背景技术
大多数公司都会有企业资源计划ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统。现有技术下,仓库管理系统WMS(Warehouse Management System)每天都会发货/入货等,ERP企业资源计划系统会定时同步这部分数据。但是,可能无法做到完全同步。因为对于仓库管理来说,各个仓库调拨、发货、退货、换货、免费赠送等因素都会导致仓库库存量发生变化,导致WMS仓库管理系统与ERP企业资源计划系统存在信息差异,ERP系统可能需要到预定时间才由专门的工作人员汇总。若WMS仓库管理系统和ERP企业资源计划系统不能及时同步,会导致仓库管理混乱,给仓库管理带来不便。
ERP是下单记录,WMS是出库记录,WMS会给ERP传输数据,但并不是将所有数据都传给ERP。当出现退换货、免费赠送等情况时,WMS会立即录入信息,但是ERP却是由专门的工作人员先统计退换货数量,再将数据上传到ERP。ERP能直接从WMS获得的数据只有最简单的数据,比如:仓库间调拨、发货等。
图1为现有技术中WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法流程图。其中,WMS系统将一部分商品信息同步给ERP系统,余下的另一部分商品信息需要到预定时间才由专门的工作人员汇总上传到ERP系统。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:WMS系统和ERP系统不能及时同步,会导致仓库管理混乱,给仓库管理带来不便。
发明内容

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本例中,获取WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息可以采用常规的手段实现。在本实施例中不再赘述。
如图2所示,WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法,包括:
S1、获取WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息,新增数据信息一般包括:订单号、仓库号、编码、数量等数据信息。将WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息进行对比,生成比对信息表,如表1所示。通常在每个周期内都至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;

S2、将各比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异。
在一个实施例中,数据统计为分别对WMS系统的新增数据信息和ERP系统的新增数据信息进行累加。例如,在本周期内(第一周期),其中该周期至多为一日,将第一次获取的WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息进行比对以判断是否存在差异。如表1中比对信息表所示,其中ERP系统新增数量为3比对WMS系统新增数量为4存在差异,则第二次继续获取WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息。如表2中比对信息表所示,其中ERP系统新增数量为2比对WMS系统新增数量为1存在差异,将第二次获取的比对信息表中的差异数据与第一次获取的比对信息表中的差异数据对应进行统计(累加),得到如图3所示的ERP系统新增数量为5比对WMS系统新增数量为5的比对信息表。此时经统计之后的表3中的WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,则说明WMS系统与ERP系统之间的差异抹平了,则本周期内不再获取WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息。
如果统计后的表3中WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间还有差异,则说明WMS系统与ERP系统之间的没有抹平差异,则本周期内还需要继续第三次获取WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息,并将第三次获取的该比对信息表与上次统计后的表3进行累加。

S3、在本周期内(第一周期),将统计之后无差异的比对信息表(表3)作为第1同步基准表,该第1同步基准表将作为下一周期(第二周期)的同步基准表。提供第1同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
在下一周期内(第二周期),将统计后无差异的WMS系统与ERP系统新增数据信息作为第2基准表,并将该第2基准表添加至第1同步基准表中,生成第2同步基准表。提供第2同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。以此类推,同样的表述即:利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
在本发明的一个实施例中,WMS仓库管理系统与ERP仓库管理系统在数据同步时采用逐日对比原则,举例说明逐日对比原则,例如,WMS仓库管理系统会在列表上,列出所有商品信息的出货单和入库单信息,ERP仓库管理系统自行每天生成出货单和入库单信息,由于商品出库和入库时都会有商品订单号,所以逐日对比可以根据商品订单号进行对比。
这里说明一下逐日对比的重要性,假定WMS仓库管理系统今天已经出货,如果出货数据信息第二天再传输给ERP仓库管理系统,意味着WMS仓库管理系统有数据变化,ERP仓库管理系统却未同步,会导致WMS仓库管理系统与ERP仓库管理系统双方数据出现差异,会产生一些问题,比如说,对账时,WMS仓库管理系统存在某个数据,ERP仓库管理系统 却没有该数据,第二天对账时,ERP仓库管理系统有该数据了,而WMS仓库管理系统又没有该数据了。
采用逐日对比的优点:首先会产生一种基准。在第一次对比双方数据,判断出存在差异时,第二次再对比双方数据时,会首先判断这次数值与基准里的值是否还有差异,若已经没有差异,就把该第二次的数据作为新的基准;若还是有差异,就把新增的数值带入基准中,判断是否能抹平差异。
因此,需要同步、比对WMS仓库管理系统和ERP企业资源计划系统的数据。在匹配时,WMS仓库管理系统传输数据到ERP企业资源计划系统,ERP企业资源计划系统同步数据。
通过采用逐日比对的方式,能够对WMS仓库管理系统和ERP企业资源计划系统数据的进行及时同步,实现了有条理的记录管理数据,避免了混乱,从而有利于仓库管理。
如图3所示,根据本发明实施例的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步系统包括:
获取单元101,用于在每个周期内(周期至多为一日),获取单元101至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表,新增数据信息一般包括:订单号、仓库号、编码、数量等数据信息。
统计单元102,用于将各至少一个获取单元101生成的比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异;
在一个实施例中,数据统计为分别对WMS系统的新增数据信息和ERP系统的新增数据信息进行累加。
生成单元103,用于在本周期内(第一周期),生成单元103将统计单元102统计之后无差异的比对信息表(表3)生成第1同步基准表,该生成单元103生成的第1同步基准表将作为下一周期(第二周期)的同步基准表。提供第1同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
在下一周期内(第二周期),将统计单元102统计后无差异的WMS系统与ERP系统新增数据信息作为第2基准表,并将该第2基准表累加至第1同步 基准表中,生成第2同步基准表。提供第2同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据,并以此类推。
以上所述的系统或装置可以是一个服务器或者服务器集群,相应的各个单元也可以为一个服务器中的相关处理单元或者为服务器集群中的一个或多个服务器。当相关的单元为服务器集群中的一个或多个服务器时,相应的单元之间的交互则表现为服务器之间的交互,本发明在此方面没有限制。
本发明实施例还提供一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法。
作为一种实施方式,本发明的非易失性计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为:
在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;
其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;
当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的获取单元101、统计单元102和生成单元103)。所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中,当被处理器执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法。
非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区 可存储根据存储器的存储优化装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可选包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至存储器的存储优化装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,包括至少一个非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质具有存储在其中的计算机可执行程序代码指令,所述计算机可执行程序代码指令能够执行本发明上述任一实施例所述的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法。
图4为本发明实施例提供的用于执行WMS系统与ERP系统同步方法的电子设备的硬件结构示意图。如图4所示,该设备包括:一个或多个处理器410以及存储器420,图4中以一个处理器410为例。
执行WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法的设备还可以包括:输入装置430和输出装置440。
处理器410、存储器420、输入装置430和输出装置440可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器420为上述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质。处理器410通过运行存储在存储器420中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法。
输入装置430可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与存储器的存储优化装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置440可包括显示屏等显示设备。
上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。
作为一种实施方式,上述电子设备包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至 少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;
其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;
当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子装置。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以 是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法,应用于电子设备,包括:
    在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
    将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;
    其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;
    当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
    提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述周期至多为一日。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,所述数据统计为分别对所述WMS系统的新增数据信息和所述ERP系统的新增数据信息进行累加。
  4. WMS系统与ERP系统的同步系统,包括:
    获取单元,用于在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
    统计单元,用于将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异;
    生成单元,用于利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表,其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
    提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其中,所述周期至多为一日。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的系统,所述数据统计为分别对所述WMS系统的新增数据信息和所述ERP系统的新增数据信息进行累加。
  7. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令能够执行:
    在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
    将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;
    其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;
    当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
    提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:
    在第i周期内至少一次获取并比对WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息以生成至少一个比对信息表;
    将各至少一个比对信息表按照比对时间依次进行数据统计,直到WMS系统的新增数据信息与ERP系统的新增数据信息之间无差异,利用无差异时统计的数据信息生成第i基准表;
    其中,当i等于1时,则将所述第i基准表作为第i同步基准表;
    当i大于1时,则将该第i基准表添加至第i-1同步基准表以生成第i同步基准表;
    提供所述第i同步基准表以供查询WMS系统与ERP系统之间的同步数据。
  9. 一种计算机程序产品,包括至少一个非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质具有存储在其中的计算机可执行程序代码指令,所述计算机可执行程序代码指令能够执行权利要求1-3任一项所述的WMS系统与ERP系统的同步方法。
