技术领域

背景技术
伴随移动通信技术的发展,出现了虚拟SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)卡技术。虚拟SIM卡不需要物理安装实体SIM卡,有诸多好处而广受大众青睐:例如,不安装物理实体卡,可以节省物理空间,也不存在物理卡的磨损,烧卡问题;使用时不需要携带实体卡也可以实现正常的通信。
虚拟SIM卡由网络端的卡管理服务器进行管理,任何一台终端都可以通过网络连接到卡管理服务器,请求获取SIM卡,在满足鉴权认证后,获取到虚拟SIM卡信息,即获得一张虚拟SIM卡。终端在本机激活虚拟SIM卡,实现移动通信的功能。
在相关技术中,同一时间,只能有一台移动终端可以获得虚拟SIM卡的使用权(如虚拟SIM卡的数据流量和语音业务的使用权限),如果有其他移动终端要获取此虚拟SIM卡的使用权,必须要等到当前移动终端释放此卡后,才有可能成功获取到此SIM卡的使用权,特别是当虚拟SIM卡的数据流量比较充盈时,由于此SIM卡的数据流量不能同时供多个终端共享,而使此SIM卡的数据流量不能被有效利用。
因此,如何能够共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的虚拟SIM卡的管理方案,使得多个终端可以同时共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量,确保了虚拟SIM卡的数据流量能够得到有效利用。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,适用于服务器,虚拟SIM卡对应有多张支持数据业务的虚拟数据卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理方法包括:在接收到任一终端发送的使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对所述任一终端进行鉴权;在对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
在该技术方案中,每个虚拟SIM卡可对应多张虚拟数据卡(虚拟数据卡的总数量可由用户设置或由服务器默认设置),通过在接收到任一终端发送的使用虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对任一终端进行鉴权,在对任一终端鉴权通过时,授予任一终端对虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张虚拟数据卡的使用权限,使得只要接收到任一终端发送请求且对该终端鉴权通过时,均可以将多张虚拟数据卡中的任一张虚拟数据卡的使用权限授予给该终端,以实现多个终端可以同时共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量,确保了虚拟SIM卡的数据流量能够得到有效利用,同时由于每个鉴权通过的终端都对应有一张虚拟数据卡,使得每个终端是基于各自对应的虚拟数据卡开通数据业务的过程中不会相互干扰,保障了每个终端的数据业务都能正常进行。

当然,任一终端发送的使用虚拟SIM卡的请求中也可以包含第一鉴权信息,如此,服务器在接收到该请求时,就可以基于该请求中的第一鉴权信息直接对终端进行鉴权。
步骤104,在对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。

在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理方法还包括:检测所述 虚拟语音卡的状态;当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限;当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,向所述任一终端推送用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息;接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第二鉴权信息,并基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权;在基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述任一终端。

在该技术方案中,虚拟SIM卡的拥有者可根据需求设置虚拟数据卡的总数量以及每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量和/或每张虚拟数据卡的使用期限,其中每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量可以相同,也可以不相同,当然可以不限定每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量,这样服务器侧通过统计每张虚拟数据卡所消耗的数据流量以计算消耗的总数据流量,当总数据流量达到虚拟SIM卡的数据流量上限时,取消对每张虚拟数据卡的使用权限。

在本实施例中,将物理的SIM卡虚拟为软件虚拟SIM套卡,此虚拟SIM套卡有一张语音卡和任意多张数据卡,其中,语音卡只具备语音电话和可视电话功能,数据卡只具备数据业务的功能。语音卡在同一时间只能有一台移动终端在使用,而多张数据卡可以保障在同一时间由多台移动终端同时使用同一SIM的数据流量。另外,用户也可以登录虚拟SIM卡管理服务器,设定指定虚拟数据卡的总数量、每张虚拟数据卡可使用数据流量的大小和/或每张虚拟数据卡的使用期限,当流量使用完毕,该虚拟数据卡即处于停机状态。如果不设定每张虚拟SIM卡的流量限制,默认该虚拟数 据卡流量无限制,直到虚拟SIM套卡的流量用完为止。
具体地,用户向运营商办理SIM卡后,在运营商的SIM卡管理服务器上会生成一套虚拟SIM卡,运营商要求用户设定虚拟SIM卡注册的鉴权码B(即第一预设鉴权信息)和登录SIM卡管理服务器的登录密码C和SIM卡超级鉴权码D(即第二预设鉴权信息)。成功后,用户会得到一个网络号码A,网络号码A和鉴权码B与SIM管理服务器上生成的虚拟SIM套卡相对应。
在移动终端E1上的SIM卡管理模块输入网络号码A(即向服务器发送使用虚拟SIM卡的请求),向SIM卡管理服务器申请虚拟语音卡和虚拟数据卡,服务器收到网络号码A,查询SIM卡池,发现此网络号码A为有效,返回移动终端E1,请求鉴权码(即第一鉴权信息),用户输入鉴权码B,返回给SIM卡管理服务器。SIM卡管理服务器经过鉴权成功,向移动终端E1下发一张虚拟语音卡信息和一张虚拟数据卡。移动终端E1收到一张虚拟语音SIM卡信息和一张虚拟数据卡后,向移动网络注册,注册成功后,开通语音和数据业务。
在移动终端E2上的SIM卡管理模块输入网络号码A,可以选择向SIM卡管理服务器申请虚拟语音SIM卡和数据卡,服务器收到网络号码A,查询SIM卡池,发现网络号码A为有效,返回移动终端E2,请求鉴权码,用户输入鉴权码B,返回给SIM卡管理服务器。SIM卡管理服务器经过鉴权成功,发现虚拟语音卡已经使用,即向移动终端E2发起二次鉴权,请求强制转移虚拟语音SIM卡的鉴权码(即第二鉴权信息),输入SIM卡超级鉴权码D。鉴权成功后,向E2下发一张虚拟语音卡和一张虚拟数据卡,同时E1上的虚拟语音卡下线。移动终端E2收到一张虚拟语音卡和一张虚拟数据卡后,向移动网络注册,注册成功后,开通语音业务和数据业务。
同理,移动终端E3、E4、…都可以申请虚拟数据SIM卡,虚拟数据SIM卡的数量由SIM卡管理服务器限定。虚拟语音SIM卡,同一时间只能在一台终端上使用。当虚拟语音SIM卡在使用时,又收到虚拟语音卡的请求时,卡管理服务器请求SIM卡超级鉴权码D,鉴权成功,虚拟语音SIM卡从先前的移动终端转移到新移动终端,先前移动终端的虚拟语音卡被注 销。
图9示出了根据本发明的再一个实施例的服务器的示意框图,如图9所示,该服务器7可以包括:至少一个处理器71,例如CPU,至少一个通信总线72以及存储器73;通信总线72用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;存储器73可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器73中存储一组程序代码,且处理器71用于调用存储器73中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
在接收到任一终端发送的使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
在对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
在该技术方案中,每个虚拟SIM卡可对应多张虚拟数据卡(虚拟数据卡的总数量可由用户设置或由服务器默认设置),通过在接收到任一终端发送的使用虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对任一终端进行鉴权,在对任一终端鉴权通过时,授予任一终端对虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张虚拟数据卡的使用权限,使得只要接收到任一终端发送请求且对该终端鉴权通过时,均可以将多张虚拟数据卡中的任一张虚拟数据卡的使用权限授予给该终端,以实现多个终端可以同时共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量,确保了虚拟SIM卡的数据流量能够得到有效利用,同时由于每个鉴权通过的终端都对应有一张虚拟数据卡,使得每个终端是基于各自对应的虚拟数据卡开通数据业务的过程中不会相互干扰,保障了每个终端的数据业务都能正常进行。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器71对所述任一终端进行鉴权的的具体步骤为:
向所述任一终端推送用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息;
接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第一鉴权信息;基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权。
在该技术方案中,服务器在接收到任一终端发送的使用虚拟SIM卡的请求时,通过向任一终端推送用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息,并接收任一终端反馈的第一鉴权信息,以基于第一鉴权信息对任一 终端进行鉴权,保障了只有鉴权通过的终端才能获取到虚拟数据卡的使用权限,有效地避免了其他一些非授权终端恶意窃取和浪费该虚拟SIM卡的数据流量。其中,可通过判断第一鉴权信息与服务器侧预存储的第一预设鉴权信息是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对任一终端鉴权通过,第一预设鉴权信息可以是该虚拟SIM卡的拥有者在服务器侧注册管理该虚拟SIM卡时设置的,如鉴权码或其他可用于鉴权的信息。当然,任一终端发送的使用虚拟SIM卡的请求中也可以包含第一鉴权信息,如此,服务器在接收到该请求时,就可以基于该请求中的第一鉴权信息直接对终端进行鉴权。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述处理器71还执行:
检测所述虚拟语音卡的状态;
当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限;
当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,向所述任一终端推送用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息;
接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第二鉴权信息,并基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
在基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述任一终端。
在该技术方案中,考虑到在有多个终端共享同一虚拟SIM卡过程中,可能有基于该虚拟SIM卡开通语音业务的需求,此时通过检测到虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态,且基于第一鉴权信息对任一终端鉴权通过时,授予任一终端对虚拟语音卡的使用权限,虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态说明当前没有其他终端来占用该虚拟语音卡,在授予该终端的任一虚拟卡的使用权限的同时,授予该终端对虚拟语音卡的使用权限,以在用户有需求时可以直接基于虚拟语音卡开通语音业务,而无需再次来鉴权获取,简化了用户操作,提升了用户的使用体验;同时通过在检测到虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,说 明当前有其他终端在占用该虚拟语音卡,此时向任一终端推送提示信息以提示用户输入第二鉴权信息,并在基于第二鉴权信息对该终端鉴权通过时,将对虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至该终端,并终止此前终端对该虚拟语音卡的使用权限,当然,若基于该终端反馈的第二鉴权信息对该终端鉴权不通过时,仍保留其他终端对虚拟语音卡的使用权限,使得在实现多个终端同时共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量的同时,确保了同一时间仅有一个终端拥有对该虚拟语音卡的使用权限,从而确保点对点语音业务特点。其中,可通过判断第二鉴权信息与服务器侧预存储的第二预设鉴权信息是否匹配,若匹配,则确定对任一终端鉴权通过,第二预设鉴权信息可以是该虚拟SIM卡的拥有者在服务器侧注册管理该虚拟SIM卡时设置的,且第二预设鉴权信息的安全级别高于第一预设鉴权信息,如超级鉴权码或其他可用于鉴权的信息。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,所述处理器71还执行:
在接收到对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的虚拟数据卡的设置指令时,设置所述虚拟数据卡的总数量、每张所述虚拟数据卡的数据流量和/或每张所述虚拟数据卡的使用期限。
在该技术方案中,虚拟SIM卡的拥有者可根据需求设置虚拟数据卡的总数量以及每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量和/或每张虚拟数据卡的使用期限,其中每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量可以相同,也可以不相同,当然可以不限定每张虚拟数据卡的数据流量,这样服务器侧通过统计每张虚拟数据卡所消耗的数据流量以计算消耗的总数据流量,当总数据流量达到虚拟SIM卡的数据流量上限时,取消对每张虚拟数据卡的使用权限。

在上述实施例中,将物理实体SIM卡虚拟成软件虚拟SIM套卡,该套卡由一张虚拟语音SIM卡和多张虚拟数据SIM卡组成,实现了语音卡和数据卡的分离,虚拟语音卡可以实现点对点的语音电话,可视电话;多张虚拟数据卡可以实现同一时间同一虚拟SIM卡供多台移动设备同时使用,有效利用了数据流量。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明的技术方案提出了一种新的虚拟SIM卡的管理方案,虚拟SIM卡对应有多个虚拟数据卡和一个虚拟语音卡,实现多个终端可以同时共享同一虚拟SIM卡的数据流量,确保了虚拟SIM卡的数据流量能够得到有效利用,同时确保了同一时间仅有一个终端拥有对该虚拟语音卡的使用权限,从而确保点对点语音业务特点。

    在接收到任一终端发送的使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
    在对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,其特征在于,对所述任一终端进行鉴权的步骤,具体包括:
    向所述任一终端推送用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息;
    接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第一鉴权信息;
    基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权。

    当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,向所述任一终端推送用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息;
    接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第二鉴权信息,并基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权;

  5. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,适用于终端,其特征在于,虚拟SIM卡对应有多张支持数据业务的虚拟数据卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理方法包括:
    向服务器发送使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求,以使所述服务器在接收到所述请求时对所述终端进行鉴权,并在对所述终端鉴权通过时授予所述终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限;
    获取对任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。

    在接收到所述服务器推送的用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息时,向所述服务器反馈所述第一鉴权信息,以使所述服务器基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述终端进行鉴权。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的虚拟SIM卡的管理方法,其特征在于,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理方法还包括:
    接收所述服务器推送的用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息,其中所述第二提示信息是在所述服务器检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述终端鉴权通过时推送的;
    向所述服务器发送所述第二鉴权信息,以使所述服务器在基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述终端;
    获取对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限。
  8. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理装置,适用于服务器,其特征在于,虚拟SIM卡对应有多张支持数据业务的虚拟数据卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理装 置包括:
    第一鉴权单元,用于在接收到任一终端发送的使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
    第一授权单元,用于在所述第一鉴权单元对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的虚拟SIM卡的管理装置,其特征在于,所述第一鉴权单元具体用于:
    向所述任一终端推送用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息;
    接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第一鉴权信息;
    基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的虚拟SIM卡的管理装置,其特征在于,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理装置还包括:
    检测单元,用于检测所述虚拟语音卡的状态;
    发送单元,用于当所述检测单元检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且在所述第一鉴权单元基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,向所述任一终端推送用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第二鉴权信息;
    第二鉴权单元,用于基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
    第二授权单元,用于当所述检测单元检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态,且在所述第一鉴权单元基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限;以及在所述第二鉴权单元基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述任一终端。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的虚拟SIM卡的管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置单元,用于在接收到对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的虚拟数据卡的设置指令时,设置所述虚拟数据卡的总数量、每张所述虚拟数据卡的数据流量 和/或每张所述虚拟数据卡的使用期限。
  12. 一种虚拟SIM卡的管理装置,适用于终端,其特征在于,虚拟SIM卡对应有多张支持数据业务的虚拟数据卡,所述虚拟SIM卡的管理装置包括:
    第一发送单元,用于向服务器发送使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求,以使所述服务器在接收到所述请求时对所述终端进行鉴权,并在对所述终端鉴权通过时授予所述终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限;

    在接收到任一终端发送的使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求时,对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
    在对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器对所述任一终端进行鉴权的的具体步骤为:
    向所述任一终端推送用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息;
    接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第一鉴权信息;
    基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述处理器还执行:
    检测所述虚拟语音卡的状态;
    当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于空闲状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,授予所述任一终端对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限;
    当检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,向所述任一终端推送用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息;
    接收所述任一终端反馈的所述第二鉴权信息,并基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端进行鉴权;
    在基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述任一终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述任一终端。
  18. 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器还执行:
    在接收到对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的虚拟数据卡的设置指令时,设置所述虚拟数据卡的总数量、每张所述虚拟数据卡的数据流量和/或每张所述虚拟数据卡的使用期限。
  19. 一种终端,其特征在于,虚拟SIM卡对应有多张支持数据业务的虚拟数据卡,所述终端包括处理器和存储器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组 程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    向服务器发送使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求,以使所述服务器在接收到所述请求时对所述终端进行鉴权,并在对所述终端鉴权通过时授予所述终端对所述虚拟SIM卡对应的任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限;
    获取对任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器在向服务器发送使用所述虚拟SIM卡的请求的步骤之后,以及在获取对任一张所述虚拟数据卡的使用权限的步骤之前,还执行:
    在接收到所述服务器推送的用于提示用户输入第一鉴权信息的第一提示信息时,向所述服务器反馈所述第一鉴权信息,以使所述服务器基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述终端进行鉴权。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的终端,其特征在于,所述虚拟SIM卡还对应有一张支持语音业务的虚拟语音卡,所述处理器还执行:
    接收所述服务器推送的用于提示所述用户输入第二鉴权信息的第二提示信息,其中所述第二提示信息是在所述服务器检测到所述虚拟语音卡处于使用状态,且基于所述第一鉴权信息对所述终端鉴权通过时推送的;
    向所述服务器发送所述第二鉴权信息,以使所述服务器在基于所述第二鉴权信息对所述终端鉴权通过时,将对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限切换至所述终端;
    获取对所述虚拟语音卡的使用权限。
