Definitions
- the present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a service processing method and apparatus.
- VoLTE Voice over LTE
- UE User Equipment
- VoLTE is a voice technology based on IP (Internet Protocol) data transmission. All services are carried on the LTE network, which enables data and voice services to be unified under the same network.
- the current VoLTE service cannot fully support various supplementary services accompanying voice calls. For example, the original personalized CRBT service, call forwarding service, and voice mailbox service may not be supported.
- the VoLTE service cannot be used, which seriously affects the user's call quality.
- the present application provides a service processing method and apparatus for solving the technical problem that the voice service connection rate of the user equipment is low due to the attempt to establish a VoLTE service when the VoLTE service cannot be established.
- a service processing method provided by the application includes:
- the Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem IMS core network device receives a request message for the user equipment UE to establish a long term evolution network voice transmission VoLTE service in the packet switched PS domain;
- the IMS core network device determines that the circuit domain of the UE is triggered to fall back the CSFB service after the VoLTE service is established in the PS domain.
- the IMS core network device receives the request message for establishing the VoLTE service for the UE, and after determining that the VoLTE service cannot be established, triggers the CSFB service of the UE, thereby directly triggering the CSFB of the UE if the VoLTE service cannot be established.
- the service does not need to try to establish a VoLTE service, thereby improving the success rate of the user equipment, ensuring the voice service and supplementary service requested by the UE, and ensuring a good user experience.
- the IMS core network device determines that the VoLTE service cannot be established in the PS domain after the following at least one condition exists:
- the IMS core network device determines that the service network where the UE is currently located does not support the VoLTE service
- the IMS core network device determines that the voice bearer establishment of the VoLTE service in the PS domain fails.
- the IMS core network device determines that the VoLTE service cannot be established in the PS domain. Because the above three situations comprehensively consider the situation that the VoLTE service cannot be established in the process of establishing the VoLTE service in the PS domain, the CSFB service of the UE can be effectively triggered, and attempts to establish a VoLTE service are avoided as much as possible.
- the IMS core network device acquires at least one supplementary service that is associated with the VoLTE service, including:
- the IMS core network device acquires at least one supplementary service accompanying the VoLTE service according to the subscription information of the UE; or
- the IMS core network device acquires at least one supplementary service accompanying the VoLTE service in a supplementary service setup request message sent by the UE.
- the IMS core network device can obtain at least one supplementary service in the foregoing two manners, so as to facilitate subsequent determination of whether there is an unavailable supplementary service.
- the IMS core network device determines that the service network where the UE is currently located does not support
- the VoLTE service includes: the IMS core network device determines that the visited public land mobile network VPLMN does not activate the VoLTE service function, or the VLTE service is not signed between the VPLMN where the UE is located and the home public land mobile network HPLMN. Roaming agreement.
- the IMS core network device determines that the visited public uplink mobile network VPLMN does not activate the VoLTE service function after the at least one of the following conditions is met:
- the VPLMN is not in a network white list in which the VoLTE service function has been activated;
- the VPLMN is in a blacklist in which the VoLTE service function is not activated
- VoLTE roaming agreement is not signed between the VPLMN and the home public land mobile network HPLMN;
- the proxy-call session control function P-CSCF of the VPLMN is not in the white list supporting the VoLTE service function;
- the P-CSCF of the VPLMN is in a blacklist that does not support the VoLTE service function.
- the present invention when determining whether the VPLMN service function is enabled in the VPLMN, the present invention can determine from the above multiple angles according to actual conditions.
- the IMS core network device determines that the voice bearer establishment of the VoLTE service in the PS domain fails, including:
- the IMS core network device Determining, by the IMS core network device, that the RAR message or the ASR message carries the indication information indicating that the bearer resource is insufficient or the indication information for indicating the resource allocation failure, determining the voice bearer of the VoLTE service in the PS domain. The establishment failed.
- the IMS core network device can follow the indication message carried in the RAR message or the ASR message.
- the information determines that the voice bearer establishment of the VoLTE service fails.
- the RAR message or the ASR message includes a cause value of the voice bearer establishment failure of the VoLTE service.
- the RAR message or the ASR message carries the cause value of the voice bearer establishment failure of the VoLTE service, thereby facilitating the IMS core network device to record the specific cause of the failure of the voice bearer establishment, and providing a basis for subsequent analysis.
- the cause of the failure of the voice bearer setup of the VoLTE service included in the RAR message or the ASR message is that the UE is in a weak coverage area of the PS domain.
- the method further includes:
- the IMS core network device determines that the UE is registered in a circuit switched domain.
- the IMS core network device may trigger the CSFB service of the UE after determining that the UE has registered to the circuit switched domain, and when the IMS core network device determines that the UE has not been registered to the circuit, In the case of the switching domain, even if the IMS core network device determines that the VoLTE service cannot be established, the IMS core network device may not trigger the CSFB service of the UE. In this way, the CSFB service of the UE can be triggered after the UE has been registered in the circuit switched domain, ensuring that the CSFB service is successfully triggered. If the UE is not registered in the circuit switched domain, the CSFB service can no longer be triggered, thereby avoiding redundant triggering. Process, saving processing resources.

- the method includes: the IMS core network device determines that the VPLMN where the UE is located does not activate the VoLTE service function, or does not sign the VoLTE between the VPLMN where the UE is located and the Home Public Land Mobile Network (HPLMN). Business roaming agreement.
- the VTLMN service function of the VPLMN where the UE is located is determined:
- the VPLMN is not in a network white list in which the VoLTE service function has been activated;
- the VPLMN is in a blacklist in which the VoLTE service function is not activated
- VoLTE roaming protocol is not signed between the VPLMN and the HPLMN;
- the P-CSCF of the VPLMN is not in the white list supporting the VoLTE service function
- the P-CSCF of the VPLMN is in a blacklist that does not support the VoLTE service function.
- step 202 before the IMS core network device triggers the CSFB service of the UE, it is determined that the UE has been registered in the circuit switched domain. Specifically, the IMS core network device obtains, from the home subscriber server HSS or the home location register HLR, the information that the UE registers with the circuit-switched CS network, and determines whether the UE is based on the information that the UE registers with the CS network. Registered in the circuit switched domain. For example, the IMS core network device may query the HSS/HLR whether the UE has been registered in the CS network, and the Home Subscriber Server (HSS)/Home Location Register (HLR) according to the internally recorded corresponding UE.
- HSS Home Subscriber Server
- HLR Home Location Register
- the location information of the CS network determines that the UE has registered with the CS network, and then responds to the IMS core network device that the UE has been registered in the CS network; or, the IMS core network device directly according to the UE corresponding to the UE obtained from the HSS/HLR
- the location information of the CS network determines that the UE has been registered with the CS network.

- MSC Mobile Switching Center
- VLR Visitor Location Register
- MSC area MSC area
- the IMS core network device may trigger the CSFB service of the UE after determining that the UE has registered to the circuit switched domain, and when the IMS core network device determines that the UE has not registered to the circuit switched domain, Even if the IMS core network device determines that the VoLTE service cannot be established, the IMS core network device may not trigger the CSFB service of the UE.
