Description

一种自调平洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣设备技术领域,具体地,涉及一种自调平洗衣机。
背景技术
家用电器,一般在壳体的底部都设置调平装置,在放置家用电器时,通过调节调平装置可使其达到稳定放置状态,调平后放置后,调平装置可支撑家用电器使其保持稳定。
以洗衣机为例,如图1所示,现有洗衣机一般都是在壳体9或者整机底部安装有支撑脚19,支撑脚19包括螺杆、螺母垫片和橡胶垫,螺母垫片可以在螺杆上下旋动,螺杆也可以在壳体底板的螺孔中上下旋动,通过支撑脚19的螺杆旋入底板的螺纹孔的长度来实现洗衣机的高度调整,大部分洗衣机的底脚逆时针旋转为调高,顺时针旋转为降低高度,在调整该脚高度后,将防止松动的螺母垫片拧紧以保持稳固。
上述洗衣机的底脚,虽然实现了洗衣机的调平,但需要用户进行手动调节,若洗衣机自重较大或者设置空间狭小,用户操作即为不便。另外,洗衣机在长期的工作过程中的震动也对调平底脚产生作用,易导致其支撑失效,造成洗衣机放置的不平。
例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种自调平洗衣机,具体地,采用了如下的技术方案:
一种自调平洗衣机,包括壳体和设置在壳体内用于洗衣的筒体组件,所述壳体的底板上安装调平底脚,调平底脚内部填充液压介质,液压介质可在调平底脚内部和/或在调平底脚之间流通实现洗衣机的自动调平,所述壳体的底板上设置用于固定安装调平底脚的安装凹槽。
进一步地,所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部和活动部之间形成中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在调平底脚内部的中空腔室和/或调平底脚之间的中空腔室流通实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平;所述的安装凹槽包括在底板上冲压成型的冲压凹槽,冲压凹槽与调平底脚的固定部相匹配;所述调平底脚的固定部固定在冲压凹槽内。
进一步地,所述的固定部包括底脚座,活动部包括柔性容纳体和调整脚,调整脚可相对滑动的套设在底脚座内,调整脚与底脚座之间形成安装腔室;所述的柔性容纳体设置在安装腔室内,柔性容纳体内部具有中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;所述底脚座的一端固定在冲压凹槽内,底脚座至少部分的圆周面与所述冲压凹槽的内壁贴合。
进一步地,所述的底脚座上分别设置与中空腔室连通的节流孔和阀孔,节流孔和阀孔分别连接高压油管组,高压油管组连通调平底脚的中空腔室,实现液压介质在调平底脚之 间的流通;所述的安装凹槽还包括在底板上冲压成型的用于容纳高压油管组的油管凹槽。
进一步地,所述的底板为四边形板,底板的四个角上分别安装调平底脚,所述的冲压凹槽设置在底板上与调平底脚相对应的四个角上;
所述底板上相对两条边两端的调平底脚分别通过高压油管组连通,所述的油管凹槽设置在底板上与高压油管组相对应的相对两条边上。
进一步地,所述用于固定相互连通的两个调平底脚的两个冲压凹槽与用于容纳连通两个调平底脚的高压油管组的油管凹槽之间相互连通。
进一步地,所述的油管凹槽内设置用于固定高压油管组的固定组件。
进一步地,所述的固定组件包括设置在油管凹槽两侧的固定孔和与两端分别固定在两侧的固定孔内的扎带。
进一步地,所述的底板为四边形板,底板的四个角上分别安装调平底脚,所述的冲压凹槽设置在底板上与调平底脚相对应的四个角上;

所述的座体上设置多个固定柱,固定柱上开设安装孔;
所述的冲压凹槽包括与固定柱相匹配的固定柱凹槽和与护套相匹配的护套凹槽,固定柱凹槽内设置与安装孔相对应的第二安装孔。
本发明的自调平洗衣机,液压介质和部分气体可以在每个调平底脚内部和/或在调平底脚之间流通,进而实现承受大压力下的调平底脚压缩量大,承受小压力的调平底脚在液压的作用下还能伸长,进而自动实现高度的调平。
本发明的自调平洗衣机,液压系统在洗衣机的洗涤、脱水过程中还能对偏载自调平,因而实现更低振动和更小的噪音。
本发明的自调平洗衣机,安装凹槽能够有效快速的使得调平底脚定位,安装凹槽的圆周面对调平底脚起到保护作用,即便调平底脚护套为塑料材质,也能够高可靠性的运转。

下面结合附图对本发明的一种自调平洗衣机进行详细描述:
本发明提供一种实现自动调平的波轮或者滚筒洗衣机,方便使用、结构简单、成本较低、可靠性高。洗衣机的调平底脚可以显著降低振动,降低噪音,提高洗衣机的用户体验的舒适度。
如图2所示,本发明以滚筒洗衣机为例举例说明,滚筒洗衣机包括:
壳体9:包括上板902、前板903、侧板904和底板901,保持整个洗衣机的框架及外观;
洗涤盒20,用于放置洗衣粉、洗涤液或者柔顺剂等;
控制面板14,用于操作洗衣机;
门体17,用于打开取出或者放入衣物。
底板901,安装有调平底脚,实现洗衣机的自动高度调节;
盖板18,设置在前板903的下部。
实施例一
如图2所示,本实施例的一种自调平洗衣机,包括壳体9和设置在壳体9内用于洗衣的筒体组件,所述壳体9的底板901上安装调平底脚10,调平底脚10内部填充液压介质,液压介质可在调平底脚10内部或者在调平底脚10之间流通实现洗衣机的自动调平,所述壳体的底板901上设置用于固定安装调平底脚10的安装凹槽。
本实施例的自调平洗衣机,液压介质和部分气体可以在每个调平底脚内部和/或在调平底脚之间流通,进而实现承受大压力下的调平底脚压缩量大,承受小压力的调平底脚在液压的作用下还能伸长,进而自动实现高度的调平。
本实施例的自调平洗衣机,液压系统在洗衣机的洗涤、脱水过程中还能对偏载自调平,因而实现更低振动和更小的噪音。
本实施例的自调平洗衣机,安装凹槽能够有效快速的使得调平底脚定位,安装凹槽的圆周面对调平底脚起到保护作用,即便调平底脚护套为塑料材质,也能够高可靠性的运转。

具体地,如图7所示,所述的固定部包括底脚座,活动部包括柔性容纳体6和调整脚4, 调整脚4可相对滑动的套设在底脚座内,调整脚4与底脚座之间形成安装腔室;所述的柔性容纳体6设置在安装腔室内,柔性容纳体6内部具有中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;所述底脚座的一端固定在冲压凹槽21内,调整脚4在未受压状态时伸出冲压凹槽21。
更进一步地,如图8及图9所示,所述的底脚座上分别设置与中空腔室连通的节流孔和阀孔,节流孔和阀孔分别连接高压油管组13,高压油管组13连通调平底脚10的中空腔室,实现液压介质在调平底脚之间的流通;所述的安装凹槽还包括在底板901上冲压成型的用于容纳高压油管组13的油管凹槽25。
如图7所示,底脚座包括座体1和护套3,调整脚可相对滑动的套设在护套3的一端,座体1设置在护套3的另一端将其封闭;

本实施例洗衣机的底板901的四个角上分别具有一个冲压凹槽21,对调平底脚10起到定位、固定、保护、加强的作用,极大提高了调平底脚10的寿命。
本实施例的高压油管组13连接四个调平底脚10,成X形状,底板901上冲压了X型或者能够放置X型的油管凹槽25。
油管凹槽25内设置了固定孔23,可以用扎带24将高压油管组13牢牢固定在底板901上,优选的是紧固在油管凹槽25里面,这样一则可避免油管外漏,更美观,二则避免对油管造成不必要的外在损伤,比如油管没有固定的话,可能松动,在搬运中或者使用中,与底板901的碰撞,发出噪音,与底板901的磨损导致漏油,更严重的是油管被其他物品扯动,管断掉漏油等问题。
如图7所示,本发明自调平洗衣机图6中C处放大图,更加直观的看到调平底脚10与冲压凹槽21的配合关系:
调平底脚10与高压油管组13通过卡箍紧固在一起。
调平底脚10具有护套,保护可以活动的调平底脚10。
调平底脚10具有数个固定柱102,上面分别有一个固定孔101。
底板901上具有冲压凹槽21,其外形与调平底脚10上部分大体一致,包括:
数个固定柱凹槽2101,其底部具有第二安装孔2102,可以通过螺钉或者螺栓将调平底脚的固定柱紧固在一起。
护套凹槽2103,和调平底脚10的护套是一种配合关系,对调平底脚10起到定位,固定,保护,加强的作用,极大提高了调平底脚10的寿命。
豁口2104,防止干涉调平底脚10上部连接的高压油管组13。
侧板904上具有压型,主要是为了增加洗衣机壳体的强度,因为洗衣机在满载的情况下内部重量很大,压型可以有效防止洗衣机变形。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,如图8及图9,所述的底板901为四边形板,底板901的四个角上分别安装调平底脚10,所述的冲压凹槽21设置在底板901上与调平底脚10相对应的四个角上;

沿着A方向,每两个调平底脚10之间设置了油管凹槽25。如前面所述具有固定孔23,扎带24紧固高压油管组13。
同样的实施例,沿着B方向,即,洗衣机前板两侧、后板两侧的两个调平底脚10是连通的,洗衣机底板901设置如图不再赘附。
如图9所示,洗衣机底板901安装有一组两个联通的调平底脚。同样的实施例是,沿着B方向,即,洗衣机前后两侧的两个调平底脚是联通的,另外一侧是普通的螺栓底脚。具体实施例有两种,以沿着B方向两个底脚联通,且这两个底脚都是靠近前板903为例,洗衣机底板设置如图所示:
沿着B方向,靠近前板903的两个底脚之间设置了油管凹槽25。同一样如前面所述具有固定孔23,扎带24紧固高压油管组13。
沿着B方向,远离前板903的两个底脚使用了现有的螺栓底脚。
同样的实施例是,沿着A方向,即,洗衣机左右两侧板中的一侧两个调平底脚10是联通的,另外一侧是普通的螺栓底脚。具体实施例有两种,洗衣机底板设置如图不再赘附。
实施例二
如图10-图16所示,本实施例的调平底脚包括底脚座、柔性容纳体6和调整脚4;所述的底脚座内具有中空腔室,底脚座上分别设置与中空腔室连通的节流孔7和阀孔8,节流孔7和阀孔8分别连接高压油管;所述的柔性容纳体6设置在中空腔室内,柔性容纳体6内部具有容纳腔室,容纳腔室内部填充液压介质,在压力作用下多个底脚内的液压介质可通过高压油管相互流通;所述调整脚4的一端可相对滑动的设置在中空腔室内,柔性容纳体6与调整脚4相接触或者连接。
本实施例的调平底脚根据液压原理,在底脚中填充液压介质,底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整。
由于本实施例调平底脚的节流孔7和阀孔8分别连接高压油管,通过高压油管可实现底脚之间的连通,调整范围更大,调整效果更好。
由于本实施例的调平底脚将液压介质盛放在密封的柔性容纳体6内,且该柔性容纳体6被安置于调整脚4内部,有效解决液压介质泄露的问题,确保底脚工作的稳定性。
因此,本实施例的调平底脚结构简单,成本较;使用方便,可靠性高;可显著降低振动,降低噪音,提高洗衣机的用户体验的舒适度。
进一步地,本实施例的底脚座包括相互连接的座体1和护套3,座体上设置凹槽,座体1和护套3之间设置压环11;所述的柔性容纳体6一端具有开口604,开口处具有密封结构603,密封结构603的一端设置在凹槽内,另一端在压环11的压合下保持柔性容纳体6与座体1之间的密封连接。
进一步地,本实施例的座体1内设置一个节流孔7和至少两个阀孔8,节流孔7和阀孔8分别与柔性容纳体6的开口604连通,节流孔7设置在阀孔8中间;在第一压力下,所述的节流孔7和阀孔8均保持导通,在第二压力下,柔性容纳体6压缩至堵塞住阀孔9,节流孔7保持导通。
本实施例的座体1上设置多个油嘴2,油嘴2分别与节流孔7和阀孔8相连通,油嘴2具有防脱凸台201,防脱凸台201的外径大于高压油管的内径,具体为0.1mm-1.5mm。
油嘴2的起始端设置引导结构202,具体地导引结构202为倒角结构,使得油嘴起始端容易插入油管。
具体地,如图所示,本实施例的调平底脚包括一个节流孔7和两个阀孔8,节流孔7设置在两个阀孔8之间,所述的节流孔7连接第二油嘴204,两个阀孔8分别连接第一油嘴203和第二油嘴205。
座体1上具有多个安装孔101,可以通过螺栓或者螺钉紧固在洗衣机的底板901上,由此可以联想到的是座体1中心位置具有一个螺纹柱,旋入洗衣机的底板901上。
本实施例的调平底脚,所述的柔性容纳体6的开口604与中空腔室之间具有细径结构602,细径结构602的内径均小于开口604和中空腔室的内径。
本实施例柔性容纳体6的细径结构602,中间有与开口604保持导通的油孔,细径结构602的特点就是油孔的有可以一直流入或者流出节流孔7、阀孔8的液压介质;一旦调整脚4的压力太大细径结构602的周边橡胶会贴合在座体1上,密封阀孔8,实现更大的节流作用。
本实施例的柔性容纳体6具有波纹管段,波纹管段内部为中空腔室,波纹管段使得柔性容纳体6在压缩或者伸长时产生不必要的压褶,提高使用寿命。
本实施例的调平底脚,所述的护套3内壁上设置竖向限位凹槽301,调整脚4的外壁上相应的设置有竖向限位凸起401,竖向限位凸起301与竖向限位凹槽401配合以限定调整脚竖直上下伸缩运动。这样设置具有以下优点:
(1)使得调整脚4竖直上下运动,不发生侧偏。
(2)防止调整脚4在护套3中的旋转运动,大大降低了洗衣机的振动。
(3)有效防止了调整脚4从护套3中脱落下来,避免柔性容纳体6爆裂,或者直接接触地面因锐物而造成爆裂。
如图18-图22所示,本实施例具有调平底脚,所述洗衣机的底部安装有多个底脚10,所述的底脚10包括固定部和活动部,固定部和活动部之间形成中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;所述底脚10中两两之间通过高压油管连接实现两底脚10的中空腔室相互连通,或者所有所述的底脚10通过高压油管分别连接至连通装置15实现所有底脚的中空腔室相互连通;在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在相互连通的底脚10的中空腔室之间流通实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。
本实施例的调平底脚在一定压力作用下,液压介质将气体压缩,活动部会随之进行适应性伸缩,当压力进一步增大时,气体不再压缩,气体的内部压力会反作用于液压介质,活动部会随之具有足够的支撑力,因此,本实施例的调平底脚具有适应性的自动调平功能。本实施例的液压介质具体的可选择液压油。
本实施例的调平底脚根据液压原理,在底脚中填充液压介质,底脚对于不同的压力,由于液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整,而液体介质可在所有底脚之间进行流通,当其中一个底脚受力压缩时,液压介质流通至与其连通的另一个底脚,另一个底脚内液压介质增多,压力增大使其伸出,以确保足够的支撑,因此,本实施例的调平底脚调整范围更大,调整效果更好。
因此,本实施例的调平底脚结构简单,成本较;使用方便,可靠性高;可显著降低振动,降低噪音,提高洗衣机的用户体验的舒适度。
本发明以滚筒洗衣机为例举例说明,滚筒洗衣机包括:
洗涤筒,用于盛放和洗涤衣物;
洗涤盒,用于放置洗衣粉、洗涤液或者柔顺剂等;
控制面板14,用于操作洗衣机;
门窗,用于打开取出或者放入衣物;
电机组件,连接至少一个可以旋转的传动轴,实现至少1个输出;
壳体9,整个洗衣机保持框架及外观;
底板901,下面安装本实施例的调平底脚。
如图18所示,本实施例的调平底脚包括第一底脚和第二底脚,第一底脚和第二底脚分别具有节流孔7和阀孔8,节流孔7和阀孔8分别与中空腔室连通;所述第一底脚的节流孔7与第二底脚的阀孔8通过高压油管连接,第一底脚的阀孔8与第二底脚的节流孔7连通过高压油管接。
具体地,本实施例的第一底脚和第二底脚分别具有一个节流孔7和第一阀孔、第二阀 孔两个阀孔5,节流孔7、第一阀孔和第二阀孔分别与中空腔室连通;所述第一底脚的节流孔7与第二底脚的第一阀孔通过第二高压油管1302连接,第一底脚的第一阀孔与第二底脚的节流孔7连通过第一高压油管1301连接,第一底脚的第二阀孔与第二底脚的第二阀孔通过第三高压油管1303连接。所述的第一高压油管1301、第二高压油管1302和第三高压油管1303组成液压管组13。
具体地,如图19所示,在洗衣机的底板901的四个角上安装固定了四个底脚,高压油管组13连通通洗衣机的底板901左侧的两个底脚,组成第一底脚组1001;高压油管组13连通洗衣机的底板901右侧的两个底脚,组成第二底脚组1002。
这样,使得第一底脚组1001的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个底脚间相互流动;使得第二底脚组1002的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个底脚间相互流动。
如图20所示,在洗衣机的底板901的四个角上安装固定了四个底脚,高压油管组13连通通洗衣机的底板901后面的两个底脚,组成第三底脚组1003;高压油管组13连通洗衣机的底板901前面的两个底脚,组成第四底脚组1004。
这样,使得第一底脚组1003的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个底脚间相互流动;使得第二底脚组1004的液压介质和部分气体在不同压力下,可以在这两个底脚间相互流动。
如图21及图22所示,壳体9的底板901四个角上或者沿壳体9的底板圆周方向均匀设置相互连通的至少四个底脚10;每个底脚10内填充液压介质和气体,在第一压力范围内,每个底脚10内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平,在第二压力范围内,相互连通的底脚10内的液压介质与气体之间相互作用实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平。这种方式,实现了所有底脚之间的连通,液体介质可在所有底脚之间进行流通,调整范围更大,调整效果更好。
具体地,所述的底脚10内部具有用于填充液压介质和气体的封闭腔室,所述的封闭腔室上连通高压油管组13,每个所述底脚10的高压油管组13分别连通至连通装置15以实现所有底脚10之间的相互连通。
本实施例的调平底脚以气体作为弹性介质,液体作为传力介质,不但具有良好的缓冲能力,还具有减振作用,同时还可根据承受压力的大小调节底脚自身的高度。
如图23所示,具体讲解调平原理,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面16不平,导致不同的底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑1601处的底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处的底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低的底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。位置高处的底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压油的柔性容纳体6的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压油管组进入位置低处底脚内,使位置低处底脚的柔性容纳体6的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体6膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压油管组流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成调平底脚的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的振动噪音大大降低。
本实施例同时提供了一种具有上述的具有调平底脚的洗衣机,包括壳体9,壳体9的底部安装多个所述的调平底脚10,调平底脚内部填充的液压介质可在调平底脚之间流通实现调平。
本实施例的洗衣机出厂设置优选的是四个调平底脚的高度一致,洗衣机随机放置在一个不平整的底面上,四个调平底脚会根据底面的不平状况承受不同的压力,而后调整脚的压入护套的长度不同,进而实现洗衣机的自动调平。
需要对上述实施例进一步说明的是:
1、本发明实施例中的底脚两两联通,也可以是三个乃至更多,数量N≥2,优选两个, 成本最低,且能够实现较好的效果。
本发明实施例中使用连通装置15的四个端口分别连接四个底脚,可以推理到的是使用一个具有三、五、六,N个端口的连通装置15,其所述端口分别连接三、五、六,N个底脚。上述实施例仅仅是能够实现所述功能情况下用最适合的4个,以实现成本的控制到最小。
2、本发明实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现滚筒洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到波轮洗衣机。
3、本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,可以很容易联想到的是本发明可以应用到冰箱、冰柜、洗碗机等家用电器上。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自调平洗衣机,包括壳体(9)和设置在壳体(9)内用于洗衣的筒体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体(9)的底板(901)上安装调平底脚(10),调平底脚(10)内部填充液压介质,液压介质可在调平底脚(10)内部和/或在调平底脚(10)之间流通实现洗衣机的自动调平,所述壳体的底板(901)上设置用于固定安装调平底脚(10)的安装凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的调平底脚包括固定部和活动部,固定部和活动部之间形成中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;在压力作用下,所述的液压介质可在调平底脚内部的中空腔室和/或调平底脚之间的中空腔室流通实现活动部伸缩,进行自动调平;所述的安装凹槽包括在底板(901)上冲压成型的冲压凹槽(21),冲压凹槽(21)与调平底脚的固定部相匹配;所述调平底脚的固定部固定在冲压凹槽(21)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的固定部包括底脚座,活动部包括柔性容纳体(6)和调整脚(4),调整脚(4)可相对滑动的套设在底脚座内,调整脚(4)与底脚座之间形成安装腔室;所述的柔性容纳体(6)设置在安装腔室内,柔性容纳体(6)内部具有中空腔室,中空腔室内填充液压介质;所述底脚座的一端固定在冲压凹槽(21)内,底脚座至少部分的圆周面与所述冲压凹槽(21)的内壁贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的底脚座上分别设置与中空腔室连通的节流孔和阀孔,节流孔和阀孔分别连接高压油管组(13),高压油管组(13)连通调平底脚(10)的中空腔室,实现液压介质在调平底脚之间的流通;所述的安装凹槽还包括在底板(901)上冲压成型的用于容纳高压油管组(13)的油管凹槽(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的底板(901)为四边形板,底板(901)的四个角上分别安装调平底脚(10),所述的冲压凹槽(21)设置在底板(901)上与调平底脚(10)相对应的四个角上;
    所述底板(901)上相对两条边两端的调平底脚(10)分别通过高压油管组(13)连通,所述的油管凹槽(25)设置在底板(901)上与高压油管组(13)相对应的相对两条边上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述用于固定相互连通的两个调平底脚(10)的两个冲压凹槽(21)与用于容纳连通两个调平底脚(10)的高压油管组(13)的油管凹槽(25)之间相互连通。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的油管凹槽(25)内设置用于固定高压油管组(13)的固定组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的固定组件包括设置 在油管凹槽(25)两侧的固定孔(23)和与两端分别固定在两侧的固定孔内的扎带(24)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的底板(901)为四边形板,底板(901)的四个角上分别安装调平底脚(10),所述的冲压凹槽(21)设置在底板(901)上与调平底脚(10)相对应的四个角上;
    四个所述的调平底脚(10)分别通过高压油管组(13)连接至同一连通装置以实现液压介质在四个调平底脚(10)之间流通;
    所述底板(901)四个角上的冲压凹槽(21)分别具有用于高压油管组(13)穿过的豁口(2104)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自调平洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的底脚座包括座体(1)和护套(3),调整脚可相对滑动的套设在护套(3)的一端,座体(1)设置在护套(3)的另一端将其封闭;
    所述的座体(1)上设置多个固定柱(102),固定柱(102)上开设安装孔(101);
    所述的冲压凹槽(21)包括与固定柱相匹配的固定柱凹槽(2101)和与护套相匹配的护套凹槽(2103),固定柱凹槽内设置与安装孔(101)相对应的第二安装孔(2102)。
