[权利要求 1] 一种专用于逝者遗体海葬的棺椁, 包括内置的棺材和外层套棺, 其特 征是: 棺椁的结构形式为内置的棺材和外层套棺两部分组成; 内置棺 材包括玻璃棺材、 陶瓷棺材、 水泥棺材、 塑胶棺材; 内置棺材包括棺 材主体和棺材端盖, 棺材主体为一端设有幵口的单通桶体结构, 棺材 端盖为与棺材主体幵口对应吻合, 其上设有液体充注排气口的盖子; 盖子上设有通过形变, 吸收液体体积因热胀冷缩产生的体积形变余量 ; 外层套棺包括玻璃套棺、 陶瓷套棺、 水泥套棺、 石材套棺; 外层套 棺包括套棺主体和棺材端盖, 外层套棺主体为一端设有幵口的单通盒 体结构, 外层套棺内设有至少两组将内置棺材夹持定位的支撑架, 支 撑夹持内置棺材, 使内置棺材支撑悬装置于外层套棺中间; 外层套棺 的侧壁上, 设有多个幵窗; 外层套棺端盖为与外层套棺主体幵口对应 吻合, 通过销栓连接或通过粘接剂连接; 或在其上设有与外层套棺主 体卯榫结构对应吻合卯榫结构的销栓端盖; 将内置棺材置入外层套棺 内的夹持定位的支撑架上定位, 然后将外层套棺端盖的卯榫对齐置入 , 推拉外层套棺端盖锁固, 对棺椁上的销槽孔灌注水泥或其它凝固封 装材料, 封闭外层套棺主体和外层套棺端盖之间的销槽孔, 完成外层 套棺的盖棺封闭; 或一种专用于逝者遗体海葬的棺椁, 为单层棺材。
[权利要求 2] 应用权利要求 1所述的一种专用于逝者遗体海葬的棺椁的使用方法, 其特征是: 对逝者遗体进行清洗消毒处理, 为其化妆整容或套装自身 蜡像外套, 装入为其量身订做的逝者遗体袋内, 逝者遗体袋为不透明 塑胶袋或为透明塑胶袋; 逝者遗体袋内充注有透明防腐凝胶, 实现逝 者遗体透明可视、 保湿、 防腐; 对逝者遗体袋抽真空后, 加热熔封; 之后将处理好的殓装有逝者遗体的逝者遗体袋, 殓装于棺材内, 通过 锁固装置定位, 盖上棺材端盖密封; 然后, 通过棺材端盖上设置的液 体充注排气口对其充注液体, 充满液体后, 通过液体充注排气口抽真 空后封闭; 或是通过水泥直接包裹浇注封装置有逝者遗体的逝者遗体 袋, 实现对逝者遗体的低成本永久保存; 将封闭盖棺的内置棺材, 放 置于外层套棺的夹持定位支撑架上, 外层套棺端盖为与外层套棺主体 幵口对应吻合, 通过销栓连接或通过粘接剂连接; 或将外层套棺端盖 通过销槽盖下, 推拉锁紧, 让外层套棺端盖上的夹持定位支撑架, 和 外层套棺的夹持定位支撑架卡合定位, 对棺椁上的销槽孔灌注水泥或 其它凝固封装材料, 封闭外层套棺主体和外层套棺端盖之间的销槽孔 , 完成外层套棺的盖棺; 或内置棺材为用水泥, 直接将殓装有逝者遗 体的逝者遗体袋, 通过模具浇注封闭成型; 将棺椁运至海边码头装船 , 到指定海域海葬; 由于整个棺材内充满了体积不可压缩液体, 外层 套棺的侧部棺壁上布满了窗口, 因此, 棺椁不会因海底巨大水压将棺 椁压碎, 又由于棺椁为非金属材料制造, 在海底的恒低温、 巨大水压 和黑暗的条件下, 棺椁和逝者遗体可以实现万年不朽; 同吋, 棺椁成 为人工礁石, 使其可成为水生生物的栖息地, 既可永久保存逝者遗体 , 又实现了对逝者遗体的无害化处理。
