面安装于墙面或任意地方,安装牢固不易脱落。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种太阳能壁灯,包括由面壳与底壳组合的呈V型的壳体、太阳能板、灯板、灯罩、控制板、电池以及红外感应探头,所述太阳能板安装在面壳的上表面,面壳的下表面向内凹入形成一灯腔,所述灯板安装在灯腔内,灯罩盖在灯腔上,电池与控制板安装在壳体内部,红外感应探头安装在面壳上;太阳能板、灯板、电池和红外感应探头分别与控制板电连接,太阳能板产生电能给电池进行充电,电池为灯板的照明供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,所述灯板为LED灯板,包括有铝基板与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,还包括有安装在底壳上背面灯板与背面灯罩,在底壳上设有背面灯腔,背面灯板置于背面灯腔内,背面灯罩盖在背面灯腔上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,所述背面灯板为LED灯板,包括有铝基板与安装在铝基板上的LED发光芯片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,还包括有按键开关,按键开关安装在底壳上,与电池及控制板电连接,用以控制电源的通断,按键开关包括安装在底壳内壁的开关控制板与伸出到底壳外的按键,按键上还设有硅胶帽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,所述底壳设置有电池盒和电池盖,电池固定在电池盒内,电池为可充电的锂电池。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,所述底壳设置多个用于连接的安装孔,所述面壳设置有多个用于固定在底壳上的螺钉孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能壁灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩设有多个用以散光的玻璃透镜和数个卡扣,灯罩通过卡扣固定在灯腔的开口处。
