用于家电的操作显示装置及洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及家电控制及制造领域,例如,涉及一种用于家电的操作显示装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,家用电器得到了大范围的普及和使用,人们对家电的外观和使用便捷性有了越来越高的要求,电容式触摸按键形成的操作显示装置得到了广泛的使用,电容式触摸按键形成的操作显示装置可以保证了产品结构的整体性,提高了产品的防潮性能;电容式触摸按键形成的操作显示装置不涉及机械寿命问题,保证了按键的长期可靠性。
但相关技术中的电容式触摸按键操作显示装置结构复杂、采用的发光装置的装配结构复杂,生产成本高,不利于大规模生产制造,而且光照区域不易控制,使得面板上的功能符号显示效果不好。
发明内容
一种用于家电的操作显示装置及洗衣机,具有装配结构简单,易于加工的特点,并且能够显示多个功能符号。
一种用于家电的操作显示装置,包括:操作面板、触摸膜片以及发光装置,其中,
操作面板上设置有功能符号,操作面板具有用作触摸感应式操控的表面,
触摸膜片设置于所述操作面板的下方;触摸功能符号对应的操作面板表面,所述触摸膜片上对应该功能符号重叠设置的传感器电极之间的电容发生改变,
发光装置安装在触摸膜片远离操作面板的一侧,所述发光装置点亮后,光线穿过触摸膜片,多个功能符号能够相互区别开,
所述发光装置包括基板、印刷电路板PCB和滤光膜片,所述基板上设置有多个相互隔开的通孔,所述通孔的上开口对应于所要照亮的功能符号;所述滤光膜片贴附于所述基板的上表面,所述滤光膜片对应于通孔开口的区域设置为 透光区域,滤光膜片除对应于通孔开口的区域为不透光区域;PCB安装于所述基板的下表面,PCB上对应通孔的下开口部分安装有发光体。
可选的,所述滤光膜片是由塑料制成的仅对应于所述通孔的开口区域的透光的膜,具有光线散射作用,以及所述滤光膜片通过胶粘连接到显示光源的基板上表面。
可选的,所述基板为整体注塑成形,以及所述基板的上表面与下表面平行。
可选的,所述触摸膜片为透明氧化铟锡ITO导电膜,在透明ITO导电膜上的ITO镀层上蚀刻出一个或多个所述传感器电极。
可选的,在与所述基板的上表面平行的方向上,所述通孔的上开口的横截面积大于下开口的横截面积。
可选的,所述通孔的纵截面呈倒梯形。
可选的,每个通孔内安装有多个发光二极管LED作为发光体。
可选的,所述操作面板为玻璃面板,在所述玻璃面板上印刷有功能符号。
可选的,所述功能符号印刷于所述玻璃面板的下表面,借助于所述发光装置,能够在玻璃面板的上表面显示。

一种用于家电的操作显示装置包括操作面板、触摸膜片以及发光装置,发光装置包括基板、PCB和滤光膜片,基板上设置有多个相互隔开的通孔,所述通孔的上开口对应于所要照亮的功能符号;所述滤光膜片贴附于所述基板的上表面,所述滤光膜片对应于通孔开口的区域设置为透光区域,滤光膜片除对应于通孔开口的区域为不透光区域;PCB安装于所述基板的下表面,PCB上对应通孔的下开口部分安装有发光体,装置整体加工方便、装配方便,通过通孔和贴附的滤光膜片,可控制光照范围并能起到聚光作用,具有好的功能符号显示效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明以下技术方案。
如图1至3所示给出了用于家电的操作显示装置的实施例,在本实施例中,该装置可以设置于洗衣机中,用于家电的操作显示装置,包括:操作面板、触摸膜片3和发光装置。其中,操作面板上设置有功能符号2,操作面板具有用触摸感应式操控的表面。触摸膜片3设置于所述操作面板的下方。触摸功能符号2对应的操作面板表面,能够改变触摸膜片3上对应该功能符号2重叠设置的传感器电极11之间的电容。触摸膜片3远离操作面板的一侧安装有发光装置,所述发光装置点亮后,光线穿过触摸膜片3,能够将多个功能符号相互区别。
发光装置包括基板7、印制电路板(Printed Circuit Board,PCB)9和滤光膜片4,基板7上设置有多个相互隔开的通孔8,通孔8的上开口对应于所要照亮的功能符号。滤光膜片4贴附于基板7的上表面,滤光膜片4对应于通孔开口的区域设置为透光区域,滤光膜片除对应于通孔开口的区域为不透光区域。PCB 9安装于基板7的下表面,PCB上对应通孔8的下开口部分安装有发光体。图1为该装置的桶体盖板的整体示意图,玻璃面板1的前侧作为操作面板,作为触摸感应式操控的表面,在操作面板上设置有一个或多个功能符号2,功能符号2可以代表洗衣程序,如“常用”“速洗”,“标准”,“家纺”等,亦可代表如“风干”,“留水”,“洗涤剂”等功能,还可代表如“水位”,“浸泡”,“洗涤”,“漂洗”,“脱水”等参数项。在本实施例中,功能符号2可以采用丝网印刷于玻璃面板1的下表面,可以在功能符号2和玻璃面板1之间设置镀膜层。用户通过操作面板的上表面可能看不到功能符号的内容,在功能符号下方有背光的情况下,用户可以透过玻璃面板1看到功能符号的内容,该设计保持了操作面板的整体性和美观性(图1中所有功能符号可以全有背光,所有功能字符均可 见)。
图2给出了该操作显示装置的爆炸图,如图2所示,在玻璃面板1的下方可以粘贴电容式传感器触摸膜片(也称触摸膜片)3,本实施例中,触摸膜片3可以为透明氧化铟锡(Indium tin oxide,ITO)导电膜,在透明ITO导电膜上的ITO镀层上蚀刻出一个或多个传感器电极11。触摸功能符号2对应的玻璃面板1的上表面,能够改变所述触摸膜片3上对应该功能符号重叠设置的传感器电极的电容,可以输出变化的电容值至与该传感器电极连接的控制电路作为控制信号。
触摸膜片3远离操作面板的一侧面安装发光装置,所述发光装置点亮后,光线穿过触摸膜片3,能够区别开多个功能符号2,以方便用户操作。
发光装置包括基板7、PCB 9和滤光膜片4。所述基板7上设置有一个或多个相互隔开的通孔8,所述通孔8的上开口对应于该通孔所要照亮的功能符号2。如图3所示,所述滤光膜片4贴附于所述基体7的上表面,本例中可以采用粘胶的方式使滤光膜片4附于基体7的上表面,滤光膜片4对应于通孔开口部分设置为透光区域5,基板7上除通孔8的部分为不透光区域6。PCB 9安装于所述基板7的下表面,PCB 9上对应通孔的下开口区域安装有发光体10。参见图3,在与基板7的上表面平行的方向上,通孔8的上开口的横截面积大于通孔8的下开口的横截面积,这样的设计在放大照射面积的同时也有利于对发光体的光源进行聚光。可选的,可将通孔8的纵截面设置成倒梯形,即,如图3所述,通孔的下开口的截面长度小于通孔的上开口的截面长度。
滤光膜片4可以是由塑料制成的仅对应于所述通孔开口区域的透光的膜,具有光线散射作用,能够使透过的光线均匀和柔和。
基板7可以为整体注塑成形,基板7可以的上表面和下表面平行,方便滤光膜片4的粘贴和PCB的定位安装。
每个通孔8内可根据开孔的照射面积安装有多个发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)10作为发光体,LED 10可以采用贴片式封装,减少了装置的体积,降低了生产成本,利于生产制造。
上述操作显示装置除可应用于本实施例所述的洗衣机外,亦可应用于其他家电(如,热水器、电视机)上作为控制面板。
基板7、滤光膜片4和PCB 9三个部件可平行的装配,装配结合面均为平面,基板可采用一体成型,可整体注塑加工,LED 10采用贴片式的封装,多个部件加工方便、装配方便,降低加工和装配的成本。通过通孔和贴附的滤光膜片,可控制光照范围并能起到聚光的作用,具有好的功能符号显示效果。
工业实用性
一种用于家电的操作显示装置及洗衣机,具有装配结构简单,易于加工的特点。

    操作面板上设置有功能符号,操作面板具有用作触摸感应式操控的表面,
    触摸膜片设置于所述操作面板的下方;触摸功能符号对应的操作面板表面,所述触摸膜片上对应该功能符号重叠设置的传感器电极之间的电容发生改变,
    发光装置安装在触摸膜片远离操作面板的一侧,所述发光装置点亮后,光线穿过触摸膜片,多个功能符号能够相互区别开,
    所述发光装置包括基板、印刷电路板PCB和滤光膜片,所述基板上设置有多个相互隔开的通孔,所述通孔的上开口对应于所要照亮的功能符号;所述滤光膜片贴附于所述基板的上表面,所述滤光膜片对应于通孔开口的区域设置为透光区域,滤光膜片除对应于通孔开口的区域为不透光区域;PCB安装于所述基板的下表面,PCB上对应通孔的下开口部分安装有发光体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述滤光膜片是由塑料制成的仅对应于所述通孔的开口区域的透光的膜,具有光线散射作用,以及所述滤光膜片通过胶粘连接到显示光源的基板上表面。
