In the exothermic composition-accommodating bag described in Patent Document 1, an oxidation reaction of metal powder is used to impart warm heat to the wearer. Therefore, when using the bag for containing a heat generating composition, the heat generated by the bag for storing a heat generating composition may cause a low-temperature burn at a site in contact with the heat generating composition containing bag of the wearer. In addition, as the exothermic composition containing bag generates heat and water vapor, the affixing means for fixing to the wearer's clothes softens, and after the exothermic composition containing bag is used, the exothermic composition containing bag is peeled off from the clothes. When the exothermic composition-containing bag is discarded, the sticking means may remain on the clothes, and the sticking means may contaminate the clothes.
Accordingly, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a warm sensation sheet that is unlikely to cause low-temperature burns and in which a fixed portion is less likely to remain on clothes.
The present disclosure is a warm sensation sheet comprising a liquid retaining and liquid permeable skin contact sheet, a liquid impervious clothing contact sheet, and a fixing portion for fixing to the clothes in that order. [Aspect 2]
The warming sheet according to aspect 1, wherein the warming agent is an agonist for the TRPV1 receptor.
In the above-described warming sheet, since the warming agent is an agonist for the TRPV1 receptor, when using the warming sheet, the wearer may feel a temperature exceeding 43 ° C., which is called an activation temperature threshold of the TRPV1 receptor. It is possible, and the wearer can easily remember the warm feeling. In addition, the above-mentioned warming sensation activates the TRPV1 receptor in the warming agent contact part of the wearer's skin that was in contact with the warming sensation. And the temperature of the contact area of the warming agent on the wearer's skin can be raised.

In the warm feeling sheet, since the air permeability of the skin contact sheet is higher than the air permeability of the clothing contact sheet, the solvent contained in the warm composition moves outside through the skin contact sheet. The fixing part is not easily affected by the solvent, and the fixing part is less likely to remain on the clothes when the warm sheet is discarded. In addition, when heat and moisture such as sweat are generated from the warming agent contact portion of the wearer's skin that is in contact with the warming agent, the heat and moisture such as sweat are applied to the clothing. Since it is difficult to reach the fixing part through the contact sheet, the fixing part is not easily affected by moisture such as heat and sweat, and the fixing part is less likely to remain on the clothes when the thermal sheet is discarded.
[Aspect 6]
The warm sensation sheet according to any one of aspects 1 to 5, wherein the skin contact sheet has a thermal conductivity lower than that of the clothing contact sheet.
In the above-mentioned thermal sensation sheet, the heat conductivity of the skin contact sheet is lower than the thermal conductivity of the clothing contact sheet. However, it becomes difficult to pass through the skin contact sheet and reach the inside of the warm sensation sheet, and thus the fixing portion of the warm sensation sheet. As a result, the fixing portion is not easily affected by the heat, and the fixing portion is less likely to remain on the clothes when the warm sheet is discarded.

[Aspect 7]
The warm sensation sheet according to any one of aspects 1 to 6, further comprising an intermediate layer between the skin contact sheet and the clothing contact sheet.
In the above warm feeling sheet, since it further includes an intermediate layer between the skin contact sheet and the clothing contact sheet, moisture such as heat and sweat generated from the heat sensitive agent contact portion of the skin of the wearer Passing through the contact sheet, it is difficult to reach the inside of the thermal sheet, and thus the fixed part of the thermal sheet, so that the fixed part is not easily affected by moisture, etc. due to heat and sweat, and the thermal sheet is discarded. At this time, the fixing portion is less likely to remain on the clothes.
[Aspect 8]
The warm feeling sheet according to aspect 7, wherein the air permeability of the intermediate layer is higher than the air permeability of the clothing contact sheet.
In the warm feeling sheet, since the air permeability of the intermediate layer is higher than the breathability of the clothing contact sheet, the solvent contained in the warm feeling composition moves to the outside through the skin contact sheet. It becomes difficult to be affected by the solvent, and when the warm sheet is discarded, the fixing portion is less likely to remain on the clothes.
[Aspect 9]
The heat-sensitive sheet according to aspect 7 or 8, wherein the thermal conductivity of the intermediate layer is lower than the thermal conductivity of the clothing contact sheet.
In the warm sheet, the thermal conductivity of the intermediate layer is lower than the thermal conductivity of the clothing contact sheet, so that the heat generated from the contact portion of the wearer's skin is the skin contact sheet and the intermediate layer. Since it is difficult to reach the fixing part of the warm sensation sheet through the fixing part, the fixing part is not easily affected by the solvent, moisture, etc., and when the warm sensation sheet is discarded, the fixing part hardly remains on the clothes.
[Aspect 10]
The warm sensation sheet according to any one of aspects 1 to 9, wherein the warm sensation composition and the fixing portion are arranged at positions overlapping in the thickness direction of the warm sensation sheet.
In the warm sensation sheet, since the warm sensation composition and the fixing portion are arranged at positions overlapping in the thickness direction of the warm sensation sheet, it is easy to keep the warm sensation composition in contact with the wearer's skin. Thus, after using the warm sheet, the fixed part is less likely to remain on the clothes.

By doing so, when the wearer wears the warming sensation sheet 1 and during use of the warming sensation sheet 1, the wearer hardly feels the hardness of the peripheral edge 25 of the warming sensation sheet 1. In both use and use, it is excellent in wearing feeling.
A warming sensation composition (not shown) is coated on the entire surface including the peripheral edge 25 of the skin contact sheet 7 of the warming sensation sheet 1. In other words, the warm sensation sheet 1 includes a warm sensation composition (not shown) at the peripheral edge 25. By doing so, the warming composition efficiently activates the TRP channel of the warming agent contact portion of the wearer's skin that is in contact with the warming agent, and efficiently imparts warmth to the wearer. Can do.
The warm sheet 1 does not contain a heat generating agent. In the thermal sheet containing a heat generating agent, the fixing part is generally arranged at a position overlapping the heat generating agent and the thickness direction of the heat sheet for the purpose of keeping the heat generating agent in contact with the skin of the wearer. Under the influence of the heat generating agent, the temperature of the fixing part rises and the fixing part is easily softened. Therefore, when the use of the thermal sheet is finished and the thermal sheet is removed from the clothing, the softened fixing portion tends to remain on the clothing.
On the other hand, in the warm sensation sheet 1 according to the first embodiment, since the warm sensation sheet 1 itself does not generate heat, the fixing part 13 of the warm sensation sheet 1 is difficult to soften, and the use of the warm sensation sheet 1 is finished. When removing from the clothing 21, the fixing portion 13 of the warm sheet 1 is unlikely to remain on the clothing 21.

The exothermic agent is not particularly limited as long as the exothermic agent itself generates heat. For example, heat of oxidation of metal powder (for example, iron powder), heat of neutralization of acid and alkali, heat of hydration of inorganic salt And those using chemical energy such as
The warming composition and the warming sheet may contain a so-called cooling agent, for example, an agonist for TRPM8 receptor or TRPA1 receptor.
In the warming sheet of the present disclosure, the warming composition has a basis weight of the warming agent of preferably 0.001 to 10 g / m 2 , more preferably 0.003 to 5 g / m 2 , and still more preferably 0.00. In a basis weight of from 01 to 2.5 g / m 2 , and even more preferably from 0.05 to 1.5 g / m 2 . This is from the viewpoint of giving warmth to the wearer.

When the warm sensation sheet of the present disclosure includes an additional sheet, for example, an intermediate layer, between the skin contact sheet and the clothing contact sheet, the warm sensation composition may be included in the additional sheet. . From the viewpoint of imparting warm feeling early after the use of the warm feeling sheet is started, the warm feeling composition is preferably included in at least the skin contact sheet.
In the warm sensation sheet of the present disclosure, the air permeability of the skin contact sheet is preferably higher than the air permeability of the clothing contact sheet, more preferably 300 cm 3 / cm 2 / s or more, and more preferably 500 cm 3 / s. More than cm 2 / s, and more preferably more than 700 cm 3 / cm 2 / s. By doing so, since the solvent contained in the warming composition moves to the outside through the skin contact sheet, the fixing part becomes less affected by the solvent, and is fixed when the warming sheet is discarded. The part is less likely to remain on the clothes. In addition, when heat is generated from the warming agent contact portion of the wearer's skin that was in contact with the warming agent, the heat generated from the warming agent contact portion, and moisture such as sweat, Since it is difficult to reach the fixing portion through the clothing contact sheet, the fixing portion is not easily affected by moisture such as heat and sweat, and the fixing portion is less likely to remain on the clothing when the thermal sensation sheet is discarded.
The skin contact sheet is preferably 300 ~ 2,000cm 3 / cm 2 / s, more preferably 500 ~ 1,500cm 3 / cm 2 / s, and more preferably 700 ~ 1,300cm 3 / cm 2 / It has an air permeability of s. This is because the solvent contained in the warming composition is discharged from the skin contact sheet.
The clothing contact sheet preferably has an air permeability of 0 to 500 cm 3 / cm 2 / s, more preferably 0 to 300 cm 3 / cm 2 / s, and still more preferably 0 to 50 cm 3 / cm 2 / s. . This is from the viewpoint of making it difficult for the solvent contained in the warming composition and moisture such as heat and sweat generated from the warming agent contact part of the wearer's skin to reach the fixed part.
 AP(cm3/cm2/s)=12.5/R
 に従って、通気度AP(cm3/cm2/s)に換算する。
In the present specification, the air permeability is measured as follows using a KES-F8-AP1 air permeability tester manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd.
(1) The KES-F8-AP1 breathability tester and the sample are allowed to stand for 24 hours in a constant temperature and humidity chamber (temperature: 25 ± 5 ° C., relative humidity: 65 ± 5%).
(2) The ventilation resistance value of the sample is measured at a piston speed of 2 cm / second.
(3) The above measurement is repeated five times with different samples, and the average value is adopted as the ventilation resistance value R (kPa · s / m) of the sample.
(4) The ventilation resistance value R is calculated by the following formula:
AP (cm 3 / cm 2 /s)=12.5/R
Accordingly, the air permeability is converted to AP (cm 3 / cm 2 / s).
When the warm sensation sheet of the present disclosure further includes an intermediate layer between the skin contact sheet and the clothing contact sheet, the air permeability of the intermediate layer is preferably higher than the air permeability of the clothes contact sheet, More preferably, it is 300 cm 3 / cm 2 / s or higher, more preferably 500 cm 3 / cm 2 / s or higher, and even more preferably 700 cm 3 / cm 2 / s or higher. By doing so, since the solvent contained in the warming composition moves to the outside through the skin contact sheet, the fixing part becomes less affected by the solvent, and is fixed when the warming sheet is discarded. The part is less likely to remain on the clothes. Also, when the warming agent contact portion of the wearer that has been in contact with the warming agent generates heat, the heat and moisture such as sweat pass through the clothing contact sheet to the fixing part. Since it is difficult to reach, the fixing part is not easily affected by the heat and moisture such as sweat, and the fixing part is less likely to remain on the clothes when the warm sheet is discarded.
The intermediate layer is preferably 50 to 2,000 cm 3 / cm 2 / s, more preferably 100 to 1,500 m 3 / m 2 / min, and even more preferably 150 to 1,300 m 3 / m 2 / min. Has air permeability. This is because the solvent contained in the warming composition and the heat generated from the warming agent contact portion that has been in contact with the warming agent are discharged from the skin contact sheet.
In the warm sheet of the present disclosure, it is preferable that the thermal conductivity of the skin contact sheet is lower than the thermal conductivity of the clothing contact sheet. By doing so, the heat generated from the heat sensitive agent contact portion of the wearer's skin does not easily reach the inside of the heat sensitive sheet and eventually the fixing portion of the heat sensitive sheet through the skin contact sheet. The part is not easily affected by the solvent, moisture, and the like, and when the warm sheet is discarded, the fixing part is less likely to remain on the clothes.
In this specification, the thermal conductivity is measured by a temperature gradient method, which is a kind of steady-state method.
Specifically, one surface of the sample is heated with a SUS rod, the other surface of the sample is cooled with a Cu rod, a steady-state temperature gradient is provided in the thickness direction of the sample, and the amount of heat that moves Is divided by the temperature difference to calculate the thermal conductivity.
When the warm sheet of the present disclosure further includes an intermediate layer as an additional sheet between the skin contact sheet and the clothing contact sheet, the thermal conductivity of the intermediate layer is the thermal conductivity of the clothes contact sheet. Is preferably lower. By doing so, when heat is generated from the warming agent contact part of the wearer's skin, it is difficult to reach the inside of the warming sheet and eventually the fixing part of the warming sheet through the skin contact sheet. The fixing part is not easily affected by the solvent, moisture and the like, and the fixing part is less likely to remain on the clothes when the warm sheet is discarded.
